Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park

The location although near the airport it was a convenient place to stay. Lots if shops and the bus was easy to get to and from Queenstown

Room facilities, room service was excellent, along with friendly and wonderful staff.

The bed and the pillows were bit on the soft side according to my preference, which did affect the quality of sleep.

Location was great, very quiet. Great having a bath when you have young children. Nice complimentary drinks and snacks. Lovely staff.

Only one, no milk in fridge.

Everything & everyone.

Having to go home.

Great hotel. One of the few in the area I think with a decent restaurant and bar. The room was well designed with lots of lamps and very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Limited free parking onsite. So you end up paying extra for parking in the basement.

Excellent restaurant

Location

no free parking for guests

Staff were lovely. Clean. Comfortable. Good coffee. Nice product in bathroom. Meal at Giants was delicious!

Would have liked a few more kitchen utensils eg: knives, forks, plates

Staff at the reception. They made our check-in easy as well as no hassles in late check-out.

Didn't find any. Better luck next time , 😂

The location close to airport and shops. Easy to access and good undercover parking (at a price). Big comfy beds and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff.

Clean room. Super Friendly staff. Restaurant on dute. Happy hour at bar. Secure parking.

Great place to stay! Clean and everything we needed.

Needs to have a spare blanket in room.

We like the location, the room was spacious and great having a restaurant on site.

We didn’t like the confusing access/entrance from the carpark. The air con in the restaurant was cold.

Easy to locate different areas within the property.

Great Staff.

Parking is bad.

Quiet, friendly service. Comfortable room.

Bathroom door opened outwards making floor wet

Great location with an excellent restaurant

nothing

Smart and modern hotel. Nice rooms. Large and light. Comfy beds. Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff. Coffee machine. Great shower.

Parking annoying - only a handful of free spaces otherwise it's paid parking and walking with bags. It's not especially child friendly for dinner (limited choices).

Location is good for those who aren't planning on spending all their time within the city centre - Plenty of shops nearby so you can stock up before driving to the next destination. Property is clean and quiet, great for getting some well needed rest after long travels. If you're driving remember to book their secure parking (very limited).

Staff very friendly.

Not a lot of information in the room regarding in room dining. Breakfast was the same every morning very cluttered I felt. Only coffee cups no mugs for tea.

Pretty much everything was great

The bed was just a little bit uncomfortable

Such a lovely place to stay. We could not fault it. We most certainly would stay here again. I wouldn’t even bother looking for somewhere else!

Well pointed very roomy very comfortable

Not a lot. Maybe a decent breakfast spread if I have to pick one.

A clean room is possibly the most basic expectation from a hotel. Unfortunately the housekeeping at this one is terrible and despite repeated requests to the housekeeping staff in the morning we came back to rooms that hadn’t been vacuumed, dirty cups from the morning and bathrooms that hadn’t even been looked at.

The property was located very conveniently near shops, both the remarkables and coronet peak, as well as a short drive into Queenstown to enjoy what the city had to offer.

Nothing! Everything was amazing

Breakfast, staff and amenities

Location, proximity to airport, shops and ski slopes, overall a pretty nice place. The restaurant is actually amazing and the staff are great.

The elevators are terrible, one morning we waited for 5 to go past us as all were full, the second was locked and not moving, the other kept going to the top and filling up on the way down, avoid floor 1 if you want to avoid this. Room cleaners are super inconsistent, we also had pillow slips and bed sheets on the floor because of a tea spill and they just got out back on the bed. Tv damaged. Air conditioning was not adjustable or was inconsistent, we turned it down as low as possible and still had many hot nights.

الموظفون محترمون ومحترفون شكرا لهم .

Clean modern and with stunning views

Nothing

Beautiful, modern, clean and uplifting. Staff very friendly and welcoming.Dinner and service at Giants restaurant was very good. Special touches - bath robe and beautiful products, fireplace and herbal tea in reception lounge whilst waiting to be picked up. Shopping precinct a few minutes walk and close to airport.

No complaints.

Excellent location, very clean and tidy and wonderful staff

A couple of water bottles, dental kit and slippers would make this great stay for all visitors. This is a usual thing in all international hotels and visitors from overseas find it strange to not have these basic amenities missing.

Clean, central, friendly staffs.

Parking spaces can be limited

Room was comfortable. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent.

Sehr gutes, vielfältiges Frühstück in sehr nettem Restaurant. Auch Abendessem sehr gzt!

Nichts zu bemängeln.

Great room size and proximity from the airport. Comfy beds, clean toilet. Friendly staff too!

limited free parking space

Location was great once we worked out the bus system. Gym was good. Staff friendly and helpfull.

Duvet had pink stains Couch in room looked dirty and stained, just looked dirty it needed a deep clean or just get rid of it.

We picked this hotel because of the location near the airport and the Remarkables ski field; the location was exactly what we were looking for. Since we stayed for a couple of days, it was also a pleasant surprise with several nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The room was new and comfortable with everything we needed.

the room was a little small

Room was comfortable close to airport but quiet

Nothing

I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn! My room had clean and comfortable facilities, beautiful views, and I loved the extra security feature on the door which made me feel safe. Heating made it a very comfortable stay and the food at the restaurant were delicious and super convenient on busy days/evenings. Staff were very kind and welcoming and very accommodating when I was asking for directions and support with transportation. There is a bus stop only a 2 min walk from the hotel and its only a 15 min ride to Queenstown and 5 min ride to the Airport which was super convenient.

There was a little bit of noise from other guests and kids running around quite late that was a bit inconvenient, and they charge a $5 fee to deliver room service which I thought was a bit unecessary.

Clean. Great location Lovely Breakfast

Nothing

basically no car park unless wanting to pay for parking which is ridiculous considering your already paying about $300 a night

Fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient with easy access to the airport, Frankton, and central Queenstown. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Nothing significant to mention. Our stay was very enjoyable and met all of our expectations.

Comfortable bed/ pillows

Service unreal, rooms nice and restaurant had amazing food. Location was great for a stay before at the airport

A little expensive, but so is everywhere in queenstown so I guess it's actually great value for money.

Location and service

Nothing

Lovely room, not knocked about like so many hotels close by, we have stayed in. Great pillows and comfy bed. Good amenities.

Not such a friendly young lady at reception. Sofa had stains on it. Parking is an issue. Not enough allocated Holiday Inn Parks. Then have to scramble to try and find one close by on street.

The location, wifi, service and all front desk staff

Did not find TV control user friendly

Very clean and well presented, stunning view behind the hotel too!

Parking was a bit tricky at times but overall exceptional experience

Amazing facilities, restaurant was amazing, breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve had in awhile, staff were so accomodating and friendly, room and views were fab!

Nothing!

L'emplacement. Le confort de la chambre. La literie excellente. Bon accueil, bon service.
