Todo. Estaba impecable. La cama muy cómoda. Muy bien ubicado y el parking gratis necesario por la ubicación. La atención muy cuidada.

La relación calidad precio. Es cierto que estaba muy bien, pero por el precio tenía que estar perfecto. Echamos de menos un microondas, más cubiertos, aire acondicionado en el salón, más presión en el agua de la ducha, menos ruido de la azotea por la noche y algún sitio donde poder colgar los bañadores.

Como todos los años anteriores destaca por el trato del equipo del hotel , instalaciones, ubicación y calidad. Es nuestro 4 año en este hotel y esperamos volver el próximo año. Es un 10.

Location is fantastic, close to the Mercado. Staff were wonderful and upgraded to a very modern studio.

Ac in the modern studio was not great in the main bedroom, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. We did address this with reception and they very kindly addressed the issue.

The location - right in the middle of both the old town and new - the standard of the room, the boutique feel for guests on the rooftop pool area and bar were all very good. We picked Three House for these reasons as we wanted a chilled out holiday but still with options and we weren't disappointed. Thank you!

The smallest thing really. While advertised as a cocktail bar, and the cocktails were great, it would have been nice to have a slightly bigger choice of wine and beer to choose from.

Gorgeous hotel in the heart of the city. 360 degree views from the rooftop pool/deck, easy walk to most city sites. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly at all times. We so appreciated being allowed to check in early after 15+ hours of flying. Spacious apartment, very clean. Great stay

Das Hotel liegt super zentral, man ist direkt in der Stadtmitte. Das Appartement war sehr groß, richtig toll und modern eingerichtet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Schöne Küche, schöne Badezimmer, bequeme Betten…. Die Bar und der rooftop pool sind ein Traum, man hat so eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Funchal. Wir waren auch im Restaurant beim Abendessen und alles hat sehr lecker geschmeckt! Auf jeden Fall auch empfehlenswert! Was noch besonders hervorgehoben werden sollte, ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter. Sid hat uns gleich bei der Ankunft ganz herzlich empfangen und unseren ersten Frust, den wir am Flughafen mit einer Autovermietung hatten, genommen. Er hat uns sehr viele Tipps für Restaurants, Cafés und Wanderungen gegeben. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal! Man kann außerdem kostenlos in der Tiefgarage parken, sollte nur eher einen etwas kleineren Mietwagen haben. Die Ein- und Ausfahrt ist nichts für schwache Nerven:-)

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel location was very close to the famous market and old town. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. It had everything for a luxurious stay.

Una estancia de 10. Para repetir sin ninguna duda. Nos ha encantado absolutamente todo. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa, pero con todas las comodidades de estar de vacaciones. La decoración es espectacular, todo está cuidado al detalle y las instalaciones son completísimas: gimnasio, parking, piscina, una terraza preciosa, lavadora, secadora… No hemos echado en falta absolutamente nada. Pero si hay algo que realmente marca la diferencia es el personal y el trato que recibes desde el primer momento. Viajamos con una niña de 3 años y, nada más llegar, nos preguntaron si nos vendría bien tener un microondas para calentar los biberones. Enseguida nos lo instalaron en la cocina. Son esos pequeños detalles los que hacen que te sientas verdaderamente cuidado. Las habitaciones las hacen todos los días y están constantemente pendientes de que no te falte nada. Mención especial para Marcio, ¡el mejor! ❤️ Nos recomendó sitios, restaurantes y cosas que hacer, y acertó absolutamente con todo. Todo lo que probamos siguiendo sus recomendaciones estaba riquísimo. Da gusto encontrarse con personas que hacen su trabajo con tanta cercanía y ganas de ayudarte. También habíamos leído algunos comentarios sobre el ruido y sobre que era una zona muy movida. Sinceramente, nosotros no hemos tenido ningún problema. Hemos viajado con una niña de 3 años y no nos hemos enterado de nada que no nos hayamos querido enterar. Hemos descansado perfectamente. Si tuviera que mencionar algo, no es un punto negativo en absoluto, sino una pequeña idea de mejora porque el lugar ya es perfecto: cambiar la alfombra del pasillo por tarima. Creo que le daría un toque todavía más espectacular, moderno y acogedor al conjunto. Por lo demás, una experiencia fantástica de principio a fin. Instalaciones, limpieza, comodidad, ubicación y, sobre todo, un personal maravilloso que consigue que te sientas como en casa. Volveríamos sin pensarlo y lo recomendamos al 100 %.

What a fantastic hotel this is. The Three House hotel stands out thanks to its personal, VIP- quality service. Nothing is to much trouble, and everything is handled with genuine care and personal touches. Before, during and after our booking, we felt like the only guest there. They handle every request with ease and incredible speed and do even more then you asked for. Our sincere compliments go to the reception staff and the housekeeping team. The decor is delightfull, and the hotel is well equipped, featuring a great kitchen and comfortable, firm beds. Hygiene standards are high., and there are plenty of towels and bathrobes for guest to use. The rooftop terrace is sublime- such wonderfull atmosphere. It is my favorite spot of the hotel thanks to the beautifull clear pool, the views and the decor. The location is just perfect to explore Funchal and suroundings. You can rent a car and let it be deliverd at the hotel for a quick get a way. We really enjoyed being a guest at the 6-years anniversary party on the rooftop. We felt like VIP's :-) So, dont hesitate. This hotel is worth every penny.

The Three House Hotel was a fantastic base for exploring Funchal and the island. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with high-end decor and appliances. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the pool was ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring or hiking. We can also highly recommend both the rooftop bar and the restaurant. The hotel is also perfectly located, within walking distance of the Old Town, the Marina and the New Town. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend The Three House Hotel.

Everything, the location is perfect for exploring Funchal. It’s also great to have a free car park in the middle of the city. You also have everything that makes a hotel good but with the homely feel of an apartment. People get worried about not having breakfast as an option but the croissants are delicious and there are so many good places near by. The rooftop has a private space for guests only so even when it’s a bit busy you know you will get a bed and a quiet pool. Bernardo at the rooftop bar looked after us so well every time we went up there.

We had a wonderful stay at Three House Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madeira. The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and the seafront. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay – always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The rooftop area is one of the highlights of the hotel. The pool, bar, and views over Funchal create a fantastic atmosphere, especially in the evening. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. A special thank you to the team for the thoughtful farewell gifts and personal touches, which made our stay even more memorable. The only areas where we feel there is room for improvement are the air conditioning and sound insulation. In our apartment, the air conditioning did not cool the living room area effectively, especially during warmer parts of the day. Additionally, better sound insulation from the windows would help reduce street noise and make the rooms even more comfortable. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would gladly stay at Three House again on a future visit to Madeira.

Amazing. Just. Loved. To. Stay. Here. Located in the heart of Funchal, but yet extremely quiet in the heights of 5th floor. Classy rooms with thoughtful details; fresh croissants delievered on the door each morning and local products in the rooms. Access to wonderful roof terrasse with pool and all the different sun beds and chair we could imagine, which we had for ourselves most of the time. We were allowed early access to our rooms and access to the roof terrasse after check out - extremely convenient when arriving early and leaving the Island late in the afternoon. Access to gym and parking - for free! Nice restaurant and delicious dinner and brunch. Both we and our two teenage girls just loved to stay here and will definitely go back here if going back to Madeira. Can trylt recommend.

The location of this property was perfect—right in the heart of Funchal. It was directly across the street from a grocery store and just steps from the fruit and vegetable market, making it incredibly convenient for picking up fresh food and essentials. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Having a well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast each morning, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Daily housekeeping was an added bonus that we really appreciated. The highlight of our stay was the wonderful front desk staff. Marcio, Sid, Margarida, and Marcus were all exceptional. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Their genuine hospitality made us feel so welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

De locatie is geweldig, midden in het historisch centrum van Funchal met een onvergetelijk en prachtige rooftop zwembad. De appartementen zijn van alle faciliteiten voorzien en er wordt iedere dag subliem schoongemaakt. Ook worden er iedere ochtend warme croissantjes aan de deur gehangen. Het personeel bij de receptie, bij de rooftop bar en het restaurant zijn ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Dit is echt een appartement hotel waar wij naar terug zullen keren. In één woord FANTASTISCH!

Litet och personligt. Trevlig personal. Bra läge; nära till strandpromenad, restauranger och aktiviteter i Funchal. Croissanter fick man varje morgon! Fantastiskt med takpool! Fräsch lägenhet. Vi var mycket nöjda med vistelsen! Vi gjorde flera utflykter och blev upphämtade utanför hotellet.

Fler upphängningsmöjligheter för handdukar,poolhanddukar, badkläder och badrockar behövs. Allt annat var super.

Just Perfect!

This is not your average hotel but much better. Put together with flair, style and attention to detail. The location is brilliant, right in the middle of the city with excellent bars and restaurants a short walk. The staff are friendly, responsive and we followed all their recommendations about Levada to walk, restaurants to book and where to go for a drink - and these made our holiday. The pool and rooftop bar are beautiful, and evening jazz and music tasteful. Great place - would love to return!

This is an excellent location with a stunning rooftop bar and pool which makes you feel like you are in paradise. We have just stayed 6 nights and everything was exceptional from the service to the cocktails. The room was very spacious, meticulously clean, croissants delivered to the door every morning and if you needed anything at all then you just whatsapped reception and they sorted it within seconds! Fabulous place which we will definitely return to.

Wonderful staff, amazing location & beautiful and clean rooms

We stayed at this apartment hotel for a week, and what an absolutely amazing place it is. The location puts you right in the heart of everything, and the service feels like a 5-star boutique experience with a genuinely personal touch. The apartment is fantastic and is cleaned every day—properly cleaned. The staff leave croissants outside your door each morning, a simple yet heartfelt gesture. It was my boyfriend’s birthday, and they left a lovely note with a bottle of champagne; the day before, they surprised us with another note and chocolates. They clearly understand their guests and tailor the service accordingly. My boyfriend hates fuss, but I don’t mind, and they seem to read the room perfectly. Very, very good. Practical touches are excellent: there’s a washing machine, so I’m returning with clean clothes (except for one small bag). The kitchen is fully equipped, so we made breakfast every day. The supermarket is just across the road and had everything we needed—perfect for us. The rooftop pool is lovely and relaxing on hot days, and it becomes a bar at night, which is nice. There’s also a restaurant on the 3rd floor that is very good and accommodating for all tastes. The old town and cable cars are a 5–6 minute walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madeira. I can’t say enough good things about it. A big thank you to all the staff who hosted us — you made our stay amazing and were so helpful with organizing and recommending excursions and restaurants. Thank you.

Sehr toller Unterkunft! Mitten in Funchal, mit tollem Ambietente: Vor allem die Dachterrasse mit dem Pool war ein absolutes Highlight! Aber auch das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Service war außerdem herausragend gut! Wir waren zu dritt für eine Woche dort und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Die zentrale Lage ist einfach perfekt. Der Pool und die Rooftop Bar sind super, der Ausblick tut sein Übriges. Die Ausstattung im Apartment, der Komfort und die Versorgung mit Kaffee, Tee und Croissants sind ideal. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, unterhaltsam und immer hilfsbereit. Ja, die Tiefgaragenparkplätze sind eng, aber trotzdem hat es immer irgendwie gepasst ;-)

We got a last minute booking here as our previous stay had issues, and this hotel saved our trip! The staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. Room was spacious and clean with every amenity you could want (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush kit with toothpaste). Sent us recommendations for areas to drive too as well as locally in Funchal. Location very central to old town making it easy to walk and convenient to drive to get in/out of Funchal. Free breakfast croissants every morning, an espresso machine for free use in the room as well as a water/sparkling water machine & washing machine for free use in a common area. Rooftop access to a pool was enjoyable post hikes and there’s even a section for guests only as it does open to the public for certain days/hours (we never had more than a few couples up with us at a time). Free parking in a public garage that is attached to the hotel (via elevator. Parking is underground). Really can’t say anything but positives about this hotel and we will def be staying here when we return.

Not a dislike just a note, the driveway to enter the parking garage is steep, and the garage is narrow. But we have a small sized car and had no issues! You’ll want a small size car for driving around Madeira anyways.

Die zentrale Lage mitten in Funchal geht nicht besser. Man hat alles vor der Tür. Das Appartement ist top modern eingerichtet und auch die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Der morgendliche Croissant-Service tut sein übriges. Zudem kann das Parkhaus im Gebäude kostenlos genutzt werden. Der Poolbereich auf dem Dach ist einzigartig. Man überblickt komplett Funchal und kann so richtig entspannen.

Leider ist das öffentliche Parkhaus recht eng.

My husband and I stayed for five nights at Three House Hotel in the 2 br / 2 ba suite with family and one night on our own in a 1 br suite. Both rooms have a full kitchen, are very spacious and comfortable to stay in as well as extremely clean. Check-in was very easy and the daily morning croissants were delicious. The rooftop pool is wonderful and has amazing views of the city. It’s a great place to gather during the day and sip on a drink from the bar. The hotel is a very short walk to the old town where there are so many wonderful restaurants and shops. Also a short walk to the harbor. Enough can’t be said about the staff at the hotel. Thanks to everyone! The front desk is staffed 24/7. Everyone went above and beyond to help us with reservations for tours, taxis, dinner, travel issues…whatever we needed they were there for us! Communication between the staff on WhatsApp worked well and responses were timely. I would highly recommend staying at Three House Hotel. Our visit to Madiera was elevated because of our stay at the hotel.

Do yourself a favor and stay at Three House Hotel when visiting Funchal, Madeira. The management has done everything they can to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and very clean and the kitchen had top of the line appliances. Above all, the service and communication were exemplary. The 24 hour hotel staff was incredibly responsive and provided us with detailed information about everything we requested. The rooftop pool and bar were great!

Naast de prachtige kamer - een appartement - was het dakterras werkelijk adembenemend. Prachtige planten, kleuren en zwembad. De bar was heel gezellig en alles was super schoon en goed verzorgd. Het personeel was uiterst behulpzaam en de communicatie via what's app heel snel en comfortabel.

Three House Hotel is like renting an apartment with the amazing amenities of an upscale hotel. Reception is available 24 hours a day through what’s ap. You have a question , they are ready to help you out. Upon arrival they gave us a quick tour so we were aware of all of the amenities. The location cannot be beat as it’s right next to the historic district and famed Mercado dos Lavradore. And FREE parking. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen and bath modern with tasteful art touches. Washer/dryer available on the same floor at no extra charge. The rooms are impeccably cleaned every day. We found Funchal to be a great base to get to all the hikes on the island. The rooftop bar and pool were a lovely way to relax after all our hiking. And then they wrote us a goodbye letter with a box of the most beautiful chocolates. Top notch, don’t hesitate to book your room.

The location was great and the apartment spacious and clean. The roof was a great space especially the generous area closed off for guests, although we didn’t have the opportunity to spend much time on it unfortunately. The washing machine was a very handy amenity.

Very minor items like the kitchen could’ve been better equipped. The living area seemed a bit sparse (no coffee table) and the sofa not overly comfortable. We also could hear the music from the rooftop on Saturday night until 1am as our apartment was pretty close to where the DJ was set up.

the location was great - right in the centre for restaurants, shops, old town, cable car. The Concierge help was really useful for recommendations, booking massage, taxi etc. The gym facilities were fantastic. Roof top bar was great atmosphere on evenings it was open, great drinks and restaurant food also good.

The hospitality of the staff is amazing, very friendly and welcoming. The communication went smooth. Even though there was no breakfast service, we got croissants every morning at our door which was very nice. The room was clean and well equipped. The parking is free and well situated. We also recommended the restaurant and the rooftop.

The bed was a little hard but that is personal preference. Otherwise nothing negative.

Appart hôtel situé en plein centre de Funchal, le bus de l'aéroport s'arrête juste devant, proche du téléphérique et du marché. On est aux petits soins de la part du personnel et le ménage est irréprochable. Belle piscine sur le toit avec vue. Superbes equipements dans la cuisine avec tous les ustensiles possibles et de marque.

Locatie perfect op loopafstand van alles wat je wilt zien in Funchal. Hele vriendelijke medewerkers waardoor je gastvrij wordt ontvangen en die klaarstaan met allerlei tips over bezienswaardigheden, restaurantjes etc.

Sehr zentral, von hier kann man die Stadt super zu Fuß erkunden. Toll Dachterasse mit Blick aufs Meer und über die Stadt.

Top Lage- sehr zentral, äußerst freundlich an der Rezeption. Obwohl wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten, bekamen wir täglich frische Croissants mit Marmelade gratis. Inkl. Gratis Tiefgarage für das Mietauto. Ausstattung der Unterkunft sehr modern, tolle Rooftop-Bar.

Loved it all. Great location. Wonderful apartment, with all amenities. Great rooftop bar and pool with panoramic views. Just wished we had more time there.

The property was beautiful, unique and had a perfect location. The staff were friendly and so helpful. Would recommend and stay again!

In a perfect world we would have had a balcony and less noise coming from rooftop at night but the location and beauty of the hotel outweighed this slight annoyance

We got charged for a broken hairdryer which we did not break…ongoing dispute!

Staff so lovely, knowledgeable about all the trails, property well located and super comfortable, stylish. The roof top is incredible. The restaurant is delicious

Die Dachterrasse ist ein wirkliches Highlight dieser Unterkunft. Das Appartement ist stylisch geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Jeden Morgen hingen frische Croissants an der Tür.

So sehr die Stadt mit schönen Restaurants und Cafés und auch der Bauernmarkt gut zu erreichen war, war die Lage an der großen Straße mit Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür störend, zumal auch nachts der Verkehrslärm nach oben schallte. Wir wohnten in der 5. Etage.
