Located right in the city centre. Beautiful and clean inside, easy instructions. Room was really beautiful, exceeded my expectations. Loved the extra privacy with the sliding doors inside the room. The staff were super friendly and very helpful with everything.

Nothing. Everything was great.

Feels new perfect location. Will return for sure

Excellent property in the perfect location, literally steps away from the heart of the action in town. Incredible staff who were so friendly and helpful from start to finish, making this accomodation the best part of our trip to Heraklion thanks to the people. Rooms were very modern with a nice little kitchen set up with all the necessary utensils for a short stay.

The very central location made access a little challenging by car. If driving, best to drop bags off and park a little away where it is free and easier.

Easily one of the top apartments in Heraklion! Just like every other Semavi property, it’s perfect. Huge shoutout to the management company and the staff. Their service is top-tier, honestly among the best I’ve seen in all my travels

Wonderfully comfortable and properly appointed apartments.

The unit was in a very good location but on a side street adjacent to a grungy part of town. Also, because of the maze of side streets it was a little difficult to find initially.

A lovely hotel in the heart of the city, with everything you need within walking distance. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. Everything was spotless and well maintained. A perfect choice for a short stay of a few days!

Perfect location just out of main town. Room was clean and spacious and staff very friendly and helpful. Great stay I would highly recommend.

We stayed for one night. It was very clean and equipped with all the facilities required. The location very close to the center in Iraklion. The bed was comfortable and the coffee and water provided a great addition. Thank you to City Lion team for a memorable stay !

Superbe appartement extrêmement bien situé !

Comfortable and spacy

Needs some small restorations

We had a wonderful stay at City Lion by Semavί. The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the staff. They were exceptionally caring, kind, and always ready to support us with anything we needed. A big thank-you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!

The property is lovely! Location is great for walking to any points of interest, rooms are nice and spacious (the two big balconies sure were a nice touch!) and staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us with any issues we had, from an easy check in to a stress-free check out.

There was a slight unpleasant smell in our room that we had a tough time getting out, but we could have just been unlucky.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. In the heart of everything

Parking. Quite difficult to get through

Excellent hotel, thought of all the smallest details. Stunning design. A truly luxurious hotel and also in the best location possible in Heraklion, right in the center.

Surprisingly good. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Kids loved the upper floor bedroom.

Would have been nice to have available parking nearby hotel, for guests.

Amazing modern and super clean apartment with easy access to town

Road around the building is extremely narrow but the quality of the apartment makes up for it

Easy off-hours self check-in and check-out.

The apartment is located in the center of the city. It is modern. It is close to the airport.

It was possible to hear literally every sound in the street, including soft footsteps of people. All locks use codes and no key which feel less safe. Also, the housekeeping entered without knocking.

The apartment is really beautiful and clean

Apartment very clean, spacious and extremely comfortable beds. Incredible staff at the reception, they let us store the luggage for a few hours after check out and this helped us immensely. In city center, on right is the street leading to Heraklion port

Always love staying here, great location, friendly staff and very clean rooms.

Excellent location! Spacious, modern and lovely apartment. Comfortable beds and very clean. Good quality - from linen & towels to Ritual products in bathroom! Very welcoming staff.

Great location near city center. Comfortable beds, linens and beach towels. Lovely staff!

Modern, clean and comfortable. Very convenient and flexible check-in process with codes only. A small detail that I haven't seen in other places was that the light switches had icons that informed the user of the purpose of each switch - clever and useful.

Excellent location in the heart of the city & a short taxi rode to thw airport, Self check in, Cleanliness, Modern facilties

Nothing, it was perfect.

Location of the apartment was excellent. It's located close to the center of the city and within walking distance to it. The apartment has excellent and modern facilities and made the stay better. Staff support was excellent and prompt. While the apartment does not have a washing machine, given the size of the apartment, there is a very good laundrette less than a minute's walk from the building. Kudos to the host for maintaining such an excellent standard for the apartment.

Nothing much to complain about, if the host can consider putting a washing / dryer machine in the apartment, that would be perfect.

The property was very conveniently located to the city center making it easy to get anywhere on foot. There was a great little coffee shop and laundry mat next door, which also made it easy to do a mid trip refresh of our clothes while traveling.

The property does not supply hair conditioner, so if you need, remember to bring your own. It’s very basic, pretty clean and big enough to spread out. Beds are average, this is by no means a luxurious experience, but is great for a family needing a little space at a good value.

Lovely staff. Excellent location.

Lack of microwave oven to heat things. No washing machine.

Location is perfect right next to the city centre and food.

Place didn’t feel as fresh as previously teeny wear and tear and cleanliness was slightly less compared to last time I stayed, no biggie though I will stay again

Temizlik, lokasyon

Spacious and nice.

Loved the modern feel all the amenities of a upscale apt. And it was in the middle of everything

The comfortable and well-equipped interior, as well as the location, ease of access and very helpful staff.

Staff on site and available throughout the day and into the evening. Incredibly friendly and helpful with information, ordering taxis and ensuring we had everything in our room.

No problems to report

We travelled with a 2 years old kid, everything was really perfect, the ''room'' was big enough, facilities were great. It is located in the centre and everything you may need is nearby.

There is not anything we did not like

Nada falla

Convenient location and easy access to the building and room

Nil

No breakfast, no parking, but on a quiet street and so close to the city center.

Bathroom ventilation not too good.

Great location, nice size, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Everybody working there super nice, great location

Great location, clean, new,

We liked everything about this unit. The location was great, the apartment was clean, fresh, stylish and uncluttered. We arrived late at night and the instructions to get in were simple and easy. We met our hosts the next day and they were always happy to help with any queries we had.

Good location, comfortable with everything we needed. Manos helpful as we’re reception staff.

Nothing

Location, accommodation, helpful stuff.

Perfect location, spacious and clean

The hotel is lovely! The room was spotless with very nice touches (the coffee machine with pods was a nice surprise) and the staff are beyond helpful. Great vibes all round!

Honestly nothing!

Great location. Easy access. Hotel was super clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Tutto veramente perfetto!

Nulla

Sehr gepflegtes, sauberes und ausgestattetes Apartment und sehr aufmerksames Personal.

We had an amazing stay. Apartment was equipped with all necessities.

We stayed here for just one night after our flight and absolutely fell in love with the place. The location is super central and convenient, making everything so easy. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to help us. The apartment itself was excellent—modern, very comfortable, and spotless. I’d highly recommend staying here for much longer than just one night. We can’t wait to come back!
