The staff is very helpful and kind. The hotel was modern, clean and well designed. The whole space was cozy, and the rooftop pool was amazing!

One thing we didn’t like is the ac in our room. It was humidy and stuffy.

Well located you have everything you need, the breakfast is great and the rooftop pool view is breathtaking

Just some constructions happening on the side of my room 🥲 there was a lot of noise and I couldn’t let the curtains open bc the people working there could see me, but besides that everything was perfect!!

A bit overcrowded for me, but may be good for others.

The location was ideal, room was clean and service was excellent. I met this lady named Sofa and she took care of me while I was having breakfast in the buffet. She was very friendly and lovely to talk too.

I would say maybe the bed could have been more comfortable as it was a bit hard but apart from that can’t think of anything that I didn’t like

Les équipes était très sympa. La chambre spacieuse et propre.

La proximité avec le beach Club le Finn , est un peu problématique car la musique s’entend vraiment jusqu’à 0h00. Heure de fermeture. Mais l’hôtel le sait la personne qui fais notre chek-in nous l’a bien précisé.

Great facilities, friendly staff, free drinking water, two nice pools, and a great location. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Very loud construction right outside our room, starting early in the morning and continuing throughout the day. It was quite disruptive during our stay.

I didn’t like anything in this stay

First of all the room service are always busy, the laundry is also always late,We faced a problem that the roof was leaking and it almost damage our belongings, the breakfast wasn’t good it was basic and overrated. The most horrible thing is that everyday 6am a construction noise ruin our sleep.

Unterkunft mit Potential. Geräumige Zimmer, toller Meerblick, schöner Skypool.

„Eigentlich“ gute Lage, allerdings für eine Familie mit Kids oder für Personen die eher einen ruhigen Urlaub suchen zu 100% ungeeignet. Es wird im direkt angrenzenden Beach Club Finns bis nach Mitternacht täglich Party gemacht, leider hört man diese in den Zimmern als wäre man live dabei. Ach das Klientel ist entsprechend, Gen Z Partypeople. Wir wurden leider trotz Buchung eines vermeintlich „ruhigen Zimmers zum Pool“ (Premier Studio) aufgrund der Kinder in eine schlechter Lage umgebucht da das Hotel ausgebucht / überbucht war. Als Entschädigung gab es einen Dinner Voucher, das Essen war allerdings absolut unterdurchschnittlich und wir haben (als einzige Gäste an dem Abend im Restaurant) mit deutlich über einer Stunde Wartezeit abgestraft. Leider insgesamt eher enttäuschend. Personal bemüht und nett aber am Ende leider auch nicht wirklich hilfreich und mit der Klientel gefühlt total überfordert.

La chambre sentait l'humidité

Location to the beach was good and the shuttle that runs was great to get to restaurants and Finn’s Beach Club. The roof top pool and bar is cool and the view. 2 bedroom unit was very spacious and very clean.

It was loud due to construction noise and nightlife. Breakfast was ok but we have had better buffet choices at other hotels. Not a lot of sunbeds on the roof top - need to be quick to get one otherwise it’s awkward as to where to sit once you’re out of the pool

Prachtige locatie, aan het strand en dichtbij eettentjes. Heerlijk zwembad en super lief personeel. Super lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt!

Het was wat gehorig vanwege een beach club en constructions. De receptie belde na aankomst in de kamer wat we van de kamer vonden (wat een service), dit aangegeven en als we het storend vonden in de nacht konden we de volgende nacht wisselen. Dit gedaan na de nacht en dat verliep allemaal soepel.

Todo el personal fue muy amable y servicial durante toda la estancia. El hotel cuenta con dos piscinas, una en la planta superior y otra en la zona inferior, ambas muy cómodas y agradables para relajarse. Las habitaciones son amplias y el desayuno es variado, con diferentes opciones cada día. También proporcionan toallas para la piscina, algo muy práctico. Además, el hotel dispone de spa y una zona de gimnasio, por lo que las instalaciones son bastante completas.

Lo que menos me gustó fue que el baño tenía cierto olor a humedad o alcantarillado. Además, por la mañana se escuchaban bastante las obras de un edificio cercano y, por la noche, llegaba algo de música procedente de algunos clubes de la zona. No fue algo que arruinara la estancia, pero sí puede resultar molesto si se tiene el sueño ligero.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is very good close to the city and beach. The spa is amazing. The rooms are clean and over all very good.

Близько до океану, гарний вид

Спочатку хотіли заселити в номер без виду, хоча ми забронювали номер саме з видом на океан. Номер застарілий, взагалі не коштує тих грошей, все потребує оновлення, постільна білизна вся в плямах, рушники жахливі, в туалеті смердить каналізацією, стан санвузла бажає кращого, двері відкриваються у ванну кімнату і неможливо там ходити. Забронювали на 9 ночей і були дуже розчаровані, цей готель не коштує 100$ за добу.

the location is just perfect, just beside the beach, and the hotel's price is relatively cheap with the quality they offer. the room is clean. bright as well. does not have that eerie/scary feeling that alot of hotels do.

The room was mouldy

We loved everything about our stay here and we sad to leave. The staff were amazing, rooms were clean and comfortable and the locations was perfection. Nice and central but tucked away from the main street.

Like most of Bali busy areas there is construction going on and so the noise is there. But this is to be expected. Would not take away from the amazing stay.

Too close to Atlas. So loud at night. Couldn’t sleep. Our room was on the 5th floor.

"The breakfast is not suitable for Turkish guests. The staff is insufficient, and especially the breakfast staff consists of very inexperienced people. There was no experienced manager or supervisor in sight. I asked the reception for extra pillows three times in a single day, but nobody cared or brought them to the room. This is supposed to be a chain hotel in Asia, but the service is absolutely zero."

Excellent service, amazing location, the staff went above and beyond giving service. My husband and I stayed a week there and on his birthday, we happened to mention it to the front desk, they decorated the room, gave him a cake and a handwritten note. The pools were both beautiful. Everything was top tier.

Location was great, breakfast was plentiful with a good variety and options Staff were great.

Beds were very firm not comfortable Pools were great but ground floor pool could do with more cleaning
