Location was good in that there's a gate that links it to the food centres, but you'd have to walk a bit more to Icon City (still OK). It still feels very new and has better vibes than the other nearby alternatives. The restaurant also has a classier feel to it and is extremely spacious. The staff were also very friendly.

This isn't a complaint but more an observation. The breakfast spread is nothing to rave over but it is acceptable.

Service of the front desk and coffee house staff was lovely. Their lift service was excellent.

The food served during lunch was not to the standard of a 4-star hotel. Very slow in getting the food out and we were very hungry since it was already almost 3pm.

Like the fruits section and egg on the spot services. The staff acted super fast in clearing the used plates and cup. The room daily cleaning services. He or she did a really good job without fail. Security guards are attentive and keep opening the doors for you. Staff greet you with their hand touching their chest happily. TV entertainment is wide varieties and check in/out is super fast and clear

The room is clean and the facilities meet with my satisfaction plus the food is delicious. Due to location of the hotel is in the middle between Batu Kawan and Penang Island, the night view is beautiful and also can be seen the Penang Bridge.

The most frustrating issue was the shower, the water temperature kept fluctuating unpredictably, suddenly turning very hot and then very cold throughout the entire time. It made the experience quite uncomfortable. The air conditioning in the room was also not effective, as it never got properly cool. More importantly, the bed was uncomfortable. The bedding felt low quality and not well-maintained. After just one night, I also experienced what seemed to be bites from bed bugs or dust mites which was quite concerning in terms of cleanliness.

Breakfast was surprisingly good and had a wide variety. Location was central and near most factories, but had to cross busy road for more food options. There's a pretty decent food court next to the hotel. Service was also very friendly and excellent.

Personal opinion: Bed was a bit too firm and pillows a little too soft. Lighting in the bathroom was also a little inadequate for make up.

Schoon en vrij nieuw hotel met goede service. Een mooi zwembad en goed fitnesscentrum.

Het hotel was prima maar de locatie was minder. Het lag aan een drukke weg die niet over te steken was zonder gevaar voor eigen leven doordat er geen voetgangersstoplichten waren. Daardoor kon je niet naar de restaurants aan de overkant. Er was wel een foodhal naast het hotel maar daar moet je van houden. En er was op loopafstand een straat met voornamelijk Chinese restaurants en een hele goede Thaise restaurant.

It’s convenient for my business trip. The location is spectacularly close.

Housekeeping issues: • The pillowcases had an unpleasant smell. • The mugs and glasses were not returned to their original place after cleaning. I had purposely left them in the bathroom. • The toilet floor mat was placed on the toilet floor instead of being hung on the shower door after cleaning. • The bathrobe was folded and placed on the ironing board instead of being hung in the bathroom. • The ironing board, iron, and hair dryer were not returned to the wardrobe after the room was cleaned.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf Etage 33 mit tollem View! Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Insbesondere die Betten und Kopfkissen waren ein Highlight. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und vollkommen ausreichend. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich.

Die Lage ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt hat und besonders viel von Georgetown sehen will. Zur Rush Hour braucht man 1 Stunde in die Innenstadt und zum Flughafen. Das muss man unbedingt bedenken. Auch der Pool erschien uns nicht belebt, es war niemand dort, obwohl wir zur Hauptsaison dort waren und weil es sehr windig war, war es vermutlich auch zu ungemütlich dort. Es scheint ein reines Business-Hotel zu sein und weniger auf Touristen ausgelegt.

This is a beautiful hotel with lovely rooms that are clean and well maintained. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, with many dining options within walking distance, ranging from high-end restaurants to very affordable local places. One evening, we decided to dine at the hotel restaurant instead of going out. Upon arrival, it seemed as though the restaurant had been fully reserved. We were informed that a special event was taking place – a Muslim celebration held before Ramadan, with the kitchen filled with a wide variety of local dishes. At first, we felt slightly hesitant, as it seemed like a private gathering. However, the guests and staff were incredibly warm and hospitable. They were genuinely happy to let us taste their food and share in the experience. The hospitality was exceptional, and the quality of the dishes was outstanding – truly authentic and even better than what you often find in restaurants. This unexpected evening became one of the highlights of our stay, and we are very grateful to have been part of such a special and generous experience.
