Je ne sais même pas par où commencer. L’odeur de la chambre était insupportable / un mélange de moisissures et d’humidité. Il n’y a pas de fenêtre, enfin si une qui donne sur un couloir CONSTAMMENT illuminé, même la nuit (la photo jointe a été prise à 23h) avec un pauvre rideau pour cacher mais qui ne cache PAS LA LUMIÈRE. Aucune insonorisation, on entend TOUT. On a eu droit pendant 3 jours à des hurlements de film pour adultes, l’hôtel pourtant prévenu chaque soir n’a réagit qu’au 3e soir. La dame de l’accueil avec des lunettes, une certaine Jennyfer qui nous a accueillies le premier jour a été horrible avec nous, ça a été un cauchemar de devoir la croiser quasi tous les jours, les gens. Il me elle n’ont rien à faire dans ce type de métier, elle était constamment sur son téléphone et n’a pas daigné nous aider quand nous avions eu besoin d’aide. Le pire hotel que j’ai fait au Mexique, n’y allez pas à moins que vous vouliez passer un très mauvais séjour dans une chambre qui ressemble plus à un trou à rat qu’autre chose

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Nos encantó que tiene una excelente ubicación, nos dió un excelente trato la recepcionista que estaba en turno cuando llegamos es atenta, servicial y amigable tanto a mi como a mi pareja nos agrado. Nos encantó el piso 7 dónde está el restaurante y la piscina 👙 tiene una vista maravillosa y es muy hermoso y agradable
Se escuchaban muy fuertes sus voces de los huéspedes que usaban el ascensor lit. Gritaban, para la próxima nos gustaría un cuarto lejos del ascensor jejeje de todo lo demas estuvo excelente definitivamente volveremos.

Cuando llegue el recepcionista me dijo que estaba prohibido ingresar alimentos y bebidas al hotel eso no me agrado ,,le hace falta mantenimiento al rooftop, las almohadas estaban duras y me bloquearon mi tarjeta media hora antes de la hora del check out ya no pude ingresar a la suite tuve que ir activarla

Pas mal de bons petits restaurants locaux et bon marché à proximité, notamment sur la grande place où les gens viennent danser le weekend. Bon rapport qualité / prix, chambre confortable, personnel très sympahtique, piscine sur le toit avec salle de sport. Petit-déjeuner en supplément très correct.

The hotel cannot keep ignoring the recurring bad reviews regarding the shower, which is absolutely terrible. The water comes out with no pressure and all over the place (the shower is likely clogged and needs a deep cleaning or replacement), and controlling the temperature is tricky (it takes a while to get hot, and, once it does, it is hard to adjust between ice cold and burning hot). I stayed in room 605, but I believe this is a common issue in the entire hotel.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026Posizione top, così come la piscina che ha una bella vista ed è usufruibile fino alle 22. Staff molto gentile e disponibile e doccia bella e curata.
Uniche cose negative sono state la grandezza del letto che per due non era sufficiente ma era una piazza e mezzo e la mancanza di una finestra che rendeva l’ambiente troppo caldo e soffocante.
