Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Ntg I like because the staff very rude and straight forward don’t know how serve the customer. They are not quality for customer care and service. We can pay any amount but it must be worth. The property and facilities and food nice but all spoiled because of the staff. Booking in.com pls don’t share this hotel to anyone because it will spoil your services too.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026The location was 10 mins from the airport and all the services made is a perfect last day in India before my international flight from Madhuri airport. The hotel arranged a taxi to visit the famous Meenakshi temple in Madhuri in my last afternoon. It was also great to have a final massage and sunbathe by the pool. I would recommend this hotel.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026After Grand Madurai, Amika was good place to stay. It's 4 star but it provided the service very close to Grand Madurai. Service was quick and friendly. Room was perfect for us family of four. Huge space to accommodate our lagguage. Shower, toilet and sink were clean. We enjoyed the spa. Staff at spa was very efficient. We had early flight and we had to leave 5am, so they packed our breakfast to have it at the airport. Thanks for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Food was yummy.
Mini fridge in the room was clean. It was stinky. We couldn't put anything in the fridge.

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025It is clean, rooms are spacious and staff are polite. The food spread, particularly of the South Indian variety, is very good and tasty.
Its location. Though it is on a highway and relatively close to the airport, it is at some distance from the city. The distance from the city is compounded by the lack of an access point from the opposite side of the road that leads from the city to the hotel, forcing drivers to drive an extra 3 kms a side to a u-turn for the road to the hotel. Our driver, who was otherwise safety conscious, drove 200 meters, rather gingerly, in the opposite direction every time he drove back from the city, to access the hotel.
