The bedding and room size is so comfortable. This is place we stay every time we go for St Anne pilgrimage. The staff are very helpful and we have small effort like having two cans drinks free in the mini fridge daily.

I couldn't sleep because loud live band music was blaring from a bar almost right next door on the street in front of me until around 2 AM.

The hotel was located in a restaurant zone, so there were many restaurants right in front of it. Breakfast was good. The shower area in the bathroom was a bit small, but not much of an issue. The hotel was running full, so I did not get early check-in. It seems the hotel is going to be taken over by Marriott.

There is no good view from the hotel room.

Overall, the hotel staff were pleasant enough, except that the hotel should arrange to have an experienced staff working side-by-side with a rookie trainee> I think the hotel can improve on the communication with the guests. When I checked out, a rookie attended to me. And all I heard from the rookie was "OKAY" after having checked on the computer on whatever it was. A few pleasant words, albeit commercially tuned, go a long way.

Rooms were super spacious and there was a huge and comfy bed. Location was great with lots of good restaurants nearby. 15 minutes away from St Anne's.

Bathroom was poorly lit, a bit of smell. Disappointed a little because even at 4pm, room was not ready.

Overall i enjoyed my 2 night stay in Iconic Hotel . Everything was ok. Enjoyed the evening light food and drink served for the guest at the cafe.

Very clean hotel, good location with lots of restaurants, bubble tea, and convenience stores just outside. Staff were very helpful and assisted me with changing my room, and issuing me a receipt other than the booking.com receipt. The parking is free for guests which is great.

There was a live band at a bar nearby on Tue night until midnight and I could hear it in my room as it faced the main road, and I couldn't sleep. Decided to change my room on Wed morning and good thing I did too, as there was also a live band on Wed night. The next room I got was quieter and I slept better. Wish the room had normal breakfast tea other than green tea and chamomile. The handsoap made my skin flake (I have sensitive skin) so if you have sensitive skin, bring your own.

overall it is nice...please include to add HBO movies on Television...sound proofing on rooms because we can here other rooms loud voices.

Hotel is well located with many eatery nearby. Facilities is good although the corridor do have a mushy smell. Breakfast is good, although could do with more varieties. Room is great.

Всем привет, рандомно выпал 8 этаж. Бассейн и тренажерный зал как раз на этом ярусе . Удобно. В номере чисто, живностей в виде насекомых не наблюдал. Убирают номера без напоминаний. Кстати не ознакомился с расписанием работы бассейна и пошел купать глубокой ночью, пришла охрана и очень вежливо и по дружески объяснила ,что бассейном ночью пользоваться нельзя. Вообщем только теплые впечатления рекомендую. Есть услуга раннего заезда, чем я незамедлительно воспользовался.

The room was next to the entrance of the lift lobby leading to the rooms and there is a door at the corridor, it will slam every time someone pass through to get to their room. Called the front desk but no action was taken. Had difficulty sleeping as the door slam with a loud noise.

Very clean and quiet place to stay. Many convenient store with walking distance. Coffees in the room with coffee maker impressed us. Even the 3 in 1 coffee tastes so good. Secure parking space and it’s very privacy. Car park lifts are linked to room access. Even the extension of the check out time is very reasonable. You just need to communicate with front desk and all things will be arranged smoothly.

Basically i like everything about this hotel and property. It’s just that the price is slightly higher but still worth the stay.

It's an hour's drive from the airport, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There was even a convenience store. The staff were cheerful, very efficient, and precise. The room was clean and nice. The hotel itself is good, but the only downside was that I couldn't find any souvenir shops nearby. I would like to stay at this hotel again.

Thermostat didn’t cut off as it should for the air conditioner. Ended up freezing cold. No change after I requested for it to be checked. Didn’t bother to ask again.

Process of chcek in and check out very quick and accurate. Location of this hotel very convenience for foods. I don't like my room locate far end of the building. Please put me in the middle in my next visit. Others, every perfect for me and my spouse.

Staying for 3 days 2 nights but there was no room service to clean the room. Staff was not friendly, especially the lady at reception, wearing mask and wispering something unclearly.

Very comfort stay at iconic hotel. The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean and fragrant. The distance to downtown took 20-30min just nice to me. Definitely will stay here again !
