The hotel has a great location – close to the main road, with easy access to Mount Revelstoke National Park. It has a large parking lot. The room was spacious and well-equipped. There are nice facilities, such as an indoor swimming pool. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

Breakfast is absolute chaos! There is not enough of some dishes for everyone, especially during the last hour of breakfast. There are a huge number of people every day. I was warned that there might be some busy periods with groups on my first day, but these groups occupied almost all breakfast hours, except for very early in the morning or later, when most individual guests decided to have breakfast. However, this happened twice, not only on the first day when the groups were staying at the hotel. There was also an incredible mess, and the staff was often slow to clean up and replenish the food.

The A/C in our bedroom was extremely loud and didn't cool the room much. The gym was fantastic but no A/C, no fan it was close to the pool so it was extra hot.

The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were extremely clean. The breakfast was great with lots of variety! Overall, perfect hotel for the price.

Gym was quite good Food was okay . They made enough for the breakfast.

but there was no fan or A/c. The pool area was a bit dirty, not fully clean and the washroom looked like it wasn’t cleaned for days.

The service. Having a good breakfast to start our day. Having bottles of soap and conditioner was great no need to pack our own.

One elevator for the entire building was not good. It was not working well and made the wait for each user, extra long. The ice machine on the third floor was out of order, and in hot, busy season; better to have that fixed. Staff were OK, obviously tired of customers.

Breakfast was good and has selection especially eggs. I never like scramble egg so to have a hard boiled egg and egg omelette was good. The downside; the dining area is small so we have to wait to sit until other guests were done. The patio was an option but with the heavy smoke from the wildfire, was not ideal for our family. The room is clean and the fridge was a good size as I was able to fit in some of the items I needed cooling. Overall the place is clean and I like the high ceiling as my room was in the main floor. I like the gym, it was the only gym I have been in that has a real leg press equipment and dumbells are up to 100lbs!

I like the property, only critique is the dining area because it was small; perhaps have a seating reservation especially when all clients are going the same time to eat.

Zimmer als Suite bezeichnet, eher normales Zimmer mit dünner Trennwand… Pool ist gut.

Uns wurde eine sichere Gepäckaufbewahrung zugesagt. Tatsächlich stand das Gepäck die ganze Zeig in einem großen allgemein zugänglichen Konferenzraum neben der Lobby. Zum Frühstück gab es keinen Kaffee!!! Sorry, wo darf ich noch einmal auf Null-Punkte-Bewertung ändern!

Breakfast was quite nice and varied and had all we could want. The room was spacious and very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Location was convenient with a few restaurants walking distance from the hotel and of course the hot tub, pool and slide were lots of fun especially with and 8yr old. It had a microwave and mini fridge so very convenient.

The price was a bit steep and there's only one elevator so we had to take the stairs many times. We were on the 4th floor.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location with heaps of free parking, including EV charging. Good variety of breakfast options (including vegetarian/vegan options). Hot water available in the kitchenette all night for cups of tea (no kettles available in rooms or on loan from reception).

This isn't entirely the hotel's fault but the place was fully booked on our first night and it was LOUD. A large group must have occupied the rooms around ours and they let their kids run up and down the corridor yelling and screaming and opening and closing doors until after 11pm. Meanwhile, the adults stood in the corridor and chatted. The hotel is situated between the highway and the train line so it was a bit chaotic. The poor staff looked exhausted the next day. We'd booked the last room so were placed in a disability access room which wasn't the flashiest. Some moron who had stayed before us set the clock alarm for 5am, so that was another low point. I honestly don't know why people are so inconsiderate.

The washroom could be more bigger in size but it was thankfully cleans and provided with a lot of towels.

The room had a strong musty, moldy smell near the bathroom and visible water damage to the bottom of door/frame. Hopefully this was recent and will be addressed soon. Otherwise attention to detail w cleaning entrance, elevator, hallways would go a long way . Some noise from highway and train, but AC fan helped.

Mix up at registration as seeming double booking because I shared the same name and requests with someone else. Reservations were made through third parties so hotel did not have any other personal information other than the names. Issue was resolved by the registration clerk after second person showed up. Aside from that interesting experience, everything was very good - room, service, and breakfast.

The rooms were quiet, clean, spacious. It was great to have a pool to cool down at the end of the day. There was an excellent selection at breakfast .

We were welcomed by Bhavya at the front desk when we went in to check in and she greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked in the door. Bhavya was so friendly, warm and knowledgeable. As it was our first time in the area, Bhavya gave us really great recommendations, of where to go and what to see. It's clear that this location really values creating Great Moments and this is something we felt from check in, as an outstanding first impression, onwards to the rest of our multi-day stay with the other staff as well. Will be visiting again.

I stayed at your property for 1 night from Sunday, May 31, 2026, to Monday, June 1, 2026. ​Upon check-in, a damage deposit of $183.86 CAD was charged to my card. During check-out, I was informed that this deposit would be released/refunded within 3 to 4 business days. ​However, it has been longer than expected, and the funds have not yet been returned to my account. (Jun 8th. 2026)

Friendly staff, easy check in. Pool and gym were a great addition and breakfast was very good.

Looks relatively new, was spotless, decent size room and friendly staff. Didn't get the chance to use the pool but it always seemed busy, that tells you all you need to know. 5 minute drive gets you right into the town with all you need right there. Throw in free parking, breakfast and the fantastic natural beauty all around and it makes for a decent priced stay.

Smoke detector going off all night, took hours to find help. Lost a night of sleep with two sick children. Wanted to leave at 5am, was told the manager would be in at 7 to discuss the situation and he didn’t show up. Finally left at 7:45 for our 14 hr drive ahead of us. This situation should have been addressed and something done to compensate. Not happy.
