Swimming pool is excellent. Breakfast is great and thanks to Yusuf from breakfast restaurant for 5 star service. Thanks to reception team and Mr.Baran as well.

It is quite pricey. Air in the corridor of 3rd floor was affected by ac system and smell of food from restaurant

Заказал еду через рус сервис, заплатил 55 долларов. Через 30 минут принесли еду абсолютно БЕЗ соли, пресную, никаких переправ, есть невозможно. Ок, не страшно, позвонил и попросил донести соль и перец. Спустя 40 минут ничего не принесли, еда уже остыла. Позвонил снова - потребовали оплату за соль и перец. Отказался от еды и не стал есть остывшее и несоленное. Съехал на следующий день не дожидаясь окончания оплаченного срока.

التحكم بدرجة حرارة غرفتي من الفندق وضبطها على 26 درجة مئوية في عز الصيف النظافة في أدنى مستوياتها الخدمة سيئة وفرضوا علي تأمين 5000 ليرة تركية غير مذكورة في الحجز والغرف اللي اعطوني اطلالتها سيئة والأثاث قديم ومفارش السرير بوليستر واكرليك ومغسلة الحمام مسدودة ولم يسمحوا لي بالدخول للغرف إلا الساعة الثالثة مساء رغم توفر الغرف لكن تعامل الفندق مع عملاء بوكينج هكذا والمسبح ملئ بزوار من خارج الفندق

تاخير باستلام الغرف بعد الساعه 3 حيث انه لم استلم جميع الغرف الا بعد ثلاث ساعات من بداية الوقت بحجة تجهيز وتنظيف الغرف ولم يتم اعادة التامين حتى الان من اكثر من شهرين وعدم وضع اسعار للمني بار داخل الغرفه وروائح بالممرات والمسبح متسخ ولايتم التنظيف ويوجد اعمال بناء بجوار الفندق لم يتم اشعارنا بها بالاضافة الى الاثاث قديم

Заезд - на ресепшене ничего не работало, сказали гулять идти, на вопрос когда возвращаться - сказали. что не знают и походите - спрашивайте через час, два три и т.д. - это дословно. Далее уже при самом заселении - передавали три раза разным сотрудникам (сначала брал один, потом передал другой девушке, потом другой потом другой...), каждый сканировал документы, что то заполнял в компьютере. Та девушка которая заканчивала оформление, длительное время при этом говорила по телефону, чем очень затянула процесс. После просьбы внести депозит - я дал 100 долларов наличными и попросил документ, что у меня их (деньги) взяли, снова началось непонятно что - начали меняться люди, которые занимались этим вопросом, менять конверт в который клали деньги и какая то суета при этом... Также не работал интернет (не проходила авторизация) при подключении через фамилию и номер комнаты, пришлось несколько раз подходить на ресепшен с вопросом, потому что меня также гоняли туда-сюда, что решим вопрос, но позже... в конце концов - дали какой то пароль для другой сети, которая работала очень и очень плохо... и это не всё... но думаю достаточно уже написано. день один полностью был испорчен и остальные тоже с учетом интернета и плохой уборки в номере тоже. Часто останавливаюсь в Вашей сети отелей, но такое первый раз...

أولا: الموظف فرقان لطيف جدا ومحترم وذو اخلاق عالية احببت مكان الاقامة بسببه وكانت التجربة رائعة بسببه لم اشعر بالغربة اطلاقا وساكرر زيارة المكان بسببه حيث تعاون معنا في تغيير الغرفة بشكل سلس وسريع ثانيا: بالنسبة لمكان الاقامة فهو فندق ذو خمس نجوم والافطار ممتاز والغرف ممتازة والموقع جدا جدا ممتاز

The room was nice, the breakfast was great and the executive lounge was very comfortable.

The only note: the Hotel's location is marked on Google maps not correctly. First day we used it and we came to different location. Also the taxi that we booked from booking.com to pick us up from the hotel to the airport, went to the wrong address because of it.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to all vital areas and shopping districts, and the breakfast is excellent and varied.

انا من مقيمي فندق ردسون بلو ششلي منذ افتتاحه 2013 سبق وانتقدت الفندق للاصوات وهاكذا كانت هذه السفره سيئه جدا عندما دخلت الغرفه كانت بارده جدا والتكيف معطل اخبرت الرسبشن ولم يات احد وثاني يوم اخبرت الرسبشن ولم ياتي السيرفس الا ثاني يوم مرضت وذهبت للمستشفى عانيت من نزله برد ولم يات احد اخر يومين تم نقلي الى غرفه ثانيه كان رقم الغرفه 241 استات جدا وكنت مريض انا اريد التشيك على كم مره اقمت عندكم وهل هاذا صحيح انا اقيم عندكم دايما ورفضت ان اعمل فوضى اتي بتقرير مستشفى انا اطالب فندقكم بتعويضي باقامه ثانيه في المره القادمه سابعث لكم تصوير كيف كان التكيف

war kein Frühstück inkludiert. Lage ist toll. Es ist relativ ruhig in der Nacht....(ausser Lüftungsgeräusch....)

Dass, meine Zimmertür 2 mal ohne auf meine Reaktion zu warten vom Hotelpersonal aufgemacht wurde. (mit der Begründung, dass wie viele drinnen sind, wollten die wissen !!!!!!)

* Excellent location with stylish design and a distinctive aesthetic. * Very clean and well-presented rooms. * Housekeeping and restaurant staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. * The breakfast chef offers table service for freshly prepared eggs.

* The advertised 35 sqm area for the Premium Room appears to represent the largest room in the category rather than the size of all Premium Rooms, which was somewhat misleading. * During our 3 nights stay, the room key cards had to be reactivated every day. * After 2 weeks of completing our stay, the security deposit of €100 for each room hasn’t be returned to my credit card yet. * Several room maintenance issues during the stay: * Broken room bathroom door handle - repaired but still difficult to close. * Shower door fell off twice; after repair, it still did not close properly. * Uncomfortable extra-bed mattress. * Poor water pressure. * Poor LED lighting. * Very nice spa facilities, but extremely crowded due to external members, who often appeared to receive priority over hotel guests. * Bed sheets and duvet were visibly stitched/ repaired, which felt below the expected standard. * Slow internet connection.

Quelques soucis techniques Sinon, l'ensemble fut moyen, cette fois ci, en effet la chambre n'a pas ete nettoyer une fois et le derniere jour ce fu tout un drame pour obtenir la facture, pretextant que le service concerne etait ferme.

The location was good; it was very close to the shopping mall. The room was nice and clean but it had old TV, and I couldn't connect to YouTube.

Several factors affected my experience: 1. Even though it was past check-in time, only one room was ready after minutes of waiting, and another was ready after hours of waiting. We were told that the luggage would be delivered to our rooms, but they didn't, so I had to go downstairs and grab my luggage. 2. I went to the outdoor pool, and they didn't have towels, not for any pools (indoor or outdoor). 3. The AC didn't work in my room; also, the charging sockets didn't work. I called and asked them to fix it; they promised to send someone, but when I got back to the hotel, it was still out of order. 4. In the morning, I called and asked when the outdoor pool was opening, and they told me 10 am, but the pool was open after 8 am. I just found out by coincidence, and I went in before 10 am. Looks like the staff doesn't have the correct information.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung und die Lage in Şişli ist sehr gut. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich allerdings deutlich mehr erwartet. Das Zimmer war im Vergleich zu einem Hotel dieser Kategorie eher spärlich ausgestattet. Außerdem fehlte in einem der Badezimmer die Handseife, obwohl wir mehrmals darum gebeten hatten. Sehr enttäuschend war auch der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer. Das Zimmer blickte auf einen ungepflegten und verlassenen Bereich hinter dem Hotel, was für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel nicht angemessen ist. Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich. Der Fitnessbereich war gut und der Pool in Ordnung. Die Lage ist ein großer Pluspunkt, insbesondere die Nähe zur Metro und zum Einkaufszentrum Cevahir. Auch für Familien ist die Gegend sehr praktisch. Insgesamt ein gutes und komfortables Hotel, aber bei Ausstattung, Zimmerausblick und einigen Details beim Service besteht noch deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf.

Hotel decor is a bit outdated. Our room was dark, facing an interior (enclosed) courtyard, so there was minimal natural light.

The room had poor mixed lighting (white and yellow), and there were some mosquitoes, possibly because the window was left open while cleaning. Breakfast was also a bit messy and could be better organized.
