到着日、部屋の清掃が終わっておらず驚きました。 Booking.comのメッセージ機能を通して、連絡をするとすぐに対応してくれたので良かったです。

Los alojamientos se encuentran en un edificio muy bonito y reformado con buen gusto justo delante de la estación de tranvía Haymarket. El acceso al edificio y a la habitación es mediante código, sin necesidad de ninguna aplicación, es muy sencillo. El inmueble cuenta con zonas comunes para los huéspedes. En la habitación teníamos nevera y baño.

Las habitaciones estaban muy mal aisladas acústicamente. Escuchábamos mucho el agua de las tuberías bajantes, el crujir del suelo cuando otros huéspedes caminaban en las otras habitaciones, cualquier ruido del pasillo o de la calle. El radiador de la habitación hacia bastante ruido y aunque estaba apagado se encendía cuando quería. El baño es minúsculo y cuesta moverse dentro, a pesar de ser dos personas menudas y delgadas. Lo comentamos con el personal (a través de llamada telefónica y de mensaje de Booking) y nos dieron que sentían que no estuviéramos a gusto, pero no nos dieron alternativa.

The property is in a good location for walking to places and activities. There’s an M&S across the street. It felt like home for the 3 nights I stayed. Good for solo travellers.

Room 14 needs some maintenance on the bathroom. The door doesn’t close and the plug doesn’t seal properly. The cleaner needs to get in the shower and close the door to give a good clean down the bottom.

Great location, good transport links. Room was really nice. The communal area was welcoming with hot drinks, biscuits and fruit.

Spacious apartment, with nice sharing areas, such as the TV room, the kitchen, etc.

The apartment needs maintenance on many levels; there were some cleanliness issues aswell.

Nice big room on the second floor, in a good location, just opposite the Haymarket train station. The downstairs had a large "family room" with a TV and games and a "breakfast room" were one could make their own coffee or tea.

We couldn't check in until 3:00 pm and couldn't store our luggage on location, even though there was a somewhat unfriendly lady and her daughter taking care of the property. We had to store the luggage at the train station until we were allowed on the property. With all that extra space available, it would have been a nice gesture to drop the luggage off.

Location very easy for trams/buses from airport to city central. Very easy check in on app. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Great bonus of coffee machine and fruit in the morning. Great shared spaces. Everything has been thought of. We will definitely be back

Ottima posizione vicino a stazione e servizi di trasporto (bus/tram). Zona tranquilla ben collegata con il centro e l'aeroporto e le altre città della scozia grazie alla stazione ferroviaria lì vicino. Spazi comuni accoglienti e completi di ogni comfort.

Great location - across the road from Haymarket Station, which is one stop into Edinburgh, and close to some good cafes & restaurants. The room was a good size, nice feel, clean & comfortable.

Great location near tram line and trains. Very quiet and easy check in and check out.

The single sized bed mattress I had was clearly old and saggy in the middle. Not very comfortable to sleep.

The location close to Haymarket Station is ideal, and apartment #8, which faced the garden, was very quiet. I especially enjoyed the common rooms and appreciated the free tea and coffee available 24/7. I generally avoid rentals by management companies, but the service from the Joivy staff was outstanding!

Ubicación, está a 20 minutos andando del bullicio de la ciudad y muy bien conectado con transporte público tanto tranvía como autobuses 7 y 10 minutos. Barrio tranquilo y seguro. Habitación muy limpia, amplia, con baño privado. El salón compartido muy limpio, cocina muy limpia.

De hygiëne Badkamer is écht niet meer ok en moet dringend vernieuwd. Schimmel overal, alles hangt los, ook de douchedeur Kamer ok op eerste zicht, maar ook niet proper Veel stof nog. Ik ben niet vies gevallen, maar dit was erover Tapijt overal dat zowiezo niet ok is, daar blijft zoveel vuil en stof in hangen. Oprecht vies. Is ook dik en oneffen + overal los. Iemand met allergieen =WEG blijven hier! Te duur voor wat het is!!

It was clean enough.

Not a hotel, more like a Air BnB. There was no reception, no staff, and no keys. Entry to the hotel and room is via an app which you only get access to after you've given your personal details and government ID to an third party AI company. Queries are responded to by what I suspect to be a chatbot but who knows. I asked for someone to come turn my fridge off because it was making a loud noise and instead I got instructions on how to do it myself. For what I was paying I expect better service. There was a bright green light on above the door in my room the entire night, meaning I got no sleep. Also the pillows were uncomfortable. I had to wrestle the shower door closed and open, the shower pan filled up with soapy water as I was using it, and the bathroom itself was barely big enough to turn around in. The room was apparently an upgrade, but it was so poorly laid out it felt tiny. As there are no onsite staff there was no one to bring any of this up with, meaning I felt very alone in having to deal with it all. In fact the whole experience was quite empty and soulless. I hated it so much that rather than stay the two nights I had planned I left after one, paying to change my train ticket so I could go home. I paid what to me is a lot of money for a proper hotel experience. What I got was what it would feel like to stay at a hotel run by computerised ghosts. I still don't know who has my personal details or what they are doing with them. They're part of the AI apparatus now I suppose.

Beliggenheden er virkelig god. Super tæt på Haymarket station med tram til lufthavnen og centrum. Og alligevel ugeneret af trafikstøj. Automatisk nøgle via app på telefon fungerede upåklageligt.

Automatisk nøgle på app kunne ikke deles, så der var kun 1 person der havde nøgle. Vi så intet personale. Elendige hovedpuder.

The location is perfect, the automated set up to access the property works well, the emails to communicate were very good. Comfortable bed and decent size room, studio setup with kitchenette works well.

Be careful what room you're in as there's no liuft and I had to slug big luggages up two floors... Smallest bathroom I've ever had in a hotel, too bad because studio bedroom area was proportionally too big Not much air flowing despite windows open, made teh room warm

The location isn’t bad it’s 20 mins away the center by foot. The bed was comfortable

The bathroom had a bad smell, close to fenugreek, the shower drainage wasn’t working properly and wasn’t clean. We tried to use the kettle and smelled burning of burning electricity so we turned off. The place isn’t cheap considering its location and place. This is my 4th time in Edinburgh and I’ve never stayed somewhere this expensive not even the 5 star hotel I stayed at! Overall, book something and save your money

Prime location. Good communal spaces as in kitchen area and lounge area. Perfect if you are travelling in groups whilst you wait for people to be ready.

The code for access, was a bit hard to access. However when we got the hang of it, it was fine.

Camera piccola, bagno piccolo, camere poco insonorizzate. Dalla nostra stanza si sentivano le auto e il tram che passava.

La struttura suturata di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria. Ingegnoso ed efficace l’utilizzo dell’applicazione per accedere all’edificio e alla camera. Camera molto spaziosa e accogliente.

Easy to access the place with an app. Close to the Scotrail train station. Quaint historical building.

The hotel didn't say which rail station it was next to, and being unfamiliar with Edinburgh, I had a long walk from Waverly.

A charming property with authentic British character, conveniently located near the train station. Excellent coffee is available in the lounge.

Close to train, bus and tram.

The mattress is way to soft and needs to be exchanged. We had back ache in the morning and had to take pain killers to move on.

The space was open, got everything you need and a couple nice lounge spaces Nice to be able to self check in and check out Using the app to get in and out of the rooms was cool too

Bagno minuscolo, troppo piccolo (in Italia non so neanche se sarebbe a norma), brutto e non pulitissimo. Inoltre i vetri in camera erano talmente sporchi che un precedente cliente aveva fatto dei disegni sui vetri che si vedevano chiaramente. Peccato, la struttura è bella.

Fantastic location opposite Haymarket station, easy to find and explore Edinburgh for. Well located next to several top pubs and a M&S food shop. Room was quiet, even overlooking the street and it was great to have a window to open and let sunshine and air in. Check in and access via the app was actually quite good and made everything much quicker and secure. Price was very reasonable for Edinburgh.

The bathroom was quite tiny, a larger person may find it difficult to use the shower especially.

The cafe machine and the great tee selection in the shared kitchen were fabalous! We tried some ofcthe hot chocholates which were very delicious :)

The bed was comfortable, and the common areas (with free coffee and fruit) were an unexpected bonus. Bathroom was tiny but functional (with unexpectedly nice shampoo/soap!). The location -- right opposite Haymarket station -- is excellent.

The room was pretty tired: furniture was a bit rickety, paint was flaking, and it seemed better not to inspect the shower too closely. The self-check-in system was a bit convoluted, and it isn't ideal that it absolutely requires a functional phone: if you arrive with no charge (or no signal) then you're in trouble...

Nel complesso pulita e molto carina la possibilità di usare lo spazio comune al piano terra con frutta disponibile, te e caffè.

Noi avevamo la stanza all’ultimo piano in alto, senza ascensore e con le valigie per un viaggio di 15 giorni non è stato comodissimo. La stanza è molto calda, ma con il clima scozzese tenendo aperto si stava bene

Such a handy location. Right across from Haymarket station for train, bus and tram. Lots of restaurants and a Tesco just down the road. Room is a good size. Good storage for clothes and groceries. Small kitchenette area has sink, hotplates, microwave, crockery and utensils. Easy to access with electronic entry – just don’t let your phone go flat or you won’t be able to get in to building or room.

FIFTY STAIRS. Unfortunately we were given room 12 on the top level. Taking luggage up was impossible for us - luckily a couple of strong young guys helped out. Small kitchenette is handy but they don’t have a toaster. Small frig does not have a freezer. Bathroom small with very large step into the small shower – it is quite dangerous getting in and out. A bigger doona would be good – it only just comes to edge of bed so once you are in bed there’s quite a gap – doona fights with my partner each night. Security peep hole needs to be about a foot lower to be able to see through – unless you are over 6 ft tall. If you don’t love climbing steps don’t stay here.

I have stayed in room number 25 and it was quite noisy in the night. It's like machine noise.

Estaba MUY SUCIO. El extractor del baño estaba lleno de moho, y había un olor asqueroso en el baño que no se iba, como a humedades y moho. El suelo de moqueta de la habitación estaba lleno de manchas por todos lados. Nos dieron una habitación en un bajo donde la gente que pasaba por la calle no sólo nos veía sino que podían entrar fácilmente a la habitación si hubieran querido intentarlo ya que sólo 1 ventana tenía barrotes, lo cual no daba ninguna seguridad cuando nos íbamos y dejábamos ahi nuestros objetos personales. No lo recomiendo a no ser que esto no te importe, yo no vuelvo.

This was hands down my best hotel experience in the UK. The check-in was smooth; they accommodated my early check-in request too. The room was very roomy, and I loved the view from my window!

La posizione è eccellente, ad 1 minuto dalla strategica fermata Heymarket, in zona tranquilla e vicina a molte delle attrazioni principali della città. La struttura è pulita e accogliente con distributore di bevande calde, frutta fresca e biscotti gratuiti. Wi-fi gratuito.

La struttura non è un hotel, non c'è alcuna reception ma solo un sistema di self ceck-in da cui si accede ad una pagina che permette l'apertura delle porte. Se non hai connessione internet (sopratutto al primo arrivo) rischi di restare fuori. La struttura non ha ascensore, se la tua camera è al secondo piano ed hai valigie pesanti potresti avere delle difficoltà.

It was lovely and clean. The big window meant it was also full of light. I loved that the welcome gift was a Tunnocks Caramel Wafer, that made me feel at home.

I have tried to contact multiple times. This property is very run down, we had a broken shower, the paint was chipped everywhere, blood on pillow which wasn’t ours & a dirty sink

The self-check-in was very well-instructed through the use of apps. The accommodation had comfy beds and offered great coffee and tea in the main area (freshly brewed coffee with a fancy machine). In general, very clean. The location was close enough to reach the touristy locations on foot, and the neighbourhood felt safe. The hotel had no keys; you gain access through your photo/app (this might be confusing for some less technologically inclined people).

It was hot and had no fan (or A/C), just happened to be 26C+ the days we were visiting. The floorboards in the room felt wobbly in certain areas.

The room is quite small, but it's ok for one person for a few days. Location is about 30 minutes walk from the main center, but there are buses and trams that run often if you don't want to walk. Lots of pubs and shops around. Very convenient location if you're going to airport next.

I found the mobile key system a bit unusual at first, but it works brilliantly. Though maybe a bit too complicated for older people. The bathroom is really small.

La camera super spaziosa e ben arredata, il letto comodo, c’era anche la scrivania e delle piccole poltrone per sedersi che erano affacciate alla finestra. La camera era molto pulita. All’interno della struttura c’erano anche spazio per sedersi e prendere un caffè. Ci ritornerei assolutamente!!!

Buena relación calidad-precio, bien situado junto a la estación y la parada de bus al aeropuerto, y se agradece el café y desayuno de cortesía.

Nuestra habitación estaba en la segunda planta y no tiene ascensor, pero no fue un problema para nosotros.

The location is fantastic and handy for so many transport connections.

The carpets and woodwork need a through clean. Some of the walls need repainting as there are many chips and scuffs. Lots of the bedroom furniture is chipped and shabby. The bedside lampshades in my room were stained 🤢. I don't blame the cleaners because they will be on minimum wage, by the owners need to do more through regular checks.

It was close to everything. It was neat and clean and had all we needed. Spacious living area.

The coffee room was amazing, and the property was only a couple of minutes from the tram and train station.

The room was tiny, the bathroom was far too small, and I kept hitting my knees on the radiator. Although the sheets were clean, I felt more attention were focused on the coffee room than the maintenance of the room. The room needed to be painted woodwork was extremely tired 😫
