Frühstück war einfach und gut, allerdings musste man für Spiegeleier €6 extra bezahlen. Fand ich bei dem Preis des Hotels und Frühstücks eigentlich nicht ok. Holzbett hat sehr stark geknarrt wenn man sich bewegt hat. War sehr störend. Den hellen Strahler der die Fassade beleuchtet hat konnte nicht einmal die Rollo und der Vorhang abdunkeln. War relativ hell im Zimmer. Schlage vor ihn in der Nacht abzuschalten.

Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe! Extrem klein . So dass es mit den Koffern bereits voll war und man konnte nicht mal aufrecht stehen sondern nur gebeugt.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Locatie in het bescheiden oude centrum, op loopafstand van het meer, bakkerij en bushalte. Goed ontbijt. Airconditioning. Personeel vriendelijk. Bij de receptie kregen we een app met uitleg, waardoor we gratis een rondvaart op het meer hebben gedaan en gratis met bus en kabel treintje de Zugerberg op konden.
We hadden een kamer zonder uitzicht met zicht op naastgelegen zijkant woning. Bleef hierdoor wel koeler bij erg warm weer.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The hotel has been renovated inside 5 years ago, so everything inside is modern but they've kept the style of this traditional hotel. Our room was spacious, airco worked well and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. And of course, the location is just superb!
I found the mattress a little too soft (but this is very individual).

Konaklamam sırasında yaşadığım bir hijyen problemi hakkında sizi bilgilendirmek istiyorum. Odamda bulunan çay bardağının yanındaki kaşıkla bal tükettim ve kullandığım kaşığı masada bırakarak odadan ayrıldım. Bu sırada oda temizliği yapıldı. Ertesi gün odaya geri döndüğümde, aynı kaşığın tekrar bardak yanında bırakıldığını ve üzerinde hâlâ bal kalıntısı bulunduğunu fark ettim. Kullanılmış ekipmanların temizlenmeden yeniden yerleştirilmesi ve yüzeylerin temizlenmemesi, hijyen standartları açısından kabul edilemezdir.

This is my third and final stay at this hotel. The hotel building and main areas are charming, but I am disappointed with the basic level of the hotel. I have held several rooms and now went for a 1 person room after first time being stuck in the attic room where there is almost no space to stand upright. For 300 euro a night, I did not expect to step into a prison cell sized room, with only a bed, a desk and a chair and small bathroom, in a corner directly above the stairs with the feel of a staff rest room. The view out of the window was directly to another building with windows. The aircon showed an E4 error, so I had to open the window for cool air, but there was noise from traffic and people being loud in the alleyway outside. All three times I have stayed here I was at breakfast around 8.45 and the eggs and bacon were finished, I waited for 40 minutes and only the egg was refilled, the bacon was not. Besides that there are no healthy options to get some protein in. Sugary options are there. Also, from early in the morning a cleaning cart was stalled directly outside of my door in an already small passage way and remained there until I went to check out. All in all I would not rate any of this 4 stars and it does not justify the high price. This is the last time here for me, unfortunately because the check in staff is great and location is lovely.

Der Preis im Haus eigenen Restaurant war bisschen sehr teuer, und die Auswahl war nicht grade sehr gross. Da könnte man bisschen mehr darauf machen. Das Angebot attraktiver machen, auch für nicht Geschäfftsmemschen.
