The shuttle bus to the airport was frequent and punctual.

The room had no resemblance to the photos on the hotel listing. It was shoddy and worn. The bedding was significantly and unacceptably sub-standard. The "pillows" were extremely poor quality, bunched into balls, literally, within the pillowcases - an oddity I have never encountered. Disgustingly, there were multiple blood stains on the thin duvet, unidentifiable stains on the sheets, as well as multiple long and short hairs. I did not therefore sleep in the bed, but on top, fully clothed, and mostly awake from the aggravation. The airco/heat unit was extremely loud and would not turn off, so I unplugged it. The curtains were too short to fully close, leaving a 2 foot gap, so I had to use a large pin to try to reduce the light. My expectations of a short-stay budget airport hotel are limited, but a lack of basic cleanliness is not excusable in any hotel, of whatever grade, and in this case, totally unacceptable. This meant I started my very early flight extremely tired instead of well rested, negating much of the point of staying close to the airport. Please note that I am generally somewhat forgiving, rather than a "complainer", but feel compelled in this case to advise against staying at this hotel.

The door has an alarm that keeps on beeping ... if was not close properly ... we were in room 403 and 406 went out around 3:30 am and whallah !!!! It keeps on beeping and wake everybody up on 405 409 .... we called the front desk not until the 3rd call did they respond, I don't think this is a good feature of the door .... to say that the door is heavy but not closing completely 😢

The location is conveniently close to the airport and the area we need to visit for our trip.

The breakfast is simple and not very good. The room amenities are also lacking. For example, they don’t have enough hairdryers, and they need to be asked for them on the first night. They also don’t have enough fresh towels for each day, even though I reminded them in the morning. They missed renewing the towels in the evening, and they were gone afterward.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were busy but attentive. Breakfast was lovely. Overall for a last minute booking was good value for money.

The shuttle service to the hotel was quick and efficient the room was clean and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable room, however the water pressure in the shower was very weak and there was no soap in the dispenser.

I absolutely loved my stay here. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel genuinely welcomed. The room was bright, clean, and cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet at night. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the service throughout my stay was outstanding. I’ll definitely be returning. On site laundry was also a big bonus!

Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty items, which I really appreciated. The only challenge was that seating in the breakfast area was limited, so it felt a bit crowded during peak times. Aside from that, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. I would stay here again.

Breakfast could be better. I had 2 night stay. When i came back to the hotel for my 2nd night, i was locked out. The key needed to be reset.

arrive late and put me on a room that was not clean, they transfer me too different room, it is okay but the couch has stains and was not vacuum properly, it is sad that this is a new facility but it is not well maintained, housekeeping should have more orientation on proper cleaning and sanitation of room

room is not well cleaned, my shower gel bottle is empty, i thought saving 20$ is worth but will rather pay the extra for the quality of my stay, this place need a better management and dedicated housekeeping

Super ist der Shuttleservice von und zum Airport. Check-in und Check-out unkompliziert. Sehr gut geeignet als ersten Anlauf nach der Landung und letzte Unterkunft vor dem Abflug.

The breakfast definitely needs improvement, the eggs were foamy & tasteless, the fruit, only apples were soggy & bruised, the waffles were so hard my knife broke when I tried to cut it, I think they were from the day before.

Shuttle from airport..very accommodating. Clean, nice room.

Great didn’t have to leave to go eat

Came in super clutch with a very affordable rate and availability because of a last minute flight delay. Shuttle was a pleasant surprise. And beds were comfortable for the 3hrs I got to use them.

Breakfast was below subpar. Frozen eggo waffles that were simply defrosted, over cooked eggs and juice I hope was just under mixed… it was one breakfast included hotel that should cut that.

Love staying here when I need to catch a flight and park. Also, great hotel regardless!

Staff were not overly pleasant, and made error with shuttle booking with no care to fix it.

The receptionist was friendly. The bed was comfortable.

I could hear the cars on the street. Breakfast was mediocre. There was a foul smell in the main floor. This was because they didn't empty out mop bucket water.

Garbage on the property, no where to safely walk my dog. Food left in refrigerator from previous client. One room was offered with no microwave and another with no towels. It all got rectified. Breakfast was really unappealing including apples that were looking like they were rotting

The tv stopped working when watching the hockey game and never came back.. also didn’t work in the morning to watch the news. Very disappointed.

No where to park, parking lot is too small for the amount of rooms, had to park In the parking lot next door.

Had to wait 1 hour for the shuttle. Poor communications there. Floors were dirty in the lobby. Room was in rough shape. Had to ask for a hair dryer. They messed up our return shuttle, forgetting to book it with the driver. Too much calamity.

It said either in your ad or on their website, good breakfast. The breakfast was not good at all. Very limited selection and the sausages and eggo waffles were terrible. It would be acceptable if at least the food was good.

The blood stains on the blankets, changing rooms at 10:30 pm the flooding bathroom in the new room, fixtures falling off the walls… I retracted my stay the second night, super unfortunate experience…

Our door didnt close perfectly but it would beep when it wasn’t closed and that was a nice notice. Also, the vending machine wasn’t working on our floor
