Très bon rapport qualité-prix et excellente situation, à proximité de Broadway. Le personnel est sympathique, les chambres spacieuses et confortables, et il y a en plus un très bon brunch juste à côté. Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos deux nuits ici pour découvrir Nashville.

Comme souvent autour de Broadway, la présence assez importante de personnes sans-abri et de personnes sous l’emprise de drogues peut surprendre, surtout lorsqu’on n’y est pas habitué en tant qu’Européens. Nous ne nous sommes jamais vraiment sentis en danger, mais avons tout de même préféré éviter de rentrer trop tard. Ce n’est évidemment pas lié à l’hôtel, mais plutôt au quartier en général. Le service de voiturier est également très cher et pas toujours très réactif. Je conseille plutôt l’option self-parking, un peu moins chère.

The location was perfect for getting to Bridgestone Arena, it was a quick 10 minute or less walk! The breakfast was literally a lifesaver the morning after a concert. The room was right next to a road so there was some traffic that was keeping me up, but that was not the hotel's fault!

This hotel was perfectly located - just enough downtown that it didn't feel "busy" and not too far a walk that you were too tired to get back to your hotel in the heat! Rooms were great, nice size and clean. Beds were comfortable.

Perfect location for Nashville night life and concert going! The blackout shades were top notch for a good nights sleep and beds were comfy.

We got to the hotel past 4 (the check-in time) and our room still wasn’t ready. It took about 15 min for our room to be ready, which cut into our time to get ready for our concert.

Front desk , staff at breakfast, and bartender were all awesome. Welcoming. Very good staff.

I have stayed at this hotel twice! I love the location and easy proximity to Broadway, Hall of Fame, Bridgestone, everywhere! I am always impressed with the friendly staff members, each day! The lobby is welcoming and large enough. I love the breakfast provided, greatly appreciated. Rooms are spacious and comfy!

I liked the location and it was very clean. The rooms were nice and spacious. It was a quick check in and out. The breakfast was actually good and worth eating!

The only thing that I didn't like about the hotel is that you have to pay 50$ to park in the hotel parking deck, or use valet parking or find another parking lot to park in that you also have to pay for. I feel like if you pay to stay at the hotel you shouldn't have to pay additional 50$ especially when the parking spaces were so tiny. I drive a Honda Pilot and could barely fit my car in the spot that I paid 50 $ for.

Service was terrible front desk people the big heavy lady was horrible. A lot of standing around breakfast were supposed to be till 930 at 9:23. They close the door. People are still inside getting breakfast and people trying to get in maybe get their last drink or dish and they’re chasing them out pretty low class for the Hyatt shouldn’t be closing the door until 930 and make sure before you close the door people have gotten out and getting what they needed. This happened every day people just were shaking their head. Don’t understand why parking was horrendous. Parking garage was dirty not much signs for directions way to park way to sign in wasn’t very happy traveled a lot in my life maybe 400 hotels.

The location is great, easy to access to different restaurant and close to the airport and conference location

The only minor issue was that water leaked out through the glass door in our bathroom.

Location is the best thing about this property and the cleanliness

Ability not to check in early even though I was told that I could pay a fee to be able to check in early. I was told that a text message would be sent to me when the room is ready. Never receive a text message, came back and was told that the room was ready but needed to be inspected. Waited another 45 minutes basically almost 4 o’clock to see if the inspection was finished because I never received a text message saying that my room is. Terrible communication. Also, one of the receptionist was very rude. The breakfast could’ve been good, but the fruit was rotten and the waffles were stale.

Location was great for reason we were there, though how they address getting ride shares and parking is bad cause they don't have proper signage and staff to deal with it. There were other hotels within the same two blocks a bit higher price point, but would have been a better option.

Due to the price we paid... this is not even a great business hotel; The room we were in had a cracked sink, the doors to the bathroom and to the shower don't stay open (they roll open) suggesting that the bathroom isn't level; the shower poorly constructed. The house keeping service didn't get to our room until the evening which is ok but didn't service the room, just gave us new towels. The windows may not be great quality since you could hear every sound. Details also matter, it was 100+ outside, having water stations would have been a good idea for guests vs making you pay for everything.

The location to downtown Nashville is excellent! There is a liquor store and dollar general on the next block. The pedestrian bridge to Nissan stadium is a few blocks away.

The hallways were hot. However it was very hot when we were in town!

Location close to Broadway without being too noisy. Room size good. Only member of staff that was helpful and lovely was the valet man who helped us collect bags from luggage storage.

Staff were quite rude - post 12pm having to pay $35 to check in when the room was already ready. Stuffy responses when asking them questions. Long queues at check -in and checkout. Breakfast poor - no seating or food when we went down, people stood up eating in the lobby. Shower pressure was painful and door leaked - not pleasant experience. We were told we could have late checkout at 12pm for free, but on checkout day demanded $35 for one hour.

The parking fees, I’m staying there and paid to stay there don’t understand why you charge but I guess it’s part of the business now ☹️

When we got to the hotel the first surprise was a $55 fee for parking per night. Breakfast was bad, no AC, no forks, no plates, no milk. The staff was not helpful. For this price, truly disappointed.

We enjoyed a very comfortable room, spacious, clean, nice showerhead. Only thing I would add is a make up mirror at the desk so when one person‘s in the bathroom, the other person could be using a mirror on the desk.

The free breakfast was a bonus because we didnt know it was included.

I loved everything but the most exceptional part of our stay was the beautiful young lady Kelsie at the front desk. She made my husband's 60th birthday perfect by making sure he had a great room. She made us smile from the minute we arrived. I hope the higher ups realize what an asset they have with her!

Jasmine went above and beyond in finding my wedding band that had bounced under the dresser. This was at 1am! She was determined to find it and continued moving the dresser and getting on floor and looking til it was found.,I am very appreciative of her.

Whole experience. Very close proximity to all the action of Broadway. The room was spacious, modern and very comfortable. Breakfast included which was delicious. Staff super helpful. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located to all the Nashville downtown action. While a newer hotel, the rooms were clean but the Beds were so uncomfortable, definitely not the normal Hyatt style. The staff was courteous and other amenities were good.

Kelcie was the best!!! Always vreeted me with a smile and such a positive attitude! 10 out of 10!!!

I like that there was extra precaution with the security you had to use your key to go up and down the elevator. They had a good breakfast selection in the morning and the view was OK.

I don’t like that you can’t check in till 4 o’clock specially, when you’re only staying for one day.

The first room had an odor from carpet. The air conditioner had leaked on to carpet and the room smelled like mold or mildew. I told the front desk manager, no rooms were available the first night. They did call first thing in the morning with another room.

Hotel lobby is clean, staff are friendly. Location is about a block from Ascend Amphitheater. Breakfast was ok but not the quality I would expect at a Hyatt. Parking garage is extremely tight, I would advise compact sedans only. Night time activity from the street definitely carries into the rooms. Check-in process definitely needs improved. We were supposed to be assigned a room once we received an alert text since our room wasn’t ready before leaving for a concert that evening. However our late checkin gave us probably the last available and most undesirable room knowing we couldn’t do anything about it. Room 928 has an unpleasant smell. When reported they sent someone with a heavy chemical smelling spray bottle. At checkout we reported these details but feel like they will continue to ignore the condition of this room.

I chose this hotel because the reviews made it sound like an excellent place to stay, but that was not my experience. The location is great, which is one of the hotel's strongest features. However, I didn't receive my room until 5:30 p.m. because it wasn't ready at the 4:00 p.m. check-in time. As a result, I felt the room had been cleaned in a rush rather than thoroughly, and the overall cleanliness made my stay uncomfortable. The hotel did waive the $55 parking fee because of the delayed check-in, and I appreciate that gesture. However, it did not make up for my disappointment with the cleanliness of the room. I also used the pool on the fifth floor, and it was noticeably dirty. Overall, the hotel needs to improve its cleaning and maintenance standards. Based on my experience, it did not live up to the positive reviews.

We stayed in a king room on the 9th floor overlooking the roof of an adjacent building. Guess we had to pay more to get a city view. The hotel is a few walkable blocks from the Ryman and Broadway, so it was very busy. Thankfully the hotel was very quiet. We ran into many folks in the hallway, elevator, and lobby, but were never disturbed by noises at night. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, although not terribly spacious. It was hard to get the air conditioning regulated; either too cold or too warm. The complimentary breakfast was good although choices were limited. The front desk staff could have been more helpful. We were promised a text message when our room was ready and that never happened. We paid $55/night for self-park. I believe valet was $62. Overall this was a good stay, and although it felt expensive it was probably quite reasonable for Nashville, which has become a VERY expensive place to visit.

When booking some of the comments did make me question the stay but I can truly say the next time we go to Nashville we will be back. The front desk staff was very helpful and really quick with the chek in process. The room was clean with no issues. I will say the windows are not sound proof but I never had an issue sleeping at night. The food at the hotel is also really good. The turkey pesto sandwich was delicious. Location was also great and only took a few minutes to get to Broadway and all of the lovely bars. Overall fantastic stay.

Very convenient location close to all downtown activities. Room was clean and spacious with a fridge. Bathroom products and shower were great. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was well laid out and tasty with numerous selections available. Staff were all very personable and helpful. Be aware that the hotel has its own parking garage underneath which is cheaper than the city lot across the street.

Breakfast was generally ok, but on occasions there was a limited choice, such as no sausages one morning when I arrived down at 9.00am and no scrambled egg available on another occasion. On two mornings, there were no knives and I had to use a plastic one

Our queen beds were roll beds. No WiFi. Manager knew didn’t fix it. One of the washers and one dryer was broken. One of the outlets work. Rooms smelled musty.

The hotel was good but the valet service, PMC (Parking Management) is a poorly run outfit that has no integrity. The valet attendant hit a curb in front of me and my family witnessing it. Got out of the vehicle and just walked away. There were also two more employees who saw this and just turned away and walked inside the parking garage. One was the manager. I did a quick look around and didn't see nothing. We went to the park and noticed there was a slight paint damage. We immediately went back to the hotel and showed the manager who actually witness what happened. After talking with him I felt that this small paint damage would be taken care of with no problems but after I got him, the company denied the claim. The parking manager did credit us back the bill but, in his statement, pretty much called me a liar. The company stated to me that the damage was there at check in, which was another lie. The bad thing is that the damage wasn't all that bad but because of how I was treated and being told that I am a liar this reflex bad upon the hotel. We pay good money and trust that the hotel contracts a trustworthy company for valet services, especially when that is the only option. I was paying 60 plus a day for this service to just have my vehicle damaged and the company not taking any responsibility for it. Just calling their customers liars.

Most staff had the positive traits you are looking for in a service industry and were excellent. Double blinds to block night light from the spectacular view ( window on 3 sides). Breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had in any hotel. I slept on the couch which was more comfortable than my bed at home. Beds very comfortable, shower roomy. Location was perfect for all downtown venues. All within easy walking distance.

Paid for early check in and room was not ready and staff was a little irritated with something that was not our fault. We were not unkind about it but it was almost like she didn't[t believe me. Perhaps because we had 2 rooms and did not discover the other one had not been cleaned because we did not enter the second room immediately. It was the 3rd of July-know they were busy. Did not see how to get valet parking. It worked out anyway. More luggage carts would be helpful.

The pillows on the bed left somewhat to be desired. Too small. The pool was cold, and the whole pool needs to be more welcoming very dull and boring. Parking fees were a little expensive considering you were staying there.
