Creo que depende mucho de las necesidades. El hotel está en el centro, cerca de todo, como lo mencionan las reseñas; sin embargo, la zona está llena de gente indigente. Nosotros estacionamos cerca para no pagar los 55 dólares del valet parking y no podíamos ir a revisar el carro bajando el sol. Tenemos un perrito de servicio; olvídalo, salir a que haga sus necesidades. Todo esta cerca pero por tu seguridad debes irte en taxi o Uber, no es una zona para caminar. Desde que llegamos a media noche hasta el otro día como a las 5 de la tarde estuvo tirado un guante en medio del pasillo, eso no me agrado de mi piso, el resto del hotel se vehia limpio,

staff were amazing, facilities great too

didn’t really love the noise. i was staying on L8, directly below the rooftop bar where there was loud stomping from 6pm until midnight every night due to line dancing, along with the downstairs bar dj’ing until midnight also. the noise echoed, we were advised about both at check in but didn’t realise how loud it would be

Good location, great vibe if you’re up for partying. Room was pretty nice and had a good view.

They really need to work on their marketing/how they position this hotel. I was aware there was a rooftop bar and a restaurant, which was part of the charm, but when I checked in the staff said something along the lines of “now remember, this is like a lifestyle hotel, so we have parties and it can be loud.” When I was checking out (early) I heard a staff member saying the same thing to another couple checking in. It was loud in my room at night. Like very loud. If I was at the start of my trip and with my partner and up for partying it would have maybe been okay, but I had to checkout early as I had trouble sleeping. The room itself was really nice, restaurant was good and I’m sure the rooftop was great - but to enjoy this place you need to be up for partying - like if you’re going to be out all night in LA anyway and then just pass out here, perfect. But if you’re not into that (like the older couples I saw checking in), you won’t have a good time.

I’ve stayed at this property twice now, and I LOVE the staff here. I was in a predicament where multiple Airbnb/Vrbo issues had popped up right before driving into town to move to LA. I had visited and stayed at this property in April when a similar issue occurred and knew I could trust that this place would be safe, affordable, and that I would be taken care of due to my great experience in April. Even these positively high expectations were exceeded during my three week stay at the Volume. I had mentioned offhanded to some of the front desk team all the stress of needing to change plans last minute and just about everyone I interacted with following my check-in date was asking me how things were going, making sure I was acclimating to the area comfortably, and making sure I was taken care of at the property, providing everything I needed to create a short term stay and have it be comfortable. Anyone that has complained about the noise from the rooftop bar has clearly not paid attention when they’ve checked in, as the front desk team always makes it known and offers accommodations if needed and if they are able. The property sits in a pocket between Sunset and Hollywood Boulevard, where yes, there are quite a lot of different walks of life and varying homelessness, but even the best hotel in Los Angeles cannot change reality of what can be found in the city, AND not for a second during my stay did I feel anything other than safe, comfortable, and taken care of. I honestly wish that I could live at this property full-time. It is so well-maintained, both in a cleanliness and professionalism/personable sense. I loved having a full gym setup, the pool is great, and the Happy Hour with free chips/drinks is a fantastic touch. From the awesome down to Earth people greeting me at the cafe every morning and evening: Nick, Aaron, Victor, Luis, Diana, Irma, Olivia. The incredible, accommodating and genuinely caring Front Desk Team: Diana, Nick, Angeles, Stanson, Dorche. The Maintenance and Cleaning Teams with Sal, Joey, Norma. And the awesome security: Dennis, Issa. There are so many more amazing people working here, and I hope I named everyone that I’m meaningfully interacted with. Living here for three weeks allowed me the opportunity to get to know these people as people, and more than just employees at a business. They went out out of their way to help me look for apartment options, gyms, sightseeing locations, and countless other places and resources to help me get my feet planted as a new resident of Los Angeles. I truly cherished these three weeks at this property, and I consider all the people mentioned above, and all of those I did not mention that work at this property a friend. This was our second time here and this hotel, we like this hotel and location because staff is very helpful and kind and room cleaning happens every day with perfect finish and nice clean room. From here is short walk to center of hollywood and walk of fame. Also on the rooftop theres Desert spot 5 bar with beautiful wiew over hollywood. Rooms are peaceful with no loud noises from outside.

Hotel is beautiful. Elena did an amazing job keeping my role tidy. I travel a lot for work and her attention to detail is second to none. Great job!

This was my first time at the Hollywood Volume and I've had a 10/10 experience. The room was nice and clean, they have lovely staff downstairs - Nick, you've been amazing! The bar is great and they play nice afro house music on Friday and Saturday. Also wanted to say thank you to Jessica, for keeping my room super clean every day. I'll come back soon 100%!

The hotel was close to where we were attending an event, and close to other amenities. Used to be the Tommie Hollywood, rebranded to "Hollywood Volume." This is the 2nd time I have been here, the 1st time (before the rebrand) it was great. We were planning to use this same hotel 1 night a week for a recurring event for the next 6 weeks but have since changed our minds. Front desk people were lovely. So was the door man and valets. The king beds were comfy. Our party had 2 rooms across 2 separate reservations for a total of 5 people - we had a single drink, left for an event, and then two of us went up to the rooftop bar (lovely views, overpoured drinks) after for an event while the other 3 turned in for the night. Staffwise, the security in the lobby at night stood and chatted with us for a bit while we were sitting in the lobby waiting for everyone to clear out of the elevators to go back up to our room (see below). He was nice. Maybe he should work upstairs.

Room was dusty (light fixtures rained dust when air kicked on) and couchbed had no pillows/linen, despite having the suite for 3 people. At the lobby bar, at 3pm, we tried to order drinks. 2 of us got margaritas, & the bartender was unnecessarily rude when we asked what kind of drinks they had, & did not offer a menu. A 3rd friend asked what they had at the bar that was non-alcoholic, he pointed to a fridge across the lobby. She then said "what do you have that is mixed?" and he responded "i think you should go over there and look with your eyes." She didn't want a water or soda so she came back to the bar and I asked "do you not do virgin margaritas?" and it seemed to click for him. He apologized and comped her drink but the entire interaction was just uncomfortable. The world cup game was on so maybe he was upset we interrupted. After our event 2 of us went up to the advertised rooftop bar for 1 drink. It was about 12. we ordered (mine far too strong, my friend had a non-alcoholic drink). We found a quiet spot out on the rooftop to sit and talk/wind down. Apparently, they close up at 1. The security guy came, yelled (literally yelled, there was only a couple of us out there) that we needed to leave, & get on the elevators. He then told us we weren't allowed to take our drinks with us (we were staying there?) and refused to let us take the stairs either, even though it was only a single floor. We quickly finished (while walking), everyone was pushed (physically) into the elevator queue lobby like cattle & he slammed the doors behind us. We honestly thought there was a fight or something & he was trying to clear the floor. We ended up stuck on the elevator all the way to the ground floor, where lobby security (nice man, btw) said there was no fight, "that's just how they close up. Almost $600 for the room and treated like this. Ridiculous.

Everything was just perfect! Location is just few mins walking to the main area and metro station. rooms are clean and well equipped. Just would prefer to have small wardrobe.

We stayed two nights for my girlfriend’s birthday. Everything was great! The room/ hotel is clean and has a fun decor. Johnny was particularly helpful and generous! He switched our room to one with a view and brought up snacks and champagne when he found out we had a birthday. Would definitely recommend.

Great location with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants as well as metro link nearby. Rooms cleaned well, bins emptied, beds made everyday by Marcela and another lady. Plenty of amenities including pool and gym (pool open til around 7ish). Offer free beers and soda at 5-6pm as well as nachos and 7-9am free coffee. Bar next to hotel has cosy atmosphere with firepits to keep warm at night. Heard bit of noise from room but overall not dealbreaker. Country music is played by the pool which might not be everyone’s cup of tea and they do pool parties on Sundays which seems fun if you’re a country fan. Is good value for money overall however it is worth noting room charges are added at just under 200 each day. All the staff were polite and genuine. Overall great stay and would strongly recommend

We had a great stay! Elena cleaned our room and it was spotless. The room was not huge but comfortable and dark. I had the best nights sleep!

Elena in housekeeping is top notch. She cleaned and organized my room, felt like I was staying at a 5 star resort. Also can't forget about Angeles who works at the front desk. Great personality and extremely personalble. These two ladies make this hotel really standout, so much so, that for all of our future business affairs in the Hollywood/Beverly Hills area, I will have my corporate planner book our stay here, and only here. Top notch service, from the nighttime security guard, who works graveyard and works 2 jobs to the extremely friendly valet group. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!!

The hotel really did exceed my expectations on all points, and I'd like to emphasise Adriana's excellent job with the cleaning. It felt great coming back every night to the room.

Staff and amenities were exceptional. Rooftop pool andbar were great. Breakfast was unexpectedly awesome. Restaurant with the interiorcourtyard was just amazing.

Really fun stay, great cowboy country vibe and entertainment at the rooftop bar. Beautiful pool area with spacious seating options.

Bar at the pool is not open during the day, and the lobby bar was not the easiest place to order from when at the pool. If this was improved it would be a perfect stay. Not a huge deal though.

8階でしたが、火曜辺りから屋上(9階)週末までBARとダンスクラブがあり、真下のフロアはダンスの足音と大きな音楽が夜中の2時まで響き渡って寝られません。耐えられないくらいの音です。低層階でほうは大丈夫らしいので、泊まる時は低層階で！！ただ屋上のバーは長め、ドリンク、フードどれも最高なので複雑です。

I loved the location, the vibe, the style/decor, the room design and the staff. It’s modern, sleek and trendy. Finally a hotel that understands the practicality of offering hooks on the wall, and plenty of hangers. The bathroom was small but very well laid out. loved the floor to ceiling window.

I couldn’t figure out how to monitor the temperature, so nights were a bit hot. Also, a small fridge would really be appreciated. One final thing to note is on Saturdays, they have line dancing. The music/noise is minimal, but my room was on same side as the dance floor, three floors down, and the stomping could be felt strongly! It finished around 9:30pm.

Banyoda havalandırma yoktu.

Smaller yet designed with a conscience, great people, great menu, fun bars, chill and quaint yet big on everything available including great roof top deck. I love a view, my bedroom had a view of Downtown LA, and the rooftop always an amazing sunset.

If you don’t sleep through noise and you happen to be under the dance floor you may feel like all are country two-stepping until 2am on your pillow.

The gentleman that checked me in was NOT very helpful. Brief explanation of things. I felt like I was inconveniencing him. When I heard other customers check in with different staff & the information they were getting, I realized how much I didn’t know. I used their information to my advantage. I do not like the surprise of an extra $35 per day when I checked in

Very loud, because of rooftop - you practically live on the street. Barely slept for 3 nights, it was awful.

They don’t even have water, refrigerator or coffee in the rooms. Supposedly there’s complimentary coffee but that’s not true, I paid $5 for a tiny americano. It was insanely loud all night. If bare minimum was a hotel, this would be it. Greedy doesn’t come close. Pool also has no water station, it’s like everything is just run down and you even pay $8 for a freaking water.

I enjoy staying at Hollywood Volume for work. The rooms are compact but comfortable, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and there are more amenities than you would expect for a small hotel. The location is incredibly convenient. The vibe is very energetic, which I appreciate.

The location was great and had a great restaurant on property. The bed was super comfortable and the rooms were nice. The staff was so sweet and nice - best part of the stay.

Did not appreciate no coffee in the room or any complimentary coffee on property. Also, our bathroom was not well maintained. The floor was warped from water damage and the toilet was uneasy to sit on, seemed like a damaged bathroom.

The hotel is very clean and nice. The bathroom is a little funky because it’s made of glass so you can hear everything. But it’s so loud! Our room was overlooking the hotel restaurant and at around 1:30am we could hear loud music and people essentially parting… and it was a Wednesday night. Also the room has multiple blinking lights all night so if you’re light sensitive bring an eye mask. Overall disappointed with the loudness and brightness. Disrupted my sleep and I paid almost $300 for the room. Also they charge you a BS “destination fee” that they say covers chips and salsa, tickets to the Chinese theater and a $15 food voucher from the hotel.. I’d rather spend my money on food and locations I actually want to go to. Overall appears very nice but these things were very annoying and inconvenient. I’ll probably stay somewhere different next time.

Elena was the cleaner that serviced my room. She did an amazing job. My room was spotless when I got back and she was able to give me some waters in the fridge. Please keep her around and give her a raise!!

Die Tür hatte einen genug grossen Spalt, dass der Luftzug sehr gut hörbar war. Durch das Abdichten mit einem Handtuch ist es wieder gegangen. Hier bei hat es sich um einen Einzelfall gehandelt. Das Zimmer ansonsten war sehr sauber, das Personal aufmerksam und ein gerechtfertigter Preis.

Staff was excellent and property is very nice. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar on site. Parking is expensive and area around property is rough. But we enjoyed our stay.

The location was good.

The experience at the hotel was not as expected. The room was very small and did not even have a wardrobe, which made the stay uncomfortable. The cleaning service, which was supposed to be done every day, was only carried out twice. In addition, the walls are very thin and you can hear all the noise from the neighbors, which made it difficult to rest.
