Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Zeer goed hotel op een mooie locatie aan het water. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel onder andere bij de valet parking, de receptie en het restaurant.
Kamers zijn wat gehorig; geluid vanaf de gang en aangrenzende kamers is te horen. Geluid vanaf de straat is hoorbaar.

No pudimos cambiar plata de dólares a dólar canadiense . No había caja suficiente . Un servicio q en cualquier hotel 5 estrellas lo brindan . Y otro tema fue que cobraron la estadía c la tarjeta de depósito sin avisar , y nosotros preferíamos pagar c otro medio d pago . Hubo disculpas del hotel pero ya jabian hecho el cobro

They falsely accused us of causing floor damage and over charged my credit card with $1500 called MISC CHARGE! The manager was rude and arrogant and did not listen to me nor he respected us. I was not happy with taste of their breakfast food. I requested my meal to be cooked in one way, and they did not listen.

The Spa and wellness where not accessible even though I’ve paid so much to stay in the hotel for that very reason. It makes no sense to still have to pay for a steam room or sauna. The swimming pool was also not the best.

I got room service for dinner, i was shocked my food had no cover.. young man had my food exposed from the kitchen all the way to the 4th floor.. i think meals should not be exposed like that.
