The Grand Villandra Resort Lovina

Schöne Anlage mit toller Two Bedroom Villa. Pool an der Villa und auch in der Anlage sind sehr gut. Viel Platz in der Villa. Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet.

Beim Frühstück würde ich mir noch ein wenig Belag für Sandwich und Brot wünschen. Und schön wäre es, wenn gleich beim check in erwähnt werden würde, dass man im Restaurant zum Frühstück Cappuccino, espresso und andere Kaffeesorten kostenfrei bestellen kann, wenn man eine Villa gebucht hat.

Bel endroit avec vue sur la mer depuis le restaurant, salle de sport et table de ping pong. Chambre spacieuse, 2 piscines et un petit market juste à côté. Proche des excursions pour aller voir les dauphins.

Pas d’afternoon tea, plus commercial que les autres hôtels que nous avons pu faire à Bali. Davantage de taxes qu’ailleurs. Le choix et la qualité de la nourriture sont très décevants. Plusieurs chats sont toujours présents autour du restaurant et des tables (même sur la table), pour ceux allergiques c’est à prendre en considération.

The rooms were really well appointed. Beautiful gardens, lots of outside space with various accommodation options. The resort is on the beach with beautiful clear water and magnificent sunsets. This is a place to relax and laze. It's very quiet and out of the way however, there are options to access attractions including dolphins and hot springs which is great. Plenty of space at the pools when we were there. Not sure that it is a great option for older children.

Breakfast was great and food options were ok. Lovina is very unlike the hustle and bustle of the south. It would be great if the resort had scheduled transport options to shopping/food options close by.

Wir hatten eine Villa mit Pool . Sehr gepflegte Anlage und großzügige Räume. Das Spa war sehr gut. Frühstück ist auch alles da, von deftig bis europäisch. Leider nerven die Katzen dabei da sie von den Gästen immer wieder gefüttert werden. Für 3 Übernachtungen war es gut. Wir wollten Delfine sehen und das haben wir auch.

Ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen .

We had a Villa and absolutely loved it. It was huge. Massive bedrooms, ensuited. Private pool, great. Although the complex pool was also great. Property is right on the beach, black sand, but lovely to walk, and has a reef close, so snorkeling was good.

Polished tiled floors. Unfortunately this is most of Bali, so you need to be very careful when walking around.

Hotel mit Villen direkt am Strand. Bei schönem Wetter kann das Frühstück an Tischen angrenzend zum Strand eingenommen werden. Da kann man auch Mittag- oder Abendessen. Freundliche Bedienung. Tolles SPA Angebot mit verschiedenen Massagen. Sehr entspannend, empfehlenswert. Diverse Kurse im Angebot. Billiard- und Pingpongtisch vorhanden.

Ganz klar die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft in der Unterkunft (Villa). Vielleicht war diese zuvor länger nicht vermietet. Im Restaurant kann es bei grossem Ansturm zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen. Das ist uns am ersten Abend beim Abendessen passiert, bis nur schon die Getränke serviert wurden, auf das Essen mussten wir noch viel länger warten. Beim zweiten Abendessen hat alles bestens funktioniert. Die Servicemitarbeiterin war stets freundlich, auch beim ersten Abendessen. Wir hatten eher den Eindruck, dass die Küche und die Bar für die Getränke überlastet waren, nicht die Bedienung.

On avait pris deux chambres, la suite été très bien, par contre la chambre deluxe ça sentait très très forte la humidité!

The bed was comfortable the room was huge , lovely pool area and ocean views the sunsets we incredible.

La propreté n’est pas au rendez-vous, wc sale incrusté de saleté au fond, draps gris-jaune et pas blanc, ne mérite pas le standing annoncé au regard du prix de la nuit trop élevé vs niveau de l’établissement

Superbe villa privée 2 chambres extrêmement confortables. Restaurant vue mer.

Petit déjeuner à améliorer et restaurant aussi notamment concernant la diversité des propositions.

Chambre bien équipée, lit extrêmement comfortable. La vue sur la plage est incroyable et la nourriture au restaurant est très bonne. Très grand choix au menu

Les portes coulissantes de la chambre à la salle de bain. Pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain et pleins de fourmis dans la pièce. L'eau a du mal à sortir de la douche et des robinets. Quand nous sommes arrivés, le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas, nous ne pouvions pas appeler la réception et la connexion wifi était mauvaise. Nous avons reçu un appel à 5h du matin par erreur la première nuit. Après avoir parler au personnel, ils ont tout de suite tout réparer et nous ont offert 30min de massage pour s'excuser ce qui a été très apprécié. Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin.

Très bon emplacement, juste devant la mer. La chambre est spacieuse et agréable. Le seul petit bémol est que les chambres ne se ferment pas complètement, ce qui peut manquer un peu d’intimité. Malgré cela, j’ai passé un très bon séjour !

Wir haben die wunderschönen Poolvillen gebucht und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Wir haben hier eine tolle Woche verbracht und den Komfort nach unseren Ausflügen sehr genossen. Das Abendessen war immer gut und das Restaurant sehr schön am Strand gelegen. Die allabendliche Livemusik war angenehm, unaufdringlich und nicht zu laut. Das Frühstück war zwar nicht ganz nach unserem Geschmack, bot aber dank der grossen Auswahl für jeden etwas Passendes. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das sehr freundliche Personal.

I liked the service of getting transport from Villandra to our favourite restaurant Ullam Sagara. also the staff are always friendly and welcoming. the Villandra restaurant staff in particular are fantastic and Comang is a hard worker and wonderful person.

I like the Villandra which is why my wife and I got married there at the ballroom. though there was no real acknowledgment of us getting married. no special offers or services even though a lot of the guests were there for our wedding. Villandra didnt really make our stay special which was a bit disappointing.

1酒店的服务很一般，加床直接在地上放了一个床垫，不是很舒服，其实还可以做得更好2我们理解因为突发状况，凌晨改变了我们的游览时间，但临晨直接敲门通知还是让我们感到不适，如果能先电话联系会更好，3行李服务等待了10分钟依然没有到，最后我们拖着行李到了前台。服务人员也缺乏热情。

在酒店海边听着音乐吹着海风用餐的感觉很好，然后可以直接从海滩乘快艇追海豚🐬，追完海豚回来吃早餐，一切刚刚好

Nous avons adore le cadre , le paysage et la villa. Le personnel était à l’écoute et super gentil. Le déjeuner était bon dommage que sa soit souvent la même choses. J’ai adoré les crêpes verte à la noix de coco et banane

Je n’ai pas aimé le bruit pour le coups, les bruits des gékos, grenouille, poules et coq réveiller tôt le matin même avec des boules quies c’était très dure.

L’emplacement, le piscine, la gentillesse du personnel! Hôtel haut de gamme avec de belles prestations!

We zaten boven. En er waren veel Chinezen die werkelijk echt met niemand rekening houden je bakker schreeuwen of ‘s avonds rust nemen. Ook het ontbijt vond ik enigszins beperkt als je geen warm eten neem bij je ontbijt.

Well maintained and clean

This place has an army of young staff however they need more training on hospitality. We previously stayed at 2 other places in Bali and their hospitality is unforgettable, this resort somehow is lacking in that. Kitchen is also not great. Breakfast is so - so

Wir hatten eine Villa direkt in Pool Nähe - das war super. Der Pool war das Highlight für mich. Auch das Essen war lecker - direkt am Strand mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang.

Ein paar (chinesische) junge Gäste schlugen etwas über die Stränge (alkoholisiert und laut). Das Hotel Personal ist leider zu höflich um hier einzuschreiten.

Private swimming pool was really big and the depth was good enough for adults. The room was really big and spacious

The Location on the beach is great giving ready access to dolphin tours. the provided room was large with all essentials, located in a peaceful garden setting .Comfortable bed. The restaurant and bar are open for long and convenient hours and has live music of a high quality each night.

The pool is in a key Location between the Restaurant and Beach, but due to extensive shading was cool. Accessibility for older guess is very poor. The result of these two factors: we could not use the pool.

High standard hotel. Everything was deep cleaned every day. Food at the restaurant was fresh & tasty. Everything was priced reasonably. Thank you for the stay!

Einige Wartungsarbeiten nötig. Da und dort fehlt mal eine Fliese, Boden und Wasserhahn beschädigt. Nachbargrundstücke sind vermüllt, was von der Restaurantterrasse sichtbar ist.

Nous avons logé dans une villa, qui était très agréable, avec piscine bien exposé et un joli jardin. Le restaurant face a la mer était très agréable avec une carte diversifiée, accompagné de chanteurs le soir mais dont la musique est parfois trop forte pour avoir une discussion. La chambre était spacieuse mais peu d’équipement. Les éviers fuyaient et le carrelage était glissant !

Le personnel à l’accueil ont été très désagréable et vraiment peu serviable!

NO complaints whatsoever. The staff we friendly, helpful and polite. The pool is beautiful and its right on the beach, the gardens are lovely and the gym and games room is available for use.

The hotel is directly on a private beach with a nice swimming pool and area. We ate here both for lunch and dinner and the food qas really good. The Staff was always kind, nice and helpful The room was quite big with a King Size bed

Breakfast was not international and after a certain hour things were not replaced The building/rooms need some maintenance, especially the bathroom

Super tolle Unterkunft! Auf jeden Fall eine private Villa mit Pool buchen. Alle sind sehr freundlich und das Essen ist klasse. Direkt am Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Restaurant heeft niet alle gerechten op de kaart, inclusief de wijnen. Vele malen om mij heen gehoord en zelf ervaren dat gerechten/wijnen of al op zijn of er niet zijn. Bij het ontbijt soms te weinig borden en glazen. Bij een extra ontbijt bestelling ( bv Italiaanse koffie) duurde het erg lang voordat het uitgeserveerd werd, of uitgeserveerd werd bij anderen met dezelfde bestelling, na ons of onze buren. Vanwege de kwaliteit van het restaurant, ondanks erg vriendelijk personeel ,niet aan mijn verwachtingen voldaan voor een 4 sterren hotel.

This hotel is exactly like the photographs the water comes almost to the resteraunt tables and the sunsets from the resteraunt are incredible. The food was excellent and great value for money. The rooms are clean and opulent and the staff could not be more helpful and pleasant. The spa was incredible, clean and great value. I will be back

If anything it is a little out of town (15 min by car) but the hotel has everything you need including boat pick up and drop off so it really isn't a problem

Echt fantastisch!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was refreshing, rooms were comfortable, gardens were beautifully maintained, spa was reasonably priced and good quality. It was located on the beach so it was another option for swimming with clear unpolluted water. Great minimart located next door.

The hotel was located further away from the main tourist area and there were no footpaths so it made exploring more difficult. Pillows were so big I found them very uncomfortable for sleeping. We accidentally broke an ashtray that we didn't request as we don't smoke and were charged 50k which was a bit expensive. Transport through hotel overpriced.
