The beds were so comfy!! Great showers and a decent choice of TV channels!! They had agreat bar with very sweet bartenders!

The lighting was pretty bad. The closet area where you could place your suitcase was dark and no available light. The safe was located in drawer in that area, you had to sit on the floor to access it. I recommend them to add some lighting and put the safe in a reachable location!

Os quartos podiam ter uma localização melhor. Localização não é tão próxima aos principais pontos turísticos de Amsterdã. Preço elevado.

Embora vendido como “Central”, está a cerca de 45 minutos a pé do centro da cidade. Nao existia sequer uma garrafa de água no minibar ou pelo menos uma água de cortesia.

I was very surprised that there were no slippers and bathrobe in room. The years when it was additional paid service fortunately last in 2020. However not there. You even couldn't imagine how huge discomfort this situation was for me.

La distance de l'hôtel par rapport au centre ville... 40 min de marche.. ou alors le tram qui se trouve à 15 min à pied...

لم يعجبني شي في الفندق ولا مكانه لقد تورطت فيه وكان أسوء حجز لي غالي ولا يستحق نصف السعر والمشكله ان الدفع مقدم ولا يوجد إلغاء اضطررت إلى الخروج من الفندق قبل استكمال الحجز بيوم

الغرف أثاثها داكن ولا يوجد فيه اضاءه كافيه وتعمل بالطاقه على الرغم من سعر الغرفه الغالي لا يوجد حتى ماء في الغرفه وعندما كلمت الاستقبال قال لي اشربي من دوره المياه لم اصدق ما اسمع وهذا تعاملهم السئ جدا سواء استقبال او موظف الكوفي انصح بعدم الحجز لديهم أبدا نصيحه اهرب بجلدك

Die Lage war fantastisch, die Ausstattung des Hotels auch. Wellness Bereich ist ausreichend.

Auf dem Flur und teilweise in den Zimmern roch es nach Cannabis. Das Hotel verschickt Links um die Zahlung anzuweisen, die nicht unbedingt beim ersten Mal funktionieren, erst nach dem ich Booking einschaltete funktionierte, vorher drohten sie mir mit einer Stornierung.

Personal immer freundlich, mit Lächeln , hilfsbereit, alle sprechen perfekt Englisch. Das Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet, komfortabel, leise.

It's says city centre when booking but it's so not at least 40 minutes on the tram or €30/€50 in a taxi and the lighting walking down the side of the hotel at night is so bad

Classy rooms with hot tub, sauna and cleanliness.

The pillows were awful. Also as we went away for our honeymoon I thought they may have made the room a little more special there was no added touches although I requested this and they said they would try their best to accommodate - I feel petals on the bed or even the towels made into a lobe heart would have been a nice added touch maybe a drink in our room waiting with a. Handwritten note - jist to make it extra special..

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was perfect.

Tv did not work, shower door would not fully close, there were no amenities.

The Pictures of the room shown at the website are not the actual room allocated . we were told to pay more for the room we eventually presented . I sent the picture to booking .com for clarification nothing was done about it

Personnel et accueil très agréable, nous avons même pu récupérer la chambre en avance. Très accessible et desservi par le tram à 10mn du centre. Les lieux sont propres.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Einen Abend im Restaurant was gegessen das Essen wurde frisch zubereitet und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat gepasst. Das Zimmer bzw. das gesamte Hotel war sauber.

Das es nur eingeschränkte Parkmöglichkeiten direkt im Hotel gibt. Das Parkhaus was empfohlen wird dort sollen wohl regelmäßig Auto mit ausländischen Kennzeichen aufgebrochen werden. Hilfe soll wohl laut anderen Bewertungen weder vom Hotel noch von der Polizei nicht kommen. Da frage ich mich wie man als Hotel dieses Parkhaus als Parkplatz anbieten kann. Ich hatte das Glück das ich direkt im Hotel parken konnte das war Top da der Parkplatz für den ganzen Aufenthalt reserviert ist. Schade nur das man keinen Parkplatz im Hotel im Voraus reservieren kann. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig wenn mitten in der Nacht jemand in den Whirlpool geht hört man dieses in den umliegenden Zimmern.

We hadden prachtige wellness kamer met jacuzzi en sauna. Met de tram ( 5 min lopen) ben je binnen een paar haltes op Amsterdam centraal.

Het was heerlijk maar als ik iets moet noemen; we kregen een voucher voor een gratis drankje in het hotel ( super lief) maar de barman was eerst nergens te bekennen en daarna niet heel erg vriendelijk.

Mooi uitzicht, ruime kamer, schone kamer, kregen een Q park kortingscode voor het parkeren dat was fijn. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

In de badkamer was er mooi uitzicht, alleen voelde het wel naakt om zonder douchegordijn te douchen. Ramen waren maar deels vervaagd.

Very helpful staff, good buffet breakfast, and we loved the swimming pool.

Spacious triple room with a safe and fridge. Loved the communal ironing stations on each floor. Nice position at the end of the water to sit out on an evening for drinks.

Lack of Privacy - The glass door on the separate toilet wasn't great as a group of 3 friends and the lack of door on the shower room. Location - although technically still in Amsterdam Centre it was a good 40min walk to the main shopping and historical centre. The 26 and 1 tram stops were only a few mins walk away and were frequent, but worth noting how far out the hotel is! Also the area around the hotel is still being developed so felt like it was surrounded by a building site!

Guter Service. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und üppiges Frühstück. Ich für meinen Teil werde dieses Hotel wieder buchen. Ich war wirklich zufrieden. Auch die Anbindung mit der Bahn um in die Innenstadt zu kommen ist sehr gut. Man kann alles in ca. 10 Minuten erreichen (Central Station oder das Reichsmuseum). Auch werden Fahrräder vom Hotel angeboten, um die Innenstadt zu erkunden. Fazit ==> Super!

Obwohl das Hotel ein Pool hat, hat das Hotel Management entschieden, dass nur „ausgewählte@ Zimmer Bademantel & Badeschuhe kriegen (als Gast, zum ersten Mal im Hotel hat man keine Ahnung). Sehr schade und kleinlich, oder sollen wir auf einer Städtereise den Bademantel & Badeschuhe einpacken:-))).? Zudem ist das Hotel etwas zu weit von dem Zentrum. Dafür kann das Hotel nicht, es war mein Fehler.

We stayed in the spa room with a spa bath and sauna. Spa bath was amazing but we couldn’t get the sauna to work unfortunately. Room was very clean and big. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was ok but nothing too special. Staff were friendly too.

There wasn’t much to not like about this place. The breakfast buffet could have had a few more options, it was pretty expensive but so is all of Amsterdam and it’s about a 20-30 minute walk from the centre

De faciliteiten (bubbelbad en sauna) waren heerlijk! Verder is de kamer ruim en het toilet en de badkamer zijn in aparte ruimtes, wat ook echt fijn is. Ook is het personeel erg vriendelijk en bekwaam.

Er is geen minibar, wel een vending machine op de begane grond (die best prijzig is 4 euro voor 0,5L water)

Όλα ήταν όπως τα περιμέναμε πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο όλα στην εντέλεια τα κρεβάτια βολικά καθαρά χωρίς σκόνες κλπ. Το δωμάτιο επίσης πολύ καθαρό με άριστες παροχές.

Η χρέωση του πάρκινγκ μου φάνηκε κάπως υπερβολική από την στιγμή που το πάρκινγκ ανήκει στο ξενοδοχείο και ψάχνω ένα ξενοδοχείο με πάρκινγκ δεν θα έπρεπε να χρεώνεται έξτρα και το ότι κόστιζε κάθε μέρα 35€ μου φάνηκε κάπως υπερβολικο.

Great location, beautiful view in front of the hotel. Lovely staff. Let us check in early. Bed was very comfortable. Towels replaced and bed remade after the first night. Spa bath in the bedroom was just amazing. Rented bicycles from the hotel which was very reasonable and a great way to enjoy the city. We didn’t have breakfast but had dinner and a few drinks in the hotel and it was good. Overall great stay.

A bottle of water in the room would maybe be a nice touch but no other complaints.

La porte coulissante pour aller dans la sdb etait assez dure à ouvrir. Le fait de ne pas pouvoir boire un coup en extérieur après 21h30. Le menage de notre chambre fait à 17h. Ne pas pouvoir payer en espèce

Lovely and spacious room (Spa Room). Has a nice view from windows. Bed is very comfy and hotel has everything you need.

Unfortunately, when turning on the bathroom light, it was tripping the electrical system to my room, so all electricity would be gone completely, I had to ask staff to fix it multiple times. I was unable to use the bathroom light and had to shower in the dark. The overnight staff simply told me to just not use the light anymore.

Das man nicht vom Hotel in die Garage kommt, man muss außen rum. Zwei Bettdecken wären schöner gewesen, die Matratze ist immer vom Bett gerutscht. Das Wasser im Pool für zu kalt

The jacuzzi and the view from the balcony

I didn't like it a lot that the balcony floor was open, made of metal grating with lots of small gaps. This provided less privacy and was also uncomfortable to walk on.

It was modern and clean. However check in took over a half hour as the hotel was not adequately staffed at night when we arrived from the airport.

Nice very clean rooms. Staff friendly. Location was good, it was easy to get into the centre, we chose to use Uber.

La ventana hacia ruido, como un silbido. Los tubos del aire acondicionado están al aire libre encima de la ducha, algo que consideramos peligroso. No tiene mucha luz, por tanto, apenas se ve. Nos levantaron a las 2.15 de la mañana por una alarma de incendios, tuvimos que bajar con lo puesto a recepción y la única justificación era que todo estaba correcto y lo estaban probando, algo que nos impidió descansar nuestro ultimo día antes de irnos de vuelta en un largo viaje en avión. Consideramos con todo esto, que hay cosas que son mejorables. Está un poco lejos del centro, pero el barrio es tranquilo.

Be aware that there is a pool segregation: some rooms get bath robes and slippers while others don’t… Reception says it’s high management decision — good that for now they allow us poorer peasants use the pool… 🤦‍♂️
