Localisation très pratique et centrale et à 1 station de métro de celle d’arrivée du Shikansen. Perso. El hyper sympa et accueillant, le lobby au rdc top pour boire un verre. Les amenities (bain chaud ou hammam en alternance chaque jour pour les hommes et les femmes séparément) est agréable et propre. La chambre (supérieure) est grande par rapport à ce que l’on trouve au Japon et il y a une vraie salle de bain comme on a en France. Literie et oreillers confortables.

La décoration et les lumières de la chambre étaient très simple, mais c’est une question de goût. La chambre avait un petit peu vécu. La vue du 3e étage est inexistante à part sur un mur (mais ça dépend de l’étage pour ça). Un tout petit peu cher peut-être.

Un super hôtel à Kyoto : une grande chambre, des lits confortables, un Onsen très agréable ouvert à tous (accepte les tatouages) en alternance avec un super Hammam. Hôtel très bien situé, à quelques minutes du métro et à 10 mn à pied de Nishiki Market et de Centrale Tokyo. Beaucoup de restaurant et bar autour de l'hôtel.

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment trop léger et est pour le coup sans intérêt, et le restaurant manque de typicité, trop de produits non japonnais à la carte. Mais ce n'est que mon avis.

La struttura è moderna, accogliente, un design elegante e raffinato. Abbiamo soggiornato in una “Queen” e le dimensioni erano davvero abbondanti per essere in Giappone, riuscivamo ad avere tutte le valigie aperte e camminare e spostarci tranquillamente. L’onsen si alterna ogni giorno per maschi e femmine tra sauna e vasca termale, entrambi molto belli, molto minimal ma funzionali e puliti. Lo staff è stato sempre gentilissimo e sorridente, abbiamo anche usufruito del servizio di spedizione dei bagagli nell’hotel successivo. La colazione offre a scelta un pasto da selezionare ogni mattina, dal french toast al falafel all’english breakfast all’uovo benedict. Tutte opzioni molto buone e curate. Inoltre è presente un piccolo buffet che varia leggermente ogni giorno, con pietanze salate, frutta, yogurt e cereali. La posizione è vicinissima alla fermata della stazione di Gojo (una sola fermata da Kyoto station) ed è 15 minuti a piedi per arrivare al centro principale dove ci sono ristoranti e negozi. Consigliato!!

Modern and nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the Onsen and bath are amazing! It’s a game changer after a long day of visiting Kyoto. Good breakfast, bar with happy hour every evenings!

I would recommend to invest in a real coffee machine for this hotel standard. Needed for breakfast.

アクセスがよく、スタッフは親切でした。 チェックイン前とチェックアウト後の荷物も快く引き受けてくださいました。クロークはロッカーの鍵+クローク入口のドアロックをホテルスタッフが解除しないと入れない二重仕様で安心感があります。 お部屋も広く綺麗で清掃が行き届いていて快適でした。2日滞在でしたが、お部屋のなかにウェルカムボトルのお水2本、フェイスタオル2枚、バスタオルが替え含め計4枚あり、上下別のナイトウェアもありありがたかったです。 ベッドもふかふかでぐっすりでした。 ドライヤーがナノイーなのは驚きました。髪がサラサラになりました！

化粧水・乳液・クレンジング・洗顔という1番ほしいアメニティがありませんでした。 最低限このセットは泊まる際にほしいと思います。 またサウナが日によって男性が入れる日、女性が入れる日と分かれているようでした。あらかじめそれがいつか分かれば使いやすかったなあと思います。 ホテルに大浴場が備え付けられている分、お部屋のなかにはシャワー室しかありませんが こちらに関しては普段からシャワーだけ浴びている人からするとあまり気にならないかと思います。 お部屋の乾燥が酷いので、気になる方は対策が必要です。

Location isn’t at the heart of anything

Everything was excellent! Nice and clean rooms! Good location! Very nice breakfast and also very nice and quality food in the restaurant!

Die Lage ist super. Nach 20 Min zu Fuß kommt man zur Shoppingmeile. Die Subway-Station Gojo ist ca. 5 Min entfernt. Von dort fährt übrigens auch die Linie nach Nara weg, sodass man nicht umsteigen muss. Es sind auch viele Restaurants im nahen Umkreis. Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und hilft auch beim Luggage-Shipping.

Es gab leider nur jeden zweiten Tag einen Zimmerservice. Das Hotel verfügt über 4 Waschmaschinen. Das ist grundsätzlich ein guter Service, aber bei der Größe des Hotels zu wenig, sodass es da immer wieder zu längeren Wartezeiten kommt, bei denen man auch unten bei den Waschmaschinen warten muss.

Bon emplacement permettant l'accès à la gare de Kyoto et au métro. Certains sites touristiques, comme le Kiyumizu Dera, à 30min à pied.

Tiene una recepción muy acogedora y cuenta con servicio de lavandería (económico). El chico que nos ha atendido en el check out ha sido muy amable, le ha explicado al taxista donde debía dejarnos y nos ha ayudado con el equipaje, siempre con una sonrisa.

Llegamos al hotel bastante antes de la hora de poder realizar el check in y la persona que nos atendió nos informó que podíamos dejar las maletas en un almacén que tienen. Cuando volvimos, horas más tarde, la persona que nos atendió no ha sido demasiado hospitalaria, no nos ayudó con el check que hay que hacer en la máquina, no nos explicó los servicios de los cuales disponíamos, poca empatía.

The location was great, staff fantastic professional and friendly. Need to speak slowly in english though. Rooms were fine, not fancy but comfortable for a short stay.

The breakfast options were terrible, especially the sausage on the chicken bone! I had no words for this. Also, the staff said if we had the takeaway cups purchased from the hotel we could get unlimited coffee and tea for free at the bar. When i went to order my latte, the staff said no sorry its only drip coffee. This was perculator coffee, gross !

The rooms here are generous and well laid out. It’s situated in a great area and it’s easy to navigate around Kyoto from here. Staff are professional and friendly. We will be staying here again soon.

Hotel molto carino in posizione strategica. Personale molto freddo e distaccato che non prestano attenzione al cliente. Abbiamo soggiornato con il mio bimbo di due anni e solo il primo giorno ci hanno portano le posate e la ciotolina. Colazione a buffet molto scarsa. Com'è possibile fare una colazione con humus ma senza un pezzo di pane, non chiedo croissant ma del pane tostato è il minimo. Ogni giorno vengono proposto 4 piatti di cui due a base di uova, soggiornando cinque giorni mi sembra un tantino scarso proporre sempre gli stessi piatti. Caffè per la colazione servito in un contenitore, non era caffè fatto al momento. Non so io da un quattro stelle mi aspetto altro. Onsen carino, pulito e rilassante.

Colazione improponibile per chi soggiorna cinque giorni. Non è accettabile mettere insalate, hummus ecc e non mettere del pane. Lo staff molto freddo.

Le petit déjeuner est nul,zero,absolument aucun intérêt. Le lavabo est en-dehors des wc,c'est pas du tout un 4* L'isolation côté rue inexistante. Le spa inutilisable quand vous souhaitez.

房間內走廊採用黑色設計，燈光陰暗，看到塵埃四處飄。淋浴間沒有放置衣服位置，有點不方便。洗手盆在廁所外面與桌面一拼，吃東西時這點感覺不舒服。

The mattress was a little firmer than we personally prefer.

Location was great, short walk from Gojo station and a nice easy walk to Shijo station. Lots of convenience stores around within 2 minute walks. The room was spacious, modern and clean. I really enjoyed the water pressure in the rain showers as well as the public baths.

More variety of drinks in the vending machine would be nice, but I'm just being picky here. I can't think of much else that could be better.

Neueres Hotel mit stylischer Lobby und Rezeption, das ganze Prozedere mit check-in erst ab 17 Uhr eher kompliziert. Gute Betten und Coin Laundry im UG sehr praktisch. Nettes Personal.

Hatten ein Zimmer im 1. Stock über der Strasse, leider wirkt es schon sehr abgewohnt und war nicht sauber und wurde auch nach Rückfrage nicht nachgereinigt. Frühstück eher schwierig mit vielen Salaten plus 4 Wahlmenues.
