Lo original es fantástico!!! Nunca nunca me quedé en algo parecido los colores la decoración es detalle me encantó la lluvia de colores nos sentimos fantásticos el personal fer de aplausos está en todo!! La chica de recepcion las mesetas tiene todo para pasarlo fantástico!

Me asustó un ruido en el techo! Después me e picaron que pudo ser un gato ( hay muchos) mapache u otro animal!! Como no sabia me asustó! Ya sabiendo sin, problema!!

Die Lage ist wunderbar am Strand. Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Auch hat das Hotel einen Pool, was für die Region eher selten ist.

In unserem Zimmer gab es kein Wifi. Auf Rückfrage hiess es, dass wir doch ins Restaurant gehen sollen. Auch hat es den Rauch des Grilles und Pizzaofens zu unserem Zimmer gezogen und ein längeres Öffnen der Türe war nicht möglich, geschweige denn das Fenster. An einem Tag mit Ankunft eines Kreuzfahrtschiffes wurde auch schon am Morgen eingefeuert.

Las instalaciones son geniales, la habitación completa y limpia, lo mismo con la zona de playa.

El precio de cualquier bebida o comida es excesivo comparado con cualquier otro lugar de los alrededores, creo que deberían de hacer algún tipo de descuento para los huéspedes del hotel. Y son muy poco flexibles y escasos con los desayunos.

Petit hôtel très sympa, très bien placé. Belle plage avec beaucoup de transats. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel adorable. Mahahual est un chouette petit village même si d'énormes et d'horribles bateaux de croisières débarquent leur flow de touristes tous les jours !

La piscine très petite, là juste pour se rafraîchir.

We loved everything about this hotel. The location is the best in Mahahual, the staff was friendly and helpful, the food was incredible, the cocktails were delicious! 10/10 highly recommend.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Strand. Wir hatten Glück und es waren kaum Kreuzfahrtschiffe da, somit hatten wir den Hotelstrand fast für uns alleine (Liegen und Handtücher waren inklusive). Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Aussicht vom Balkon direkt aufs Meer war super (quasi erste Reihe mit Meerblick). Zu dem Hotel gehört ein gutes Restaurant (in dem auch das Frühstück serviert wird), das das Essen auch am Strand serviert.

Viele Mitarbeiter sprechen nur spanisch, war für uns aber in Ordnung.

The staff were great food was excellent, beach less than 25 m ocean 75 m. Melacon was awesome to be next too. I love that it was quiet in the evening and in the morning, before the cruise, people arrived. And not too crazy busy when the cruise ships were in port. I would highly recommend Mahahual to anyone. It's also much less expensive than Tulum

The three hour drive from Playa del Carmen is about all I didn't like

Nous avons eu une très belle chambre avec vue sur la mer. La chambre était grande avec une deco très sympa. Propre et bien équipée (il manquait peut être une cafetière). L’hôtel est petit et très cosy. Il y a des transats gratuits sur la plage. Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec des produits frais. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Nous avons fait la plongée sous marine avec Catherine - c’est une petite école de plongée/snorkling proposée par l’hôtel. Nous étions émerveillés ! Merci

Le restaurant est un peu cher par rapport les autres petits restaurants dans le coin. Mais il est très bon !

Bardzo ładne miejsce – nazwać je można stylem plażowo-meksykańskim. :) właściwie z wyjściem na plażę. Dla gości dostępne leżaki. Smaczne śniadanie z dużą możliwością wyboru. Nieduży basenik, ale z widokiem na morze Karaibskie i palmy. Domek, w którym mieszkaliśmy, przy plaży był prosty, ale miał wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia: łazienka z ciepłą wodą, lodówka, półki, ręczniki plażowe i wygodne łóżko z dość twardym materacem. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, centra nurkowe w zasięgu ręki, dużo restauracji, dużo sklepów z pamiątkami, wszystko co w takim miejscu potrzebna jest. Hotelowa restauracja również na dość wysokim poziomie, dania były smaczne zjedliśmy nawet homara w naprawdę przystępnej cenie. Obiekt pokazuje zaufanie do gości hotelowych, ponieważ można korzystać z restauracji hotelowej biorąc dania na domek bez wcześniejszej kaucji kartą kredytową. Do portu codziennie zawijały statki wycieczkowe, a turyści którzy wychodzili na wycieczkę z tych statków zatrzymywali się przy naszym domku i robili sobie zdjęcia oraz pytali o to czy my wynajmujemy ten obiekt czy naprawdę można tu mieszkać.

Klimatyzacja była w naszym domku - Piedra dość mocno zużyta, do tego stopnia, że hałasowała w nocy, ale chłodziła dobrze. Jednak jej jednostajny hałas z jakimiś dziwnym rzężeniem przeszkadzał w spaniu. Domek jest bardzo słabo wyciszony i od rana słychać ruch na głównym deptaku przy którym jest położony. Ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem jest bardzo małe. Bardzo trudno jest też otworzyć okno, ponieważ jest już stare i trudno się przesuwa. W łazience jest wywietrznik, który nie jest zasłonięty moskitierą i niestety do pokoju dostają się komary. Sam domek mógłby być pomalowany na jaśniejsze kolory, żeby było w środku trochę jaśniej albo wyposażony mógłby być dużo mocniejsze światła.. Warto byłoby już odnowić łazienkę.

Quality toilet paper! Great thick towels! Lots of room on bathroom counter top ~2m long. Beds/pillows comfortable. Nice porch and chairs in front of room. Restaurant served a great breakfast, good coffee, and lunch and evening meals…good drinks and cold beer as well. Right on the beach walkway and they have beach access with restaurant service. Gelato shop w/in 50 m. Other dining options nearby.

Hôtel incroyable, confortable, face a la plage, avec des transats en regard. Le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment accueillant, le restaurant de l’hôtel est bon, et il y a un centre pour la plongée/snorkeling attenant à l’hôtel.

El lugar tiene una excelente ubicación y unas instalaciones cómodas. La comida del restaurante es deliciosa y tiene precios accesibles.

El agua de la alberca estaba muy fría y las habitaciones están muy poco iluminadas.

La ubicación, el concepto del hotel, su arquitectura y sobre todo el arte. Supero por mucho mis expectativas.

Everything was really beautiful and comfy. I loved my bungalow and the hammoc. Bed was very comfortable. Very good place to rest and relax. Also close to doctordive.

Only thing that bothered me was the loud and ignorant (U. S.) guests who make sure that everyone at the beach or restaurant hears them.

Kein Internet am ersten Abend somit auch keine kartenzahlung und Möglichkeit Geld abzuheben. Am zweiten und dritten Tag gar kein Strom und Internet, obwohl es scheinbar angekündigt war. Warum teilt man das den Touristen nicht mit ?? Keine Klima und Strom im Zimmer, wieder keine kartenzahlung. Wir mussten neues Hotel und Busfahrten kaufen, bekamen nicht mal eine Nacht rück erstattet. Kalten Kaffee der wohl nachts schon gemacht wurde als Strom noch ging, keine kalten Getränke. Extrem nervige strandverkäufer. Kamen alle 60 Sekunden

El desayuno estuvo delicioso, las instalaciones super a gusto, ame la decoración y en general está muy bonito, el servicio del personal excelente, fueron muy amables, la verdad fue un lugar muy cómodo para llegar.

Mi única queja es que no tienen jabón y shampo para bañarse y, al ser turístico, estos insumos fueron algo caros de conseguir. Otro detalle es que la alberca está algo pequeña pero con el mar no hace falta.

Propre et très bien décoré, nous avons apprécié la proximité avec la plage et toutes les activités de Majahual. Le restaurant de l’établissement était top et le petit déjeuner inclus également. Le personnel était sympathique et disponible. La piscine agréable avec vue sur la mer.

Il y a un peu de bruit du fait de la proximité avec la route mais c’est parce qu’on est au cœur de Majahual Rem: l’hôtel n’y est pour rien mais lors de notre séjour, le sol dans la mer était encore très vaseux et nous n’avons donc pas profité de nous y baigner

Emplacement très bien, les bungalows (vrais petite maisons en dur) ont une décoration très sympa et qui change des hôtels standards. La literie est top.

Le paradis sur terre. On se réveille les pieds dans l’eau. La piscine et la plage à proximité. Rien de négatif dans ce coin de paradis. La chambre est décorée avec bcp de couleurs, c’était vraiment joli. Le petit dej est top et bien servi. Le personnel est au petit soin.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön aber es war kein Bungalow, wie angegeben. Die Lage ist top aber das sargassum ist leider sehr präsent. Es wurde zwar eine Sperre ins Meer gesetzt aber da kann man nur bis Brusthöhe ins Wasser. Sehr schade, da es traumhafte Strände waren. Der Ort ist enttäuschend, da ab 18 Uhr fast alles geschlossen hat. Das Frühstück war lecker. Man kann aus verschiedenen Optionen wählen.

Les sargasses et piscine minuscule

Ubicació excel.lent, zona d’hamaques a la platja molt agradable, els llits còmodes. L’esmorzar és molt bo i el personal del restaurant és molt atent.

Els bungalows tenen poca llum natural. La nevera dels bungalows fa molt soroll. La nostra estada hagues estat molt agradable si no fos perquè vam tenir un incident desagradable al deixar l’hotel: per una confusió de la camarista a l’hora de comptar les tovalloles de platja ens van acusar a nosaltres de no haver tornat la tovallola, que no era cert, sense donar credibilitat a la nostra versió. La gestió de l’incident per part de la recepció de l’hotel va ser molt desagradable i gens professional.

El desayuno y los colores de la instalación

Mahahual es un destino que desgraciadamente ha perdido encanto por los cruceros. Y lamentablemente perderá más por la futura expansión. Todos los alojamientos incluido Nacional están orientados 100%a atender a los cruceristas que llegan de 9 a 18

The staff are the biggest asset here but the facility is an absolute gem too with whimsical art everywhere that is devoted to local flora, fauna, and the sea and the guests general way being and imagination. I have never encountered a higher level of service in my extensive travels. Everyone was friendly, informative, welcoming, and so warm hearted 💕. They were always willing to go above and beyond to provide for the guests. The location is awesome on the malecon. Facilities are well cared for and minor requests spontaneously attended to. Now on to the restaurant on site....5 star food, staff and quality in this gem. Open from morning to late evening with a beautiful view of the Carribean Sea and passing fishing and diving boats. Breakfast is included with your stay and delicious! The malecon is a very safe place to walk in the evening and I met many delightful people and pets. The beach is clean, the water perfect, and the view spectacular. Parking is free and onsite. I met the owner who was an awesome and friendly person and deserves great praise for creating this paradise! He exemplifies the spirit of National! 🙏❣️🏖️🍔🌮🍹

Ubicación excelente frente a la playa. Habitación y baño muy grandes y bien distribuidos. El AA era silencioso y funcionaba bien. La piscina es pequeña pero si vas con niños es ideal. Restaurante con precios de turista pero no excesivo, desayuno bueno. Hay hamacas reservadas del hotel en la playa. Agua de cortesia y toallas de playa. Personal muy amable.

El cafe no estaba muy bueno y la terraza de los bungalows solo tenia una silla y eramos tres aunque no fue un problema

Prix élevé à mahahual d’une manière générale (certainement dû au tourisme croisière (américains principalement) . Sargasse très présente mais personne n’y peut grand chose mais bcp d’efforts sont déployés pour y faire face

Nous avons tout apprécié, l’emplacement, la déco, la propreté, les petites idées comme un panier pour les serviettes de plage et un petit sac pour mettre les clés. Avoir un emplacement sur la plage réservé car nous sommes client de l’hôte

Transat à disposition sur la plage. Frigo dans la chambre très appréciable. Fauteuils devant le bungalow, coin sympathique pour se poser dehors. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est bon

Le bungalow mériterait un petit rafraîchissement, surtout la sdb, mais très propre quand même. Juste un petit détail mais un sèche serviette serait appréciable pour sécher le maillot de bain par exemple
