I loved everything about this hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The location was in walking distance to everything.

Rendkívül profi és udvarias személyzet, kiváltképp Pedro. :) Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt. A szállás központi helyen van, városnézéshez ideális az elhelyezkedése. A szállodán keresztül foglaltunk borkóstoló túrára időpontot, örök élmény marad.

A reggeli lehetne kicsit változatosabb (tartózkodásunk alatt egyébként ki lehetett tölteni kérdőívet a reggeliről, tehát érezhető a fejlődés iránti igyekezet), illetve a szobában nem volt akasztó sem az ajtón, sem mellette a falon, így egy táskát vagy kardigánt se lehet felakasztani.

Mooi hotel op een centrale plek. Alles schoon en netjes. Prima ontbijt. Klein maar fijn zwembad. Jammer dat er niet een paar ligbedden staan.

Todo está bien. Muy buena ubicación. Personal muy amable.

Por dar algún punto a mejorar, quizás falta un poco de variedad en el desayuno. Los dulces son mejorables y en el salado hay poca variedad. Pero en general es correcto.

The location was great for us as it is a short walk from Sao Bento railway station and also great for exploring the city centre. We found all staff courteous and helpful and on one occasion got a restaurant recommended and booked for us. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and quiet considering the city centre location. Breakfast was relaxed with plenty of choice. Overall the hotel really contributed to our enjoyment of Porto.

It's probably due to planning restrictions, but more prominent signage would have helped us identify the hotel more quickly when we first arrived - we really had to search for the name. Also, I'm afraid in common with some other modern establishments, our room suffered from light switch overload! It was like a lightshow every day switching all the combinations of lights on and off as we tried to identify what we wanted from the touch panels!

The staff are amazing! And the furnishings in the rooms are comfortable.

The bathroom is uncomfortably small, but that’s okay. However, the rooms are not sound proofed. Could hear the room next door; the apartments above. Very disruptive to sleep.

Posizione comoda, a due passi da tutti i punti di interesse. Stile dell’hotel, veramente molto molto bello. I servizi come la piscina e il bar sono interessanti, forse andrebbe valorizzato il loro utilizzo.

Dopo cena mio marito ha usufruito del “bar onesto”(prendi quello che ti serve in modo autonomo e paghi alla fine del soggiorno) abbiamo approfittato dell’esterno (tavolino del bar bordo piscina) per sorseggiare comodamente il gin tonic, ma poco dopo qualcuno dello staff ha costretto mio marito a rientrare e lasciare il suo cocktail che stava finendo in santa pace…. Al check out abbiamo fatto presente l’accaduto, ma il cocktail è stato conteggiato ugualmente…

El personal y la ubicación son inmejorables. Estuvimos muy a gusto y nos resultó muy cómodo que muchos de los monumentos queden muy cerca. También destacar la exquisita decoración del hotel, nos encantó. El desayuno es bastante completo y el personal a cargo fue maravilloso. Ya sabían cuál era nuestra habitación y siempre nos preparaban una lechera con bebida de avena porque lo pedimos el primer día :)

Es cierto que sorprende que un hotel de 5 estrellas no tenga room service, restaurant ni bar. También nos extrañó que no hubiera toallas en la piscina y que el armario de la habitación apenas era para una persona que se hospede un par de noches.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and well appointed with a view of the Boulevard Aliados. From our balcony we were able to watch the prestigious Volta Cycle Race. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially when advising on and arranging restaurant bookings. The restaurants they recommended were all excellent.

We would have preferred to have had a staffed bar and a functioning restaurant for dinner.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, sehr zentral, sehr vieles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sehr chic eingerichtet. Etwas wenig Schrankfläche zur Verfügung. Die Bäder ebenfalls klein, aber auch schön eingerichtet und praktisch.

Der Pool ist viel kleiner, als auf den Fotos zu erwarten. Das Frühstück ist nicht besonders gut, da kann man in den Cafés um die Ecke deutlich besser frühstücken für weniger Geld.

Perfect position in Porto, easy walking to all the sites, close to the train and bus lines, with restaurants and cafes a step outside. Our room was comfortable and clean; all the amenities we needed, including an excellent selection at breakfast. The staff were so friendly, really made us feel welcome. The whole vibe of the hotel was modern elegance. We would definitely stay here again.

Not really a criticism, but the pool is on the small side and was in shade - so cool - the times we visited ie not great for kids.

The location was a bit tricky as it’s at the top of the hill. It’s a bit of a climb uphill from the river. Manageable but be fit. Worth it for the lovely hotel.

From start to finish the hospitality of the hotel and staff was incredible. I can not fault one thing, apart from having to leave🤣. I stayed for 3 nights as a solo traveller, on arrival I was greeted with such warmth and the pastel de nata was such a lovely gesture. Until I arrived into my room which was a cosy double, this was wonderful, on entering I was delighted to see more chocolate treats, including one on the pillow, a complimentary bottle of wine as well😄. What I loved mostly about my room (104) was the fact it was so quiet! I had the best sleep😄 Breakfast was delicious as well, plenty of fruit, Portuguese cakes and even sardines 😅. There is a lovely small pool , which is great for taking a dip before the start of the day, it is very cold due to it being covered , but I think its refreshing from the hot August sun 🤣 The hotel is in a great location for exploring Porto by foot , although the metro is close by, really easy to use for getting to the airport. I hope to return again 😁

A localização é excelente. Fora isso, o hotel é muito limpo e os quartos muito confortáveis e aconchegantes. Banheiro é muito bom e chuveiro excelente. O café da manhã é bom, mas é algo que pode melhorar. O hotel fica muito proximo a um estacionamento, o que facilita a ida de carro, mesmo num centro tao movimentado. Joana e Israel foram as pessoas que nos receberam no hotel e foram super atenciosos.

Só acho que o café da manhã poderia ser um pouco mais organizado.

Fantastic hotel very central within a short walk to everywhere we did not need to take a taxi or metro anywhere. The beds were extremely comfortable 5/5. Honesty bar is an amazing idea. It would be nice to have a couple of sun loungers in the pool area but it is small so understand why there is none there.

The only aspect that did not quite match the high standard of the rest of our stay was the breakfast, which was just average. Overall, a wonderful experience that we highly recommend.

Staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The team in the breakfast restaurant really helped you start the day well. Nothing was too much trouble. The same was true of housekeeping who were unfailingly friendly and cheerful. We really felt like welcome guests. The hotel is in a superb location - central for everything with a metro a stones throw from the front door. Being on the main square with the town hall at one end there were lots of restaurants nearby. And yet our room was very quiet.

It was good having tea/coffee in the room but they routinely had only one tea per day ... they happily brought more but it was a pain. Just allowing for a morning and evening cuppa would have been better ... along with enough creamer. And a hot chocolate choice for bedtime would be nice.

Excelente localização, com tudo acessível a poucos minutos. A decoração é de muito bom gosto, criando um ambiente acolhedor e elegante. Para além de muito bem decorado, o quarto era extremamente confortável. Optámos por um quarto com vista para a Avenida dos Aliados e valeu a pena.

Embora a experiência global tenha sido positiva, houve alguns detalhes que ficaram aquém do esperado para um hotel de 5 estrelas. O staff foi simpático e disponível, mas o serviço de bar revelou pouca experiência. Além disso, apesar de estarem várias pessoas na receção, tivemos de solicitar ajuda para encontrar o bar e a piscina, depois de várias voltas conjuntas com outros hóspedes igualmente perdidos para encontrar a piscina. No quarto não havia champô e os chocolates foram entregues quando já estávamos a descansar. Teria sido preferível que estas amenities estivessem disponíveis desde a chegada, permitindo aos hóspedes usufruírem delas quando mais conveniente. São pequenos pormenores, mas que fazem a diferença numa experiência verdadeiramente alinhada com os padrões de um hotel de 5 estrelas.

Very modern and Luxury hotel. I love the fact that the staff pay attention to the little details. Bottle of wine in the room, Chocolates etc.I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. It was lovely to come back to after a long day of exploring. The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in the cleaners do an amazing job. I will definitely stay here again when I next visit porto.

I wish the restaurant served Portuguese food.

We loved pretty much everything. The staff, the location, the breakfast and a cool swimming pool to dip in.

Would be nice to have coffee pods for the last say but they haven't been topped up.

Paulo was amazing as always, the entire staff is professional and helpful. And most of all exhibit outstanding manners and etiquette. I strongly recommend the hotel to friends that plan to travel to Porto.

Usage of perfume or the specific air freshener in the hallways, could be used more sparingly the smell is very strong. It is not a bad small but rather it smells a little to much, a good rule of thumb would be opening a window or two.

Here is my contribution for the review of The Editory Boulevard . We enjoyed our stay from May 17 to 19 at this wonderful boutique hotel . The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean . The little bottle of port added a special touch . A special thank you to Camilla who reached out to us following our stay when she discovered we left something in the room safe and arranged for its return . We highly recommend this as a place to stay in Porto.

L'emplacement, La propreté de la chambre, La literie, la salle de bain avec miroir grossissant, les accessoires dans la chambre.

Vue sur le bâtiment en face, Pas de rangement pour les vêtement car la penderie est occupée par tous les accessoires. le mini bar payant est très cher, le personnel de réception n'est pas très avenant, toujours les yeux sur leurs ordinateurs, disent bonjour quand on leur dit en premier. On n'a eut aucune info sur les équipements de l'hotel à notre arrivée. Manque de modernité dans l'hotel. Petit déjeuner varié mais pas exceptionnel au vu du prix. Restaurant assez cher. Tv gratuite mais film payant(13€ minimum!) Piscine petite, aucun crochet pour y suspendre nos serviettes ou peignoir, on les a posé sur le mur sale.

Die Suite war sehr schön und komportabel. Das Personal immer sehr freundlich.

Der Pool war eher ein Planschbecken. Das Restaurant war nur für das Frühstück geöffnet. Sonst musste man in der Bar an kleinen Tischen essen. Dazu war es dort sehr kalt und windig.

Beautifully designed hotel that smells gorgeous, with fresh aromas misted throughout the shared spaces. The room was very comfortable with a nice scene of the Aliados square outside the window. This is a very convenient location for walking or connection to public transport. The staff will be happy to help with anything you ask. I recommend a fresh omelette for breakfast each day. They were also able to provide gluten free bread for my partner and oat milk for myself. Welcome drink of port and a pastel de nata was very nice.

Upon checking out the next day at 5:50am we were to pay our breakfast fees and the day before I had confirmed that it was more than okay to remove our breakfast fee for the day of check out since breakfast didn’t start till 7am. The man at the front desk during checkout was rude and dismissive.

Muy buen hotel, me encanto, super bien ubicado, si bien no tiene parking, a la vuelta del mismo pudimos dejar el auto en un parking que tiene convenio con el hotel. Muy lindas habitaciones, la ducha espectacular. Super recomendable

La zona de la piscina no cuenta con sillas o tumbonas alrededor...no es muy cómodo esto.
