Our room was disgusting. Bodily fluid stains on the pull out sofa, hand printed all over glass. Room condition overall disappointing and not worth what I paid for. also, paid for a balcony room and requested water facing which the receptionist said she would put us- got to room and our view was an abandoned motel with a disgusting green pool facing the city.

I love that the hotel offers a free breakfast. Location is superb, close to the beach and the boat activities. The staff are accommodating and very nice. Housekeeping were very efficient and turned in the phone that I left.

Despite the construction they were respectful and gave us notices when we checked in. I wish they couldve posted it online about their ongoing construction.

Nice pool area and just a 5 min walk to the beach and overlooking the marina. Close to the pier and plenty of places to eat.

We were only told 10 days before once we had already paid in full that renovations were happening…these were major including the pool being closed and at another hotel, lifts being out of service, the sound of drilling in public areas, the breakfast area closed and it being housed in a conference room. This was all disappointing.

Clean room, location close to the beach

Customer service by one assistant general manger was atrocious and vindictive. It was the complete opposite off customer service. He said he would help with a double booking issue, but never did and refused to provide his manager’s name and contact info when asked. When pressed for his managers name he deactivated our room and left us stranded. He showed no empathy or compassion for our situation. Required valet parking not clearly communicated at time of reservation, otherwise I would have booked a reservation elsewhere. Continental breakfast was fair. The food was bland and the options were few. They quit bringing food out 30 minutes before breakfast ended even with dining room full. There were long lines for the coffee because the two coffee machines took forever to brew a cup of coffee and it wasn’t even good.

The location was great all you need within walking distance, Room was very nice and we arrived 4 hours beofre check in and the room was already available. Great service , kids loved the pool area . They were renovating so we could not get the full experience but im sure when it is finished it will be well worth it.

The mattress on the trundle is of very poor quality. There is absolutely no support whatsoever

Worn out pool with no support staff, beach chair cushions left on heavy rain, so they were soaked wet for days.

Pool-area was very nice and the Guyana att the bar was very nice. Perfect location.

The breakfast-area was very loud and crowded. The glutenfree bread was ok, but impossible to toast without contamination. We missed vegetables at the buffet. Hard to communicate with some of the staff who only spoke spanish. We were very dissapointed that the room had no balcony.

The elevators have a mind of their own and was told by front desk staff over the phone that housekeeping only comes every other day, requested towels and never got them!

Unsafe room- broken bathroom door, my daughter was trapped in the bathroom. Also leak through the light of the shower from the room above. This happened twice, once at 10pm and then again at midnight. Nothing was done to fix this. The electricity was not isolated and we were left without a bathroom light. Luckily this was our last night. The noise of the pouring water also kept us awake. The phone in the room also did not work meaning we could not ring for help with any of the issues. Having to get out of bed, get dressed and go back down in a lift to reception at midnight was not ideal!! Our room faced out on the main road and it was noisy with traffic and music from neighbouring bars. This is something to note if you are away with children and go to bed earlier.

Gloria at the front desk was amazing even before we arrived she helped us! Matt at the valet stand was also extremely accommodating and helpful! So far, the staff has been very kind, courteous and helpful.

Our stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Clearwater Beach exceeded every expectation and was truly one of the best hotel experiences we've had as a family. We traveled to Clearwater Beach to celebrate our daughters' birthdays, and from the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcomed. Felipe greeted us with such warmth during check-in, setting the tone for our entire stay. Throughout our visit, Jose, the supervisor, was incredibly intentional and personable. Despite everything he had going on, he always took a moment to say hello, check on our family, and make us feel valued. As a special surprise, he even gifted our birthday girls, which meant so much to us and made their celebration even more memorable. Isabel was equally wonderful during checkout, sending us off with the same kindness and hospitality we experienced from the beginning. The hotel itself was exactly what we were hoping for. Our suite was spacious and comfortable for our family of four, the pool was beautiful, and the food and drinks were excellent. One of the biggest highlights was the location—just a 3-minute walk across the street to the beach, making it incredibly easy to go back and forth with two young children. It's clear that this hotel has built a culture of exceptional hospitality, and it starts with leadership. Every interaction felt genuine, not transactional, and that made all the difference.

El check in fue a las 18 hs. Pesimo, aun siendo clinete Bonvoy El aire acondicionado esta en el piso y te da en todo el cuerpo. Muy dificil dormir En el desayuno fuimos a las 9 y ya no habia muchas cosas y no reponian mas. Dijeron que ese dia ya habian repuesto muchas veces. Son todos detalles que llaman la atencion de un Marriott

The pool doesn't look clean, the staff isn't very friendly, and they force you to pay for valet parking.

It was so close to the beach, the staff was amazing, and breakfast was really good every morning. Not just the bagels and pastries actually eggs meats and waffles. We will be there every year.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera per 3 adulti e una quattordicenne, ma all’arrivo la camera aveva solo un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto singolo che abbiamo dovuto fare noi perché per la loro policy (non scritta da nessuna parte) l’hotel preparava solo il letto matrimoniale. Dopo esserci rifiutati di dormire in tre nel letto matrimoniale ci hanno portato una brandina su rotelle. L’hotel era sporco e tenuto male. La finestra della nostra camera non si poteva aprire e l’aria in camera rimaneva stantia.

We had a great stay at SpringHill Suites Clearwater. The hotel has a very convenient location, making it easy to get around the area. Everyone on the staff was friendly and welcoming, especially the valet parking team and the front desk staff, who made us feel appreciated from the moment we arrived. Our room was very clean, and we especially want to recognize Isael and Felipe for their excellent housekeeping service. They were attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. The pool water was warm, which wasn’t ideal because of the hot weather, but it wasn’t a major issue and we still enjoyed it. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. One suggestion would be to add bacon, which would make it even better. Finally, Isael and Felipe were also very kind and accommodating with our checkout needs, and we really appreciated their willingness to help. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We recently changed hotels and we are so glad we did. We love the hotel from the minute we got there Rodrigo was so accommodating. We were greeted with smiles and professionalism from July 2nd to the 5th. The room.was amazing Rodrigo gave us a 7th floor balcony room that was beautiful with an amazing view!! We have absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay. By the way the breakfast every morning was delicious and well prepared. We can't wait to come back next year!! Thank you for everything. Rooms were comfortable and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, pool area was clean and loved that there were towels for the pool as well as the beach.

The breakfast was great other than yhey only served slice ham. We would of loved some sausage and bacon.

Some of the staff were a bit rude. A lot of people who work here do not speak English so it is hard to communicate with them about simple issues.

Breakfast was delicious, everyone was very friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. My 7 year old loved the pool and the beach was within a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Loved the walking distance from the beach while also having other activities and restaurants around.

We got there eager to check in for our beautiful trip, and there weren’t any luggage carts which was a rough start. Then this wonderful staff member Michael assisted us and helped us get our bags to the room. He made sure we were well taken care of and were ready to start our trip!

I would like to start with giving Lisveth (Liz) Estrada, a huge shout out!! Our daughter was married in Clearwater Beach, my family and friends, stayed at the residence inn. We held an event the night before the wedding, which Liz helped me coordinate as I was coming from out of state. Our event was a huge success. Would also like to say we appreciated the front desk people, the housekeeping staff, and the valets, always looking happy, saying hello, good morning, have a good day, with a smile. The staff was willing to help in anyway asked. Thank you. We had a good experience. The rooms and common areas or well taken care of kept clean. It was nice to be able to walk into the hotel where it was clean. An issue that we encountered, was the smell of marijuana in the rooms which was immediately taken care of. Some of the rooms felt damp. The air-conditioning in each room quite noisy. That is something that Marriott corporation needs to take care of not the people who are working, they are doing their best with what they’re given. Again, I would like to say that the hotel Staff, specially, Lisveth (Liz) Estrada, were helpful, made every effort to make us feel comfortable. Thank you!! 😊

Rodrigo and Jose have been so amazing during our stay. We walked in from the heat and they welcomed us like we are family! My husband made a mistake and didn’t book us the full time we are here and they are working so hard to find us room so we don’t have to go 6 miles down the beach!

This hotel is a good location. I was impressed with Laila at the valet, both checking in and out. She ran up the ramp to get my car! Super sweet, polite and happy! We will return.

Breakfast buffet was very good. Hotel room bathrooms were very nice.

Pool was not very clean, hotel hallways leading to the rooms were very dirty. Sharing elevators with employees with work carts was annoying especially when you had to wait for another elevator.

The air conditioning in the location was not cold enough and in our room it would not get cold enough to sleep comfortably. The pool was very nice but unfortunately the heater was on in the pool when it was already above 90 degrees outside. Although the booking said self parking was free, there was no where to self park so I was forced to pay $38 for parking.

I came for a short business trip and stayed for the weekend. The hotel was nice and clean. That's all I ask for. Valet was a smooth experience, shout-out to Laila.

Laila was a joy to talk with and went out of her way to give us pointers as to what to see in the area. She was courteous and very prompt with getting our car.

Outlets would not hold chargers. Kept falling out water pressure was horrid. Both me and my son woke up with bites on us. They did refund my remaining nights that were booked but we did switch hotels due to the issues.

My valet Michael was so welcoming, friendly, and professional when we arrived. It was an amazing start to our great experience at this hotel. He was so kind and helpful. I could always count on him to bring my vehicle to the front promptly and safely when I needed it. He also makes great coffee at the starbucks :)

I had a great experience with Michael as our valet attendant. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. He greeted us with a smile, handled our vehicle with care, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond with such a positive attitude. Michael’s excellent customer service really stood out and made a great first impression. I would absolutely trust him with my vehicle again and hope to see him the next time I visit!

Love the location, this was our 2nd stay at this hotel. 1st stay AC in room was not working but we were able to change room and problem resolved. I was disappointed because 1st stay didn't have a balcony. This time I made sure I booked a room with a balcony! Unfortunately the balcony door was so difficult to open i thought I was going to throw my back out, after several attempts my husband managed to open it just enough to squeeze out to enjoy the outside and breeze, each day I went to reception and asked if someone could take a look and they would write it in the book but everyday it remained the same. Such a shame because we really do love the location but plenty of other locations close by to try. Coffee awesome that is available at breakfast and breakfast ok but choice of protein for 2 of our days were Canadian bacon and some other sausage... definitely not breakfast sausage. Ordered food from the bar one afternoon, the wings ok but the other food really not that good.

Morning we were leaving water shut off with no warning... not sure what the issue was as no communication. Not sure if balcony door was ever looked at as other than me going to reception and requesting that maintenance check it and the reception person writing in a book every day. .. no other communication.

Staff was nice hotel was clean breakfast was yummy pool was clean and water temperature comfortable location was great. No car needed around this area.

I did have a couple of bad things happen. I was there for 6 days and our room was cleaned only 1 time even with me letting them know. I was told rooms were cleaned every other day- that didn't happen. Also I requested a playpen/crib when I reserved 3 weeks before stay, once I checked in they said it was available on my 2nd day- that never happened. Also the power would go out thru out the day, it would be back within minutes but when you have children watching TV while your getting ready... we'll it took about 10mins for tv to do it's restart. So it was a bit of an inconvenience.

Overall, a decent stay. The facilities and the rooms have everything you need and may want. The interior is kept well and the pool area is sufficient, but has a cool view! The hotel is located 2 minute walk from beach, although there’s no real sea view rooms if that’s what you want. The bar closed earlier than I would have expected, easy money maker to stay open later. They have a small convenience store next to check in desk with a few food/drink and essentials items, reasonably priced. Front desk and housekeeping friendly enough. The valet team were excellent, especially the young lady very friendly and efficient. The included breakfast seemed to be for everyone, everything was disposable plates, cutlery, cups, food offering was okay but do not come with high expectation. It’s probably more suited for young couple than a family

Zach Haywood bar tender was amazing having humor and caring for everyone. He’s extremely personable and made my experience amazing!

Luftkonditioneringens utblås var riktat parrallelt med balkongdörren vilket medförde en begränsad effekt i det stora rummet. Rummet saknade säkerhetsskåp vilket idag bör utgöra en normal standard på dagens hotell. Valet-parkering är inte ett måste trots att det kan uppfattas så vid ankomst till hotellet, Parkering i egen regi sker på plan 2-3 och uppfartens bgränsade bredd kan medföra problem för större fordon. Frukosten intas i en hård miljö där ljudet kan vara besvärande vid mycket gäster,

Good location for beach access. Pool had nice view of bay/marina. Rooms were very roomy - nice layout, large. Service was great! Very friendly staff at front desk. Free breakfast was good. Many options. As a vegetarian, they had a veggie option for breakfast - garbanzo bean, pea, carrot mix, it was very good. Valet parking - @Laila was amazing! Very helpful, friendly and quick. Only complaint would be on the west side, room was noisy - there was an outdoor bar across the street - loud music late into the evening.

Worked with Lisveth Gonzales Ramerez who did the most amazing job of helping me plan a last minute Welcome Reception at the hotel the night before my son’s wedding. Her & her staff went above & beyond to ensure we had a wonderful & delicious event. Thanks again.

We stayed here for 5 days and could not have loved it more! Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was so good. Pool and gym beautiful and clean. 5 minute walk to beach and a street full of everything such a vibe! Only warning - watch out for the laundry if you use your phone! We accidentally paid for $25 as it was pre set as most popular and we only needed 1 wash 1 dry
