Tuve un incidente con la higiene en mi habitación, afortunadamente se resolvió en el momento

Staff muy amable, nos permitieron ocupar las habitaciones antes de tiempo ya que llegamos temprano.

No es para nada un hotel boutique. Nos quedamos varias veces sin agua caliente y otra vez sin agua. Lo arreglaron rápido, tenía pinta de suceder a menudo. La limpieza es muy mejorable. El desayuno incluido es muy básico.

Habia una pequeña gotera que caía justo en la cama, pero no era la gran cosa, a lo mucho unas gotas sin nada que molestara realmente, es algo que fue por unos instantes y no toda la noche.

L'hotel si trova in una buona posizione, centrale e in una zona tranquilla e ricca di ristoranti e servizi. Il personale è stato molto gentile e accogliente.

Purtroppo la camera e il bagno non erano il massimo per la pulizia.

La pozione era perfetta, vicino al centro ma lontano dalla baraonda. Il prezzo è assolutamente ottimo.

La camera ha bisogno di una grande ristrutturazione, lo stile è vecchio ma il problema sta nei cassetti che non si chiudono , la porta della doccia che non rimane chiusa e quindi fai la doccia con la porta aperta etc. La pulizia abbastanza sommaria

Stanza piccola e cieca, zona armadio scomoda, no frigobar, letto king cortissimo, lenzuola e asciugamani bucati, dispenser sapone nella doccia non funzionante, pressione bassa. Non capisco le 5 stelle.

The hotel was in a good location at the centre of San Cristobal. The bed was comfortable and the female servers in the breakfast area were efficient and kind. The breakfast was ok but a small selection.

I felt a little let down by the tired decor and uninviting garden and rooftop. The hostel isn't as bright as the photos make out and came across as quite dingy. Our room was sandwiched between the maintenance area and the laundry room and their was constant noise throughout the morning and afternoon from the cleaning staff chatting and laughing and doing their jobs. On the roof top its not a place where you can go to relax as the hotel use it as a drying the towel area. So unless you want 360 degree panoramic views of white cotton towels I wouldn't see this as a facility they offer. Again the garden area isn't useable because of the mountain of unwashed towels and sheets that spill out across the walkway and the busy pottering staff.

Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Colazione molto buona e posizione perfetta per visitare San Cristobal. Tramite la struttura è possibile anche prenotare escursioni per le varie località del Chiapas.

Pedimos limpieza y no lo hicieron, no había jabón en el baño y apagan las luces en el pasillo nos dejan a total oscuridad a aparte no nos dieron la habitación que había reservado

The staff is incredibly warm and kind! Also, everything is just very clean and well thought through. Finally, the rooftop terrace was amazing; the best view in the city and very peaceful.

L'hotel è collocato in un'ottima posizione per visitare San Cristóbal. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Le stanze sono piccole, ma mantenendo lo stile del luogo risultano molto carine. Il letto è molto comodo. Il bagno se pur piccolo è pulito e dispone di una doccia grande. Sono presenti una cassaforte, prodotti da bagno e acqua.

Se descompuso la bomba de agua y x más de medio día no hubo agua en la habitación, y su desayuno incluído realmente era demaciado sencillo eh incluía jugo de naranja q no tenían 🤣🤦‍♂️

The rooftop at sunset was lovely, the rooms were clean and the staff were really really friendly and with great English. Always smiling and happy to help. Would 100% recommend staying here for a relaxed and enjoyable stay only seconds from some of the main bars and restaurants

Un hotel muy bonito, limpio, cómodo, con buena ubicación. Un baño muy amplio.

O Hotel fica localizado numa região bem central, a cama é boa e a limpeza também estava ok. Funcionários (principalmente o rapaz que ficava no período da manhã) muito atenciosos.

O quarto era muito frio, não tinha aquecedor e não conseguimos dormir direito na primeira noite pelo frio. Falamos com a recepção pela manhã e a princípio nos disseram que não tinha o que fazer, mas depois conseguiram um aquecedor portátil para nos e a situação melhorou. Tb não gostamos das escadas para subir e descer com malas.

Excellent staff. They checked us in early and prepared a takeaway breakfast before we left. The hotel is very clean and well decorated, with a great location. Highly recommended, I loved staying here.

O gerente Victor foi sensacional, desde antes da chegada até o auxílio para reservamos o transfer da partida. O hotel, em si, carecia de um pouco mais de cuidado na limpeza do nosso quarto. Porém eu acredito que eles fizeram o melhor possível, pois fizemos o Check-in antecipado, então eles limparam o quarto com bastante pressa. A localização é perfeita, muito próximo aos principais pontos. Tem um mini rooftop muito bacana para relaxar final de tarde.

The bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel is excellent. The included breakfast is limited but good. However, milk for your coffee is an extra charge.

The whole place is just a bit tired and needs maintenance. In both of our rooms, the bathroom sink faucets were loose. The paint is peeling in the shower. The USB outlet on my side of the bed didn’t work.

This is a very charming and sweet hotel. The rooms are small but well maintained and comfortable. Staff are helpful and kind. The location is perfect for exploring the city and is right next door to the language institute where I was taking classes.

I was there in winter and it gets cold. Staff brought me a portable heater, which was helpful but I had a hard time getting comfortably warm. The breakfast option was good but limited. I would have enjoyed more options.

Buona posizione, struttura pulita ed accogliente. Lo staff è stato favoloso e super disponibile, ci hanno aiutato nella programmazione dei vari tour fornendo colazione da portar via. Anche la colazione inclusa (the/caffe, pane, marmellata e uova) è essenziale ma più che sufficiente. C’è comunque la possibilità di ordinare altri piatti se uno lo desidera

Posizione centrale, ti muovi a piedi per andare ovunque. Camera non grande ma confortevole. Bollitore per caffè e colazione europea sufficiente. In camera è presente un termosifone elettrico che abbiamo apprezzato, San Cristobal è a 2200 metri. Il personale è molto accogliente. Piccolo giardino interno e terrazzo sul tetto per ammirare il panorama. 2 notti molto confortevoli.

Lo anuncian como 5* pero no lo es. Habitaciones muy pequeñas. Desayuno simple. No hay servicios de un 5 estrelllas. Intentaron que cancelara con Booking para ofrecerme una habitación mejor.

Ubicación del establecimiento cerca de estación autobús ADO y del centro ciudad con la posibilidad de visitar muchas de las atracciones turísticas a pie. El personal super amable desde la recepción ( Victor gracias por toda tu ayuda con la reserva) y el personal del restaurante Volvería sin dudarlo

Super zentral gelegen. Restaurants und Bars sind nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kamen sehr früh an und unser Zimmer war bereits fertig und wir durften einchecken.

Excelente ubicación, a una cuadra de un andador gastronómico y muy cerca del centro. La habitación cómoda y con lo necesario para pasar el frio. Adecuada limpieza en general. Cuenta con un desayuno de cortesía que es suficiente y tienen buen cafe.

Nos toco que el dispensador de jabón en el baño estaba vacío, por lo demás no hubo mayor problema.

La estructura es antigua pero está bien decorado y te hace sentir muy cómodo, el personal te trata super bien son muy atentos te recomiendan cosas para hacer y donde ir, la habitación estaba super bien también, el desayuno muy bueno, nos ha gustado mucho

La struttura è in una buona posizione. Il punto forte è lo staff che era super disponibile e cordiale, pronto a cercare soluzioni per farti vivere il soggiorno al meglio.

Le stanze hanno delle porte finestre che non si chiudono bene. Ad ottobre/novembre faceva piuttosto freddo la sera e le camere non sono riscaldate.

Very dark room. They were trying to save on everything. On lighting , on hot water,on bread and butter during the breakfast. No fruits and coffee was only a bit blackened water despite that Chiapas is famous for it. on the first day our room wasn’t cleaned properly,the fridge not turned on,no coffee maker.
