Creo que por el costo, me hubiera gustado mas variedad de opciones en el buffet de desayuno.

The hotel lobby and restaurant are fantastic and modern. The room was disappointing as we were on the 5th floor and looked out onto a very grubby ledge - I suggest fake plants or something that will make it more pleasant to look out onto. The under curtains were dirty, coffee machine did not work and the towels in the bathroom were old, grey and shocking! But we complained and our room was changed to one on a higher floor which was much much better, and we appreciated that. The gym was also great! Angel at reception was fantastic and very very helpful and kind. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Please, the towels all need to be changed! They are really not of the standard fit for this hotel. That was disappointing. The under curtains are dirty and need to be cleaned. Don't accept a room on the 5th floor, choose higher room as the 5th floor rooms that don't have a city view, look onto a very grubby ledge.

Ubicación

The staff, rooms, amenities, everything was really nice. Having the mall right there is nice for quick needs to. It was central to most of the restaurants we went to and close enough to the stadium to make the World Cup visit very convenient. Views of the mountains around from the pool is dope too!

The downstairs lobby you come up in was extremely humid.

Location, modern, clean, luxury hotel

Staff was rushing to leave, no clear information, shower was terrible no water pressure at all…

The front desk team and bellmen were so kind and helpful. The room was perfect and location is amazing.

The restaurant waiters need more training to anticipate needs. They offered coffee and brought it and didn’t bring the cream and sugar even after asking. We had to remind them and then they would just stand there even after calling them over for help. When the plates were brought out, he handed them to me instead of placing it where it needed to be. We also needed refills but had to ask. Again, standing around and not taking the initiative. I’m not sure if they were new but definitely more training is needed for great customer service. We were shocked.

Comfortable and clean room, nice area of the city. Room service and kitchen served us a nice meal.

Check in was cold, staff didnt help us with luggage or greet us warmly when we arrived. Restaurant did not have multiple dishes on their menu. Only one bathrobe in the room.

El desayuno escaso y de mala calidad , el olor a humedad en ciertas zonas del edificio , la vista de la habitación tenía que ser a la montaña y teníamos en frente un muro , nulo servicio en la zona de la alberca y por último la incompetencia por parte del recepcionista al pedirle factura .

Getting to the property, noticing a lambo dealer next to it along with Holsteins on the other side to the hotel is unmatched. Lobby is a masterpiece. 1. Unfortunately, since checking in, staff at reception Miguel Ramirez and Neivi (manager in charge according to them) they received me and checked me in with the most arrogant and undermining attitude and proceeded to give a room with the worst view to the roof of the mall and they very cute cables. 2. They were suppose to charge $200 for smoking odor fee , which I agreed but they instead charged $275. 3. I extended my stay 2 more nights, got my card requested by Miguel Ramirez and he confirmed it was added. Realized that was not true because coming down from the pool to my room they locked me out. Had to go down to the lobby, wet, half naked on swim trunks to see why I was locked out of my room. They made me wait for a new room, pack my stuff and move to a new room, after charging $275 as a smoking fee. Ridiculous and annoying things no one should ever have to go through at any Westin property. Miguel Ramirez & Neivy have a lot of room for improvement regarding how they treat the customers since the moment we for check in and through out the whole stay. If they dont enjoy what they do, they should let go as they are hurting the Westin brand. Would like to recognize the rest of the staff. Incredibly humble, sense of urgency, attention to detail; Oswaldo, Roberto, Rafael, Miguel from Rstaurant/rm service. Nayeli at the spa.

The aspects that I/we enjoyed are the friendliness of the staff and the 24 hrs. Room service. The room is nice, including the city view. We have yet to try the Concierge lounge, but we look forward to that amenity. Next time we are going to reserve directly with your staff. We look forward to better rates, as we were advised.

I don't have any issues or complaints at this time. If I had to mention an issue, it's the WiFi and the low 720 mp transmission of the television in the Jr. Suite. I wish there would be a higher resolution and better quality WIFI.

Limpia, excelente ubicación, pero que uno como huésped tenga que solicitar que enciendan la caldera para que el agua de la alberca y la respuesta sea que tarda 24 horas en calentarse no me parece acorde al nivel de la propiedad

El colchon es de los mas comodos que he sentido! El buffet de desayuno riquísimo y la limpieza del hotel en general muy bien, solo podrian calentar un poco mas el agua de la alberca porque a pesar de el clima estar caluroso (36-38°C) el agua se sentía fria.

Comodo, limpio, alfombra en las habitaciones y sin pantuflas disponibles lo que no es lo mas conveniente. La comida en el restaurante y el room service es mala. Me he hospedado en este hotel 3 veces y las 3 veces he pedido algo o tomado desayuno y no repetir. Fuera de lo anterior todo perfecto.

Muy mal servicio. Se espera que en un hotel de esta categoría estén más al Pendiente de sus huéspedes. Al llegar ni al Salir no hubo quien ayudara con las maletas, las toallas del baño estaban todas deshilachadas, y el Room service pésimo! Se tardaron una hora y media en llevar un café descafeinado y un capuchino, y eso fue por que tuve que volver a marcar, si no ni siquiera hubiera llegado.

We has some problema with the air conditioner, we Disney have shampoo and body wash until we call. And they refill it until next day, 😏

Pretty hotel. Good facilities. Staff can be categorized by the following: unfriendly, hostile, useless and OK. I particularly dislike hotels that have spas and charge guests to use the jacuzzi and sauna approx $40 US for 60 minutes. (Come on!) Nice mall nearby but neighborhood not cute despite Lamborghinis being sold on the first floor. The pool is nice but when I was there all the seats were taken - mainly by towels not actual people and the staff made no effort to find additional lounges. I wanted to like it. Will never choose this hotel again. There are much better options. Pool bar closed.

La ubicación es buena, las habitaciones cómodas… la conexión con la plaza no es practica, accesas por un lateral de la plaza en el cual no hay alguien para recibirte /apoyarte con maletas, durante la noche nos comunicamos al lobby sin éxito.. En el restaurante algo perdidos en el servicio. Definitivo no es un lugar al q regresaría si buscara relajarme..

No good and way to experience. Rooms are okay and the reception staff was nice, but nothing special. Location is okay, one has to walk a mile to get good places. Breakfast and room service is terrible. First time stayed here and definitely last time.

Great location….hotel is supposedly pretty new but rooms already showing signs of deterioration and need for some renovation. Pillows are way too thick and hard and bed is made with so many blankets and duvets that one needs to keep temperature at 18C to stay cool, although bed is otherwise great. Parking is conveniently located but a nightmare as it requires payment every time one exits property and machines do not take credit cards or large notes

Me pareció una estancia promedio que puedes obtener en hoteles más baratos. Detalles como pantuflas es algo que esperas en este tipo de hoteles. Las sábanas no eran las más agradables. Y tienen un problema de electricidad porque el celular cargaba mucho más lento de lo normal, y mi peinador no funcionó en la habitación, creí que estaba fallando pero ya en mi casa funcionó bien, así que no me pude peinar para el evento al que iba

The hotel is beautiful and really clean, the problem is at the pool section, they don't take care of the guests, we were trying to get food and drinks but there was no staff there and the bar wasn't working. We mange to call a server but took forever to get one, once we finally were able to order, it took another hour to check on us to see if we needed anything else. We understand is not the server fault but the management should have staff at the pool area specially if you have a bar at the pool

Our family of 8 came to town for the Rayados game! We chose the Westin and it was simply amazing. We requested view rooms and they gave us rooms with fantastic mountain views. Anything we requested they more than accommodated. The views from the breakfast room and roof top pool / bar were incredible. Every staff member was super friendly. Esau De Leon at the bar was exceptional….he is a superstar! We will come back just to visit him! We have traveled throughout the world and are loyal to Marriott, and this property in Monterrey is exceptional. We had such a great time. Well done Monterrey Westin team!

El servicio de recepción deja mucho que desear. El área de la alberca está medianamente cómodo hacen falta sombrillas y personal hay que llamar tres o cuatro veces por teléfono para que suba algún mesero a ofreces bebidas
