The room was super comfortable and quiet. Huge shout out to Hari for taking such good care of us and making sure all our needs were met throughout our stay! The spa was down for maintenance, but he sorted it out by letting us use the hotel next door's facilities with zero hassle. And we could pack up breakfast to-go since we were heading out super early before it officially opened.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Facilities were great. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom amenities, laundry room, tea and coffee provided very much appreciated.

Belle chambre et sdb, très bien équipées et grandes. Petit dejeuner copieux et varié. Nous avons eu des croissants chauds servis par une jeune femme souriante qui a essayé de nous parler en Français. Merci à elle.

The bedroom was nice and clean. The view was amazing and the breakfast is very good.

I was disappointed about the hot tub. It was closed and I didn’t have chance to go to the hot tub. My kids was very excited to “play” on the pool

Its just few meters away from train track , and so noisy In room , could not sleep all night , every 10 min there was train passing and room is not sound proof its only 20 meter away from train track , if you want to sleep never book this hotel , I booked 4 rooms and 2 were on train track side , we cold not sleep all night, its like you sleeping on train track , its a big brand but cold not spend few bucks for soung proofing very disappointed from the name Hilton Worst experience ever My room was 411 on 12 August 2026 Here you can see how far train passes , attached picture

The booking software booked the wrong room (a King instead of two Queens). We were lucky to get two queens since someone had cancelled, but I understood we would have been out of luck if they hadn't, despite our booking being confirmed. We needed the two queens for our family.

The staff. The fact that they always accommodate us, that is a big plus. My mom loves the train sounds during the night.

Da das Zimmer direkt am Hwy. 1 liegt ist es sehr, sehr laut. Nichts für Leute die lärmempfindlich sind.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel . Room was very clean and spacious and very comfortable room. Staff are accommodating and professional especially in a front desk .Foods and service are excellent , there’s a lot variety food for breakfast .Me and my family will definitely recommend this place / hotel 🥰

Alles. Fantastisch hotel. Mooie ruime kamers met comfortabele bedden. Een mooie grote badkamer. Goede douche met glazen douchewand en het bedieningspaneel op een perfecte plaats en NIET ONDER de douchekop. Er waren zelfs kleine schoonmaakdoekjes neergelegd om knoppen etc schoon te maken als je dat zou willen Goed gelegen tov restaurants en de highway. Geen geluidshinder van de highway. Vriendelijk personeel. Heel goed ontbijt. Er was zelfs havermelk aanwezig. Dankjewel Fairfield! En normaal bestek en borden. GEEN houten bestek. Halleluja!!

Pequeno almoço básico mas com o suficiente. Quarto amplo com tudo o que precisávamos. Tem piscina com uma excelente vista e um ginásio. A menina da recepção era super simpática. O estacionamento era óptimo. Tem sítio para comer mesmo do outro lado do estacionamento o que é óptimo para quem chega de uma viagem cansativa. Super perto de centro.

Lovely clean hotel and large room. Reception staff were very polite and made sure we had a ground floor room. Very clean. Breakfast was lovely, waffles, fruit, nuts, bacon , sausages toast and bagels. Would stay again.

Hotel next to railway tracks so noisy if room assigned is at the back. We were not asked for our preference and we did not know about the trains passing throughout the night.

It was clean and in a convenient location.

Can hear a lot of the highway noise from outside into our room. And when the trains went by the hotel shook😬😬😬

Staff is friendly, however stained by one person. I forgot my wallet in the room when checking out, within 10 minutes they called me from the front desk about it and I went back to get it, when I got it back I as missing the only 5$ bill I had in my wallet. Not upset about the amount of money obviously, but rather the act itself of stealing it.

I was greeted by the front desk and was helped right away. She explained all amenities and services the hotel provides and even gave me directions to where my room was.

Not the hotels fault but the intersection to get into the parking lot can be a bit sketchy at times.

Extrem professioneller Check-in durch Bart; er war außerordentlich bemüht, unseren Wünschen nachzukommen. Danke! Das Hotel ist relativ neu und klassisch gut ausgestattet. Die Lage am Highway 1 auf der hinteren Seite und der Bahnstrecke auf der Vorderseite ist erwähnenswert, denn den Lärm hört man durchaus, vor allem wenn das (kleine) Fenster offen sein soll. Wir haben ein Zimmer zur Bahnstrecke gewählt und fanden den Lärm nicht störend. Dafür hatten wir einen wirklich schönen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge. Das Frühstück ist klassisch und das Personal dort ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war nicht sauber. Manche Stühle im Frühstücksraum sind eine echte Herausforderung für den Rücken. Beim Frühstück ging es etwas rustikal zu; das liegt nicht am Personal.

Wonderful 4 day stay! Great for skiers! Loved the full breakfast, perfect start to a ski day! Very comfortable room with a great mountain view. Nice bathroom very nice stay overall!

Our room was big and the beds were very comfortable. The Shuttle service was excellent. Breakfast was fabulous- Narrisa from Thailand was superb - very friendly and informative about the area.

Didn’t like the regular trains going past the building. Quite noisy at night until around 9pm.

The room and breakfast was nice, checkin process is easy and has coffee/ drinks provided by the lobby that you can access to anytime

It is a great place to stay if you are no the route to somewhere else. It is not a place to stay for several days. It is just another chain hotel. It is good, but you should not expect more than that.

Nice clean property, staff were all friendly and helpful, the breakfast was the standard that we’ve come to expect at most hotels now, but the food was of a higher quality than most and very enjoyable. Room was exceptionally clean and well provided for. It’s nice that we had a mountain view, on the downside the train track is on this side of the hotel and they run throughout the night. Can’t have everything I suppose.

Friendly staff at check in and at breakfast. Excellent full breakfast, freshly baked croissants were a nice touch. Comfortable bed. Clean and modern.

Got an email to ask how our checkin was, problem was we were still 30-40min away from hotel. Then get a call from hotel asking if we were coming and when we would be checking in. Once we arrived and checking in one of the front desk employees had keys ready for a room which was not what we booked. Obviously they gave our room to someone else. Mistakes happen just be open about it.

Nice new hotel, room was large, nice sized tv, clean & comfy beds. Bathroom was really nice with a large walk-in shower. Location is easy, just off the highway. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of food choices. There are a few chain restaurants right in front of the hotel, which was nice not having to drive anywhere for food after a long day on the road.
