I really enjoyed the time

Everything was fine

Great location and staff. The room was clean. Coconut Club was a cool place to sit and watch the boardwalk. There’s two pools which were clean and refreshing. I’ve stayed at a few hotels in the area on the boardwalk and will be choosing this one again over them as it had everything

Vending machine was out of sodas on all floors. Gate to the boardwalk closed earlier than posted which is fine but if you want a late night soda you’re out of luck lol

The people at the front desk were very polite and helpful. It was a very nice place and would stay there again but a room where we could see the boardwalk and beach.

The thing we were upset about was we wanted to set on our little porch and have a nice view of the board walk and beach. But where our room was was right above the Coconut Lounge and it has blue tarps up to block out the sun for the people who were at the lounge. So we really didn’t have the view we wanted. That was disappointing.

I wish it was priced like it was 1995, but who doesn’t. No complaints.

Loved the fact that the room we picked included beach chairs and towels! Also it was on the boardwalk....a great location!

I expected garage parking and that was limited.....very limited. I don't think that should be advertised. Keep all the under parking for handicap only!

The pool was a little dirty. A child had thrown up on the side of the pool and they only wiped it up no disinfectant and it was some floating in the pool he didn’t even try to clean

The location is perfect to the beach and boardwalk. Enjoy the walk out directly to the boardwalk.

Outdated. Pool was gross. Cloudy and a kid puked and they were in no hurry to clean it up.

If you want to be on the board walk, you cannot beat the location.

The pillows are absolutely terrible. I called twice to get extra bath towels and toilet paper and never received them. I had to track down a housekeeper.

I got an email that said if we checked in at 1:00 to 1:30 they would get my phone number and let me know when our room was ready and I never heard anything from them. When I went to check in they said oh yeah, your rooms been ready. I didn't feel like the front office were very pleasant. We have stayed there a couple of time and have always booked our room through booking.com and for some reason this time they charged me an extra $25.00 for parking, and I was told that I was charged this because of booking my room that way. Feels like I was being punished for using booking. com and was told I should have booked through them directly, so I was not happy about that at all.

The water pressure in the shower was quite low, and when you have beach sand stuck to sunscreen on your legs. . . you're not getting much help

The room was extremely clean, the two complimentary beach chairs were nice! Location to beach was great!

There was a beach tennis tournament going on, with music playing and an announcer that could be heard through our hotel room, even with the balcony door closed. It was pretty loud at times which took away from the peaceful beach experience.

I like the location of Park Place on the boardwalk and usually it's a nice place to stay.

The hotel is extremely clean, especially the common areas & the pool. The staff is very pleasant & always helpful.

Housekeeping usually showed up when we were returning from the beach & trying to take showers & get dressed for dinner.

I liked the location on the boardwalk. Having the option of 2 pools.

I didn't like being charged for parking for my spot. And then being told by the staff not to move my car at night because it's hard to find spaces. But if I'm paying for a spot, that shouldn't be a problem. There was nowhere for my oldest son to park. He was told to park on the street somewhere or pay for parking somewhere else. Every other hotel at the beach has overflow parking. But NOT this one.

Everything was always clean & all workers friendly. Close to all food , beach & boardwalk.

Location was great, room was clean and the free chairs on the beach were a nice touch!

It is getting dated like much of ocean city but they did a nice job keeping it clean and looking nice.

The location was perfect being right on the boardwalk and only a few steps from the beach. It was in the middle of all the main stops on the boardwalk, so everything was easily walkable to grab food and shop. The staff was very welcoming, especially when we drove down late after work and arrived to check in at 1am. They reserve enough parking for each booked room, so you don't have to worry about spots. Our room with the King sized bed and small kitchenette was a perfect size, and our balcony view was great! Their hotel bar was also chill and had a delicious drink selection. The bartenders were fun and had perfect recommendations based on your tastes.

The only complaint I have was that the shower water pressure was pretty low. It got the job done, but it made showers take twice as long, especially as a woman with thick curly hair trying to get all the salt and sand out after a day on the beach. Sometimes it would kick on at higher pressure randomly depending on the time of day, but would only last a few seconds.

I like pretty much everything about the property.

Parking is too tight but I understand why and I don't like that there isn't carpeting in the suite living room area so it made any sand stick to our feet and the floor was dirty. The first day we were there my grandson had black feet from the floor being so dirty.

The price for what it is. Not very big. Room could be nicer for the price.

The Staff was pleasant, & kept the room tidy. There was always a place to park even during the 250th Independence Day celebration. The pools were great for our girls, and were nice to have with the heat we were experiencing during the week. They also have mermaids for the children that come to the pool on Mondays and Saturdays for a few hours. The location was perfect we could have watched the fireworks from the ocean front balcony, but we went right out front on the beach. It made for amazing pictures and a moment that our family won’t forget!

The shower pressure was fluctuating back and forth from barely coming out to almost a pressure washer. Certain times it would just be barely coming out and would not increase to a higher pressure. I assume that was at times of higher demand.

This property was wonderful, clean, and close to everything. The location had fantastic food options very close by. One of my favorite parts about this hotel is that it offers complimentary beach chairs. All you need to do is walk out of the hotel onto the beach and inform the staff member who waits with the chairs that you're staying at the hotel, and they will set your chairs up in the location you want.

The location was amazing! There was one member at the front desk who was so helpful, unfortunately I didn’t get her name. The beach chairs, bikes to ride, and towels that were included (we didn’t use them though) are such a great amenity! The pools are nice too!

Some instructions weren’t clear at check in. Such as don’t lose the towel cards or you have to pay for them. The pillows are not the best!

Location, steps from the boardwalk 3 blocks from the inlet. Room was clean, beds are comfy. AC works great and the Ocean Front view is worth the extra money paid. If you get stuck in the room the cable channels are plentiful.

We loved how close we were to the Jolly Roger Amusements and majority of our favorite stores. I love that beach chairs were accessible and included.

We found out we didn’t have 2 queen beds as booked but were afraid to say anything. They were 2 full size beds. Also the pull out sofa bed needs to be updated and more comfortable. We didn’t like being on the same balcony as the Coconut Club with other people in our area when we were trying to enjoy just ourselves. Soda and water Vending machine needs to be filled.

Close to the inlet. Restaurant food was good and prices were fair.

Don’t have a clue what kind of music was being played at bar. Wasn’t beach music. Went down to sit and have a drink and people were smoking. Smell pot while on our balcony, it was close by.

It was amazing to stay in a place so far onto the boardwalk that we could just walk out and enjoy things. The hotel itself was very clean and quiet which we liked. It was off season but there was still plenty of things to keep us busy. The staff were super friendly and very attentive.

I loved the location - parking was convenient - we have a handicapped placard from Pa - had a great parking spot - pools were nice - area was clean - we asked for A high floor and we were happy we got the 6th floor

Having to pay for over $10 a day for Parking even though they have a private lot. Most hotels allow you stay in the lot after check out and use amenities like the pool - they did not allow either. Check in lady was both rude and abrupt - everyone else was awesome throughout our stay especially Aretha

It was in a great location! It was family friendly and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Only 1/2 pools were functional.

We mostly had breakfast in the room.It had a very nice kitchen with all of the plates and glasses.

We were able to hear the elevator going up and down but everything else was wonderful.

The location was great. The pool area is very nice. Upstairs bar and restaurant very nice. Drinks were pricey. We did have room service everyday.

The hotel charges an extra fee to park. $52.00 for 4 nights since we booked through booking.com. We were not aware of that. The rooms were dated. Had to go to Walmart to buy a cube to charge phones. The two girls working at front desk the night we arrived told us they had a cube. When they found it they would bring it up to us. Never heard from them again. We got text from hotel before we went telling us they were glad we were coming. Once we got there no text asking if everything was ok or if we needed anything.

I loved there was an entrance in the front and back. Bed was comfortable and it was very clean. Loved having apples in the lobby.

I was disappointed there was not a Continental Breakfast. There were grab and go to purchase items like breakfast bars, but nothing that was interesting to me.
