Nous avons aimer l'emplacement de l'hotel,la gentillesse du personnel .(anna) qui nous a trés bien accueillis.la chambre etait propre,grande et bien agencés avec frigo,clim et télé,une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche.(chambre 803).

Nous avons moins apprécié la chambre sans fenetre et des odeurs de cuisine quand il préparer le petit déjeuner.ça remonter par les ventilations de gaine.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They helped us with our luggage both when we arrived and when we checked out. They were always available to help with anything we needed, including great recommendations. The spa was very nice as well, although the massage was a little intense, so it may be less suitable for people who are sensitive to stronger pressure. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is excellent. One of the things we appreciated most was the wonderful service and hospitality from the entire team. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! ❤️

I loved everything. Perfect location, close to the main attractions, cleanliness, room size, very good bed for those with back problems, excellent staff, very good breakfast. I liked the hotel so much that when I returned from Sapa I stayed there again and would stay there every time I returned to Hanoi.

I liked everything: the perfect location close to major attractions, the cleanliness, the room size, the bed (which was excellent for someone with back problems), the outstanding staff, and the very good breakfast. I liked the hotel so much that I stayed there again upon returning from Sapa, and I would stay there every time I visited Hanoi.

I had such a lovely stay here. The location is fantastic and the breakfast buffet was wonderful, but what truly made my experience special was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was so warm, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality made me feel incredibly welcome and looked after throughout my stay. It’s rare to come across such sincere kindness, and I’m genuinely grateful for it. A special shoutout to Miss Anna for patiently answering all my questions and promptly arranging everything I needed. A heartfelt thank you to Harry, Andy, and Sophie as well. Harry even walked me to my pick-up point with the luggage. How sweet is that? Each one of you is amazing! ❤️ I’ll remember your warmth and kindness and would happily stay here again.

A simple restaurant on the property would have been nice, or if the bar had a few simple snacks available for emergency. Ordering food from outside may not always be feasible.

The hotel is in an amazing location, staff are fabulous- remembered me from before and the breakfast is great. Special shout out to Anna, Sophie and Jimmy who were super helpful as was everybody.

Hotel este foarte frumos si curat, amplasat in centrul vechi al orasului Hanoi. Personalul a fost extraordinar de amabil. Cu toate ca initial am rezervat camere duble clasic, ne-au facut upgrade la suite cu balcon fara cost suplimentar. Ne-a placut foarte mult sejurul la acest hotel.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the location - it is within walking distance of the lake, French quarter, etc yet still in a smaller street with less noise

The room had mold in the bathroom, the walls are paper thin so you hear every sound in the building and in the one next to it, the "French balcony" is barely a railing. When I brought up the fact that the room did not match the pictures, the front desk staff argued and told me if I wasn't happy I could leave. I've stayed in Hanoi in the same neighborhood before and had a much better experience at a lower price. I would not recommend or stay here again - there are better options in the area.

バルコニー付きの部屋に宿泊させていただきました。 場所はどこへ行くにも便利です。 朝食が美味しいです。 部屋は設備の古さは否めませんが、清潔に保たれています。 スリッパやアメニティ付きで快適でした。 とにかくスタッフの皆さんが素晴らしく、気になることを告げると、すぐに対応してくれました。 チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりはもちろん、深夜の帰国便に合わせて空港に向かう前にシャワーの使用を薦めてくれました。 ウェルカムドリンクで地下の雰囲気の良いBARでハノイビールとおつまみ豆をいただけたのも嬉しかったです。 とにかく、スタッフの皆さんが親切で素晴らしかったです。

El personal fue lo mejor de la estancia!!! Solicitamos una cuna para nuestro bebe y como no cabía en nuestra habitación original, nos hicieron upgrade a una mas grande y gratis! Siempre atentos y amables, jugaron mucho con nuestro bebé. El desayuno muy rico y variado. La habitación grande y limpia.

The location is great and the staff are very helpful.

The hotel was in a great location. Just outside of the madness through you can still hear the activities and singing from the square! The staff were super friendly and helpful and happy to give suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Jimmy organised a private tour for us to Nihn Bihn that met our needs. The room was comfortable with lovely big bed, bathroom and balcony. Would stay here again.

The staff were all so amazing and friendly. Room was clean and tidy and very spacious. Fresh towels and room cleaning daily.

The shower was a little grimy ( bits on black grout here and there, bidet spray had white sediments all over the openings)

We have been staying in hotels around the world for 25 years. Dalvostro Valentino is the best by far. Every thing about this hotel is excellent.The staff are like family , we stayed for 31 nights and friendships with all members are cemented. The breakfast is top shelf . From house keeping to the marvelous reception staff we love them all. We have already booked for next year. If you are visiting Hanoi do yourself a favour and stay here.

Staff was very polite and accommodating during our stay. The bartender was very friendly and staff gave us complimentary drinks during our stay. Harry the door man was very helpful and brought our luggages to the taxi pick up spot when roads were closed.

Bathroom shower did not drain quickly and left puddles. The bathroom also had some stains on the ground when we checked in.

Der Frühstückraum ist sehr klein und für die Anzahl der Gäste eher nicht ausgelegt. Die Fruchtsäfte wurden weit vor Ende der Frühstückszeit nicht wieder aufgefüllt.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage am Hoan Kiem See sowie Old Quarter ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Frühstück war okay aber nicht überwältigend. Wir bemängeln, dass die Fruchtsäfte weit vor Ende der Frühstückszeit nicht nachgefüllt wurden. Das Platzangebot im Frühstücksraum war für die Größe des Hotels leider zu klein.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un soggiorno reso speciale soprattutto dalle persone! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. L’hotel è molto accogliente, la camera pulita e curata e la colazione varia, abbondante e internazionale, con tante proposte per tutti i gusti. Ma ciò che abbiamo apprezzato più di tutto è stata la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff, sempre sorridente e pronto ad aiutarci. Un grazie particolare per averci organizzato la prenotazione al Teatro delle Marionette, riuscendo a trovarci dei posti davvero eccezionali: un’esperienza bellissima che ricorderemo con piacere! Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato moltissimo la disponibilità nel custodire le nostre valigie durante i giorni della crociera, permettendoci di partire e rientrare senza alcuna preoccupazione. Sono proprio queste attenzioni a fare la differenza e a trasformare un semplice soggiorno in una bellissima esperienza. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff per averci fatto sentire così ben accolti. Un hotel che consiglio assolutamente e nel quale tornerei molto volentieri! ❤️
