I love that the rooms are estethically pleasing and the facilities are working properly. I feel like the hotel is oku and old person friendly because they have lift and the shower also have a seat fixed to the wall which i believe allow oku or older person to take a shower comfortably. The breakfast set is also priced reasonably and tasty.

Location wise can make it difficult to get parking. I could only move my car to a proper parking space after all the shops nearby close.

Pretty, clean, friendly staff, nice location near food and highway.

Cost is low but condition is good. Room very clean and new, important is not smelly, many hotel with this price is old condition and smelly. Reception wearing formal and professional. Shower pressure is high, all room facility is well. Booking room with breakfast is cheaper than you eat at outside. Breakfast have 6 sets of choices and environment is nice.

I booked for deluxe king with breakfast included but only 1 provided breakfast and my husband have to pay for himself. Im so frustrated!

Very bad experience. Rude café staff, poor food, and the room was for two people but the free breakfast was only for one — never informed during booking. On top of that, they suddenly asked for a RM200 deposit with no explanation. Not worth staying here.

The Malay lady at the counter was rude and unfriendly. She asked me to show her the "evidence" of my booking instead of looking at her computer for my booking although I have showed her my identity card. Her job is mainly pass me the key and nothing else. No smile, no "thank you", not willing to provide any kind of "service", insisted that it should be me, instead of her, the one who search for a booking evidence. I never meet any one like this at a hotel counter. And I think a self-service hotel counter is better than having a "receptionist" like this. At least I do not need to show the hotel kiosk system my evidence of booking from the booking.com.

It was not stated in the booking that the room I booked is a no-window room. But the worst part was of course the rude and unfriendly "receptionist"!

The price wasn't worth the money that has been paid as the room is too small without any windows to look at outside. The bathroom is transparent with blind inside but the blind is not useful as people from outside can still see the people inside. Not recommend.

Front desk service not friendly. Room is very small, just like budget hotels category. Soundproofing is very bad, can’t have a good rest at all.

Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable beds. Multi-choice shower settings which leaves your re-energised after spending a busy day.

A temperamental electric kettle which pops up its lid open towards the end of the boiling. Had to hold the lid firmly down until it finished boiling A few more tea and coffee sachets?

Room clean up. For consecutive days, room was not cleaned when we returned late afternoon although the sign to clean up room was up. No shower screen in bathroom. Toilet gets wet.

Location is very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very limited hotel parking space infont of the hotel but it is easy to find metered parking after you pay on the App.

We stayed at the hotel 2-3 years ago when it first opened and it was nice. Staying there this time, the hotel looks very tired. Bathroom has a terrible design where there is a curtain that gets wet when you have a shower. This results in the room being smelly and musty. Walls are very thin.

The hotel is feeling tired only about 2-3years. Room smells musty. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the hallway and the room next door. The occupant next door tried to open my door that is shared for an interconnecting room at 4:30am on two nights. Not the fault of the hotel but it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Breakfast was ok to fill you up. Coffee passable.
