Came with family we had a 2 br, it was clean, beautiful, & spacious; and there was a TV in both bedrooms and living room. There were 2 bathrooms, an island, and complimentary laundry that I also loved. And it's just a short drive or shuttle ride to hospitals.

1) Went to relax and enjoy the indoor pool, the water temperature was so cold you could not stand to get in it. 2) Parking for two nights was close to $90 in the hotels parking garage, i feel it should be cheaper for guest. 3) Number of guests was disclosed at booking, not enough towels or wash cloths in the room, went to front desk to ask for more and they said they would bring them up but after 8hrs had to go back and ask again.

It was very clean, had a great breakfast, nice pool and grill area, and a shuttle to downtown. I must say that Charles, who was the only kitchen staff for 2 days, did a fantastic job. He carried the load for someone who had called off. He should get kudos (or a raise) for his dedication to his job. He performed his duties with a smile and attended to his customers needs.

The only drawback is the parking fee. I think it was a little high and the website indicated that parking was free.

Great location to feel safe! Was a little bit of a walk to Vanderbilt bar area which normally I would love but with how hit it was that weekend I should have Ubered. Still super close to downtown and walkable. The staff member who checked me in was very personable, had a smile on her face that instantly made me happy to be there. She was accommodating and thoughtful with her customer service. Which I would have got her name, because you all are luck to have her!

The shower was not clean at all.

It was great and breakfast and snacks (dinner) wonderful. Clean and staff great.

Only problem was paying $38 a day for parking but maybe it's a hotel in Nashville parking thing. Sofa bed not great wish we had two queen beds for three people.

Charged $130 to park at location. No other parking available and no upfront disclosure of the fee. Also, being in downtown, we knew it wouldn't be the most quiet stay but were kept awake until well after midnight due to loud vehicles at the gas station across the street. Not the hotel management's fault but something to keep in mind. We won't be staying here again.

We spent the evening at the hotel bar ,we ate and had a few drinks and the Bartender was amazing! The guy who was working in the breakfast area sure busted his butt to make sure everything was kept up on.

Great room great staff. Nice pool and laundry facilities. They even have a shuttle for drop off’s in the evening and hourly runs to and from the hospitals. Front staff was very helpful. Parking is paid via an app. The room was quiet and no issues with noise from neighbors or above us. The beds are comfortable and the unit was very clean. The only complaint is the man who oversees the breakfast, I’ve witnessed him watching people like a hawk, yelling at a young man who made an innocent mistake with the waffle iron. He scolded this boy in front of his mother as he hastily and angrily cleaned the machine. It was awful, the attendant had no idea what is going on in this boys life, knowing that this particular hotel caters to families who have loved ones in the hospital. Grace is needed with everyone especially a child. I watched the attendant eyeing a little girl with her father this morning. He couldn’t keep his eyes off of them. The father was instructing her on making waffles, she was doing fabulously. The attendant did try to intervene and started speaking to the father about it being hot and she shouldn’t be around the waffle iron. The father said she was fine. The attendant said, oh ok. Shaking his head and onto watching everyone else. After the incident with the waffles the day prior a sign was put up this morning that no one under the age of 14 may use the waffle iron without adult supervision. A simple sign indicating the irons are hot (common sense) and children should use with adult supervision would have sufficed.

Everything was good and the shuttle service by Maurice was exceptional. He was very courteous and knowledgeable!!

The suite was clean, with all items included for our stay. Our 2 bed suite was comfortable and quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable. The cleaners were very attentive and changed our towels and bins frequently during our stay. Arthur who was the shuttle driver was very friendly, attentive and had very useful information about the city which we found helpful.

Breakfast could have been better. The fruit selection i.e. apples/bananas were available for 3 out of the 7 days. The waffle mix wasn't replenished when it ran out at 9.15am. I didn't really like eating off paper plates or bowls or having to use plastic cutlery every day. It seemed wasteful where delph plates could be washed and reused.

We stopped in Nashville on our trip down to FL, and found this hotel to be a nice and comfortable stay. In addition, at breakfast time, we met Gaby and Juan, who were extremely helpful with our dietary restriction; we are extremely grateful for this!

We stayed in suite 345 last night. Beautifully decorated and very large compared to other hotels we've stayed in. Impeccably clean!! Housekeeping is incredible not only in the suite but also throughout the hotel! I must call out the name of the one person, Charles, who was the man providing serves at the outstanding free breakfast buffet! His very friendly smile, polite conversation, and his attention to detail went above and beyond that of any employee of any hotel my family and I have ever been in. He, above all, made each and every member of my family feel so welcome and 'at home'. If I were in the hotel business, I would have recruited him to teach and train every member of my staff on the finer nuances of customer service that make the difference between a well-above average hotel and a prestigious premier resort hotel. If we could transport our hotel experience of this hotel around the country, I know exactly where we would be staying!

We started out with a reservation elsewhere, but they canceled our reservation without warning before check-in time. God obviously was watching over us and brought us to your hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and just all around amazing. The bartender our first night chatted with us about whatever he and us came up with. The young gal that checked is in was such a sweet friendly personality after the stress we had just gone thru. The shuttle driver, Maurice, had an upbeat personality and connected with us over a WWE conversation that he and my husband compared likes and thoughts about. This got us hyped for a night downtown on Broadway. The rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful with anything that came up without hesitation. The room was perfect and perfectly clean. Breakfast was presented beautifully yet was a bit bland. I understand it needs to appeal to a varied customer base tho. Thank you for not only saving our 2nd anniversary, but going above and beyond the distance to make it memorable. We would not hesitate to reserve with ya'll next time we are in town.

Amazing hotel, large rooms, comfortable bed, best breakfast I've had at a hotel. Only complaint is the front desk is constantly empty and you have to wait to get help. Not sure if it's because of memorial weekend, but that's the only complaint.

We stayed at the Staybridge Suites Nashville-Vanderbilt Area. Our friends chose this location so we could be closer to Broadway. It was a very nice room-two bedrooms! There was just about everything we needed for comfort! Dove Brand hand soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, lotion, dishwashing soap, a dishwasher with the soap, full size refrigerator with an ice maker! A small stove! Dishes, pans, utensils…you name it! And the best part was the shuttle driver-Maurice. He was awesome! We had a great time with him and he gave us some very good restaurant and bar recommendations while we were there. We all agreed Maurice was the highlight of our 2 1/2 day trip! Totally recommend this hotel 🥰

I have stayed in dozens of IHG many hundreds of nights most long term. Best staff as a hole that I have experienced I want to single out Maurice, does a great job helping with veterans needing medical care. And is a wonderful brand/ property/ city ambassador and should be recognized, he is different in a great way. Thank you Maurice. And side note of important, the property is clean and well maintained

Maurice was great and friendly love his attitude and he really took time with me and my family this was our first time in Nashville when we come back we definitely would have him as a driver. And I will always recommend him too people.

Unit design was not appropriate for some guests leaving earlier than others as there was no door between the bedroom and bathroom sink and mirror, such that turning vanity area light on disturbed those still sleeping in the bedroom

Location was convenient from the highway and had a lot of food options near by. Breakfast was good and always replenish. Room was very quiet even though my kids are loud.

We loved that the property was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Pool was great and the staff was amazing. Everyone was nice and the rooms were nice. We love that since we are a big family that there was enough room for everyone to sleep. There was 7 of us and we were all able to rest comfortably. Breakfast was ok. Parking was easy and always had a spot available.

We wish there had been a couple more options available at the breakfast. We were really wanting some biscuits and gravy and they never had it.

This Hotel is in a great location. It is 2-3 miles from from both the Predators and Titans arenas. The breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, oatmeal with fruit to mix in with it) and plenty of Coffee. There is a Starbucks on the corner before you turn into the propeety and a Jack Cawthons BBQ within a mile.

A better stay than most. Probably because of the free shuttle service and the absolutely awesome house-made (I guess they could be from a box) scones each morning. That's the first time I have had these in any IHG hotel. We were alerted to them from our shuttle driver the first night. We were alone in the shuttle so we got a pretty good rundown of Nashville. The parking 'entrance' is basically in the rear. There's also plenty of parking in the lot area for ADA and taller Sprinter type vehicles. There's also a bar inside for evening drinks at about 1/4 the price from out in town. There's also some stores and eateries (just a couple) nearby with a short walk. If I remember there's a coffee shop and a Walgreens where we found some needed travel items. Our room faced the street where vehicle boom boxes and party busses drive by at all hours. No too noticeable, but it is noticeable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. A good 2 day stay. This is Nashville and we probably could have gotten by with just one. Nashville was really not our bag. CritDicks

The suite room we had was okay except that there was trash in the trash can and used towel left behind by the previous guest when we checked in.

The location was in the heart of Nashville.

A free room upgrade would have been nice for the inconvenience of being displaced the night that we arrived. We were informed by management that a refund would be processed for our 1st night's fees. As a gesture from the hotel a small gesture for our anniversary would have went a long way.

We experienced the most courteous, respectful and professional hospitality from the staff at StayBridge Suites, during our visit to Nashville.

The property was very convenient and comfortable. We had a corner room with a kitchenette. The bed was so soft and clean. We didn’t use the kitchenette as much has we thought, but it was helpful to warm up leftovers and make dinner the one day we were too tired to leave the room. The location was a very short drive to broadway, 12 South and museums. For being a family style hotel, it was very quiet. The pool was clean with warm water and attached to a patio area with grilling. My wife use the gym facilities that 24hrs and we use the complimentary laundry but bring your own detergent and fabric softener from home to save. Cleaners came in every day while we were out to remove trash, fix the bed and leave from towels and toiletries. Full service on weekends. Definitely great value we stayed 4 nights for $600, with all amenities its was worth it since we were being savvy for this trip (roadtrip). The staff were absolutely amazing! Such great hospitality. I could tell it made a difference with guest because everyone was in such a great mood and so neighborly. It is pet friendly for a flat fee for the stay and with how quiet and comfy the place was it made us regret not bringing our dog who is still getting use to staying away from home. I recommend this stay if you are looking for good value for an affordable stay, convenient location to all the popular Nashville spots and great staff.

There was complimentary breakfast which was a plus for saving money and the selection changed daily however the quality was a lot worse than i expected. I’ve stayed at more affordable hotels with better quality food and cooking. There was a free soft drink and apps happy hour Monday-Wednesday along with a bogo happy hour at the restaurant/bar in the lobby which was nice to start our night started but also low quality. Not so much of a downside but coming from Puerto Rican Chicagoans, highly recommend to bring seasonings if you plan on really using the kitchenette. My only other complaint was the check in procedures. The staff that check us in was amazing but again as I always experience with hotels stays, a lot of information is not properly listed for you to be prepared. The parking is on site but paid parking which i knew, around $130 for our stay, however it’s lumped in with the incidental fee which made it $200 in total out of pocket at check in. Highly recommend booking your stay with parking ahead of time so you don’t have to worry about it day off especially because there is no other parking options and it was truly comfortable and convenient parking. Another thing that was annoying to find out at check in was they have issues working with Chime. All my wife and i have are chime accounts, so really any online only banking like Chime will be an issue. The staff member told us sometimes they have issues accepting it at all which was very unsettling but thankfully it worked. They also let us know that we were receive the $200 incidental fee minus the parking used once we check out but with Chime it tends to take 30 days from check out instead of the typical same day or 3 business days.

My vacation with my partner was awesome! The one bedroom king suite was clean comfortable and very nice! Staff was great! Everyone was friendly and greeted us in the halls as they walked by. Fartun was at the desk when we arrived and she was phenomenal! Went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the first day! She always greeted me with a smile and a hello as if we were old friends! Josh was also very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. The head of happy hour at the bar was also very friendly. Im sorry I forgot his name, but super nice and helpful with downtown attractions! Will stay here everytime I come to Nashville! Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality!!! 5 Stars!
