Reviewed Sep 17, 2026こちらに宿泊するのは2回目でしたが、やはり駅からのアクセスも良く、何よりスタッフの皆様が素晴らしいです。 各部屋で自身のケトルやドライヤーを使うと安全装置が作動して電気が消えてしまうので、必要であればフロントに申し付ければ貸していただけます。 部屋も水周りもとても清潔で最高の滞在でした。 またZermattに訪れる際も利用したいと思います。
お湯を貰うにはフロントに行かなければなりませんが、フロントまでも近いので全く問題ありません。

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The hotel is in a prime location, exceptionally close to both the train station and the city center. The staff were wonderful—incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive. I accidentally left some belongings behind, and the hotel team went above and beyond to assist me until I got my items back. On top of the great service, the room was absolutely beautiful. This place will definitely be one of my all-time favorites. Highly recommended!

Can't really think of anything I didn't like but one has to remember it is not luxury but it is excellent value. Clean, comfortable, great location and staff. That is what we wanted

La terrasse, appréciable, aurait besoin d'être entretenue. 1/2 étage à descendre pour atteindre la chambre, le prix, presque 200 euros pour une nuit, je sais que la Suisse c'est cher, mais c'est quand même trop. L'accueil se fait à l’hôtel Tannenhof, dont l'hôtel Alpina n'est qu'une annexe.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Pour le prix de frs. 77.50 la nuit, la chambre 26 avait un petit balcon. L'espace était petit mais proche du centre et très au calme. Un ami a payé frs. 144.50 pour une chambre identique le même soir et cela devient dès lors trop cher, même à Zermatt!

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Our hotel was easy to get to from train station walking with bags. It was in the middle of everything in Zermatt but so quiet. Our room and ensuite with bath was large and not crowded with our bags.
The shower head, it was just on a spray handle. Hard to wash yourself and leave it connected to the wall - if you did it would spray face straight. But we managed 😁.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Zentral, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Das Hotel hat für Zermatt ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Etwas in die Jahe gekommen. Wer Chi-Chi erwartet, ist hier sicher fehl am Platz. Sehr erwähnenswert ist noch das außergewöhnlich nette und hilfsbereite Hotelpersonal.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026テラスもあり景色も良かったのでお部屋で過ごす時間も心地よかったです。カップ麺を食べるためにお湯を入れてくれました。とても親切です。エレベーターもあり荷物に困ることはなかったです。またホテルから出て上に上がったところに水汲み場もあり冷たくて美味しい水を水筒に詰めて山に行ってました。リンツまで徒歩2分くらいでたくさんお土産も買えました！
特にないですが、チェックインする建物はホテルの隣の建物であることだけ注意が必要です。またドライヤーやお湯もチェックインの時のフロントでもらう必要があります。

ホテルの建物が古く、小さなエレベーターはあるが、エレベーターまでに階段があり重いスーツケースを運ぶのに苦労した。チェックアウト日はエレベーターが故障していて3階から階段を使ってスーツケースを運ぶ必要があり大変苦労した。 部屋の設備も古く、床が傾いていた。

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026The location is excellent in the heart of Zermatt. The reception staff, Katarina and Francesco, were very friendly and helpful. The single room is small, but I was aware of this and it didn't bother me, as I was out most of the time during the day. It was lovely having a balcony to relax and take in the breathless views.
The other guests staying at the hotel probably never lived in a house where they had to respect other people: doors banging in the evening and late into the night, the shared toilet was very dirty on the first day and the second day was even worse. I am sure that those people wouldn't leave the toilet in this state at home.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und hat sehr viel Charme. Dazu einen wunderbaren Balkon. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es ist alles sauber.
Das Bett, d.h. der Lattenrost war durchgebrochen, was die Schlafqualität erheblich minderte. Schade, dass dies nicht vom Reinigungsteam nicht nach dem letzten Gast bemerkt wurde.

Honestly one weird thing that should be a very simple fix. The mount for the shower head is barely chest high and it's on the side wall. It would be very simple to move the bracket above head height at the end of the shower, I hope that gets done for the next person. Doesn't hurt our review though, an amazing place!

O quarto era muito velho e pequeno; não tinha frigobar; além do mais era um anexo ao outro hotel, tudo muito velho, estrutura, decoração c parecia um hotel fantasmas do velho oeste. A cama quebrou; A lâmpada estava com a iluminação muito fraca- parecia que estávamos apenas a luz de velas.

하필 엘리베이터가 고장났을 순간에 체크인을 해서 계단으로 올라갔습니다. 수리되어 다시 잘 작동되긴 했습니다.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026スタッフが大変親切で，ツェルマットの街のマッターホルンが良く見えるview spotを地図に書いて説明してくれたり，街の夜景が良く見える場所を教えてくれた。ピークパスと個々の乗車券のどちらがお得かについても親身に計算してくれた。朝食も名店のfuchsのパンが提供されていて皆とても美味しかった。朝食の場所は向いのTannenhofというホテルで，帰国後に調べると1979年8月に宿泊したホテル（現在は改装されていた）だったので奇遇にびっくりした。朝食会場の窓側席からはマッターホルンが良く見えた。

A recepção e café são no hotel ao lado, que é melhor e mais caro, tudo tem seu preço. Atendimento excelente, cordial e prestativo acima da média. A vista do café da manhã é incrível.

Zimmer sehr sehr alt uns klein. Toilettentür lässt sich nicht schließen. Schrank geht nicht zu. Man soll nur Hotelföhn benutzen, gar keiner da. Waschbecken im Zimmer. Möbel sehr alt und defekt, siehe Schrank. Im Bett liegt man tiefer mit Kopf.

Reviewed May 31, 2026I'm the morning it was a sunny day upon awakening. Looking out the patio window was the tip of the Matterhorn, so crisp and clear and just right there.
Was way too dim in the room and bathroom. And as the power went off in the afternoon the heat never came back on so I was a bit chilly during the night. The staff was unable to get the heat back online once the power came back on.

The shower had no curtain and due to the roof, was impossible to stand in. It was very difficult to shower.

Reviewed May 20, 2026The location was great. It’s a modest Swiss Chalet with sweet balconies. There is an elevator to half floors, which helps with carrying luggage. All appeared to be newly remodeled.
No matter what, you had to go up or down a half flight of stairs when using the elevator.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Das Frühstück war gut, leider hat das Auffüllen des Buffets nicht so recht geklappt. Wir waren immer so gut wie fertig als nachgefüllt wurde. Das Frühstück befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Rezeption, so dass die Geräuschkolisse durch die dort wartenden Reisegruppen sehr laut und störend war.
Unser Zimmer wurde am zweiten Tag nicht mehr gereinigt (wir hatten einen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten). Das Bad roch muffig. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Schrank, bei den Stühlen quillt das "Innenleben" raus).
