-Die Vermieterin hat uns die genaue Beschreibung geschickt, wie man die Unterkunft findet. Super Einfach. -Code Eingangstüre und oberer Eingang funktioniert. Den Code für dein Zimmer bekommst du am Anreisetag. -Gute Aircondition, 2 TV, Grosser Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Küche gut eingerichtet und es hatte Kaffeekapseln locker für eine Woche. Alles recht sauber. -Die Vermieterin hat uns eine Reinigung vom Zimmer organisiert. Wirklich angenehm. -Jacuzzi auf dem Balkon war ok -Wir empfanden es als sehr ruhig. Ab und zu hört man ein Flugzeug aber von der Strasse eigentlich gar nichts. -Top Lage. Alles in Laufdistanz zu erreichen und gute Restaurants 20 - 30 Meter vor dem Eingang.

-Die Terasse (Boden) müsste renoviert werden. -Der Lift blieb einmal fast stecken. Jedenfalls hatte das 5x tierisch gerüttelt, ist angeschlagen und hat auch nicht im 2. Stock angehalten. Zum Glüchk ging die Türe auf aber erst ganz oben... -Katerina, die Vermieterin, schickte unmengen an Informationen mit. Leider erst am Anreisetag oder einen Tag vorher. Es wäre super, das 2-3 Tage vorher zu bekommen. Man könnte dann von jemandem Infos bekommen, der da lebt. Restaurantempfehlungen, lokaler Food etc.

L’appartamento era curato e pulito

Si trovava in un edificio fatiscente e puzzolente al punto da aver avuto difficoltà a riconoscerlo.

Particulièrement bien situé dans heraklion ! Proche du centre et face au port.

Il est également dans le trajet des avions et c’est un ballet permanent en été ce dont nous sommes tous aussi responsable en tant que touriste. Ça reste supportable et agréable à regarder aussi.

L’appartement est décoré avec goût et l’emplacement est top proche du port , avec une vue imprenable sur la forteresse mais egalement du centre ville pas besoin de prendre la voiture le soir et parking à proximité pour 10€ la journée complète.

Le seul inconvénient est l’insonorisation avion et la route mais étant proche du centre ville c’est normal

Die Lage ist super. Direkt am Hafen. Die Aussicht ist der Hammer.

Der Aufzug hat hin und wieder nicht funktioniert. Aber eher selten. Aber es war trotzdem ok. Man ist dort in der Nähe vom Flughafen und die Flugzeuge können teilweise sehr laut sein. Aber die Fenster sind relativ gut isoliert. Man hört sie zwar, aber merkt schon einen Unterschied ob man draußen oder drinnen sitzt. Der Balkon hätte etwas größer sein können.

Perfekte Lage. Die Wohnung selbst ist sauber und makellos. Der Self-Check-In hat sehr gut funktioniert.

this unit is pristine and so well located. it was the perfect balance of spacious plus compact efficiency. I loved having a toilet on each floor and a walk-in self-contained shower. The host provided cold water was greatly appreciated. When I had questions the hosts were fully available and even came by to troubleshoot (the A/C).

the stairs going up to the loft bedroom are a bit steep, and this seems to be normal in Greece. The A/C wasn't working 100% and the host was gracious about troubleshooting.

Very bad entrance. Dirty floors. Dirty area outside. Jacuzzi view was not for relax- looking at bad city view. Difficult to find the entrance . I don’t understand why not an sms just the passwords. What I didn’t like is the the way to room. Floors and entrance looks like you get into downtown room

Probably the entrance to the building- but one in the Blossom area it was lovely and clean.

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, sehr schönes modernes Appartement, tolle Aussicht, Ausstattung top, 2 WCs, komfortable Dusche, alles in der Nähe, was man braucht (Restaurants, Coffeshop, Minimarkt, Geschäfte, Apotheke, günstige Parkplätze (5,- pro Tag), Sehenswürdigkeiten, Souvenirs), Klimaanlage, Wasser für den ersten Tag war im Kühlschrank, Kaffeekapseln auch. Der Kontakt war problemlos, Erreichbarkeit der Vermieter top. Sehr hilfsbereit.

Mich hat es nicht gestört, aber man hört den Verkehr und die Flugzeuge, dafür ist man aber mitten im Zentrum.

Hot tub area not like pics

The entire apartment was the perfect size and very well renovated to fit travelers, with a full bath and a half. The location was outstanding, and the view of the port and the Venetian fort from the balcony was amazing. There were several excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk and plenty of things to see and do all within walking distance. Katerina was extremely helpful in answering all questions almost immediately. The information contained in the apartment guide was thorough and clear and helped keep our travel stress free. We highly recommend this accommodation and will certainly reserve again if we return to Heraklion. What a treat!

This place is wonderful. New, convenient, comfortable, luxurious. The feeling is like in a 4-star hotel. Comfortable mattress, nice bathroom cosmetics, bathrobes and slippers, washing machine and dryer. There is a filtered water system. The view is wonderful. The old town practically starts at the street in front of the apartment. The parking lot at the port is less than 5 minutes walk away and is the most convenient and affordable - 3 euros per day!

The location was great and the self check-in was easy. The digital manual with photos from the host was perfect and made it easy to find the place.

Super schönes Apartment. Tolle Einrichtung, sehr hochwertig. Schönes bequemes Bett. Check in war sehr einfach, da man alle Infos schon vorher bekommen hat und da wirklich nichts schief gehen kann. Toller Blick zum Hafen. Ich komme gern wieder, wenn ich mal wieder 2-3 Tage in der Stadt bin. Gute Zentrale Lage für Ausflüge.

Das einzige Manko ist tatsächlich das man auch mit geschlossenen Fenster den Verkehr ordentlich hört. Als ich da war kam noch kräftiger Wind dazu und das hat man den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht gehört.

This Studio was fab. It had everything you needed. The sofa bed was so comfortable. It was central to shops, restaurants etc. The hot tub was that extra wow. Will stay again.

The only minor thing is that there was no disposal bin and check out at 11am is too early for off season.

Der Ausblick und die Lage waren super. Auch der Whirpool und der Preis. Wir waren Mitte Dezember vor Ort, um ein Tierheim vor Ort zu unterstützen und haben uns für die Unterkunft entschieden. Tolle Restaurants um die Ecke. Geparkt haben wir am Hafen für 10€ am Tag. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation herausragend.

Le logement était très beau, décoré avec goût, propre et parfaitement situé pour découvrir la ville et les alentours. On s’y sent tout de suite bien ! Mais ce qui a vraiment marqué mon séjour, c’est l’attention de notre hôte Katherina. Elle a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours disponible, attentionnée et très à l’écoute. L’entrée autonome a aussi rendu l’arrivée super simple et sans stress. Merci encore à Katherina pour avoir contribué à se séjour exceptionnel !

The property was exceptionally comfortable, luxurious and in a perfect location for absolutely everything. The view was breathtaking and the set up, including streaming services and housekeeping, was outstanding.

Ολα ηταν τέλεια δεν μπορω να ξεχωρίσω κάτι. Η τοποθεσία η θέα απλο το μπαλκονάκι ανολιγοντας τι παράθυρο, οι χώροι μέσα άνετοι και καθαροί. Η κατερινα πρόθυμη και εξυπηρετική σε λοτι ζητήσαμε. Τέλεια όλα!!@

Kleinigheid: de afvoer van de gootsteen zat niet goed vast. Werd direct opgepakt.

THe sink was clogged it's not a big issue but it would be great if everything runs smoothly.

This place is lovely and exactly like the pictures on the listing. Great Harbour views. Very luxurious for the price.

What didn't I like? The place was immaculate and looks exactly as in the pictures. The view from the balcony (I was in Sea View) was perfect. Directly at Koules Palace. Beautiful walk down both sides and in between two nice restaurants so there was a lot within walking distance. The suite itself is elegant and spacious, especially for one person with amenities and all. The staff was amazing, though they stayed almost completely invisible until you needed them. The owner is a phone call away and very helpful. You will have to remember that the entrance will not be visible via car going past the building via the roundabout. You can see the alley, but the entrance to the building is up that alley a short way. After the restaurant. Read the instructions from the owner. I didn't and had an adventure! 😅

Tässä majoituksessa ei ole aamiaista, koska kyse ei ole hotellista. Oman aamiaisen saattoi kuitenkin laittaa hyvin, koska keittiö oli varsin täydellinen, myös vaimoni mielestä. Toki pidempiaikaisessa majoittumisessa astianpesukone ja uuni olisivat hyödyllisiä.

Oven avaaminen meni hieman monimutkaiseksi sähkölukon häiriön vuoksi, mutta tämä lienee tilapäinen ongelma.

The location was excellent, easy to arrive everywhere with a great port view, facility was all clean and newly/modern furnished, and throughly thought for the comfort of the guests, Katerina was a great and a very responsive host. All in all, great stay and would recommend to everyone.

Location, spacious apartment, cleanliness, comfortable beds. Excellent restaurant right below called Sir Papafigos (a must try experience), attention to detail throughout apartment.

Nothing really at all, we had trouble with our shower drainage being extremely slow, but I brought it to the attention of the owner and all was fine.

La cage d’escalier pour arriver à l’appartement, sale . La baie vitrée de la terrasse où se trouve le jacuzzi et supposée ayant vue mer , tellement sale . Dans la chambre la peinture bleue est écaillée à un endroit. Ce sont des détails , mais ça déprécie la qualité de l’appartement !
