Everything about the hotel was exceptional .

Could we have two coffee/tea machines at breakfast

Room only booking, although breakfast was available if we wanted it but thought the price was a bit too high (14.99 each).

Not much room in the bathroom to put toiletries etc, surprised they have ceased to put small toiletries, using only soap dispensers cause to shower and sink (which was very small, I might add). Cleaners only came into room if needed, no daily change of towels/bedding unless you request them from reception. This was not a problem for us.

The lift was too small to take wheelchair and very rickety only taking 2 people at a time. We were on top floor and corridors were small and tight , stairs were not good. I can't believe this hotel is suitable for elderly as even the steps were too steep to the entrance so not very good for anyone with health issues. Room was tired, curtains not fitted to rail, window broken. Room very cold as no heating even though reception said it was on timer. Reception sent plug in heater to room which was appreciated . No pressure on shower and taps fell off in hand.

We stayed for a golf weekend in Landudno. Perfect location, clean, good value for money. Would come again.

Friendly staff,Spanish,Bulgarian,Indian,that could help cater for foreign and domestic visitors..very helpful ,down to earth fellow on throughout the night with great local knowledge of places to visit..Warm cosy rooms,super boiling water 24/7 with great beds,as it was when I went there 18 months before.. Disability friendly,with lift.Great location,10 minutes walk from centre,that guarantees a great sleep..Parking on premises at £6 per day,with free parking on side streets round about..Parking on seafront is metered now from 10am to 4pm,,but only £8.50 per 24hrs...if needed...

There's always grumpy,moaners at every hotel I use..such is life..This is a 3star hotel,,spotless with friendly staff and good value for money,,which is why people book there..If people expect the Ritz type decor and marble bathroom at the prices on offer. They should pray for a lottery win..Like I had last time 🤣

The hotel was to far away from the town centre by foot. I didn't like being on the 3rd floor, because I don't like using lifts. Being a pensioner I found the stairs quite steep to access my room.

Room was under restaurant, so had noise from people moving all night. My 11 month old struggle to sleep with the noise. Our room was also right next to the lift, so could hear the lift and people coming out of the lift all night. This kept my daughter awake amd also unsettled my dog. The floor was covered in dog hair and was dirty, I understand it was a room for dogs. But didn't seem to look like it had been vacuumed. The window did not open, so the had condensation on continuously.

Was put in room 46 in the basement, disgusting, smelt damp and musty, shower was plastic mixer taps over the peach coloured bath, view was looking at rubbish bins in the car park, wouldn’t put a dog in that room

The room was very dirty and inside the bathroom the floor was slippery with dirty as well as the walls.The room was smelling bad.Also the room was having lots of dusty.I asked the staff if they can clean the room for me and she came and just did what l think its there way of cleaning which makes the room to be dirty even if after cleaning.About the slippery floor inside the shower cubicle l asked the staff again to come and clean it ,but they left the place dirty.The service l got with the money l paid was not worthy it.The chair inside the room l booked was very dirty.The corridos leading to the room l booked was not smelling nice.Also the curtain inside the room l booked looks weird .My expectations were not met.l am so disappointed .

Hello I booked the Seafront hotel Llandudno for 27th August,on arrival at our room 218,we were confronted with a very smelly disgusting room,the carpet was filthy and well worn,the room was uneven with a gradient towards the door,a risen floorboard was visible beneath the carpet near to the window,my wife tripped and nearly hit the window,there was blood stains on the carpet next to the bed,and what I can describe as semen stains on the bed frame,the bathroom stunk,the walls near to the bed had peeling paint and damp stains,my wife has asked me to take legal action,we booked because my granddaughter was celebrating her 15th Birthday,as we could not find a hotel to book a new room,we had to catch the train home,the reception staff said I should contact you for a refund,I have video evidence of the room and photos

Rooms were clean but need a little TLC. The front area outside has seating but could maybe do with making it more of a comfortable seating area for guests.

We love our room and the staff are so friendly can’t fault them, room was spotless, dog friendly hotel and brilliant breakfast loads of choice.

Breakfast was very good with good selection. We wish we had more information available about the menu as we thought it was only continental until another guest said it was a choice of cooked full breakfast or continental self serve. The staff were very friendly and nice. The room was comfortable and contained everything we required for a relaxing stay. The few days we stayed were very easy and stress free.

The meal options should be advertised and mentioned more. Our rooms were looking out at the back of the hotel and was noisy from delivery lorries early morning but that is something that can't be altered. My room had no blind in the bathroom and outside was a security light that worked on a motion sensor, so at various times through night I woke up to bright light shining into the room. Simple blind would have helped.

My room was a very small box room but I had two dogs with me and it was just an overnight stay. Breakfast was adequate and buffet style. The bar menu was limited and as the food came from the restaurant kitchen I thought you would be able to choose from that menu. It wouldn’t have been difficult for the staff to bring it into the bar as it was next door

The breakfast was exceptional the choice was fantastic and as for the bacon wow wo wow..... ...We also took our little doggy...which was a bonus. We booked a superior double room ..It was fantastic massive with 2 large windows. Its the best hotel we have found and we have been to many many many over the years 5 stars all the way.

I received the room almst 2 hours late, my check in was late even after informing the receptionist at around noon to keep the room ready, the toilet was smelling very bad, the flush wasn’t working, after paying approximately 300 pounds this service isn’t acceptable. We had to ask for the toiletries as they were not available in the bathroom.

My son and i stayed in a sea view room and we loved it, my son's favourite part was to have the seaguls coming to the window. The room was really good. There was a fan in the cupboard for us which we used. Everything in the room was good. The breakfast was nice and hot. Drinks always ready. The staff friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. I read the reviews before we go and I can say it wasn't as people described, this hotel was really nice. It was in a good place as we could walk to the pier and other places.

The towel room was open once, and I noticed that the towels were simply stacked on the floor. I didn’t like this, as nobody wants to use a towel that has been kept on the floor. I would have preferred to see the towels stored neatly on a table or shelf. I think that was the only thing I didn't like.

No USB in the room however if you take your own plug you can charge your phone. In my opinion it would be more convenient to have USB in the room. Overall the staff were very professional however there was one lady who was forever pulling her face when asked for condiments, jug of water etc and it seemed as if she was on shift every day.

The picture here are not what it is in actual. Twin room size is very very small and the aile to cross is so narrow. The paint and curtains are worn out. And rooms smelled alot!

It’s an old Victorian property …Staff were very helpful and felt my difficulty as disabled .

It needs some TLC and care to detail inside the property as a disabled person in a wheel chair I had to take the back entrance passing all the rubbish .. it felt like the servants entrance awful ,the corridors were dark and dingy and had to get out of my wheel chair as it did not fit through the some of the door ways . The lift only held two people so waited a long time at busy check in times or meal times . Getting to dining room was like an assault course ..

Disappointed about lack of parking, details buried in the small print not quite as advertised. 1st night was upsetting as there was no cold water to the bath, too late to report. (room 9) Also I was unable to open the curtains The following morning the receptionist speedily offered us room 11 which had all the missing facilities, accepted

The rooms were not as we expected. Smelt musty, curtain hanging off windows hole in bathroom door reported to reception nothing was done. Very dated hotel rooms were certainly not as advertised when made booking. No food served in evening due to staff shortages had to go out and find a restaurant. Certain would not return to this hotel in the future.

Llandudno is beautiful place

Same as what I put in the first box damp and room was not up to standard and we are waiting on reply for refund as we are pensioners The room was grey and dirty cracks in the walls it smelt damp and was not fit to be in you could smell the damp when you walked into reception which was filthy and very inviting I would not stay there again

Par ailleurs, je leur suggère de compléter les équipements de la chambre en y ajoutant un petit réfrigérateur et si possible le micro-ondes pour permettre àaux clients qui ont des habitudes alimentaires difficiles dues à leur santé de suivre et contrôler leur régime alimentaire.

The view was great from the room.

The room was supposed to be for two people and there was no even room to put my feet on the floor next to the bed. It would have been adequate for a single occupancy room. None of the placements of plugs and furniture made any sense at all. The general standard of finish was quite poor and to top it all window cleaners washed the windows with them being open soaking my phone. Not impressed!

I understand that parking spaces are limited due to the location, but the "first come, first served" policy should be changed to "first to book, first to have."

No Parking. I asked for disabled space and ground floor room. Ended up 2nd floor. Wait for 2 person lift was a long time. Could not stand long. Needs hail each floor by lift. I cannot walk down stairs.

Blinds were not blackout, no aircon or fan, shower taps temperamental with hot water (would change throughout showering), soap not filled up, room not cleaned while staying, shower these over edge of bath awkward to stand underneath, glass shelf was wobbly.

All the staff were friendly and informative, helpful and a great asset to the company.

No negative views, location was a key factor in booking and this hotel is right across from the promenade.
