Apartamento perfectamente ubicado con todas las comodidades posible. Muy limpio, muy bien ubicado, confortable, muy bien equipado. En definitiva: Perfecto.

L'appartamento nel quale abbiamo soggiornato era a Solli, un quartiere residenziale molto curato che offre ristoranti e una bella passeggiata nella zona dei teatri.

Sotto l'appartamento c'è un locale che fa musica fino a tardi. Con le finestre chiuse però si può dormire. Tutte le foto che ho visto offrono appartamenti più grandi e arieggiati. Il nostro era piuttosto piccolo ma aveva quanto necessario per cucinare. Un bagno decoroso e un letto abbastanza comodo. Da tenere presente che sei a circa mezz'ora a piedi dalla zona del centro, ma molto vicino al Parco e al Palazzo Reale

Jeg mener det kunne vært et minimum av innhold på kjøkkenet, primært kanskje kaffe og te. Synes også at det kunne vært vaskemiddel til vaskemaskinen.

L'emplacement était top, le lit était confortable. Il y avait plein de chouettes resto autour et la machine à laver et sécher c'était top.

Le manque cruel d'éléments essentiels pour la cuisine (planche à decouper, ustensiles de cuisine, bols etc). L'agencement absurde de la cuisine et les poignées des meubles rendant très difficile l'ouverture du lave-vaisselle et des prises électriques (une des lampes de chevets ne pouvait pas être branchée). Des soucis d'électricité dans la salle de bain. Une ventilation extérieur qui faisait un bruit de dingue 24/24. La difficulté à trouver les poubelles. La promesse d'un changement d'appartement qui n'a pas été honorée.

Por decir algo, la almohada de la cama era muy bajita. Pero bueno, la experiencia ha sido muy buena.

La ubicación y el equipamiento en general, lavadora, lavavajillas y plancha con su tabla.

La dificultad para poder descargar la llave de acceso. La cama estaba empotrada entre dos muros, era incómoda para acceder a ella. La terracita daba a una horrible zona de tuberías de calefacción, no la pude aprovechar.

I had complain few time to the proper owner that doors are not properly working. No action on it.

The property was overpriced compared with nearby hotels. Several doors did not work, and despite repeated complaints, the owner took no action.

The use of an app as a key. We had an occasion when we ran out of battery and we could not enter the property until we had charged the phone.

This was my second stay at Bjorvika. Nice location, comfortable rooms with all modern amenities like washing machine, dish washer convection etc. All transit options and deli’s restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Particular shout out to Maria who helped me so patiently with a few problems related to my check in.

The bathroom shower enclosure leaked water. This made the area outside wet. Pls do something about it. But this is a very minor inconvenience.

Nice location and decoration Beautiful area in the morning and the room was clean.

Elevator didnt work for 3 days and it was really noisy in the night every single day because it was 2,3 clubs under and no isolation on the windows. was quite bad the fact to fall asleep every single night. If you go one day is fair, but staying 10 days like we did we recommend somewhere else.

El agua se salía un poco de la ducha, la tele no funcionaba bien y a el fregadero le costaba tragar.

Great stay for a couple with 1-2 kids. Location is excellent, very sweet area and getting to the city center is quick and easy. Very clean

We arrived at night and the elevator wasn’t working so we had to climb up 4 floors with all the luggage, probably bad luck for us but it did spoil the experience a bit. Also- there is nothing in the kitchen but dishes and amenities (not even salt and oil, which is basic for an apartment like this).

Lounge room and 1 bedroom had a pedestal fan but not the other 2 bedrooms. It was hot weather during our stay, so we opened the windows, which was then noisy being opposite a roof top bar.

Det vi syntes var litt minus at det ikke var klut til å tørke av bord, benk mm. Oppvaskkost manglet. Tørkepapir kunne det og vært.Og kaffekanne kunne det og vært. Og det at lyset på badet ikke kommer på etter kl. 2200. men vi fant ut av det at slår vi ikke lyset av på badet i det hele tatt, da slår den seg ikke av etter kl. 2200.

Very centrally located and easy to get to public transportation.

The apartment building is directly over 2 night clubs which are very loud until 3am, even on Monday. Upon arrival we found the freezer was left open and ice was preventing it from being closed. No one answered the number when I tried calling. I had to de-ice it myself. Emails were responded to after several hours. There were only towels for two guests out of three.

Location is good, central, quiet and clean.

You have to have a vander app on two separate phones (ideally one iPhone and one Android) and hope that at least one key is working. WIFI and TV did not work, despite several requests to have it fixed. The response was to read the instructions. Instructions can only work, if the systems works, which didn't despite several resets. Had higher expectations for client service.

Very spacious

You get instructions to download and then login into a dedicated app. The key is provided as electronic key within the app and the electronic key works for both the main entrance in the building as well as for the rented apartment. All very convenient and flawless. The apartment is located very centrally in walking distance to the royal residence and national theater.

The apartment we had was facing South - and all windows in all rooms were on the South side of the block only. In a hot week, the rooms get very hot (even with all the blinds down all day). Opening the windows in the evenings would be an easy solution as Oslo luckily cools down quite a bit at night - but unfortunately, the street in front of the apartment is VERY noisy. Loud noises from bars and late-night folks, but even the trams (everytime it passes, there is a huge rumble and vibrations like an earthquake). In short, you cannot sleep with windows open. Since the apartment also lacks any AC (though they provide for two fans), there is no remedy. The location is perfect - but you need to be able to deal with a few nights of bad sleep (or come during a time when it is not too hot).

Keukenuitrusting was minimaal. Weinig pannen, geen snijplank, panonderzetters, vergiet, mixer, schaaltjes, ovenschaal, bakpapier en wijnglazen. Airco voor warme zomerdagen zou fijn zijn.

Very loud at night as it’s close to the bar, the mattress was too soft, the door to the bedroom didn’t work

It was really hot and because there is a cafe below, we couldn't open windows during night, and it's in the city, upossible to be fresher and sleep in the same time

Enige minpunt waren de knoppen op keukenkastjes die moeilijk te openen zijn en beperkte uitzicht

Godt kjøkken med vannkoker, kaffetrakter, microbølgeovn, gryter og komfyr. God dusj og bra med vaskemaskin og oppvaskmaskin. God seng.

Ingen aircondition og mye støy fra aggregat rett utenfor vindu gjorde det vanskelig å sove.

Veel lawaai van de straat vanaf een uur of 6 tot laat in de avond. Geen probleem als de ramen dicht kunt doen, maar met31 graden overdag en 25 graden in de nacht niet echt een optie.

Non c'era la colazione. Posizione ottima, in uno dei quartieri più belli della città.

The location was great.

The key was frustrating to use as I would have to wait almost 5 mins for the door to lock when leaving the room. I had a fright on my last day that it had locked me out of the building when I was throwing out the rubbish as Vander had requested. But the key was not the worst of my experience. The worst was having to take two cold showers because the hot water stopped running while showering. Although I had messaged on Booking.com to alert the management team of the issue, they did not follow up. I ended up calling and still there seemed to be a lack of urgency until a couple more calls afterwards. When the issue was resolved by their maintenance personnel, they did not let me know what had caused it and whether I had been responsible as they had suggested during the initial call. Even after the issue was resolved, there was no following up to check if everything was ok with the water. Finally, the washing machine was not fully plumbed in, so made the bathroom floor a mess during use.

Lägenheten har bra läge centralt men i ett väldigt bullrigt område. Omöjligt att ha öppna fönster på natten. Väldigt varmt inne. Välutrustat kök.

En del trasigt inne, handdukshängaren, flera lysknappar, långsam kaffebryggare. Ingen sänglampa vid flera sängar och inga eluttag vid sängarna. Porten trasig. Inga nattygsbord.

Todo en general está súper bien amplio apartamento, y tiene todo lo que necesites

Super beliggenhet, romslig og pent innredet leilighet.

Veldig varmt, og umulig å lufte pga støy fra utvendig røropplegg. Balkongen var umulig å bruke av samme grunn, og i tillegg fryktelig skitten og ekkel. Kjøleskap og oppvaskmaskin var vanskelig å åpne for noen av oss pga veldig dårlige «håndtak», små og ubehagelig å gripe.

Beliggenheten er helt perfekt.

Leiligheten ble veldig varm på morgen og dagtid siden det ikke var aircondition. Viften som er der var ikke nok til å få ned temperaturen

Die Räumlichkeit ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt für zwei Personen super gut geeignet und die Lage perfekt. Zu Fuß waren die wesentlichen Orte super zu erreichen, obwohl auch die Verkehrsanbindung perfekt war.

Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert.

There is a night club close to the apartment. It sounds like the music is playing inside of the apartment. I had to sleep with a headphone

Wonderful, safe, and quiet location; a tram nearby; good connection to the city center by public transport; and easy on foot.

Très bien mais bruyant à cause de la discothèque juste à côté

Sentral beliggenhet, stor leilighet, koselig med balkong. Rent.

Brannalarmen gikk midt på natten uten at det brant. Dette er vist en vanlig problemstilling. Flere gjester som har bodd der over lengere tid bekrefter at den går med jevne mellomrom uten at det er noe brann. Forsøkte å ringe vakt selskapet, brannvesenet etc men ingen ville gjøre noe. Brannvesenet mente at de ryker ikke ut dit fordi det er falsk alarm hele tiden. Så det var en ulempe. Beliggenheten gjør også at det er svært mye bråk rett utenfor pga nattklubber.

Cost is lower to a degree than other locations.

The low cost might be connected to the fact that they are located right above the two biggest clubs in Oslo. Which means that if you come for work, on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday you will not go to sleep. It is extremely loud and there were a few times that puke and other garbage was outside the entrance. Additionally, their key system is not always working, which means you have to try three to five or so times to get back to the apartment. I left the place exhausted and frustrated.

Well stocked, clean and great location

L'emplacement est très central, l'équipement est correct.

- Le check-in a été épouvantable. Le système d'accès à l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas dû a un problème technique. Je n'ai pu accéder que tard dans la nuit. Plusieurs occupants des chambres étaient bloqués dehors, avec leurs biens à l'intérieur de leurs chambres. Certains sont allés dormir ailleurs, mais je n'avais pas cette possibilité. Ceci a généré beaucoup de stress chez les clients. - L'appartement est situé à coté d'une boite de nuit. Le son est terrible, les murs vibrent. Il est impossible de dormir avant 3-4 heures du matin, en particulier le week-end. - Il est compliqué de loger ici si l'on souhaite dormir.

Det var stort problemet med å åpne dører med appen og elektroniske nøkler Hele systemet var nede og dette skapte problemer midt på natta. Litt vanskelig å få tak i kundeservice. Heldigvis til slutt fått vi hjelp at tilsendt vakt og alt ble bra.

Confusing check-in. Booking address is different than the one I got in their app. You need an app to check-in and open the doors, no human to speak to face to face. Their digital till didn't work for my check-in.
