Eurostars Aliados

Lucas Garacez number one!

location, large rooms, lobby cocktail bar

The experience was great from start to finish. A warm welcome, our room was ready early. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Was also spent some time in the spa, which was a lovely way to spend an hour relaxing. We had breakfast before we left - also absolutely delicious, plentiful, and reasonably priced.

Nothing. Bear in mind, we only spent one night there. However, in that short time I couldn't find anything to fault.

Modern, comfortable, and clean. Excellent location. Spa.

Non.

A lovely, elegant property! Fabulous location for all the city sights. We stayed for a week. Be prepared for lots of hills. We had a lovely room with balcony facing out onto the boulevarde. Room was spacious and super comfortable. Special thanks to Diego who went to great lengths to assist me in getting medical care after I broke my toe. The service was fantastic! .

Bathroom floor was quite slippery. Caution needed.

Good location and good room. Great breakfast.

Ant think of anything

Sentral beliggenhet. STORE og god senger.

Rommene har ikke aircondition, kun ventilasjonsanlegg. Kan bli varmt å sove.

Perfect hotel

Only positive is the location next to subway station and walking distance to various sites; and a well functioning aircon.

This property would not pass off as a 5 star by any means - I had 2 rooms here, both with their own issues. One room was so dirty that we even saw a silverfish (the insect) on the bedding. There was dust on all surfaces - clearly their cleaning protocol isn’t robust. Room setup before checkin was inadequate - shower gel bottle was empty when we checked in, had to complain at the front desk to get this fixed. Mattress sinks in, bed frames are so old and tired, not able to support the mattress well. Definitely not worth the $. Their phone system was broken - no alternates were offered, so if you need anything you have to go down to the front desk.

Clean and accessible to the city centre

A bit pricy and busy

Tout est bien

Localização, apesar do barulho vinda da rua. Funcionários super prestáveis.

Nada apontar.

The location was great , breakfast was ok but i liked that the pastry was freshly baked, some items were warm, room quality was good and clean

The check in time could be a bit earlier, also my phone data was stolen from this hotel , dont think its intentional but they should be able to protect our data

Posizione ottima

Location is perfect!

Was looking for a place to work - the best I could get was a couch in the lobby

The location is great everything is by walk distance.

The SPA charged me 80 euros for a very amateur feet massage. I was extremely disapointed. The pool in the SPA in general does not smell good and not clean at all.

Room

Excellent location. Staff were wonderful and housekeeping was great.

Alojamento limpo e bem localizado

Nada a declarar

The location is prime, walking distance to almost all tourism sites.

The lights were blinking during the first day of my stay, but it was resolved later.

The breakfast does not live up to 5-star hotel standards. It was the first time I’ve ever encountered an omelet that cost extra at breakfast... :(

Hervorragend

Alles perfekt

Posizione

Nulla

Good location, clean, had no problems. The massage was amazing too!

Not enough reception staff at times. Room was a bit smaller than expected, no desk for working.

Me gusto mucho

Very central

Don’t know if I would call it 5 Star, more very good 4 star

Servicio y limpieza

Great location, nice clean rooms, wonderful breakfast. Really enjoyed the spa that is included as well!

Room was very spacious and clean, very nice indoor pool. Location was perfect

Nothing

Som ao vivo no hall e localização

Camas e banheiro

Great layout of the room. Excellent shower.

Convenient location and clean rooms. The breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. The staff were helpful too.

Ubicación, limpieza

No tiene garaje.

Very central clean and friendly professional staff

You are using Ahaca skin products which are made in Israel. Not a good look to endorse genicide

Location Room

Beautiful hotel very central very near train station staff very friendly and helpful

Only thing was the lifts were very long waits at breakfast time

Location

Terrible view, not clean, the third bed in the room was a sofa bed with an awful mattress

Excellent location ! Very good value for money ! Best breakfast we had in Portugal !

Parking caro

Hotel muy céntrico. Habitaciones grandes, limpias y actualizadas.

No encontré nada malo.

The property was clean and well located. The staff were kind and helpful with advice on visiting touristic sites.

The aircons didn’t work properly, the room felt warm at night, couldn’t connect onto Netflix even though the TV had the option. The breakfast is not worth 20 euro per person

Good location, good facilities, great breakfast, could not recommend enough

L'EMPLACEMENT

Modern and great location

Restaurant dinner selection was not what we were looking for.

The hotel is well positioned in a vibrant and beautiful part of the city. There were plenty of cafes within short walking distance, and it was the perfect base to explore Porto. The hotel was modern and had everything I needed, with a comfortable room, room service, and a good breakfast.

Cheiro no quarto
