Prime location, very clean

Everything was good except after being there for several days , we couldn`t find anyone to get clean bath towels

Loved that they communicated every detail of the stay, the services provided, pools, gym, location of the hotel. Rooms were very spacious n comforting. One of the best hotel I've stayed yet

The elevators were very slow during rush hour of the restaurant up top and bathroom doors were issue to close and sometimes open. Just that every thing else was very good

Our corner room had gorgeous view and lighting.

No freezer in fridge and the young woman server at breakfast (the View)was rude.

Had no extra rolls of toilet paper in room so due to extended stay the second morning we had no toilet paper, called front desk and it took them over two hours to bring paper to room.

We love staying here...so many positives! The location, the restaurant, the swimming pools and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable! The staff was very understanding when we had to leave unexpectedly due to my father's failing condition.

The view was beautiful. Location is very convenient for the things we wanted to and board walk is less then a 3 min walk

Theres a lot of traffic in and out the lobby and elevators for the rooftop restaurant

The hotel is beautiful and walking distance to restaurants and boardwalk. There is no complementary breakfast. Parking is included with stay.

The hotel lighting is pretty dumb and you have to use your key card to keep the light on.

I enjoyed the breakfast it came out hot, quick and delicious. I also enjoyed the location of the hotel and loved my view of the bay it was beautiful. I also liked having access to the pools and everything surrounding there.

The night of August 1st/Early morning of August 2nd around 4:30am we were woken from our sleep, due to the fire alarm and we had to evacuate the building. The alarms went off numerous times. I paid $600 for one night and wasn’t compensated for anything.

If I had to pick out something I didn’t like I would say I wish the balconies had been private and I wish it had had one of those big mirrors for up close for putting my makeup on

Loved the vibe and proximity to the ocean boardwalk. Exceptional Spanish restaurant on the top floor. Staff was very friendly and in good moods.

Bit dated hallways, but overall nice room and hotel.

Our waitress Denise was very kind and gave us great suggestions on places to visit locally. Patrice, at front desk, was awesome with fixing our reservation and even upgraded our rooms for the inconvenience. The hotel rooms were clean, updated facilities and cute.

We booked a room on the 7th floor; there was a restaurant directly above us, so the room constantly smelled of food. The refrigerator wasn't very clean and had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom door didn't close properly—it slammed shut twice, and I could barely get it open.

Perfect location—quiet in the evenings and not terribly busy—but walking distance to beach, boardwalk and wonderful restaurants! We felt very safe during the day and night. The hotel arranged for us to have an adjoining room with family which worked out great!

The pool was a little chilly :)

4 nights and didn’t clean the room at all

We have 2 special needs adult children who are very social and the staff was so accommodating to our family. A particular staff member named Patrice was especially kind, helpful and is always wonderful to our sons. We always enjoy our stay at the Cambria.

Not having a larger refrigerator

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Food at breakfast was excellent!! Location was quiet and very accessible to everything.

Need to have more staff at breakfast. Staff were overwhelmed. Long waits for menus and for staff to wait on guests and many unbussed tables as people waited.

Almost was great. The staff was great at assisting me the location was beautiful and convenient, the room was lovely overall I enjoyed it and will be staying again!

The only things I didn’t like was the elevator situation it’s only two and it takes forever to get up and down stairs the people were also a little weird I spoke a few times and didn’t get answers but maybe it was just me

Very clean from the time you walk through the door. Rooms were very clean and nicely kept. The breakfast was very good.

If I had to say something negative it would be the wait for the elevators. But it wasn’t really bad.

Possibly the pool. There are indoor and outdoor pools, the outdoor pool does not get full sun until later in the day, making for cold water in it.

The restaurant on the 8th floor was phenomenal The room was clean even though they did not come to clean the room the entire time we were there

Starting from the staff that greets you to the minuscule details; this hotel was an absolute gem. No matter what we needed and the time we needed it, the facility was able to accommodate. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The rooftop restaurant is amazing! The view was beautiful! The rooms face west so you have an excellent view of the sun sets!

The property is modern clean and comfortable. Nice rooftop restaurant.

The microwave and refrigerator were dirty with food in them from previous guests. One young lady at the front desk was not hospitable. The rest of the staff was nice.

we had a comfortable stay, the beds are super comfy and the rooms are nice and big. the staff is friendly . parking is great , the spots aren’t tight and the parking lot is nice and big. the pools are great.

it would be nice to have a free continental breakfast offered. the shower temperature wasn’t real hot and was difficult to figure out. the only downside is the distance to walk to the beach. but i knew that when booking and it’s not a deal breaker as long as u don’t mind the walk

The hotel was better than I expected for Ocean City. The room was clean and staff was very friendly. When we checked in our refrigerator wasn't working and a maintenance person switched it out within 30 minutes of us calling down to the front desk. There is kind of an odd smell in the lobby and hallways but everything about the room is fine. I can be picky when it comes to hotels and for the price I feel it was a good deal.

The location is the best. An absolute gem. Close enough to walk to the beach but back from the craziness of the boardwalk

The mattress. Definitely needs to be replaced in room 205. There is a hole where people have been sleeping? You can feel it when your laying there. Mattress is worn in that area not the rest of the mattress. Turn it or replace it.

Arrived at 2:30. Was told my room was ready but checkin was at 3. She indicated to checkin at 2:30 would cost $50! She then proceeded to tell me that she was putting a $250 hold on my card which would be refunded after checkout, and that it would take 2 to 5 days! Was not expecting g this and it certainly cut into the enjoyment of our stay. Less expensive restaurants and having drinks in our room instead of going out. Will not stay here again

The carpet was pretty dirty. Housekeeping is not a daily thing . Some of the staff were very nice but there was some who did not make it feel as welcoming. Overall, not terrible but definitely too expensive for what it is.

Ladies at check-in and checkout were great and very accommodating. Maintenance was great as well

Maybe update furniture in the rooms and clean carpets in the hall ways. Didnt like having to put room key in pocket to activate lighting but understand the reasoning but still a bit inconvenient. Did not like the lady bartender at the lower floor level bar while we were there; she was not very friendly when we used our drink vouchers.
