Parking way to small, I couldn’t fit to the allocated space

Lovely renovated apartment. Spacious, clean, modern with free limited parking. Loved our stay in the centre of Hull.

Nothing loved it

Great location and easy to find. Absolutely spotless, with pristine bedding and towels. Everything we needed for a girls night away.

There was an excessive amount of information given on the welcome email. Felt unnecessary and made it difficult to locate the most important info.

Very clean and tidy, comfy beds, free parking and great central location.

TV position was a bit odd and fridge was turned off upon arrival so took a while to get things chilled.

The staff - the attitude - a night away is meant to be enjoyable and there attitudes and social skills killed the buzz of going away

It was so clean, comfortable and had all the facilities you need.

There was nothing at all that we didnt like. Everything was perfect.

Got absolutely ripped off by these apartments and do not recommend!!! They will take a £50 security deposit from you which is fair enough but they refused to give me it back as I didn’t comply with the checkout policy. This policy I didn’t even know about which wasn’t detailed on my booking. I was charged this cos I didn’t put the towels in shower tray, I left some washed dishes on the draining board and I didn’t empty the rubbish bin!!! I left my car in there car park an hour extra hour and 10 minutes and they charged me another £50 so £100 in total. They said their policy about the parking was on the car park wall!! Which I didn’t see and should have been more clear in the car park policy I was sent for via an email. Complete con artists!!

The company is rubbish. Part of our security deposit was taken for ridiculous reasons. I got an email during our stay with a checklist of what we need to do before checkout, but I am sorry, I am not checking my emails while I am on a holiday. I checked the guest book at the apartment which said nothing. We couldn't find washing up liquid, so we left the few plates and cups we used in the sink, but were told as one of the reasons why our deposit was taken that we didn't do the dishes. I also don't think that it is worth £30 that we didn't collect all the dirty towels into the bathroom or put back the hairdryer into the wardrobe. Also, another issue found was that we didn't turn off the lights at the entrance, but that was a motion sensor light!! Overall, it felt like the price was good because then they take all opportunity to find faults after checkout. Horrible practice. We were told that the state how we left the apartment is "unacceptable" but I used to work at an Airbnb management company and I have seen plenty of apartments that were left in an unacceptable state and this was not one of them!! We will never ever return and unless you have OCD and ready to take your hoover with you on your holiday, I suggest everyone to avoid it as well. Oh, and the further questions reminded me. The beds are horribly uncomfortable.

Everything was great

No faults do I get my deposit back and when

Lots of space, loved the key on the phone, great location. Great car parking. Loverly views. Nice coffee machine. All the kitchen versatility’s were good. Microwave, fridge etc. plenty of hot water.

Only small points. The screen on the bath was upside down so made it impossible to adjust the shower without getting in the bath. Only a brush and dustpan to clean up, could do with a vacuum or at least a long handled brush and dustpan to pan to clean up as we go. Kids tend to drop cereals etc. no recycling bins. This in no way spoiled our stay we loved the place.

Shower difficult to operate with out actually standing in the shower. Could do with curtains in the bedroom instead of blinds, no morning light blockage.

The apartment was very clean and tidy with excellent facilities. The complimentary teas, coffee and milk were a nice touch.

Very excellent property, all amenities worked and the building was clean. Comfortable bed and fan on site for when it gets too warm!

Location and accessibility. Arrival and departure is so easy.

Shower head was scaled up and had to pick the scale out of the holes to get a decent shower. In the grand scheme of things it wasn't a huge issue. Much much more to like than not

The table a chairs could have been given more space and the sofa area less.

Parking underground. Very clean apart from outside windows. Everything needed in the kitchen. Lots of hot water. Heating very responsive. Bed comfortable.

Very noisy from traffic outside. Could do with triple glazing. Shower room very small. Shower entrance is very small because sink unit covers half of it. Toilet is very close to the wall. Chairs in lounge area are not comfortable. Extremely tight entrance to carpark. Was a struggle with 4x4. Walls around the bed need painting, very marked. Extra pillows would be great.

Spacious and clean

Very annoying remote phone-based entry system that requires you to log on to the WiFi before you get in the door. WAY too many emails about the flat, entry, exit etc. maybe a physical key in a lock box would be easier?! I’m reasonably I.T literate and it was painful, god knows how anybody older or less phone-savvy would cope.

The accommodation was in an excellent location for central Hull city centre. We were lucky enough to have been upgraded. The accommodation was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Complementary milk was provided.

After we returned home we were upset to have received an email from the accommodation stating that because we took a dog and did not inform them we were banned from the property. I emailed them immediately after looking through previous correspondence were we stated we are taking our Collie. In retrospect we should have stated a border collie dog. However at the time this was not picked up by the accommodation. We had no problem at all paying an excess for our pet and I profusely apologised stating it was not my intention to deceive. However the accommodation did not even reply to my email. So unfortunately we will not be able to stay there again because of our ban .To be honest we are a retired couple and have never been banned from anywhere our whole lives. There was a small issue with the taps in the main bath in that we could only fill up the bath once we were sat in it because the shower screen was fixed and did not move and the taps were temperamental we did advise the accommodation but they said their housing team could not find a problem.

The apartment itself was clean, tidy and comfortable, also spacious and tastefully decorated.

Unfortunately 2 days after our departure I received an email saying that a stain was left on the wall following our stay. My friends and I who stayed there did not cause this but have now not received our deposit back even though this mysterious stain wasn't caused by anyone in our group. Nor did we notice the stain during or after our stay so something has gone awry in the two days after our departure to receiving that email. Unfortunately the accusatory tone of the email sent was distressing and after a few messages offered no form of resolve or any understanding despite me explaining that this was in no way caused by us. It all felt a little bit off. I'd just recommend that if you're thinking of booking to stay here take photos of every inch of the apartments so that this can't be done to anyone else staying here. They basically said that because we don't have any photos to back up our side that we have no evidence and that it must've been caused by us.

Couldn’t park our SUV so had to leave it in an ncp about 10 mins walk.

Excellent location, very clean, great facilities in the apartment, close to City Centre. Used the local George Street MSCP which was £3 for 24 hours! Would definitely recommend and would certainly return

Lovely apartment, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and in a great location.

Was like living in a big brother house. Felt like you were being constantly watched. I hated the digital entry system. Didn’t feel safe getting my phone out at night in that area and having to fumble though emails to find the link to get in, god forbid if my phone was lost or stolen, I’d have been on the streets. Front door was broken and did not close properly unless you slammed it shut disturbing the neighbours. Varied reception from staff. One was lovely, another was quite rude, bordering on obnoxious. I loved the apartment but I would not stay there again. Also I have not yet received my deposit back even though I checked out on Sunday 10th Aug, Nor have I had a reply to my lost email and phone call regarding a lost item.

Clean, comfortable and an excellent location - a perfect base for our plans in the city centre. The staff were particularly helpful and amenable when I requested for the rooms to be configured as twins rather than doubles. Everyone in the group commented on how ideal a set-up it was - we also found the keyless/digital entry extremely straightforward and very practical. Would absolutely recommend for individual or group travellers to Hull.

It was a very bright, modern apartment with great views from the balcony. It was so clean & had everything you needed for a night away. So central to everything too

Great Apartment with great location. Enough space for a 7 person group and everyone loved it. The decor is really modern, everything was perfectly clean and we are over the moon. Will return in the future.

Very well equipped and comfortable suite which gave us room to spread out, and the kitchen was a bonus. The bathroom was on the small side but perfectly adequate. The location was perfect for exploring the lovely Old Town, with its many cafes, restaurants and pubs close by. The on-site parking was welcome but it is very tight, as advertised, so only to be used for a smallish car. We found the digital key to access the building and apartment very easy to use.

After we had checked out, I was charged for a missing hairdryer. After protesting that I had not removed it, I was told that their checking process was thorough, with "no room for error". Well, there obviously is room for error, and this experience left a bad taste in the mouth after what had been a very nice stay. For this reason, I will not be staying at Humber Loft Apartments again.

I have stayed before with my adult son each apartment is different from each other the layout of this one was pleasant ,it had bedside lights and hallway lights that are sensor movement activated so react to movement also plenty of hot water and one bedroom had an ensuite with shower,toilet and basin my son was going to have a shower before leaving in the morning but the bathroom was far too hot to use last time it was very cold no heat so unable have one ? I have had a nice hot bath before bed which was good and plenty of towels were supplied and clean duvet covers.

Several message issues unanswered messages which were frustrating this happened before too.

Clean, with nice kitchen. Basic living area and comfortable bed. Very thick duvet!

Traffic noise. The lack of soundproofing means if you face out onto the street it’s very, very noisy. Cars racing round late at night, the traffic in this area is very noticeable which ruined my sleep. The glazing and filler panels above the windows need revision to reduce the noise in the apartments. The entry method using the phone isn’t intuitive. I’ve used keycards on my device many times but the web based entry system isn’t straightforward.

Beds were so comfy , they rang me to make sure I wanted the sofa bed as I didn't request it online so we wouldn't be left short once we were in which I am appreciative of. The bedrooms were so comfy and large in size . My little one's loved it . Shower was good , loved the built in shower gell as we forgot ours , even though we grabbed some from the shop having it there incase was a nice touch. Didn't want to add this to the didn't like section as this was the only a slight issue , The email for the door key didn't send which meant ringing trying to get it sent through. It was sorted pretty easily , the guy on the phone said the email bounced and re sent it to a different email. Parking was amazing having it right below , good amount of spaces and had no issues . Overall lovely stay.
