Zero accessibility for anybody who is disabled. Not even a wheelchair ramp to enter the pharmacist. None of the doors were accessible. No accessible bathrooms and no rooms for anyone with disabilities. It’s 2026. There should be an obligation to make your property accessible.

It was a great location in between the centre and the train station. Excellent value for money and the hostel had a lovely friendly atmosphere, we had a private room which was very spacious and great for a few nights. Excellent amenities and friendly staff would definitely recommend!

I paid €70 for two nights. When I checked in and received the key, I was shocked. The room was very small, and there were belongings scattered everywhere. When I asked the reception to refund at least one night, they said they do not give refunds. The hostel is not very clean, and you can't cook in the kitchen. There aren't even forks or proper knives. The location is not great either—you have to walk about 15 minutes to reach the shops. I do not recommend this hostel. You will be disappointed. The price does not match the expectations.

Die Lage zum Bahnhof war top. Die Betten waren auch gut und das Zimmer und die Ausstattung ebenfalls.

Unser Zimmer lag direkt über dem Eingangsbereich, wo sich Abends, auch nach 22 Uhr, einige Leute unterhalten, getrunken und geraucht haben. Der Rauch zog teilweise ins Zimmer. Da das Zimmer den ganzen Tag in der Sonne lag, mussten wir aber das Fenster offen lassen.

No wc+shower in the room only in hall for all girls, it was shower +wcs quiet messy I guess done by guests who leave hair into showers, also HK dont know how 2clean it proper. Guests didnt care even I leave no trash is my idea..as a guest to make it better

Чудове розташування. Поруч вокзал і недалеко центр міста. Плюс безкоштовний проїзд. Приємний персонал і камера схову безкоштовна що є плюсом. Також дуже сподобалось що можна робити каву та чай безкоштовно. Купували продукти в супермаркеті та робили чай в хостелі.

Поселяти в номер прошу враховуючи національність.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful! The location is also pretty good and the area is peaceful. It is also close to the Hbf and has decent bus connections nearby. The bed was comfy and lockers were connected to the key access which is great!

The facilities could be a little better. There were a couple of portable fans in the room but unfortunately due to the room structure, not everyone can make use of the fans. Please add a mirror to the rooms and atleast 1 full size one in the shower room. And ofcourse the cleanliness also depends on the guests - I found the washrooms were not clean all the time. I also noticed the kitchen was not as well equipped as the other hostels I've stayed at.

Gute und relativ günstige Übernachtung in zentraler Lage, für eune Nacht oder auch wenige Nächte absolut gut geeignet.

ค่อนข้างร้อนนิดหน่อย ไม่มีแอร์อยู่แล้ว แต่ห้องมีพัดลมให้ อาจจะต้องเปิดส่ายแบ่งกัน

We had our own room and it was spatious for a hostel. Overall service level was good for a hostel, including parking (14 EUR per day).

Noisy guests in the morning. Our room was right above the main entry where people sat and smoked.

They give you a free pass for all public transportation around salzburg. The room was nice and they cleaned (or at least that how it felt) every day.

The staff wasn’t the nicest and the water in the sink and shower didn’t drained properly. But overall a really nice place to stay at

Sängyn vieressä oleva avainkortilla toimiva lokero oli ihanan iso. Rinkka mahtui sinne hyvin. Kerrossängyn yläpedissä oli hyvä nukkua, eikä sinne kiipeäminen ollut vaikeaa.

Wc:n lattia muistutti miksi sisäkengät on hyvä olla hostelleissa.

Super squeaky door (211), and ladies showers need a good clean to get rid of soap scum and general dirt.

Staff were polite but "rigid". Nothing to complain but I would rather to see a smiling face. Maybe it is for the rules, but in the kitchen I couldn't find any cooking-ware than a microwave.

Poor kitchen, nothing to cook on or with. Can’t even wash your plates, they do it for you. Fridge and microwave provided + plates and cutlery. Kettle was very dirty with limescale.

Place preety clean, for 2 nights okay. Location was good, not too far away from bus station.

Was the 3rd floor, very hot and the staff was not very friendly about my requests. I understood that was fully booked and was no possible a room change but is important how you say it. Overall, i didnt had a good stay, but for my purpose was enough.

The hostel was nice: location is perfect, staff is really nice, rooms are small - so not many people, comfortable beds, fans for the heat days, large windows can be fully opened, electrocity plugs by each bed, free lockers on each room for free for your luggage, free coffe/tea even when you dont want a breakfest, hand soap available everywhere. Amazing is the guest mobility ticket which you get before your arrival and allowes you to use public transport for free

The only thing is the kitchen with no stove, just a microwave and hot water kettel, only three small tables and two in common area, very limited amount of dishes(plates/cups), no sharp knives to cut bread/vegetables, it was hard to find a place to make and eat dinner... So be prepared and buy frozen food for microwave... The dishes are washed in the hostel kitchen, which is nice that they are really clean... Shared toilets in upper floor might be challenging. Havent seen any games in common area, but it could be my fault

There are only two shower place and one toilet at 3rd floor. Its a bit hot in august as there were no a/c. Only a small fan and took me a while to get asleep.

The place was very close to the train station, easy to locate and get to. It was clean and spacious, great value for money. I would stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the general look of the amenities and spaces, since the photos on the listing looked rather grim. But I can happily say that it looked way better than the pictures, and looked to have been updated since they were taken. I really enjoyed the amenities and comforts that were offered. Along with the location I have to say I was really pleased!

The bathrooms could be in a slightly better shape.

我们定的是四人间的一个上下铺，房间很小，但是还很干净，公共的浴室和厕所，浴室还不错。早餐是另外付八欧也还可以，如果不订早餐的也可以免费用餐的咖啡果汁牛奶酸奶面包还是很不错的。

我觉得厕所如果改进一下就更好了，厕所位置很少，只有两个，第二个是只有一个男厕所和一个女厕所，而且是在同一个门进去，这个有一点不太方便。

Everything about the property was good. 1. I was in an 8 bed mixed dormitory and it is huge & comfortable. 2. Receptionists are polite and helpful. They even provide umbrellas if you ask them just in case of rain in Prague. 3. Kitchen is huge, nice and clean. You can cook almost everything you like. And lastly host Gaby was great. She organised and planned evenings well depending on the crowd and people’s opinions. Took us to some nice cafes and restaurants with nice environment. Also cooked us dinner for us once and it was delicious. Thanks Gaby!

Розташування гарне, недалеко залізничний вокзал, а в інший бік недалеко центр міста. Персонал привітний. Завтрак оплачується окремо, вибір продуктів не дуже великий, але все свіже і голодним не залишишся. За полотенце брали залог 5 евро - при виписці повернули без питань.

Щось шуміло вночі, я не зрозуміло, що то було, якийсь гул.

Great location between the train station and the centre of town. Staff friendly and helpful and a good bar, kitchen facilities were useful.

Adding curtains to the beds would be a simple upgrade to make the rooms more comfortable. Minimal cooling facilities (one fan to a room and it was broken for my first evening and they couldn’t replace it). Bathrooms were dilapidated and doors on the showers were uncomfortably see-through.

Erg vriendelijk personeel dat altijd klaar staat om je verder te helpen. Reageren snel op berichten via de chat. Hostel is gezellig aangekleed en de kamers zijn redelijk ruim en comfortabel. Zowel kluisjes in de kamers als mogelijkheid om je bagage voor inchecken / na uitchecken achter te laten. Verder is zowel de stad als het station op loopafstand.

Propreté à revoir vraiment, dans les toilettes et douches… assez immonde.

The staff was welcoming and nice and gave some tips, for example for free public transport in the region. There is a place to eat, a kitchen and a bar.

I think the hostel is pretty expensive and there was only ONE mixed gender toilet for the entire floor! It didn't cause problems for me because it was free and clean when I went to the toilet but I don't understand how that can work!

15 minutes walk from Salzburg railway station. They had free tea at the reception. There was one free drink as well. There was an elevator. The dormitory room was spacious.

The dormitory room didn’t have toilet attached. Toilet and bathroom was shared and only 2 toilets for women on the entire floor. So had to wait in line.

Struttura molto sporca, sia la camera matrimoniale che gli spazi comuni interni ed esterni. Non in grado di fornire due cuscini aggiuntivi, incongruenze tra le informazioni fornite dallo staff, sicurezza non garantita all’interno della struttura, insufficienti utensili da cucina, mancante copriwater, asciugamani macchiate, scarichi parzialmente otturati con conseguente ristagno acqua all’interno del lavandino e all’interno della doccia. Non lo consiglio neppure per una notte.

I wasn't aware that I had booked a mixed gender room, that could have been more clear when choosing a room, but it was okay.

La situacion y el personal, muy amable la chica de recepción. Apenas tuve más contactos, pues fue una estancia breve.

La cocina estaba totalmente desprovista, no había nada con lo que fregar un simple táper (ni jabón, ni esponja o estropajo; absolutamente nada!). Tampoco había nada más que unos pocos platos y unos boles grandes. Nada donde hacerme un café soluble (ni vasos, ni tazas, nada). El refrigerador de uso común estaba a tope, era claramente insuficiente. Y tampoco encontré un lugar donde dejar cosas para quien las quisiese, a pesar de que un cartel hablaba de un community drawer, pero todos los espacios de la cocina estaban precintados. Tampoco se podía usar para cocinar, sólo usar el microondas, y de los dos que había, uno no funcionaba.

Сніданок не брали, бо мали ранній виїзд. Дуже приємний персонал, чудове розташування поруч з вокзалом та центром міста. Чисто та охайно.

A well functioning, lively hostel with a daily movie night, a short walk from the main areas of Salzburg. It was helpful to have a laundry facility onsite too. Friendly staff immediately provided silverware when needed.

The top floor was very warm, but fans were provided.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent very close to the city center and the train station, which made getting around extremely easy and convenient. The reception staff specifically Said were also fantastic very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Said was always willing to help with all my requests and made my stay much more comfortable. I would happily stay here again!

Loved the common areas, the Sound of Music movie night was a great experience. Living areas are clean and well kept. Loved the addition of the city travel card. Value for money!

フロントスタッフ含め、最初の印象は清潔感があり、ウェルカムドリンクも充実していて、まあまあ。ロッカーがほどよい大きさで、スーツケースが楽に入る。

中央駅からの道順が分かりやすいとは言えない。下のベッドを選んだが、天井か低く、頭を数回ぶつけた。敷居もカーテンもなく、プライバシーが保たれない。夜中に上のベッドの人が入ってきて、梯子を登る音や振動で目が覚めた。🚾シャワーは部屋から出る必要があり、楽ではないし、両方キレイとは言えない。シャワーの個室のガラスの敷居の幅が足りない。水しぶきがその外にかけた洋服やタオルなどに当たる。

Chambres petites pour 6 personnes, on n'a pas la place pour deux personnes qui préparent leurs affaires en même temps. Pas d'espace pour suspendre des affaires à sécher. Seulement 5 porte-manteaux serrés pour 6 occupants. Chambres très chaudes pendant l'été, avec ventilateur devant la fenêtre qui empêche l'air frais de la nuit d'entrer.

電車、バスのチケットがついて来ます！ 8年前にも宿泊しましたが変わらず良いホステルでした😉 リビングスペースでサウンドオブミュージックを上映しているので、散策の予習にはもってこいです！ウェルカムドリンクもあります。お酒とジュースを選べました。

部屋が最上階の部屋の2段ベッド上部でものすごく暑かったです。一晩中扇風機を浴びていましたが、それくらい暑かったです。もう一台あった扇風機は壊れていました。 暑かったので寝る前にフロント前で休みました。レセプションのエリアはエアコンが効いています。

Die Lage ist super und auch die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren toll

Das Haus war voll, was ja auch für ein Hostel gut ist. Aber dann müssen die Sanitäranlagen und Duschen einfach häufiger gereinigt werden. Es kann ja nicht angehen, dass die Sanitäranlagen abends schon furchtbar aussehen und nächsten Morgen um zehn immer noch. Einfach mal ein bisschen Geld in die Hand nehmen und paar Sachen reparieren wie zum Beispiel Duschköpfe.
