I liked how the staff takes care of us . Even the lady who came to clean for us the next morning was kind. Everything about that place was good

A very nice place. What is advertised is what is given. Would just add dish cloths and extra things such as sunlight, soap and etc to make the stay a 100% .

While I experienced the place to be a clean and tranquil space, I was unhappy with the fact that there was no couch in the unit (12), whereas 2 days prior I had been allocated Room 10 which does provide a couch.

I loved everything about my stay at Casa Leitao Lodge. The apartment I stayed in was incredible with amazing facilities. The poolside and braai area were also nice and clean. The place is next to a main road but you don't get a noise disturbance from the moving cars. I loved it so much I ended up extending my stay with one more night so that I can get some work done. The kitchen could use some dish cloths so that it's easier to wipe along as you move when you cook so that's one thing I found a bit challenging, not having dish cloths in the kitchen. But overall, it was a beautiful stay.

The property was good. It was clean and aesthetically pleasing. It was quiet and safe.

I didn’t like the bed. It wasn’t comfortable.

I loved everything about the place I ended up extending by one night. The beds are extremely comfortable. It's next to the main road but it's so nice and tranquil you don't even get disturbed by outside the noise.

Just the fact that there are no disch cloths in the kitchen so it makes cooking a bit difficult when you don't have anything to wipe with as you move along.

After the Hot water problem has been solved it was a very pleasant stay

There were no hot water for 3 days Its cold I am tired and I we paid for the facilities I am staying there again for a week and expect that there will be hot water at all times Did report it but nothing was being done

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Location is 3 minutes away from the Phalaborwa gate of KNP. Quote and relaxed environment.

Wish management could fix the electricity issue. Experienced power cuts on 2 consecutive nights: 2 and 3 May 2026. Other than that, my stay was pleasant.

The location is close to town and Kruger gate for adventures, Very clean and peaceful environment for relaxation. The rooms were so tidy and beautiful I love the setting wow. Pity we woke up every morning to attend church services at Namakgale we didn't explore much but my mom loved the place she didn't want to leave. Friendly staff as well

that there is no restaurant and when one gets home late , a person has nothing to eat, as we work on site at the mine during the day. Even if there are just fresh sandwhiches to choose from. remote of aircon worked but the backing was loose. and the aircon fan took a long time to turn off.

I couldn't get the suite i booked, when i arrived onsite i was told that the suite was taken and they couldn't do anything but to send me to another place that's in the bushes 😔, it was scary for me to drive there, I was exhausted from a long drive knowing that i booked a nice place, the manager spoke with me over the phone telling me that since i booked online they can't do anything,they are just helping me by sending me there and the prices were lower compared to what I booked even though I can't get refund

La chambre n'était pas celle qu'on espérait. Odeur de javel très fort, odeur d'humidité et de moisissure. Toit fuyant, il pleuvait , l'eau coulait dans la salle de bain, sur les lits on recevait des gouttes en dormant, lits mouillés

There was no electricity. Only the night shift staff were to some point helpful but the day shift lady was useless. The kitchenette is too small and utilities are not suitable for self-catering accommodation.

Guests that are allowed to talk into the early hours of the morning next to our window. With 2 people ching in, then we had to share a towel, then we got given hand towels. The room wasn't clean. The air conditioning was extremely noisy and frustrating.

De locatie is echt heel dichtbij de Pholaborwa gate van het Krugerpark.

De bedden waren slecht, hele diepe kuilen. Mega gehorig, waardoor je zeer slecht slaapt. Er is geen plek om buiten te zitten en het zwembad is zo klein, daar kan je alleen even in afkoelen. Ook bij het zwembad geen lekker plekje om te relaxen.

We were group of 9 and all had good stay and our vehicles and boat was safe behind locked gate. Very close to Kruger gate.
