Courtyard by Marriott Clearwater Beach

Location, size of rooms

No places to hang wet swimsuits! Hello we are at the beach!

Location

We arrived on two motorcycles to valet parking, obviously the two young lads were not allowed to park our bikes but they put is into one space but then told us that it would be the same charge for two spaces @ $38 each. One car costs $38 and a large car $48. The payment was taken automatically by the hotel although they told us that they had nothing to do with the parking. The resort fee was $30 per night but a free drink was available after 7pm unfortunately the outside bar and pool was closed for a storm coming that didn’t arrive. We were already out by then finding somewhere nice for dinner.

The credit towards pizza & deserts, the 2 hour e-bike offer, available boat tours directly in front of the hotel, & its within walking distance to the beach & many shops.

The housekeeper came in my room when I had a Do NOT disturb sign on my door handle. They said it must have fallen on the ground, which was possible. They need better signs.

The staff was super courteous and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and welcomed.

I didn’t like that I had to use valet to park my car. That was an extra cost that I did not see anywhere on booking.com. I also did not like that I had to pay a $30 destination fee. The stay wound up being way more than we anticipated especially we had two vehicles we had to valet.

Beautiful property, bar on top floor roof free cocktail each night, great location, staff was very friendly and let us check in early.

Wasn’t told by booking about the $30 resort fee each day and parking is $38 a day. Pizza place downstairs boring.

It was beautiful and very accommodating

The showerhead plus the water pressure almost took off my nipple and pierced my sunburn but other than that, I have nothing bad to say

Location

One staff member was taking breakfast orders, and she was incredibly rude (she is a Spanish speaker with black hair). Her attitude was sharp, dismissive, and made it clear she had no interest in helping guests. It turned what should’ve been a simple morning meal into an irritating experience. When a hotel puts one person in charge of breakfast service, that person should at least know how to speak to guests respectfully. Instead, I felt brushed off and unwelcome.

Ubicación

El personal no es muy amable. Les falta ser más cálidos.

Tolles Hotel. Riesen Zimmer. Top Lage

Tyler at front desk was professional and accommodating. The location is fantastic and convenient to everything. Love the free electric bikes, trolley ride, daily desserts, drinks and $20 off meals. Rooms are huge and views of harbor beautiful.

Rooftop needs more shaded areas.

Location is PERFECT and the hotel staff was amazing. We had an amazing stay!

Beautiful place

Have nothing bad to say

Clean and good location many other perks with stay

Valet parking shouldn’t have to pay for parking when you are paying for a room.

About a 3 min walk to beach surrounded by restaurants and stores.

Loved everything

Beautiful and clean !!! And ocean view and pool view !! Best place ever !!

Perfect location.close to the beach, restaurants.

The bad used of my credit card. I was charged for service that I didn’t receive. I called and emailed them, zero answer. I ending calling my bank to dispute transaction.

Everyone was friendly. Staff was nice. There were free perks for renting through Booking.com. Great location. Very clean

N/A

The location to the beach and restaurant, the room was spacious and well maintained.

Real issues with our breakfast, we paid for bed and breakfast for 3 and kept getting queried when we went to redeem our tokens….i think this was a systems blip between Booking.com and the Marriot PMS…slightly frustrating

It very clean and wonderful to be there

There nothing I don’t like I love everything

Location walking distance to pier a few blocks from beach. Nice complimentary sunset cocktail on rooftop bar area. New pizza place on premises to try out if too tired to walk to beach for a snack

The garage entrance and lobby for elevators (to get to the front desk) very busy with cars. Parking garage attendants (valet) not careful when pedestrians walking. Very basic room amenities. May need updating rooms although clean.

The location and views were ace. The hotel also smelled so good!

Can't think of any negatives. Would definitely stay again

Clean safe great location

Flat pillows

Very beautiful view from the window ... a new hotel and polite staff

The bathroom was only cleaned when you asked for... expensive parking, $38 a day, and the rooftop bar has plastic cups and no alcohol menu.

Algo viejo

My stay overall was great. Wonderful and kind staff, beautiful rooms with a great view of the marina, I had a daily credit for breakfast and that was very generous of them. Comfortable beds, good pool, 7 mins walk from the beach, and they had an electric bicycle if needed. Absolutely enjoyed my stay

The bathrooms need just a bit of updating. The basement and lobby need to be maintained better to uphold their standard. Overall the hotel is excellent

This is my second time staying at this particular hotel and I can say I enjoy it. The hotel is located one block away from the beach to allow you to walk is surrounded by the strip so you have multiple choices of eatery. You can also get on the trolley and ride that to Publix if necessary Staff were friendly room was clean daily and the view of my room was very nice. They also have laundry facilities on site.

I feel like the hotel is a bit costly for what they have to offer, the lady working at the breakfast spot was not very friendly, they also do not have a wide variety of things to eat. We are pescatarian and the breakfast is very short and sweet literally 3/4 things are offered. They charge for old fruit. The breakfast spot is in the same spot as where they sell Starbucks ( not full menu) , it seems random and forced, and you could tell by the staff that is in charge of it. The lady is overwhelmed and cannot handle all of the people coming down to try to get breakfast! I believe she gave friend pork when he and his wife explained they do not eat pork. They have a rooftop area with awkward hours. I feel like it should open up a bit earlier. I feel like they need to review that and figure out a better way to support and manage the area. The pool is also a little bit small. The cost for parking is expensive!

Altamente recomendable

Good location.

all good

How close it was to everything. It’s the perfect spot

The room was beautiful and large the view was perfect. The hotel was clean

Was sent a message in the morning saying my room was ready when i got there it was not. I was told it needed to be cleaned i'm guessing my original room was given away. said it wouldn't take long . The guy took my number down said he would call me . well he left I waited 2 hrs and watched lines of people come and go finally I went up and spoke to the girl who took over his spot my room had been ready she had the note with 3 to call me but didn’t. I sat there 2 hrs for nothing. The 1 elevator was broken and no stairs to use . the credit card machine in the lobby food bar was down every morning the girls seemed overwhelmed and annoyed by the situation. Everyone hates the valet parking just be done with it and get security for your garage. The guy's that do the valet are great it's just an inconvenience. Just pay them to watch it and make sure it's being used by people who stay there let people park their own car..

The pool and gym and bar

Ac wasn't working right

It was a great location not far from the beach.

Grosses Zimmer mit Terrasse

Frühstück muss an der "Theke" bestellt werden

Location

Lack of response, air conditioning and fridge not working. Did not clean up my room even though o complaint many times about all the issues. Valet parking, ridiculous. Expensive.

Close access to the beach and places to eat on the strip.

The beds are very hard and the pillows were flat. If you are used to a softer bed and nice pillows, bring a good pillow! My neck and back are very sore after 7 nights here.

The front desk ( Sarah) was excellent. We had problems with the air conditioner. She made sure we was taken care of.

I love the hotel. Everyone was polite and nice. The view was everything and close to the beach. The 20 dollar day was a big plus to use here. I greatly recommend this hotel.

The only thing I didn't care for was the daily parking fee. Maybe a one time fee would be great.

Close to the beach

Breakfast

Amenities and location.

Valet parking charge of $38 per night.

Boa academia.

O valor do estacionamento é elevado.

Staff was amazing! Tons of stuff to do loved the location & amenities!

Great location, very friendly check in and check out. Tameka was particularly outstanding during our check-out.

Nothing - our stay was wonderful.

Great location. Walking distance to the beach, the Pier, and the Trolley.

Broken ice machine on my floor.

Every thing, from rooms, hotel in general, loaning old beach equipment , the staff all around hotel were fantastic

Nothing

Fantastic location and hotel was very clean. Beautiful view from our balcony!

Walkable to most places, staff were very friendly.

Uncomfortable bed, no full length mirror, had a suite that was huge, but mostly empty. Slow on restocking towels at pool.

la ubicacion, es excelente

el Check -in fue muy tarde

Localização,

Demora check in

It was a great visit and Joseph at the valet was fantastic getting our vehicle quickly and making sure it was ready for us when we got downstairs.

The beds and pillows are super comfortable, and the view from the hotel is fantastic. The front desk staff did not explain how to use the amenities—such as the pool and gym—which I didn't even know the property had. They really weren't friendly.

I was charged a fee for a membership that I did not agree to. This amounted to $60—an expense that was not included in the initial quote—and they failed to mention it beforehand; instead, they simply charged it as a mandatory fee. I was very upset, as the receptionist was rude and refused to explain why they were charging this fee.

Easy access to the beach and center

Great staff and location had a Boat Maria view

Everything

The service here was fantastic! Richard, Mike and Victor at valet were all very helpful! The hotel itself was very clean, inviting and such a beautiful view. We loved our stay! Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

Very close to beach. Was clean. Room was very big. Hotel was very nice overall!

No garbage can in kitchenette area. No garbage bags in room cans. Should provide paper towels. Hair dryer should be upgraded. Big dislike… the $30 a day resort fee. In exchange you get a $20 a day credit and free dessert etc…but it’s not free you paid $30 for it. Rediculous fee!!

Average accomodation stay. However, polite bar staff and good service. Great Valet service with Mike Victor Clete Jonathan Joseph Noah and the rest of the crew.

Gym and pool nice. Polite staff. Good coffee. Valet was great, Victor, Camera, Jonathan, Joseph, Clete, Mike, and Noah.

The valet parking Samel did a great job thanks.

Samer and Isaiah was hardworking and always get my cars on time when I need it and very helpful

The hotel was very close to the beach! And samer the valet guy was very accommodating and helpful

Excellent and pleasant service especially the valet and front desk. Absolutely will stay here every time I am visiting my Clearwater Toyota store in the territory. Victoria and Mike took great care of my vehicle!

Overall a pleasant stay and experience. This is the 3rd time we’ve been here. The in-house free promotions were a nice touch that added additional value. One thing that can be improved on is housekeeping as they seemed to come around every other day. That can be a staffing issue as well which is understandable. If communicated that housekeeping was every other day that would have been fine as all the front desk associates were kind and attentive(gave us new towels, washcloths, bathmats,etc..). Will definitely be back.

Great hotel with great employees. They offer valet and Samer was great.

We went to the tiki bar cruise and used the valet service for convenience, Noah and Samuel were the best... they had great hospitality and were super friendly! I will definitely be returning!

We used the the valet parking while going on our Tiki tour. Sam and Noah where very helpful. They made the experience quick to get to and easy to head home.
