Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική. Δίπλα στον σταθμό του τρένου, σε σούπερ μάρκετ, αλλά και στον κεντρικό δρόμο. Το προσωπικό ευχάριστο και ευγενικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και άνετο. Το πρωινό επίσης πολύ καλό.

Le bruit le long de la nuit, très fréquent. Des fous furieux au dessus de moi ( chambre 32) , au dessus chambre 42? Du bruit , des pas bruyants, déplacement de meubles même très tôt le matin, inadmissible, à corriger très rapidement. Je ne conseille pas car j'étais épuisé le matin et comme j'allais monter au Gornergrat.......enfim, CORRIGER svp.

Se escucha el ruido de los demas cuartos. Al ser de madera el piso se siente como se mueve.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Good value for money considering how expensive Zermatt is. Good location less than 10 minutes from the railway station and great access to restuarants/cafes/shops. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Ok for one night stay.
The rooms are very dated and tired but in truth that is reflected in the 2 star rating.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Hôtel vieillot mais propre. Chambre avec 1 lit simple 1 lavabo, 1 armoire et un petit bureau, propre. Mini douche-WC, cela convenait parfaitement pour mon court séjour. Petit-déjeuner assez basique mais correct pour le prix. Personnel très accueillant.
Assez mal insonorisé, on entend les portes des voisins et les femmes de chambre avec leur chariot, pas dérangeant si on se lève "tôt" aussi pour aller randonner. Le soir et la nuit, il n'y a eu aucun bruit.

The woman taking care of the breakfast was amazing with the way she stayed on top of everything and pleasantly explained how to use the coffee machine, the egg maker, etc. to every guest.

This was the only place we stayed on our trip with breakfast included so that was a bonus for us and it was very nice.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Super zentrale Lage in Zermatt, wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof. Zimmereinrichtung schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr empfehlenswert, zum Beispiel vor einer geplanten Bergtour (kein typisches Zermatter Schickimicki Klientel). Das Frühstück war überraschend gut mit unterschiedlichem Brot und Gebäck, Schweizer Käsesorten und Birchermüsli (typisch eben für die Schweiz). Personal freundlich und kompetent.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Le buffet du déjeuné est imbattable. Le choix des produits est extrêmement large et tout est frais. L'emplacement est imbattable. Et étonnement silencieux le soir. Très bon lieux pour montagnards peu exigent nécessitant une base pas trop chère à Zermatt.
C'est une hôtel deux étoiles. Donc ne soyez pas étonné de devoir faire le check-in dans un hôtel adjacent où se trouve le personnel. Le bâtiment est sombre et dans l'état des années 70. Un flair d'époque soviétique pour ceux qui connaissent. Mais tout fonctionne. Ne venez pas pour une weekend romantique car vous serez déçu.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Wenn man zentrumnah übernachten möchte, ist die Lage top. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Da wir für die Hochtouren in Zermatt übernachtet haben, konnten wir das Frühstück leider nicht auskosten.
Einige Zimmertüren lassen sich anscheinend nur mit einem Ruck schliessen, was am Abend dazu führt, dass viele Gäste ihre Türen schletzen. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war das recht mühsam, kann aber natürlich auch einfach an der Kundschaft liegen.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026SBBとGornergratの駅から徒歩5分くらい。日本人橋へも徒歩5分くらい。Matterhorn Glacier Paradiseへのゴンドラ駅まで徒歩15分くらい。朝夕のBlacK-Necked Goats Paradeの中央通りに近く、立地が良い。朝食も美味しかった。
施設は古いです。
