Una estancia maravillosa e inolvidable Nos alojamos durante dos noches y, desde el primer minuto, nos sentimos como en casa. Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad y cercanía de todo el personal, que nos recibió con una atención y un cariño excepcionales. El jefe del hotel un encanto, el desayuno fue un momento muy especial. En todo momento estuvieron pendientes de nosotros y consiguieron que nuestra estancia fuera todavía más única . El hotel tiene unas vistas maravillosas y una ubicación excelente, especialmente si queréis recorrer los alrededores del monte Fuji y los diferentes lagos en coche. La tranquilidad del lugar, el entorno y las vistas hacen que sea un sitio realmente especial para desconectar y disfrutar de la zona. Si tenéis la suerte de poder hospedaros aquí, no lo dudéis. Para nosotros fue una de las experiencias más bonitas de nuestro viaje por Japón. Muchísimas gracias a todo el equipo por vuestra hospitalidad y por hacernos sentir tan bien acogidos. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel. Le propriétaire a été d'une gentillesse rare : toujours attentionné, prêt à nous aider, portant nos bagages, prenant le temps de nous prendre en photo et surtout de nous raconter avec passion l'histoire du lac et de l'hôtel. On sent tout le cœur et l'âme qu'il met dans cet établissement. Certes, l'hôtel a son charme d'époque, mais c'est justement ce qui le rend authentique et attachant. Merci pour votre accueil si humain et chaleureux. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir de ce séjour et de votre gentillesse.

El personal, sens dubte! Un propietari encantador que ens va rebre amb els braços oberts. Cordialitat màxima i disculpant-se de que l’hotel fos vellet. Sense servei de sopar et faciliten demanar menjar i te’l fan arribar. La vista, davant un llac petit però amb vista directe al Mont Fuji des de l’habitació, el restaurant, l’entrada…. Ens han atès per l’esmorzar tot i anar nosaltres tard!

オーナー様のお気遣いがとても沁みました。 夜にお会いできなかったからと、朝わざわざ朝食会場までご挨拶に来てくださり、朝食時間ギリギリになってしまったにもかかわらず、温かく迎えてくださって嬉しかったです。 朝食会場のロケーションも素晴らしく、朝からとても癒されました。素敵な時間をありがとうございました。

洗面所にコンセントとタオル掛けがあると、さらに使いやすくて嬉しいなと思いました。

Dica para outros viajantes: Há uma loja de conveniência bem perto do hotel para comprar água ou um lanche rapidinho, aceita dinheiro ou cartão , mais precisa ter o cartão físico também na mão

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Die Lage war wirklich perfekt, man hatte einen tollen Blick auf den Fuji. Der Onsen war sehr erholsam mit Sauna. Das Personal war toll, der Chef des Hotel begrüßte und verabschiedete uns persönlich. Er erklärte uns Sachen über Mount Fuji und zeigte uns einen Lavastein. Das Hotel ist sehr traditionell mit japanischen Möbeln und Gewohnheiten. Wir würden empfehlen, einen Mietwagen zu holen, da man so mehr Möglichkeiten hat, viel von der Region zu sehen.

L’emplacement face au mont Fuji est extraordinaire. Accessible sans voiture. Restaurants/café et supérette à 5/10 minutes à pied. Restaurant sur place (dîner). Petit déjeuner copieux. Possibilité de louer des vélos. Le personnel est formidable! . Nous n’avions jusque-là jamais connu autant de gentillesse et d’égard. Nous avons été beaucoup touchés par la bienveillance de tous. Nous recommandons chaudement.

トイレや部屋内のバスルーム、洗面がリフォームされていて、広さもあって使いやすかった。

洗面の水道は自動だと使いにくい。洗顔時使いにく過ぎてバスルームのバスタブ側の水道で洗顔やコンタクトの洗浄をした。 水圧が強すぎて周りに跳ね飛ぶ。 トイレ内窓枠のホコリなど、清掃面は甘く感じた。

Un merveilleux petit hôtel familial, plein de charme et chargé d’histoire. Nous avons été accueillis de façon incroyable, avec beaucoup de chaleur et de gentillesse par le propriétaire et toute son équipe. Les chambres sont très agréables, avec de confortables futons, et l’établissement bénéficie d’un emplacement exceptionnel au pied du Mont Fuji. Mention spéciale pour l’onsen, qui offre une vue splendide et constitue un véritable moment de détente. Le parking juste au pied de l’hôtel est également très pratique. Nous avons également dîné sur place et avons apprécié un repas tout à fait correct. Une très belle adresse, authentique et chaleureuse, que nous recommandons vivement !

l’hôtel est resté quelque peu « dans son jus » et mériterait peut-être une petite rénovation. Mais c’est aussi ce qui fait tout son charme et son authenticité ! Cela ne nous a absolument pas dérangés et participe pleinement à l’atmosphère chaleureuse et traditionnelle du lieu.

Le personnel était extrêmement gentil, les chambres propres et spacieuses !

Cozy and gorgeous location, Kobayashi san and the rest of the staff were wonderful as well, and overall just a fantastic experience.

I don't really have anything bad to say about this place--perhaps the location is a bit far out from Kawaguchiko station but the view is genuinely gorgeous from across the little lake of Mt. Fuji.

Der Empfang war super herzlich und der Inhaber hat sich mittels Übersetzungsapp wahnsinnig Mühe gegeben mit den Gästen zu kommunizieren und den Leuten bisschen so von dem Ort zu erzählen. Das einfache Frühstück (vom Inhaber gemacht) fanden wir auch alle cute und sehr lecker. Der Ausblick auf den Fuji und den See war atemberaubend. Es ist sehr ruhig, da die Gegend klein ist, das war für uns der Grund anfangs es zu buchen. Es hat sich rausgestellt, dass das Hotel (was auch Campingplatz betreibt) eines aus dem Anime Yuru Camp (Laidback Camp) ist. Sollte ich wieder zum Fuji fahren, würde ich diesmal wieder dort buchen und diesmal sogar länger als nur als eine Nacht. Das Hotel hat ein Restaurant unten, das es betreibt. Das angebotene Essen war gut. Der Onsen draußen war auch sehr nice, und das Eisbad war wirklich eisig. Im Sommer super 👍 Inhaber und Personal alle super herzlich und einladend. Der Empfang mit Erfrischungsgetränken und kurzer Storytime mit Blick auf Fuji zum Durchschnaufen und ankommen fand ich auch sehr schön und hat uns als Gruppe super gefallen!

I had a very memorable experience at this hotel. I was not sure about this part of the trip but when I came, I realised it was totally worth it. Here are some of the things I enjoyed (some may be just personal preferences) - People: very friendly and helpful staff, some speak very good english. The enthusiastic boss is a master of using Google translate to deliver hospitality to guests. The welcoming treat of local snacks and tea was a nice touch. Upon my departure, my bus was late. A member of staff accompanied me at the front door -- it was really assuring and kind. The staff seem genuinely happy working there. Kudos to the boss. Long may this continue. - Facilities: the architecture itself is a time capsule -- it is not a modern hotel by any means, but if you can see beyond the few glitches it can be quite a fun experience. My room was a roomy traditional Japanese guest room, with a balcony facing the lake and Mt. Fuji. Loved it. The rotary dial phone was my personal favourite in the room. The rooftop, the outdoor onsen and the breakfast hall are the other places one can get a breath-taking view of Shoji lake and Mt. Fuji. - Location: Shoji lake area is very rural but beautiful and well organised, not crowded with tourists, perfect for someone who fancy a moment of peace and tranquillity. It is perfectly in line with the meaning of shoji (精進). I wish it stays like this. The hotel is accessible by local buses. Some small cafes, shops and a convenient store are within walking distance. - Meals: the hotel offers simple dinner for the evening. It was very much appreciated in a rural area.

Have to say, this is not something I dislike but I wish the hotel could improve in the long term: - Dinner time was a bit under staffed in that particular evening. I hope it was one off. The kind young member of the staff worked very hard. - Some facilities may need a bit of refurbishment in the not too distant future. As I said to the owner, "旧いじゃありません、懐かしいです。" (Pardon my broken Japanese.) Keep up the good work and I would love to visit again in the future.

The structure is very typical. We felt right at home. The position is incredible with a great view of Mount Fuji. The staff was so nice and helpful, we felt very welcomed.

Perfect location on a beautiful lakeshore. The hotel is an old building but thoroughly renovated. Calm, relaxing environment and cosy interior, helpful staff. My family went kayaking and played a lot of ping pong in the common space.

The property has no elevator and the owner did not accommodate my request for a lower floor room, even though the place didn’t seem crowded and I told him I had limited mobility. They offered to help with the luggage and my foot got better in the meantime so it all ended well. But don’t go there if you are not up to climbing to the 4th floor several times a day.

Location, location, location .... Shoji Lake hotel with breath taking view of Mt. Fuji is really nice place to stop in your trip across Japan. Staff is very nice and helpful, we reallye njoyed staying there.

L'accoglienza è stata eccezionale, il personale è meraviglioso, veramente da 5 stelle! La camera favolosa con terrazzino panoramico sul lago e sul monte Fuji. Ottimi i servizi: onsen, possibilità di cenare a prezzi onestissimi, semplice colazione offerta, sala per giocare a ping pong, terrazzo panoramico. Futon per dormire super comodi, meglio di un letto occidentale. Soggiorno molto rilassante, l'hotel è immerso nella pace.

L'hotel presenta diversi segni del tempo. Se cercate la movida, assolutamente non è il vostro posto.

良くないとは言えないですが、簡単でもいいので夕食が付いていればなお良かったです。

ペットと一緒に泊まれて、露天風呂とサウナの棟が改修されていてとても快適です。それも今回は天気があまり良くなかったので一瞬しかみえませんでしたが、部屋からは精進湖の先に富士山が見え景色がサイコーです。 館長さん含め従業員の方も親切で気持ちよく滞在させていただきました。

部分的に設備の古い点もありますが、それ以上に良い点が多いのでアットホームな感じだと思えばそれもまた◎という感じです。

Very good location in front of the lake Shoji and a beautiful view on Mt Fuji! We booked a typical Japanese style bedroom which was clean. The personnel is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is simple but good.

If you are not bothered by small annoying details in a hotel, it is made for you. If not, it can be a problem. The general state of common areas is quite old (not in a good way unfortunately and it is a pity). The two onsen indoor and outdoor are relatively well maintained but we did not enjoy so much because of the many spiders around. Basic cleaning of the glasses in the common areas and in the bedroom could be improved too.

Breatthaking vieiws of mout Fuji and the lake, combined with wonderful and warm hospitality by the owner and the staff and traditional atmosphere of the hotel with a lovely onsen made our stay truly amazing. Reccomended to everyone who is looking for an authentic Japanese experience.

Wonderful staff

The hospitality at this hotel was better than anything I’ve experienced. Every room has great views of Fuji and the lake. It was a traditional Japanese style, which we loved.

Slight moldy smell in some areas because the building was a little old.

Kobayashi and everyone on his staff was absolutely amazing! From meeting us at our bus stop to the food service and the amazing views of Fuji, this place is a must stay! Away from the crowds and very peaceful. 10 out of 10

Personnel très agréable, mention spéciale au patron qui était au petits oignons pour nous, le personnel en général a été très attentif a nos besoin, l’hotel bien que vétuste respire l’authenticité. Il y a nombre de chose a faire au alentour si l'on decide de prendre son temps. En conclusion excellent lieu de retraite pour se reconnecter avec la nature et soi même.

Malheureusement chef absent lors de notre visite, et accessibilité réduite sans voiture sinon parfait.

前回の宿泊が素晴らしかったので、今回が2回目の利用です。今回も大満足の滞在になりました。 何より素晴らしいのが、スタッフの皆さんの親切で丁寧な対応です。特にオーナーの小林さんには大変親切にしていただき、温かいお人柄と心のこもったおもてなしに触れるたび「また来たい」と思わせてくれます。 館内や客室は清掃が行き届いていて、とても清潔で快適です。露天風呂とサウナも最高でした。 そして、部屋から眺める富士山は本当に圧巻です。今度は雪をかぶった富士山を見に訪れたいと思います。ありがとうございました！

The owner and staff went above and beyond making us feel welcome. Awesome location in a quiet spot with everything you need. Delicious free breakfast, awesome views from the roof, restaurant, pool and onsen. We are a family with daughters 15, 15 and 12 and loved our stay.

Nous avions réservés ce ryokan pour trouver un logement atypique et qui offre une expérience immersive. Nous avons été ravi de voir que cet établissement a su répondre à toutes nos attentes. Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux par le personnel, qui sont venus à notre rencontre avec des mots de bienvenues très touchant directement traduit dans notre langue (français). Un petit acte montrant toutes la gentillesse du personnel, qui nous a ensuite accompagné afin de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de leur établissement. Ils nous ont prêté des claquettes avec différentes tailles afin qu'on puisse se déplacer librement au sein de l'établissement avec des Yukata (tenue traditionnelle proposé sur différentes tailles). Ils nous ont également expliqué le fonctionnement du petit déjeuner qui est simple mais très bon (oeufs, thé, brioche,...). Concernant le onsen, il est non mixte mais tattoo friendly donc tatouage accepté, avec 1 bain extérieur/ 1 bain intérieur / sauna pour les femmes et 1 bain extérieur / 1 bain intérieur/ sauna pour les hommes. Les horaires d'ouvertures du onsen sont de 15h00 de l'après midi à 8h00 du matin. Je vous recommande d'y aller c'est une jolie expérience. Ensuite concernant la chambre, nous avons réservé 3 chambres familiales pour un groupe de 6 personnes (que nous avons eu) Celles-ci sont vraiment typiques, avec un tatami et nous dormons sur les futons, j'ai trouvé ça très confortable. La chambre est magnifique et les fenêtres donnent vu sur le lac, et nous avons eu la chance d'apercevoir le mont fuji depuis notre chambre. C'est un établissement qui vaut véritablement le détour, avec un personnel aux petits soins, ce qui rend l'expérience authentique. Je vous conseille de ne pas passer à côté de cette pépite qui au calme mais qui a son tout son charme. Je vous recommande d'y aller les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçu de votre séjour sur place !

It was a beautiful place to stay, overlooking Shoji lake with Mount Fuji in the background. The rooms were very spacious and had everything you need. There are public baths, open air baths and a sauna which were very enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us a welcome drink as well as looking after our bags for the day. You can hire bikes, kayaks and paddle boards on site. The complimentary breakfast was very enjoyable and included toast, jam, boiled egg and a yoghurt. The bus stop is right outside the hotel. You can get a 1 or 2 day pass which covers all the sightseeing busses from Kawaguchiko, including the route to the hotel. It's about 10 minutes to the Ice and Wind caves. I would highly recommend staying here!

Nothing, everything was great!

The hotel was excellent. For a very reasonable price, I had a room that included access to a sauna and an outdoor public bath. We were also able to use yukatas, which were incredibly comfortable. The best part of the hotel was the owner, Mr. Kobayashi. He was exceptionally kind and helpful. Every day he made an effort to give me a message in my own language, and at breakfast he always gave me much more than I expected. He was truly amazingly friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and very clean. It was a bit older, just like the hotel itself, but that didn't bother me at all. I could see that some of the rooms had already been renovated and were more modern, so I think they are gradually refurbishing the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't really anything wrong with the hotel itself. The only potential issue is the location if you don't have a car, as it's difficult to get around. During my stay, very few restaurants were open, and nearby there was only a small convenience store that wasn't always well stocked. Because of that, I would recommend bringing some food with you. The hotel also has a restaurant where you can have dinner. I ate there every evening and really enjoyed it. It was very convenient, especially since there were not many other dining options available nearby.

De eigenaar en het personeel zijn super vriendelijk! Ze renden naar buiten toen ze ons zagen aankomen om ons te helpen met parkeren en bagage. Daarna een welkomstdrankje, wat uitleg over de buurt en ze maakten ons er direct attent op wanneer we de Mt Fuji konden spotten en maakten graag foto's van ons. Het eten in het hotel was simpel maar opnieuw heel vriendelijke kok en best ok, zeker voor die prijs. We hadden geen zin om buitenshuis te gaan eten. En het zicht kan niet beter! Zicht op Mt Fuji vanuit onze kamer...

Niets. De vriendelijkheid van de mensen maakt dat je snel vergeet dat het hotel niet nieuw is of geen luxe heeft. (Hiervoor verontschuldigt de eigenaar zich trouwens bij aankomst) Je weet dat je geen 5* boekt maar voor ons was dat ook niet nodig. De charme van de mensen en het feit dat het een familiehotel is, én het uitzicht, maakt alles goed.

Location is fantastic, right on the shore of Lake Shoji. Great views of Mount Fuji in the distance (weather permitting). Very rural and peaceful location. The room was big with a large windows to enjoy the view. Japanese style mattress on the floor, which was a first for me. My wife found this a bit uncomfortable the first night, but then we found extra mattresses in a cupboard, so she was Ok after that. The hotel has had some recent refurbishment in certain areas. Loved the onsen and sauna. The outdoor onsen was particularly enjoyable. The hotel also offers camping spots on the lakeshore. Surrounding countryside is spectacular but you need a car to properly explore.. We arrived by bus and quickly realised we were going to find it difficult without a car.

Breakfast is a little basic with limited choice. Some of the public spaces like corrisdors, could do with freshening up a little. They have a small menu for dinner and there are only two nearby restaurants (which were both closed in the evening during our stay).

Accoglienza estremamente calda e cordiale, stanza con vista monte Fuji, onsen carino con sauna sempre con vista monte Fuji. Stanza molto spaziosa con terrazzo, aveva tutto l'essenziale, arredata in stile tradizionale giapponese. Il ristorantino per la cena non ha un menù grande, ma è stato utilissimo per una cena semplice e veloce senza doversi spostare.

Tutto ottimo, sarebbe stato bello poter comunicare un po' di più con il personale per sapere un po' più di storia del posto.

The location was fantastic. The lake was serene with a fantastic view of lake shoji and mt Fuji. The staff were fantastic and very welcoming. The owner was present to greet guests and was very warm.

I loved traditional Japanese rooms they were vintage and cute, it was almost like staying in a museum, Fuji was hiding during my stay but beautiful views across the lake. The main baths seemed to be closed, not sure why, maybe too quiet? would have been nice to bathe overlooking the lake. Not a big deal as the open air bath and sauna were open, which were wonderfully relaxing.The next morning I used the bath, and again i had it to myself. Breakfast was simple but thoughtful, very efficient and stunning lake views on from the dining room, I can only imagine how amazing it would have been with a view to Fuji. In the morning I hired a bike and went for a cycle to the ice and wind caves, ebike hire was great value from the hotel. I was left feeling all zen and relaxed after my stay at the hotel, a great way to recharge the batteries. This hotel is a little rough around the edges but has a warmth and charm that makes up for it. I could have easily stayed another night. Highly recommend.

View and staff were amazing. All the people were very helpful and polite. They always wanted to give 110%. The owner takes care about everything by himself. My room was rather big and I loved the onsen and sauna. They serve simply but good breakfast. You can rent a bike or go hiking. Both are great ideas, as the location is great. And the view: 10/10!

It’s an old hotel. I mean really old! It has been built around 1955 and you can see it. Peeling paint and veneer, old and lamps, carpeting, windows etc. I didn’t expect that. Some parts were renovated (entrance hall, sauna and bathrooms), but overall the standard is poor

Je suis arrivé à 23h. L'établissement a tout mis en place pour que je puisse arriver sans problème ! J'ai pu profiter de l'onsen malgré mon arrivée tardive et la chambre était parfaite ! Le personnel était très gentil et mon même proposé des photos ! Tout était parfait sans parler de la vue ! Je recommande à 100 %

I stayed for one night at Shoji Lake Hotel with 3 other friends and it was a blast. Hospitality is top notch. Kobayashi san (the owner) has been hands on accommodating us from start to finish. We didn't want to leave. The hotel is well maintained and we also enjoyed outdoor hot spring. I was quite surprised with the quality of toiletries for a small hotel - I was even thinking if I should buy the set especially their body wash. We also tried SUP activity in the nearby lake (additional charge provided by the hotel) and we had blast! It was sooooo fun we paddled to our heart's content. The hotel is accessible via a bus stop albeit the frequency is quite few.

All was very nice

I had a very nice stay here. It was a very cool experience to stay in a traditional style hotel. The staff was wonderful, super nice and helpful. And I loved the outdoor onsen. My only “complaint” is it’s a bit farther from lake kowaguchiko than I would have liked but there’s a bus that can take you there. And one day I rented an e-bike to get there and that was probably my favorite day of my whole Japan trip. The views of Fuji are unmatched here and that’s really what sold me on this hotel. It was a great place to slow down and rest on a busy Japan trip.

The warmth of the hosts was felt right from the time we parked the car and lasted throughout the stay. The views of Mt Fuji from the hotel rooms across lake Shoji was truly an amazing sight.

The hotel is pretty old and some of the sliding door and screens to keep out the insects didn’t work too well. And the price for the stay was quite steep for the quality of the rooms.

Zostaliśmy bardzo ciepło przyjęci przez obsługę oraz Pana Kobayashi, pomimo naszego późnego przyjazdu. Pokój wyglądał lepiej niż na zdjęciach! Był bardzo czysty i przytulny, a łazienka była nowo wyremontowana. Bardzo miło wspominam też zewnętrzny onsen, byłam tam zupełnie sama i mogłam się w pełni zrelaksować. Rano obudził mnie przepiękny widok na górę Fuji, który mogłam podziwiać z pokoju, a później rownieź podczas śniadania i z tarasu na górze hotelu. Okolica jest bardzo spokojna, niedaleko znajduje się sklep, pare kawiarni oraz dużo atrakcji. Pobyt w tym hotelu oraz uprzejmość obsługi i Pana Kobayashi zapamiętam na długo, to był jeden z moich ulubionych momentów podczas podróży po Japonii. Bardzo polecam pobyt w hotelu!

The traditional tatami rooms were immaculate and cozy, and the dining area offers a gorgeous lakeside view alongside a great breakfast and drink selection ​Despite the overcast weather, we were thrilled to see Mount Fuji break through the clouds Renting electric bikes from the hotel was the perfect way to explore the gorgeous lakeshore landscapes . Hotel muy tranquilo. Lleno de calma y paz. Ideal para descansar. Ofrecen un desayuno gratuito por las mañanas. Tienen restaurante hasta las 21:00 pero que hay que pedir antes de las 20:00. Los empleados son gente maravillosa, te hacen sentir que estás en familia. Kobayashi San es encantador, siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo. Gracias por habernos hecho sentir como en casa.

ホテル前の駐車スペースは、車種によっては少し停めにくいと感じました。特に大きめの車の場合は、駐車時に少し注意が必要かもしれません。

Le personnel et l’emplacement. Les deux sont géniaux ! Le personnel est très attachant et est au petit soin pour ses résidents, vraiment ce sont de superbes personnes. Pour ce qui est de l’emplacement, il est fantastique. Nous avons eu la chance de voir le Mt Fuji pratiquement tous les matins car il était dégage, l’ambiance qui en ressort est fantastique.

I loved the view from the room. The owner and staff were exceptional. Very welcoming friendly, and helpful. Very clean and the food was good.

The room toilet was too small and that there’s no elevator. Although they have staff to carry luggage from lobby to the rooms. Around 40 mins bus ride to Kawaguchiko station.

Accueil exceptionnel on s’est senti comme des rois du début a la fin nous avons été chouchouté de notre descente du bus jusqu’à la montée du bus retour. Vue incroyable, personnel au top rien à redire. Le roof top et le onsen sont des expériences uniques tout ça en face du mont fuji nous avons passés un fabuleux séjour. Merci beaucoup Mr.Kobayashi et toute l’équipe!

We really enjoyed our time here and wish it was longer. We were greeted even before entering the building by the smiling face of the staff and the owner, who took care of our luggage. The customer service was great and the view of the lake and mountain was beautiful. The staff was very sweet and helpful with everything. if you have any questions about transport, bus times, or the train station don’t be afraid to ask. It was really moving to see the history of this hotel and i’m very happy to have been able to support this business.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel. Le propriétaire a été d’une gentillesse rare : toujours attentionné, prêt à nous aider, portant nos bagages, prenant le temps de nous prendre en photo et surtout de nous raconter avec passion l’histoire du lac et de l’hôtel. On sent tout le cœur et l’âme qu’il met dans cet établissement. Certes, l’hôtel a son charme d’époque, mais c’est justement ce qui le rend authentique et attachant. L’onsen restera inoubliable. Se détendre dans l’eau chaude avec cette vue sur le lac était déjà un moment incroyable, mais le soir, sous les étoiles, l’atmosphère devenait vraiment magique. Merci pour votre accueil si humain et chaleureux. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir de ce séjour et de votre gentillesse.

La vue sur le lac et le mont Fuji était exceptionnelle, c’est un vieil hôtel qui garde tout son charme et il est idéal pour les amoureux de la nature (possibilité de louer vélo, paddle, barque). Le propriétaire est adorable.

Я брала номер в классическом японском стиле. Номер был просто шикарный и вид на Фудзи 🥹 Персонал очень приятный и очень клиентоориентированный. Утром есть для каждого гостя бесплатный завтрак.
