Location, value, and quality were all superb.

The parking is priced above that of neighboring locations which are of higher stature. I would recommend doing some analysis on that. Some guests are parking at neighboring hotels but staying with you - don’t lose the money because your price on parking is too high ;-)

Close to beach, felt safe, modern design, nice rooftop pool and lounge, free water and ice available, the people were very nice.

The lotion was used, half gone and had hair and dirt in the cover. The lights were also a little hard to get on and off since there were so many different ones and switches, with no directions, The curtain was a little damaged, but not a big deal.

I don’t understand why my bank account was charged for $536.38, if the checking out receipt have a total of $ 496. 38. . We left on tíme our room and in perfect condition, why $ 40.00 of different? . Front desk assistant said that money was supposed to return to my account but that didn’t happen. How can fix this???.

Great location, lovely modern rooms

Lovely hotel but staff all over the place. I paid on booking.com, but the hotel took two incidentals off my card, for $ 677 and $500. After I complained the cancelled one but only after I’d finished my stay. Also I received my final bill from them while staying there (after I left) charging me all the costs and extras for my room again despite me having paid booking.com. I have sent them a message and awaiting reply while $500 remains pre authorised on my card. I don’t know if this is the norm in the US but very confusing.

Did not like the accommodations did not like the way I was treated by the staff at the front desk it would probably last time go into this property.

Had to wait for towels call the front desk a couple of times for questions on places to eat no one would pick up the front desk.

I liked everything it was a very nice place, close to the beach and restaurant, private pool on the 5th floor

We had to use two different elevators just to get to our room. On the last day we finally found an elevator that went to the room in one trip

Charging $100/day for incidentals was unreal. I understand it is returned if nothing is charged to your room but that was a bit much. Website only says $100, not per day. Ridiculous! Then extra $47 for”taxes” on top of what Booking quoted for price that taxes and fees were already added. No car by the way.

The price i rsvp on Book.com is different from being charged once i stay. If it was $190/ night at the time i rsvp, i would have rsvp different hotel for that price.

La habitación NO tenia el sofá que ofrecía cuando reservé. Adicionalmente la limpieza y arreglo diario de la habitación, pésimo.

It seemed overpriced for so little included. The pool closes way too early. And they don't tell you how much the deposit will be until you arrive, and it ended up taking half of our money, so we barely had enough to do everything we had planned for our anniversary. And breakfast is not included. Breakfast was basically things that other hotels would have complimentary with your stay, except for the meat and cheese board.

Front Office Manager Lakeisha Phillips was absolutely fabulous! She was attentive and listened to our concerns and did everything in her power to accommodate our needs! She was an amazing representative for the AC Hotel brand!!! She needs to be recognized for her customer service; exceptional without question!

Absolutely enjoyed my stay. AC hotels by Marriott are always amazing. This one was so clean and our room was so spacious. Literally everything looked so nice.

The breakfast was just ok. Honestly, it was pricey considering what was offered.

The dining options offered very little variety, and the menu remained the same each day, which was disappointing\. Additionally, we were extremely concerned to discover that housekeeping had left our room door open after servicing our room\. My spouse and I had been away for several hours, leaving our personal belongings unsecured during that time\. We immediately reported the incident to the manager\. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, particularly the security concern surrounding our room, and it significantly impacted our stay\. The pillows on the bed were very flat and uncomfortable.

Staff was very rude . The lady at the front desk at the time of check in and the one who was serving the breakfast. They both were extremely rude.

The elevator system sucks, the refresh on the room did not come with clean sheets. The pool was smaller than the photos, the restraunt was not a restraunt. And the rooftop bar and dining room closed early. The breakfast bar had zero meat from what we could tell. Not normal breakfast food.

Dobry hotel w fajnej lokalizacji z parkingiem, basenem i wszelkimi udogodnieniami, blisko plaży. Spędziliśmy tylko dwie noce, ale oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Ze śniadania nie korzystaliśmy ale zaraz obok był świetny lokal z doskonałym menu.

Kotara prysznicowa, pół łazienki zalane było, na ten standard hotelu to za mało.

​I booked my stay for $794 and paid a security deposit upon check-in. At checkout, the front desk assured me the deposit would be refunded. However, after returning home, I noticed I was charged an additional $166.61 that was never returned. I reached out to the hotel to clarify the charges—assuming it might just be a misunderstanding or a calculation error—but to my shock, they told me they 'could not answer my question.' If this is indeed an error, I have overpaid by $166.61 with no resolution in sight. Extremely disappointed in their lack of transparency and customer service.

Great stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Natalie at the front desk she was incredibly helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Bed was very uncomfortable-woke up every morning with a sore back. No soap 2 days in a row, bathroom light had 1 mode(bright as the sun and very annoying at nighttime),bathroom fan did not work(called front desk and was told maintenance would come and fix-never did), tiny closet space, paid way too much for this place. I contacted AC Marriot and they responded with a sorry for the inconvenience but please come again and give us another try. No discount, refunds, nothing.... Extremely disappointed!

Only available parking is valet parking which was expensive and on arrival I would expect them to unload luggage onto trolley for me to take upstairs.

It’s newer, beautiful, clean and in a great location. The indoor bar is very nice. The entire staff, including the valet staff, is very nice, accommodating and friendly. The food is great.

Compared to some other hotels in the area that are on the beach with resort facilities and restaurants and offer free parking, the parking should be included. If you want restaurant dining or entertainment, you need to leave the hotel and go elsewhere. The food that we did have at the indoor bar was excellent. It’s very low-key and almost business like. At times, I did feel like I was on a business trip. The outdoor pool bar was rarely open. The rooftop bar closed every time we were up there due to rain because it’s not covered. I seems they’re short on staff.

Customer service was not there. I was charged twice for my stay and my entire vacation I was trying to get ahold of somebody to refund the double charge. It caused a lot of stress throughout my vacation. I have been home since January 21st and I still haven’t been refunded. Very frustrating. I paid thousands of dollars to stay here, get double charged, and still haven’t been refunded. Front desk staff was not helpful. Only good thing was the bar tender. Very friendly. Also when I arrived my room wasn’t ready and I was told I would get a phone call when it was ready. 2.5 hours later I got up from the lobby and walked to the front desk and asked if my room was ready and they said yes. They watched me sit in the lobby for almost 3 hours until I got up and asked again. Don’t tell me your going to call me if your not going to. Very unhappy with my stay. I will not be staying here again.

wasn't expecting to have to pay each day for parking or to have to use valet. Asked twice for our room to be clean and it never got done. They let us check in early but didn't mention that it would cost extra

Great place in general and excellent services, very accommodating. I could give 5 star if only their smart tv is working, it seems that staffs are aware that their smart tvs does not prompt/allow guests to sign in, but management does not do anything about it. It's the only hotel I went that I stream platform does not work. I was hoping to do NYE countdown using stream platform.

Amazing location, very quick walk to either the beach, restaurants, or the Pier. 5th floor lobby was very nice with ample space to work and relax in the morning. Bed was very comfortable but if I were to return for another stay, I would bring my own pillows as the cushioning on the ones provided were nonexistent. Beautiful gym overlooking the water, perfect for a morning sunrise workout. I wish the 10th floor bar was open every day so I could have experienced it.

Location was great for walking to the beach, restaurants and other attractions around.. View is the Gulf from the balcony room was beautiful. Room size was comfortable. Only wish that we had was that the bed was softer. Just a bit firm to sleep great without feeling sore on the am.

We had a great stay at the AC Marriott while celebrating my milestone birthday on Dec. 20-21st. The valet’s Brian and Charlie took great care of us, as well! Great customer service all around!

Great stay. Beautiful hotel! The manager answered all our questions and upgraded our room when we arrived. Location was close to the beach and the room was very spacious. We will stay again next year.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach and Pier 60. Staff was friendly. Both bartenders were excellent. Drinks are worth the $14 at the bar. Clean room and comfortable bed.

I booked via Booking.com and paid for most expensive room in the hotel which was described as WITH WATER VIEW AND BALCONY. But then the room we got to stay was one without water view. We asked the staff at the hotel about this but they put that on Booking which messed up the our booking and said from their end, they received a booking info with different description of the room. Then what did the money we pay most for what? It didnt deserve our stay there.
