Nettes Zimmer, zentrale Lage, Gemeinschaftsraum mit Toilette, Geschirr und Lockers anwesend.

Raum war sehr klein und sehr warm. Andere Gäste waren in einer Gruppe angereist und sehr laut. Fahrräder sind verfügbar, aber die Bremsen die wir getestet haben wirkten leider nicht sicher funktionell.

Habitación pequeña, no era una cama doble si no 2 unidas.

Unfortunately, our stay was not comfortable because the room was far too hot, even at the beginning of September. We could hardly sleep during the night due to the excessive heat. The floors were also unusually warm, almost as if underfloor heating was turned on. When we raised this issue, we were told that the heat was caused by the sun. We found this explanation unconvincing. Regardless of the source of the heat, whether it comes from underfloor heating, pipes, or any other system, guests should not have to deal with such uncomfortable room temperatures. We expected a comfortable sleeping environment, but unfortunately, the room temperature made our stay much less enjoyable. We stayed at the room no 111.

Pokój bardzo czysty i mimo niewielkich rozmiarów ma wszystko,czego potrzeba. Na wyróżnienie zasługuje bardzo prosty sposób zameldowania, obsługa podsyła istotne informacje. Lokalizacja też na plus - kilka minut spacerkiem od centrum miasta

W pokoju szybko robi się duszno, na szczęście jest wyposażony w wiatrak, które niweluje problem.

Nie korzystałem ze śniadania. Świetna lokalizacja.

Brakuje lampek przy łożkach. Ja kładę się wcześniej spać niż żona która zazwyczaj sobie jeszcze trochę czyta. Niestety taka opcja bez lampek przy łóżku nie jest możliwa.

It was clean and the people were very responsive and helpful. The price was right. Extra fan was available, which was needed. Beds were comfortable. It was nice and quiet too.

The rooms are pretty small, especially with three people. And in August, they were really hot! We were able to open our door (to the parking lot) to help cool, but our friends were in another room that opened onto an equally hot hallway. We had some issues with the shower water going everywhere, as well. Be aware that it is close-ish to old town, but in the evening, coming home from a long day of sightseeing, it was just a little bit further than we wanted to walk.

Kleines „Hotel“ ohne Personal. Die kleinen Zimmer sind wirklich klein! Die Lage ist gut die zu reservierenden Parkplätze jedoch sportlich bemessen wenn dort noch andere Autos stehen.

Parkboxen sehr sparsam bemessen man kommt kaum rein und raus wenn man zwischen zwei Auto parkt.

La ubicación muy cerca del centro histórico y tener parking en las instalaciones a muy buen precio (12€ del día). Además, la habitación tenía todo lo necesario a nivel de mobiliario.

La conexión era lenta, no había ascensor (aunque era una sola planta) y no te limpian la habitación a diario, ni nos cambiaron las sábanas.

v izbách, mali sme izbu na prízemí s teraskou a na poschodí - bolo teplo, ktoré sa nedalo vyvetrať, nainštalovaný ventilátor to nedokázal, ale treba si uvedomiť, že sme tam boli uprostred obrovských horúčav.

Für Autofahrer gibt es Parkplätze auf dem Hof. Wenn ein Auto direkt vor dem Zimmerfenster parkt, ist das nicht so angenehm.

Das Zimmer unterm Blechdach ist im Sommer eigentlich unvermietbar, 35 Grad, Schlafen unmöglich, der Ventilator kann da nicht helfen

No es un hotel en sí, no tiene recepción. El personal solo se comunica mediante texto. Sabíamos que las habitaciones eran pequeñas, si lo eran pero aceptable. No hay aire acondicionado, por el día casi no estábamos ahí pero por la noche hacía demasiado calor, no se podía dormir por el calor/sudor y el ruido del ventilador. Dan 1 cápsula de café por persona para toda la estancia. Cobran por hacer la limpieza y por paños extra. Cobran un impuesto extra por noche por persona del cual no se sabía. En cuanto a seguridad, ni idea, cualquiera podía entrar. E igual el precio es elevado.

Comfortable bed and location.

If we wanted our room cleaned we had to pay extra, which is unsatisfactory, and bins were not emptied on a daily basis. Limited tea and coffee provided and shower gel was virtually empty on arrival. Room was very small for 2 people.

Our room was not on the 1 floor, it was on the ROOF floor (hotel didn’t write it in discription). So it was very hot and uncomfortable:( There was no air conditioner, just a fan that was very noisy, so we couldn’t sleep

Es gab zwar einen Ventilator an der Decke jedoch musste man beim Fernschauen die Fenster zumachen damit keine Gelsen hereinkommen. Somit wurde es doch sehr warm da es keine Klimaanlage hat.

Leider keine Rückmeldung vom Hotel. Wir haben den Online-Check-in vollständig ausgefüllt, aber die kostenlose Mobilitätskarte nicht erhalten. Auf unsere Nachricht diesbezüglich haben wir ebenfalls keine Antwort bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gästen ist leider praktisch nicht vorhanden.

War sauber, ruhig und modern. Es war gemütlich und würde definitiv wieder kommen im Herbst oder Winter, wenn es etwas kühler ist.

Het hotel lag niet ver van het stadscentrum in een rustige wijk.

Er was geen airco aanwezig en het was die dagen dat wij in Salzburg waren 36 graden. De aanwezige ventilator hielp een beetje de hitte te verdragen maar een airco systeem had echt meerwaarde gehad.

The position is perfect to reach the city center by a 10 minutes walk. there is also a bus stop in front of the hotel. The room was cozy and equipped with all the necessary. Everything was clean. Our room was one on the first floor which was nice (but other rooms were at the ground floor with the windows directly on the parking lot). The view was still not the best.

The bathroom smelled like mold and we found a big spider over the bed. There was literally one coffe pod per person: it would have been nice if there was one for each morning. if you want more you have to buy them. The parking spots were quite narrow even for a small car and not covered. the parking is just at the entrance of the hotel in the private street but it’s not closed. you have to pay extra for parking.

It was close to the train station and we could do self-check in.

It was ridiculously hot even with a fan. There was only one plug next to the bed. And the for the price we paid was not worth it as it was tiny,

The thieves had a key to our room; they broke in and stole our money. We had to chase down the thief, catch him, and hand him over to the police. We managed to recover our money, but we couldn't understand how the thief had obtained our room key (note that the key bore the hotel's logo). It was a terrible vacation, and I had to cut our stay in Salzburg short by two days because it wasn't safe for my family.

Wir sind als fünfköpfige Familie dort angereist und haben dort Zimmer 108 und 109 bekommen. Beide Zimmer hat meine Raumtemperatur von +30 Grad. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und auch keine Möglichkeit, die Temperatur aus diesem Zimmer rauszukommen. Wir haben fast die ganze Nacht kein Auge zugemacht. Die beiden Räume waren sehr beengt und sehr klein. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, wo wir uns als Familie hinsetzen konnten, um zum Beispiel zusammen zu essen. Einen direkten Ansprechpartner vor Ort gibt es auch nicht. Kontakt ausschließlich per Telefon oder WhatsApp oder E-Mail.

Zimmer war sehr klein, aber saubern und schön eingerichtet

Entsprechend der sommerlichen Hitze wäre im Dachbodenzimmer eine Klimaanlage nützlich.

Die Lage ist zentral und in weniger Minuten Fußgang entfernt von den Mirabell Garten und Altstadt. Sehr schönes Gebäude im Hof zwischen historischen Wohnhäusern. Sehr gemütlich und mit Räumlichkeit, gut gedachte Zimmerplanung. Privatsphäre geschützt dank den individuellen Zugang zum Zimmern. Schöne Gemeindenutzung Areal: Lounge, Küche und Innenhof. Hotel Modus is sehr familienfreundlich und sympathisch, gut gepflegt, bequem und ziemlich modern, sauber und ordentlich gedacht.

Nur die Hitzewelle, damit hat Hotel nichts zu tun.

Wenig Platz- Lage der Betten Eine Person muß über das Bett der anderen Person steigen....und hat keine Möglichkeit das Licht zu betätigen. Wasser im Waschbecken läuft ganz schlecht ab. War wohl schon so als das Putzpersonal im Zimmer war.....

Am rezervat si un loc de parcare in curtea comuna, doar ca atunci cand sunt ocupate toate locurile este putin mai ingust daca vrei sa scoti masina. Dar, cel mai important, este aproape de centru, 10 min pe jos pana la zona pietonala cu restaurante sau 20 min pana peste rau, la cetate si centrul vechi. Tot la vreo 8 min am gasit o patiserie cu burek foarte bun (Salz & Zucker Bäckerei, Elisabethstraße 6/3-4, ) Daca faceti checkin online puteti primi card de transport in comun gratuit, noi nu am avut nevoie, am mers pe jos, caci nu e departe.

Чисто, очень приятный и внимательный персонал, наличие всего необходимого включая посуду, холодильник для хранения продуктов, а также холодильник с продаваемыми закусками и напитками, вентилятор на потолке. Хорошее расположение, основные локации города близко. Рядом есть круглосуточный магазин Spar на заправке

Номер Де люкс на троих человек по моему мнению довольно маленький. Номера находятся очень близко, гости из соседнего номера отдыхали снаружи и сидели практически под окном моего номера, что не давало ощущения приватности. В душевой нет дверцы, принимать душ надо крайне аккуратно.

La taille minuscule de la chambre, la pente sous toit de la salle de bain qui ne permet pas de rester debout. Aucun espace pour les valises qu'on ne peut pas laisser ouvertes pour accéder à nos affaires et qui obstruent l'espace ridicule autour du lit pour accéder à la salle de bain sans parler de l'accès à la porte. Cela ne répond certainement pas aux règles de sécurité car en cas d'évacuation, ça peut devenir très compliqué de sortir

Perfect location near the city center and the city gardens, great solution for a quick stop in Salzburg Well furnished although the small dimension of the room, had all the essentials. Really appreciated the coffee in the room! 🫶🏻

We had the souterrain room, which was clearly stated in the reservation, but the window faced directly the cars parked, like 10cm distance, not kidding. When we came back to the room in the evening a couple was unloading their car just in front of us, it felt quite uncomfortable and had to lower down the roller shutter. The room is very small and warm, so had to keep the fan working all night as we couldn’t open the window…

It is difficult to cool down the room. The weather wasn't extremely hot, so about an hour of air fun in the evening with opened door and window made it comfy to sleep there.

Room and bed were extremely small and no air con. The bedroom had a window but it did not feel overly safe to leave this open of a nighttime as someone could enter. Air con would have made our stay 100x better as the room was extremely hot in summer even with fans provided. The property was cheaper than some other options but was a further walk to main areas in Salzburg.

Rummet var välstädat men kokhett. Fönstren gick inte att öppna och det fanns ingen AC utan bara några fläktar som vispade runt den varma luften. Det fanns ingen personal på hotellet som samtidigt i en AI-text skrev att de riktigt ville skämma bort sina gäster. När jag vaknade av värmen vid fyra på natten och gick ut på gatan insåg jag att det säkert var över 30 grader på rummet. Det fanns ett kylskåp som lla 10 rum skulle dela på och det var ett miniatyrkylskåp. Hur tänkte man här? Men ventilationen skulle kunna vara hälsovådlig för någon med hjärtproblem och är hursomhelst under all kritik.

It was the hottest two nights I have every had. The room's climate control was non-existant. There was a ceiling fan, and another small fan. I did not sleep very well at all as there was no climate control.

Hotel in buona posizione e comodo sia per arrivare in stazione che in centro città. Il self check-in è stato semplice e il contatto con la struttura è costante anche se non è presente il personale. La camera è piccolina ma pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario, così come la lounge che permette di fare colazione e spuntini veloci, oltre che lasciare i bagagli al sicuro. Ottima esperienza.

La stanza al nostro arrivo era caldissima date le temperature raggiunte all' esterno qualche giorno fa e il ventilatore presente in camera non era sufficiente. Per fortuna il giorno successivo al nostro arrivo è piovuto e abbiamo potuto dormire senza problemi. L'aria condizionata sarebbe necessaria in estate.

The room was spotless clean. The bed was very comfortable. the location is ideal for seeing Salzburg.

Where do I start? There was no air conditioning; just a ceiling fan to blow the 30 plus degree air around. Before arrival I thought maybe it was an historic building where regulations prohibit the installation of mini splits (heat pumps) like in Paris. No, it's new construction where a AC system could have been easily included or even added after. The communal refrigerator is the size one would see in a student's dormitory room (VERY SMALL) for 14 rooms. There is NO staff on site! As you spend the night sweating in bed and showering frequently they want 10 euro to change your towels and 20 euro to change bed linens.

En la zona común el frigorífico es muy pequeño para todos los huéspedes. Debería haber uno de tamaño normal.Hemos estado en ola de calor y a pesar que hay ventiladores, se echó en falta aire acondicionado.

La posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria da dove è possibile prendere i mezzi pubblici per arrivare da qualsiasi parte. La pulizia della camera. A 3 minuti a piedi c'è un supermercato.

Nei servizi è specificato che c'è una cucina in condivisione ma di fatto non è una cucina in quanto non è presente un piano cottura e neppure una piastra per cucinare, c'è solo un forno a microonde per poter riscaldare i cibi, mi chiedo cosa serva mettere piatti e posate se poi di fatto non c'è nulla per poter cucinare. In questo locale che loro chiamano lounge non c'è aria condizionata e quando fa caldo, diventa un forno. Inoltre, non sono presenti dei tavoli dove poter consumare il cibo. Ci sono solamente 2 tavolini striminziti all'esterno. C'è un distributore automatico di Snack e bevande ma i prezzi sono veramente troppo alti. Anche in camera non c'è l'aria condizionata ma solamente un ventilatore a pale, oK che questo era specificato su booking ma quando si chiedono 120 EUR a notte, l'aria condizionata dovrebbe essere una dotazione presente, così come anche la pulizia giornaliera che invece non viene effettuata. Sempre all'interno della lounge c'è un piccolo frigo che è assolutamente insufficiente per contenere tutti i cibi, considerando che le camere sono dodici. Ho rischiato di non trovare spazio per le poche cose che avevo comprato per la colazione. Il parcheggio interno costa euro dodici a notte, sicuramente non poco anche se in linea con i prezzi di una città come Salisburgo ma il problema è che non c'è un cancello che separi la strada dal parcheggio interno così che chiunque può di fatto accedere all'area dove ci sono le macchine, questo non mi sembra il massimo in fatto di sicurezza. Anche se va detto che ci sono delle telecamere. In conclusione per me il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è stato soddisfacente e non riesco proprio a dare la sufficienza. Dovresti tornare a salisburgo non soggiornerei qui nuovamente.

La ubicación

Son unos estafadores. Te muestran una foto que no es la real del cuarto. Nuestro “cuarto” era un altillo en el que no se podía abrir la puerta porque chocaba con la cama. Cuando entrabamos las valijas, no podíamos circular alrededor del cuarto. Teníamos que gatear sobre la cama para llegar al baño. El ventilador no andaba. Nos cobraron UNA FORTUNA y cuando hicimos el reclamo, no nos contestaban. El resto de los huéspedes estaba afuera de sus habitaciones con las puertas abiertas para que circule aire por lo calurosas que eran sus habitaciones. Con lo cual, en plena noche (22hs) tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel porque eran unas condiciones infrahumanas. Por el mismo precio terminamos en el Radisson con el triple de comodidades. Nunca escribí una reseña como ésta porque nunca viví una experiencia igual de mala.

Kleine, feine Unterkunft nahe am Bahnhof Salzburg. Busstation und Altstadt in Gehdistanz. Rezeption zwar nicht besetzt, aber bestens eingerichtet, mit Kühlschrank, kleiner Küche, Getränke- und Essensautomaten. Perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

die Zimmer sind sehr kompakt, bei heissem Wetter etwas schwieriger zu lüften. Ventilator im Zimmer sorgt für Abkühlung.

It was a great location in a quiet part of Salzburg. The staff were friendly and so hospitable!

There is no air conditioning, and in the summer months, this is not acceptable for the comfort of the travelers. The fans offered made the room incredibly noisy and it never truly cooled the room.

Location and parking and price for Salzburg

No airconditioning, was a super hot day, I’d imagine mostly it would be fine.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, das Check in war unkompliziert.

Kleines Zimmer mit minimaler Ausstattung (z. B. kein Stuhl) und schlechter Luftqualität.

The location is amazing it is in the center and very closed to central bus and train station. The rooms are ok, if you looking for something easy just to sleep over its perfect. It was clean and nice comfortable bed. For the price perfect.

We had a room with a window at street level (parking). Since there was no air conditioning, I can’t imagine staying there during the summer. Keeping the window open at night would not have felt very safe.

Localização próxima à estação de trem e pontos de ônibus, locker para as malas, banheiro.

Do espaço apertado já que a metade do quarto onde está o sofá e a tv é difícil de utilizar pois o teto é baixo e inclinado, do tipo que se tem em sótão. A área útil acaba sendo apenas a área onde está a cama.

le wifi était horrible alors que sur votre site c'était un point fort (nous venons de l'étranger!) le lit était collé au mur, ce qui empéchait une des 2 personnes de sortir
