Stanza veramente minuscola. Devi chiudere il letto per riuscire a spostarti. Lavandino in camera, wc e doccia chiusi da una porta a vetro satinato. Non molta privacy in due.

The staff was very friendly, polite and trying to help. Gym was great, especially early in the morning as it's empty. Food was great though I'm sad they didn't have potatoes for breakfast.

The shower was slightly broken. The buttons to turn on/off the water weren't working properly but well, still managed to shower but I would recommend to fix it.

the breakfast lacked some items of food, Black & White puddings & Tomatoes. Hard to find things the way they are set out, cutlery all over the place and coffee machine a bit away from the area.

The room was very small and the bed had to be electrically folded to allow to move around and get access to the door etc. Breakfast choices were very limited.

Wifi did not work on any of my devices. And the air conditioning did not work.

Kamer 720: single kamer blijkbaar voor gehandicapten: lage en kleine wastafel. Smal bed. Om de gordijnen dicht te doen moet je hoog reiken. Dat lijkt me voor een rolstoelgebruiker onmogelijk .

Struttura accogliente , cosi come lo staff. Design moderno e le camere molto particolari e soprattutto funzionali . Posizione eccellete con fermate dei bus proprio a due passi e stazione metro a pochi metri ! Per i miei futuri soggiorni a Londra tornerò sicuramente qui!

Location- 2 stops from Euston Square and a short walk . Close to the train station meant easy travel for what we needed. Lots of lovely pubs, cafes and bakery’s all within a short walk from each other. Room was very clean and had pretty much everything you could need.

The lighting in the room was ok- night lights either side of the bed - OK for a night time but of a day time getting ready despite having a window room (frosted glass and blinds) no overhead ceiling lights by the bed area and only based by the bathroom.

No me gusta no tener intimidad en el cuanto de baño, el inodoro está al lado de la cama solo separado por un cristal traslúcido. No volvería al hotel solamente por ese detalle. Tampoco me gustan los hoteles que tienen el lavamanos a la vista, junto a la cama. La habitación es pequeña.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, hat aber alles, was man für ein Wochenende braucht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und wurde ansprechend präsentiert und immer wieder aufgefüllt. Der Check-in und der Check-out, sowie die Gepäckaufbewahrung waren unkompliziert. Das Personal war freundlich.

Die Badezimmertür schliesst das Bad nicht komplett, sodass man wenig Privatsphäre hat. Für einen grossen Koffer hat es kaum Platz, mit Handgepäckskoffern geht es gut. Unser Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gemacht, obwohl wir das entsprechende Schild an die Tür gehängt haben. Schade ist, dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen kann. Das WLAN funktioniert nicht immer zuverlässig. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hätten uns diese Dinge gestört, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es so in Ordnung.

The common areas, including the breakfast room are esthetic and very well kept. The self-service station is also cool. The hotel is very well positioned for sightseeing.

Even though there was nothing ‘wrong’ with the property, it is unexpected that this is ranked as a 4 star hotel. However, with the toilet basin in a glass cabin next to the bed, there is no privacy, nor ventilation, which is subpar. The TV kept lagging every couple minutes getting stuck for 1-2 minutes so you could not watch anything; either due to the tv system, or the network. Also, on the last full day there was no cleaning in the room even though we left the sign on and asked the staff.

Very small rooms, everything is shocked up, no vent in the bathroom and its right beside the bed. No microwave for customers to use in the facility. If they book you a cab at the front desk to the airport on your last day and tells you it's a flat fee, don't believe that. The cabs runs by meter and you will be charged at drop off.

The staff is incredible! Nice, kind, and helpful all the way!

One of the best hotels we've stayed at in London. Only a short 5 minute walk from Farringdon tube station, plenty of amenities nearby. We arrived at 11am to drop our bag off, which was safely stored, the staff were super helpful. We booked a triple room form myself, my partner and brother-in-law, and we're very happy with it. Plenty of power outlets to charge devices. The bed was so comfortable Will definitely be staying here again

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The one waiter in the restaurant on Friday wasn't very communicative. Brought one dish with no explanation about the rest of the order, leaving us thinking they'd forgotten half the order.

the bathroom and toilet layout and the fact that they are completely surrounded by frosted glass made it a bit uncomfortable when travelling with 2 friends so the privacy isn't great

Good location & the bar area was lovely.

Rooms were not big at all. We booked a Queen Room and there wasn’t even room to open our suitcase except for on the bed. For the price I did not think this was good enough & shouldn’t be classed as a Queen Room.

Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber man konnte es gut verdunkelt und es war wirklich sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut - Nähe U-Bahnstadion und der Bahn zum Flughafen,

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und es gab kein separates Bad (das war im Raum). Das Barpersonal hätte vielleicht ein bisschen freundlicher sein können.

exigüité de la chambre et transparence de la cloison entre la chambre et les sanitaires( douche et wc), situés devant la fenêtre, très gênante. pas de place pour un siège, ce qui serait commode vu la hauteur du lit , luminosité réduite et artificielle un peu angoissante. Pas de possibilité de laisser des bagages à l'accueil avant l'installation dans la chambre ou possibilité d'investir la chambre avant l'heure moyennant 20 livres.

Rien! Hormis le personnel ( Betson et Sree ) vraiment adorable. Sree a tout fait pour me mettre alaise et heureusement qu'elle était là. Et la personne au bar qui m'a rechauffé ma nourriture. Ça remonte le niveau de l'hôtel

pour un 4 étoiles à FUIRE les chambres sont vraiment sales! J'ai visité 3 chambres les 3 étaient sales et délabrées. Enormément de poussières sous les meubles... Je suis quand même restée car je n'avais pas le choix. Mais plus jamais! Franchement pour un 4 étoiles ça craint...

La ubicación del hotel para moverse por la ciudad y atención del personal fue excelente.

La Habitación tenia unos baños modernos que las paredes eran de cristal translúcido que no permitían ninguna privacidad dentro de la propia habitación ni en wc ni en ducha. Pedi una solución por falta de intimidad y no la había ya que todo el hotel tiene ese tipo de paredes en los baños. Pagué un suplemento por una habitación mejor porque la habitación que me daban no tenía ventana y daba a una pared el baño. Comuniqué que era el cumpleaños de mi hija y que tuvieran un detalle y no lo hicieron.
