Das Frühstück ist recht spät und nicht im Haus. Wenn man zum Flughafen muss, wird 7:30 Uhr zu knapp. Aber gleich um die Ecke, gleich neben City Parking ist ein Supermarkt. Da kann man sich etwas für das Frühstück kaufen. Die Küche ist dazu auch voll ausgestattet.

The Suite/Apt its just amazing, its big, amazing renovation. Bed was amaziiing. Everything is spacious. Nice kitchen, has washer, big huge refrigerator. Amazing location. Amazing breakfast. If you go to heraklion, not to a beach resort this is an amazimg place to stay.

A bit of noise by the party in the streets behind but nothing out of the ordinary, it only happend on saturday, stayed here Thursday-Sunday.

Goede locatie t.o.v. het centrum en vliegveld. Ruim appartement en een fijn bed.

De vloer was erg vies. Na tien minuten kruipen waren de knieën van onze dochter helemaal zwart. Daarnaast vonden we nog een teennagel van de vorige gast midden in de badkamer. Ook was het erg gehorig.

Great location, very convenient.

Our room wasn’t particularly clean with lots of dust and hair on the floor from prior guests. The sheets also smelt quite musty and unclean. All of the soap/shampoo dispensers were empty or almost empty.

Location is perfect in the center of Heraklion. Nice and spacious rooms. Clean and new.

Ci è stata data una stanza, che poi in realtà è un piccolo monolocale con cucina, con una vista eccezionale sulla cupola della chiesa di San Tito. La struttura si trova proprio nel centro di Heraklion e permette di visitare la città a piedi. Direi un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, se si tiene in conto che era compresa la prima colazione e che si può accedere alla piscina dell'Hotel Malena adults only fuori Heraklion se ci si vuol rilassare.

Le logement est très bien situé.

Hôtel très bien situé, dans une rue piétonne dans le centre d’heraklion à quelques minutes de restaurants, de la forteresse, petit port de pêche. Très propre et confortable. Décoré avec goût. Des petites attentions à l’arrivée : bouteille d’eau dans le frigidaire, bouteille de vin et même un verre de bienvenue au restaurant en bas de l’hôtel. Très beau restaurant par ailleurs. Indication pour entrer dans la chambre très clair. Personnel disponible. Si je repasse à Heraklion, je n’hésiterai pas à revenir. Merci

We loved the location it was excellent. And the beds were really comfortable. And there is lots of storage space. Parking was convenient and the staff were really helpful indeed.

It was three flights up with no lifts and so if you have mobility issues this is not the place for you. Also we weren’t ‘onsite’ and had to walk for breakfast which is fine. But the breakfast was a bit odd and not amazing. Staff were lovely at breakfast though. The kitchen bin smelled and also the dishwasher had not been opened for ages so we we opened it it really smelled bad! Just to be aware!

Very confortable, beautiful and well located. The beds were amazing! They gave us a very nice rest. We asked for an iron and sugestions and the hosts answered Quickly and helped us with everything. The breakfast was also great and in the ground floor. I really have only good things to say. The price was fair.

Ven arribar i la vitrocerámica no funcionava , VIATJEM amb un nen de 2 anys al qual havíem comprat per fer-li sopar que no vem poguer fer. Vem posar-nos en contacte Mb l'allotjament i no ens ho van solucionar , ni tan sols van venir a mirar que passava. Em posat una reclamació. Els apartaments s'haurien de revisar cada vegada que un hoste hi entra. Lamentable

Posizione centrale della struttura. Letti fantastici super comodi. Casa molto ben arredata e ampi spazi. Ottimo anche l‘antibagno. Offerta del vino molto gradita.

Assenza della lavatrice. Assenza dell‘ascensore e quindi tre piani a piedi molto scomodi per portare i bagagli pesanti in abitazione.

This was an excellent base for our short stay in Heraklion - the location is very central with many options nearby for eating out and shopping. The included breakfast was excellent and we appreciated the flexibility of a takeout option when we had an early start. The accomodation itself was modern and well equipped for a short stay.

We experienced an issue with the wifi code.

Прекрасные номера. Мы бронировали 2 номера, в разных зданиях. Они были очень близко друг к другу. Заселение бесконтактное, нам пошли на встречу и заселили раньше в один из номеров. Номера чистые. Приятно было получить презент в виде бутылки вина и сладостей. Хозяин был на связи и в позднее время, когда у нас возник вопрос и быстро помог его решить. Прекрасный завтрак.

Pleasant stay in this apartment with two bedrooms for 4 nights at Heraklion. Very well located in the town center, but not so noisy as not in the main street. Ideal to discover the city with kids, and have some breaks along the day.

Wifi was not properly working during our stay - maintenance issue apparently.

La ubicación es lo mejor del apartamento,así como el desayuno. La calidad no es magnífica (zumo de bote),pero más que correcto y abundante

La habitación 102 se encuentra en una especie de sótano aunque estuviera en la 1ª planta,muy oscuro,escaso de espacio y una terraza enorme que no se puede aprovechar porque las vistas son unas obras horrorosas y sin ningún sentido Por la noche se oye la música de los locales de alrededor. La decoración con muy poco gusto y anticuada. En definitiva,teníamos ciertas expectativas y resultó muy caro para lo poco que ofrece. Nos hemos alojado en múltiples ocasiones en Heraklion y no repetimos ni de broma.

La ubicación

Escogimos el hotel por céntrico, pero nos dieron opciones de apartamento, ok con este punto, pero no me informaron de que no había ascensor hasta unos días antes, ya no pude cancelar. El apartamento bien, cocina, salón y 3 habitaciones 1 baño. La limpieza podía mejorar. El desayuno, el café no está incluido. Bueno regular, en general.

La vue est très moche sur des immeubles en travaux abandonné bien loin de la vue sur l’église que les photos indiquaient

Suite située dans un immeuble très bien rénové en plein coeur d'Hérakion, avec vue plongeante sur la belle église Agios Titos - et la mer au loin. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et excellent !

La qualité de la literie du canapé-lit dans la pièce principale est à revoir.

The location was super, near the market and the shops and next to sightseeing. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the view from the balcony, the clean sky and the stars.

breakfast did not meet my expectations. Think that the quality could be better. It was descent, whereas the other plates the shop served seem more tasteful. The cleaning service could also be better.

Struttura eccellente in una posizione centralissima e comodissima, con camere dotate di ottimi servizi nonostante le dimensioni ridotte. C’è un parcheggio convenzionato (15 euro al giorno) molto vicino. La colazione alla carta è davvero molto buona e abbondante, anche se l'orario di inizio è alle 8:30 (da tenere in considerazione se si preferisce iniziare la giornata molto presto). Nota di merito per la bellissima vista sulla chiesa di San Tito; l'unico piccolo appunto sono le campane al mattino, che possono dare un po' di noia, ma nel complesso siamo felicissimi del soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!

Der er rent, ligger helt centralt, lejligheden er hyggeligt indrettet, der er masser af plads til to børn og to voksne og der er køkken faciliteter.

Internettet er ustabilt og kun min telefon kan jeg koble på. Vores tablet kunne jeg ikke få på netværket, hvilket var ret irriterende. Tv’et kunne vi ikke få til at virke og det stod på græsk, så det var håbløst.

Hemos pasado 2 semanas en Creta. Nos alojamos el primer día al llegar y nos hemos vuelto a alojar el último día antes de regresar a casa. Una fantástica elección. Un apartamento bien ubicado, moderno y con todos los servicios. Justo enfrente, una hermosa iglesia. A nuestra llegada nos esperaba una botella de vino blanco. El desayuno, servido en el restaurante de la planta baja, bien surtido y bueno. A destacar la atención y la amabilidad del encargado de dicho restaurante.

Nada. Como anécdota, el primer día en la valoración mencionamos que estaba roto el picaporte de una de las habitaciones y al regresar la segunda vez estaba reparado.

Heraklion heb je in een dag wel gezien. Museum en fort zijn een must. Tussendoor dwalen door de straatjes, wat kerken bezoeken en lunchen & dineren op een van de vele terrasjes. En dan voort...morgen Knossos en door naar de zuidkust.

Heerlijk in het centrum, ruim genoeg voor 2 personen, alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig!

Good choice of breakfast options. Eggs were cooked to order.

We had a few problems with the door code not registering the number. Luckily the manager was on hand to sort the problem but would have been difficult if the bar was closed.

The two room suite was very nice. I saw complaints about the lift and the quality of the rooms, I promise they were no valid. Very much enjoyed the stay. Excellent location.

Posizione eccellente, in pieno centro. Camera dotata di ottimi servizi. Parcheggio convenzionato (15€/giorno) a 5min a piedi dalla struttura. Colazione alla carta abbondante e di qualità. Il gestore della struttura è stato molto gentile e disponibile: abbiamo goduto di check in anticipato e durante il soggiorno siamo stati contattati per chiedere se avessimo necessità.

In generale la struttura è ottima ma se dovessi trovare alcuni difetti sicuramente uno riguarda la colazione: offrirei maggiore varietà di bevande incluse dal momento che viene servita in una caffetteria (non solo caffè, thè e succo). Altro suggerimento la pulizia della camera: alcuni giorni è risultata impeccabile altri giorni i pavimenti non sono stati puliti.

Alors dès le départ c'était compliqué, personne à l'entrée de l'hôtel, aucune info, pas de numéro de chambre, un enregistrement en ligne soit disant facile... Ils vous demandent soit les numéros de carte bancaire, ou de carte d'identité ou de passeport... Pourquoi ?? Ensuite, on a trouvé des femmes de chambres qui ont pu nous indiquer notre chambre. Par la suite, la chambre jolie ça ok. Le bain à remous, dégueulasse, vide à notre arrivée, et on va vite comprendre pourquoi. 1 er remplissage, énormément de merde qui sort des buses. 2éme remplissage idem, j'ai arrêté au 6éme, c'était toujours pareil, donc pas pu profiter des bains à remous sur la terrasse avec la vue sur la cathédrale en face de nous. Ignorance totale du responsable, franchement pour 200€ la nuit avec en vedette bain à remous en terrasse qui ne fonctionne pas ça fait cher... Autrement, les toilettes qui ne sont pas fixées au sol ... De la moisissure sur les murs de la douche. Ustensiles de cuisine dégueulasse et non lavés depuis la dernière utilisation. Le canapé, une énorme tâche au milieu... Seul point positif, le lit, pas trop mal.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr schön und komfortabel. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Auch das Frühstück im Haus befindlichen Restaurant war sehr gut und lecker.

Leider ist es am Wochenende in der Nacht sehr laut, weil die Fenster sehr schlecht isoliert sind und sich in unmittelbarer Nähe sehr viele Bars und Restaurants befinden. Also vor 2-3 Uhr nachts hat man kaum Ruhe. Sehr schade!

L’appartement est spacieux, moderne, avec deux belles chambres et une grande salle de bain. Le plus est vraiment le jacuzzi sur la terrasse dont nous avons pu pleinement profiter. L’emplacement est parfait, au cœur de la ville piétonne à proximité de tout.

La réactivité laisse à désirer. Nous avons rencontré deux problèmes, signalés le matin à 8h30 … réponse à 18h ! Le petit déjeuner est décevant : le choix de la boisson chaude se limite à un café simple ou un thé. Pour un café long ou un capuccino… supplément. La « salade de fruit » était en fait des fruits coupés avec la peau (même le kiwi et la banane …). J’ai demandé du pain, beurre et confiture (au menu) qui ne sont jamais arrivée. Tout est décongelé (pain et croissant). Nous sommes allés, en Crète, dans des hôtels trois fois moins chers où le petit déjeuner était au top : buffet, spécialités locales, machines à café …). Enfin même au cinquième étage on entend le bruit de la rue jusqu’à 2h du matin ! Tout cela est bien dommage.
