Schön eingerichtetes Haus, das mit alles ausgestattet ist was man für einen 2-4tages Aufenthalt benötigt. Der checkin&out lief einwandfrei und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder

外観や雰囲気が良く家族だと気兼ねすること無くゆっくり休めました。トイレ洗面所お風呂も各部屋にあり順番またなくても 快適でした。 風景も良かったですし、富士急が近いのはめちゃ良い！

エアコン付けた時にカビの匂いが凄かったです 付けづに過ごしました。 絨毯のシミがすごいです。 気になってしまいました、、、 変えるともっと素敵です

獨棟空間很寛敞, 二樓還有投影式的家庭劇院可以看電影. 早餐很豐盛, 有三明治, 濃湯, 果汁, 沙拉. 廚房餐具齊全, 晚餐可到附近綿半或AKASAKA超市購買食材回家用IH爐, 微波爐, 烤爐自己亨調. 離富士急樂園開車只有3分鐘

富士急ハイランドから近くて良かったです。 また、使用済み食器を洗わなくても良い点も有り難いサービスと思いました。 屋上でBBQが出来るのも良いと思います

Breakfast is great, the villa is clean and comfortable. Perfect hotel choice for family trip.

For larger villa, parking space could be bigger , cause people book big room usually travel with bigger car.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious, with two floors, a large double bed, and two single beds, which was very comfortable for our family. The home cinema is also a great feature, even though we didn’t have the chance to use it during our stay. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which made the stay very relaxing. Overall, it was a comfortable and spacious place to stay, and we would happily come back.

The main downside of the property is its location. It is about a 15-minute walk from the train station, bus stops, and even the nearest shops, which can be inconvenient, especially with children. However, the biggest negative for us was the complete lack of a washing machine. Considering the size of the house and all the other amenities provided, it is quite surprising that there is no washing machine, especially in Japan during the humid summer months when clothes need to be washed regularly. We had to walk around 20 minutes in the dark in the evening, along roads without sidewalks, carrying a large bag of laundry just to find somewhere to wash our clothes. What makes this even more frustrating is that the bathrooms appear to have been designed with space and connections ready for a washing machine. For us, this was a major inconvenience and a significant negative point. Adding a washing machine would make a huge difference and would be much more in line with the size and standard of the property.

The air conditioning was excellent which was really needed in the heat of a Japanese summer. The location was not far from the parking lot with shuttle buses to Mt Fuji enabling access during the climbing season.

Laundry facilities would have been very useful.

Clean and chic. Two bathrooms are idéal for a family stay.

とても清潔で、綺麗だった。1階と2階で、ベッド、トイレ、お風呂がそれぞれにあったのがとても良かった。

お部屋が、綺麗でした。人の目も気にしなくてもいいしベットも広くてゆっくり寛ぐことができました。食事付きの食事も美味しかったです。

トイレに手をふくタオルかペーパーが欲しかったです。

Man kann von einigen Zimmern auf den Fuji schauen.

Relativ abgenutztes Haus mit nüchterner Ausstattung, fleckige Teppiche in den Schlafzimmern. Personal ehr strikt und zählt lieber Strafen auf beim Empfang als herzlich zu begrüßen.

Mooi uitzicht op de mount fuji en aan de andere kant uitzicht op fuji Q-Highland (in avond wat verlicht). Heerlijk om even tussen 2 steden te verblijven, station is 10 min lopen en daar zit supermarkt en 2 restaurants. Je bent ook zo weer bij bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving met openbaar vervoer. Verblijf is van alle gemakken voozien

Wow. Fantastic.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - bei jeglichen Fragen. Es ist möglich Fahrräder auszuleihen. Jedes Haus hat einen Parkplatz. Es ist sehr geräumig mit einem Badezimmer auf jeder Etage. Die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Mt. Fuji ist ein absolutes Highlight!

La villa est bien agencee, pratique. Belle vue sur Fuji si la météo le permet. Bon accueil par l’équipe.

整體住宿體驗很棒，房間空間大且乾淨，非常舒適，頂樓視野遼闊，如果天氣好的時候能看到很遠~

I could use the theatre screen as nothing was in English! We tried to log into our Netflix but because was in Japanese we were not successful.

Frequent transport service to and from the station would have been good.

The view! Also the size of the villa was great, as well as the staff. FujiQ is only a 10 min walk to the not central gate. Also, there are shuttles to and from the hotel to the bus station and other stops which was helpful.

Beautiful view to Fuji mountain

The best part of this staying was the view ! Amazing view on Mt Fuji. We also asked for barbecue ingredients and materials and enjoyed a delicious meal on the rooftop. Highly recommend it for the view and calm neighbour. The restaurants are a little bit further away but within walking distance (20-30minutes). Recommend it if you want to enjoy a cam place and also if you plan to go to the amusement park (10 minutes away by walk).

הוילה לא הייתה הכי נקייה והיו כתמים על השטיח וילה ליד עשו על האש והיה ממש רעש, רק אחרי שהערנו כמה פעמים הלכו להגיד להם

Absolutely great accommodation. Large, spacious and clean accommodation, we had the whole villa to ourselves. Beautiful view from the roof terrace where you can barbecue and enjoy the peace. Nice and professional staff. We would love to come back again. We can only recommend.

Clean location and high privacy

De heerlijke bedden, warme bad, ruimte, dakterras met zicht op de mount fuji. Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Op wandelafstand van het station maar je kon ook gebruik maken van de shuttle bus service die dagelijks reed.

We hadden graag een wasje willen doen, dit was helaas niet mogelijk. Ons probleem.

Our reservation was made through Booking.com for a group of 17 guests, including a 71-year-old elderly woman with a leg injury and limited mobility. We are extremely disappointed by the lack of assistance and compassion shown by the hotel staff during both check-in and check-out, particularly under severe weather conditions. Incident 1 – Check-in (2 June 2026) Upon arrival, our minibus was unable to access the hotel directly due to the narrow road leading to the property. It was raining heavily at the time. We politely requested assistance from the hotel and asked whether their shuttle van could transport our guests and luggage for the remaining distance of approximately 1 kilometer. Despite the presence of an elderly injured guest and unfavorable weather conditions, our request was refused. As a result, all 17 guests had to walk in the rain while carrying luggage along a road used by moving vehicles. This created an unnecessary safety risk and caused considerable difficulty, especially for the elderly member of our group. Incident 2 – Check-out (3 June 2026) The following morning, weather conditions became significantly worse due to a typhoon, with strong winds and heavy rain. Knowing that our elderly family member would face difficulty reaching the bus, we again approached the front desk and requested assistance. Unfortunately, the hotel staff refused to help. The elderly guest was therefore forced to walk through strong wind and heavy rain while carrying personal belongings. During this process, she nearly fell. We found this situation both dangerous and unacceptable.

The meal options were very limited and did not cater to being vegetarian. Very vague on wording and what was to be delivered . Not labelled adequately . Excessive amount of packaging . 95% of what was paid for was not eaten and a waste of money . Had to drive out and find additional food for breakfast and dinner. Had to request that the bins were emptied to take the food away .

Big villa, nice amenities, exceptional view.

A bit hard to get to on foot as there are no pavements. A car or taxi is definitely recommended. There was also no washing machine onsite and we had to go to a laundromat.

View is very nice, we can see the mount fuji from our room. Staff are friendly and helpful. They replied and helped to check when I contacted them and told them my friend lost her ring after we left.

O terraço com vista para o Monte Fuji é incrível (pena que choveu nos dias que nos hospedamos e só conseguimos desfrutar da linda vista no dia do nosso check out), as camas são muito confortáveis, o projetor também é muito bom faz parecer que estamos num cinema! A casa é bem espaçosa e aconchegante!

As ruazinhas entre as casas e as vagas de estacionamento são muito apertadas! Foi muito difícil estacionar o carro!

We were a party of four and all of us were delighted with the property and would stay again.

The view of Mount Fuji was awesome. The dinner table where everyone congregated was great.

The lack of curtains in the room was bad. The sun was out by 4am and it was impossible to sleep after. the rooms also lacked hanging space and washer / dryer. However overall facilities in the apartment was good (eg, plates , glasses , utensils etc). The handing lamps in the dining area need a good cleaning.

Amazing villa that took our breath away. Spotlessly clean, spacious, super comfy beds, happy staff. The roof terrace is an outstanding feature (although it was so foggy that we couldn't even see the rollercoasters). Opt for the breakfast which will be delivered to your door.

Very clean, with all amenities and items you might need for a weekend or a longer stay. Not far from the touristic places but much quieter. Someone said you can’t get over there without a car, but we had no issues just walking up: it takes not more than ten minutes form a bus stop at the roller coaster park. Two large supermarkets within reach, so you’d get all your needs covered. Shuttle buses from and to the bus and train stations help a lot during arrival and checkout. I’d recommend everyone to get electric bikes for the entire stay to ease discovering the area. That’s the must.

The only thing is that it’d be great if the property has more than just three rental bikes for guests. There are plenty of other places to get them from, but it only works for someone staying multiple days.

Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt et ce n'était pas encore vraiment l'équipe pour l'accueil et ils ne parlaient pas l'anglais. On a pu laisser nos bagages et faire un tour. On est loin de tout. A notre retour l'équipe d'accueil était présente et parlait anglais. La petite maison est TB et on a pu voir le mont Fudgi de la terrasse ... ce fut magnifique. Il y a des taxis pour aller manger dans le centre

清潔有很大問題，進去地板都是污垢，不論是磁磚或者木地板都有殘留的油垢污痕。一進去充滿濃烈的漂白水味道，差點吐出來，開窗通風後，隨後而來是整間的烤肉味，上一組客人使用BBQ後，整棟都是鹹魚跟肉味，反應後再次清潔也是一樣，這個完全沒辦法接受。 室內空間也是隨處可見的灰塵，一個人一晚2800，真的太不值得。

Wasn't given a villa with parking space at doorstep as mentioned during booking. Had to park car down and struggle with all the luggages up and down flights of steps.

Great facilities and location. The staff were incredible and made our stay amazing, they have a free shuttle bus to the station and delivered breakfast to our villa each morning.

Les petites maisons sont très confortables, spacieuses et offrent une vue imprenable sur le mont Fuji, mais les maisons alentours peuvent gâcher un peu la vue.

Nous avions réservés une chambre avec un home cinema mais rien ne marchait dessus et tout était en japonais. Dommage pour cette partie De plus, je trouve le prix de l’hôtel un peu cher pour son emplacement. Il est quand même très excentré de la ville

Beautiful modern private property. We had a type a with balcony and small garden which my 5 year old loved. Staff were very friendly. The food was amazing and you get a lot of it! Wish we could have stayed longer
