Great location to the supermarket

Parking is first in first serve so get there early 😀

The Ac was not working . And parking was limited. For some reason if you could not get a parking you have to park your vehicle on a paid parking 😬.

Stayed the one night before flight. Easy Uber ride to airport. Close to a couple of choices to eat in evening.

Mechanical drone all night. Not sure from where. Extractor fan in bathroom very noisy. Very uncomfortable pillows despite a choice of 2. Just very tired. Nowhere to sit in foyer whilst waiting for a taxi. Indifferent receptionist.

Very easily accessible, good bakery downstairs, lovely staff. Room had good views

Parking was awful! Do not rely on the hotel parking it’s basically non existent. Do not check in online either you get multiple messages to check in online to make the check in process smoother, however you still needed, I.d credit card etc.

Be nice if cafe down stairs was open until 5 or 6pm. Bathroom a bit too small.

The room was great and bonus points for the washing machine and dryer in the room it was very handy.

We were very pleased to have a washing machine & drier in our unit as we had been away from home for over a week by the time we reached Queenstown. Staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was convenient. It was an ideal place to stay.

I stayed for two nights and my room didn’t get cleaned

We didn't end up staying as the room was a tiny little box,not relaxing at all.

Curtains ripped off curtain rails. Unable to be pulled across or close properly. Asked for them to be fixed but staff said they can't Deluxe King rooms are not the same quality (we purchased 2 rooms). Not the front of house staffs fault. Managers need to get faults attended too.

Very tried decor with small items like door handle falling off in bathroom, staff seemed just as worn out. Staff in cafe almost asleep not very friendly coffee was terrible and food very average

Location perfect for start of trip

The beds are really comfortable, and I like that there are a dryer and a washing machine in the room.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and our room was not serviced even onced. I inform the customer service about it on our second day, but, no one still serviced the room. A bit disappointed honestly.

Room temperature was a little high for my liking, but I adjusted it to suit.

Parking was not included, and I found the way the rooms were advertised to be very misleading. I only booked these rooms because the advertisement stated that free parking was available. The property contacted me via WhatsApp regarding check-in, but they never mentioned that free parking was not actually included or that parking arrangements were different from what was advertised. Although I booked two rooms, I was still required to find public parking and pay the parking costs myself. When I raised this issue with the staff, I was simply told that they could not help. This is extremely disappointing and misleading. If free parking is advertised as being available, guests should not be expected to pay for public parking after making their booking based on that information.

Nice and comfortable room, handy location.

We stayed in room 310 the drape was hanging off as so couldn't close it properly. Did ask to have it fixed but unable to, this was a letdown and should've been fixed.

Overall cleanliness, and the fact that there was scum buildup in the shower, the place needed a refresh and a clean. Honestly a 3 or 4 out of 10 for the state of the room is very fair. You can even tell by looking at the sheets the top covers everything looks like it’s been used 4000 times.

L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport (comptez néanmoins 20 min. à pied pour rejoindre le terminal) ; mais malgré sa proximité, nous n'entendions rien dehors. Ce n'est pas un hôtel pour rester, on y vient clairement pour rester proche de l'aéroport. Malgré cela, nous avons aimé son emplacement avec des commerces à proximité. La chambre est vraiment très confortable, bien isolée, la literie bonne. Tout ce qu'on attend d'une chambre d'hôtel moderne.

From the get go I had a great experience. I arrived abit early and thought I would see if I could check in Darrenah said a room was ready so checked me in She was friendly and very helpful

The bathroom tiles were really quite soiled and needed a deep clean. The carpet outside the bathroom as also very heavily soiled. It was bathroom designed for a wheelchair and so the whole floor got wet after showering.

There was no windows, the dryer was so loud. There was stains on the floor. Holes in the wall. The spare blanket was dirty and gross

The room was very unkempt lots of marks of grime on the walls bathroom wasn't very clean and the shower didn't work properly there also wasnt enough towels. I contacted the property via email (no reply) I visited reception after the first night and found the receptionist very rude. She explained that the rooms only get serviced every 3 days. I asked if I could at least have some clean towels - she very reluctantly agreed. ..

The location is good

The place is a bit tired, although not that old. Air conditioning did not work properly in my room.

location is good ,great bakry/cafe at bottom of building.Easy accedd to bus into Queenstown.Meaning you don't have to deal with Queenstowns traffic problems.

Room not serviced main issue

Over priced for the room given tv had 2 channels massive beam runs across the window so theres no window view and the door handle fell off wasnt told about fitness center or pool on reception

Room was spacious and clean. Fully equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities. Great location, walking distance to restaurants, Remarkable shopping Centre and cafe on ground floor. A pleasant two day stay!

Rooms were too small, and had massive metal beams inside taking up more space inside the room and obstructing window view

This hotel has gone downhill. The walls in the room are covered in marks, and rooms are showing general signs of wear and tear. Room servicing is once every 3 days, but during our 4 night stay, our "full service" consisted of new towels, and some dishwash liquid we should have received on day one, andsome new laundry detergent. Sheets were not changed, carpet covered in fluff not vacuumed, bathroom and bathroom sink not cleaned in any way...rubbish bins not emptied. Very hard to get a carpark - prepare to pay $11 a day nearby. Basically, you get what you pay for as it was cheaper than other hotels nearby....

The room really needs renovation. I couldn't open the curtain. The ventilation fan in the toilet was very loud, louder than a washing machine. The TV had no signal and the hotel couldn't do anything about it. The room was dusty.

Staff were the most helpful I have ever had at a hotel and affordability travelling during school holidays is expensive and getting an affordable room that is clean quiet and comfy is the best.

Clean room in a quiet neighbourhood, it’s a 15-20 min walk from the airport or a short bus ride away. About 20-30 min drive from the bustling part of Queenstown but I didn’t mind. I liked that it was quiet and away from town as I was only staying a couple of nights and there are a few walking and bike trails near the river. There’s also a cinema across the road and the supermarket was a short walk away too. Great that there was a washing machine and also dryer in the bathroom. The cafe downstairs has a delicious selection of items and makes great coffee too. My only issue with the place was that there was a very loud fan that would also turn on when you put the light on in the bathroom and would only turn off about 5-10 minutes after you switched off the light.

The room was quiet and cosy.
