Tout ! la chambre, les espaces de repos au bord de la lagune, la gentillesse du personnel. Le restaurant proposait des plats très bien préparés et copieux.

Rien à part peut-être un manque d'équipement dans la suite avec cuisine. En particulier une cafetière aurait été bienvenue pour un séjour de 5 jours.

Simple, clean, good AC in room. Good outlook from restaurant onto lagoon. Very friendly staff. Good pool space rarely used by other guests.

Not much space at the lagoon edge to relax if hotel is busy. View from most rooms is onto the back of another building, not the lagoon. Driveway to pull off main road is dangerous & signage for the hotel is poor which means you can drive by accidentally.

De ligging aan de lagune is fenomenaal. Je loopt zo vanuit je huisje de steiger op voor een sprong in de lagune. Ook kan je heerlijk met een cocktail genieten van het prachtige uitzicht en het welkome windje in je haren.

Nous avons aimé la décoration, l’ambiance intimiste, le ponton était génial. Les plats au restaurant sont bons. Le personnel très réactif. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir l’hôtel que pour nous trois. Assez incroyable.

Le prix du restaurant est assez élevé même si on y mange bien. Nous avons dépensé 65€ pour deux plats avec de l’eau le midi et deux petits déjeuner avec un thé.

La vue est superbe, lieu très reposant je recommande

Direkte Lage an der Lagune, sehr schöne Außenanlage. Unserer Meinung nach in dieser Preiskategorie eines der schönsten Unterkünfte. Daher würden wir diese Unterkunft auch unseren Freunden empfehlen.

Kein Fliegengitter an der Terrassentür. Das Zentrum ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar (trotzdem würden wir wieder diese Lage wählen).

L’ emplacement est tout à fait enchanteur et très paisible,quai, chaises longues, paddle et kayak disponibles gratuitement . Les chambres ( maisonnettes de 2 chambres) sont confortables et le décor est représentatif de la région de Bacalar. Literie très confortable. Le restaurant offre un menu limité mais de très bonne qualité. Le personnel est courtois et attentionné.

We loved Mikasa so much we returned for a second stay when our original plans didn't work out. The staff are wonderful from Andres and Suri at reception, to Ale and Domingo in the restaurant as well as the amazing Housekeeping Team. The dock area was our favorite spot; so relaxing and such beautiful views. Having Ale or Domingo bring a passionfruit margarita to us on the dock was icing on the cake! We felt that the distance to town was convenient when we wanted more action and we really enjoyed staying in the quieter part of town. We cannot wait to return and spend more time at Mikasa!

We felt that the food was hit or miss, but definitely improved with the new menu that was implemented during our stay. The pool was delightful when clean, but I imagine tough to keep up on the leaves.

La disponibilità del personale è stata eccellente, in particolare quella di Alex, che si è dimostrato sempre molto attento e professionale. Inizialmente ci è stata assegnata una stanza con un forte odore di fogna; dopo aver segnalato il problema, siamo stati spostati in un’altra stanza, dove però la doccia non funzionava correttamente. Anche in questo caso, il personale è intervenuto prontamente, assegnandoci una terza stanza senza ulteriori problemi. Come gesto di attenzione per quanto accaduto, ci è stata inoltre offerta la colazione inclusa per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

Solo un kayak singolo disponibile. Il secondo era rotto.

We weren’t sure about this hotel but it was our favourite hotel we stayed in while explore Yucatan. It’s such a gorgeous and natural location, so peaceful and quiet. The rooms were stunning and so private. We loved the on lagoon location and made use of the free kayaks. The town is a quick 5 minute drive so if you have a car and want to stay someone luxurious and peaceful, this is the spot

La ubicación es muy bonita y tienenun bello muelle

Definitivamente esa habitación no la contaria como vista a la laguna. Es elevado el precio para lo poco que se ve y su lejanía. La habitación no estaba lista para las 3 pm, avise en recepción que saldria mientras a la ciudad para hacer tiempo en lo que estaba lista y pedi que me marcaran o mandaran msj cuando estuviera para volver, pues mi estancia era corta, cars y era un día muy lluvioso. Al pasar 1 hora volví para ver como iba y me dijeron que en el cambio de turno olvidaron avisarme que ya estaba. Al momento en que iba acompañado del personal a la hab no mostro interes en la situación. Tampoco ayudan con equipaje ni nada. Fue solo hasta que paso la lluvia y sali por mis cosas y pase por recepción fue que me dijeron que por la situación me daban chance de salir 40 mins después de la hab... Si no hubiera pasado por ahí quien sabe si me hubieran contactado para ello. Pd. El baño tiene puerta de media altura solamente

One of the BEST places we've ever visited! The accomodations are fabulous, the staff is uber sweet and helpful, and the lake is pristine. Counting the days til we return!

Heerlijk bed en douche. Op een bedje in de zon liggen met een mooi uitzicht. En personeel die er voor je is om wat te drinken of te eten. Zet wel altijd de airco en de ventilator aan anders wordt je kleding vochtig.

Wel goed om te weten dat het met ontbijt is maar dat betekend dat je kan kiezen in hoe je je ei wilt. Dat is het. Wilde ze wel lief een enchilada maken. Het eten op het menukaart is wat aan de hoge prijs en de dingen die er op staan waren niet ons ding. Maar Bacalar kan je in 15 minuten heen rijden.

Un petit peu de paradis sur terre, l’hôtel est vraiment magnifique. Le ponton est paradisiaque, à tel point que malheureusement on a pas eu le temps d’aller à la piscine qui elle aussi est magnifique. Un peu loin du centre ville de bacalar, il faut être véhiculé, La chambre que nous avons reçu ne correspondait pas à celle qu’on a vu sur les photos sur booking, attention ne pas se fier aux photos des chambres. Petit déjeuner décevant par rapport au prix global.

Amazing design & landscaping, so many comfortable places to relax, incredible to be right on the water with such a nice dock area built out, lovely to be outside so much. The staff were all extremely warm, accommodating and professional. The breakfast was delicious and served in such a lovely spot. It was so nice to have access to kayaks any time we wanted to be able to enjoy the water. The room is a great size and has everything you need. We loved our stay! Thank you for making our honeymoon so special :)

Rented two rooms for two nights. Check in was great, the rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. Only issue we had was during our check out. The other couple staying with us were asked to pay 200 pesos to the cleaner to clean hair dye off a towel. The couple showed the cleaning staff that the dye comes off with soap and water and they said it was fine. Six hours later they received a charge for $108 CA and a message through WhatsApp saying they had to replace a bath math, a towel, a pillow case and a sheet. It seems as they wanted cash and after the other couple said no to paying cash, they decided to charge their credit card for much more out of spite.

Property was nicely maintained, rooms were spacious and clean.

No beer/wine/cocktails first night at restaurant. Food was great though.

Nous y étions pendant la remise en route avant la période touristique donc des allers et venus incessants d ouvriers, du bruit des travaux. Étant donné le prix l hôtel ne devrait pas ouvrir s'il n est pas prêt. Mobilier très sommaire dans la chambre, 1 lit, 1 armoire, 2 tables de nuit et c est tout ! Petit déjeuner bon mais très répétitif et limité toast, beurre, confiture et œufs.

Que está junto a la laguna y los desayunos. El muelle y la vista es genial.

Estaba en remodelación el hotel y había ruido de la construcción. El cuarto de al lado lo estaban remodelando y hacían mucho ruido El wc debería tener puerta y no tiene. Eso no es cómodo . La decoración del cuarto era nula , les falta esos detalles .

Il y a eu problème de canalisation qui nous a amener à changer de chambre en raison de l’odeur. À notre retour à minuit, le veilleur n’était pas présent à l’accueil pour nous ouvrir le portail. Nous avons dû faire beaucoup de bruit pour être entendu et réveiller le veilleur.

Le ponton permettant l’accès direct à la lagune est génial, et la possibilité d’utiliser un kayak ou un paddle est agréable. L’emplacement est bien et permet d’accéder rapidement à différents points à condition d’avoir une voiture. Le petit déjeuner était bon.

Route assez passante à proximité. Dommage que le point de restauration de l’hôtel ne fasse que le petit déjeuner. Certains équipements de l’hôtel sont vieillissants, ce n’est pas forcément gênant mais cela peut parfois « casser » le charme de cet endroit agréable.

L’établissement a été racheté récemment, et traverse actuellement une période de transition. Cela se ressent : l’entretien semble avoir été mis de côté en attendant une remise en état complète. Résultat, nous nous sommes retrouvés un peu “entre deux”. Les équipements sont très vétustes : fenêtre du rez-de-chaussée qui ne ferme pas à clé, WC cassé, moustiquaire qui s’arrache… Une rénovation est clairement nécessaire, mais ce n’est pas agréable de tomber à ce moment-là, surtout au vu du prix payé !

El servicio pésimo, no te dan toallas secas y limpias aunque tenga una pila. Las habitaciones son muy básicas, no tienen nevera y apenas muebles. No te explican que los miércoles la laguna está cerrada y no hay ningún servicio que no sea el desayuno. Se nota que está bastante dejado.

Que está frente a la laguna, tiene un muelle y la oportunidad de entrar a nadar desde el mismo muelle.

Es un hotel adecuado al lugar en medio de naturaleza y a la orilla de la laguna. Las habitaciones están muy cómodas y limpias. El personal es muy amable, y la atención es totalmente personalizada. La comida muy rica!!! Estuvimos felices!!!! Bacalar es un sueño!!!

Hotel ligt prachtig aan het meer net buiten Bacalar. Heerlijk rustige plek. Mooie nette grote kamer met balkon. Mooi zwembad. Goed ontbijt, lekker eten. Vriendelijk personeel. Gratis gebruik van kayak.

Il ne faut pas chercher le 5 étoiles mais néanmoins l'endroit est calme, beau, propre. Le personnel est très gentil et les petits déjeuners sont très bons. L'hôtel est relativement bien situé si vous disposez dun véhicule sinon il suffit d'appeler un taxi.

C'est juste dommage que la suite ne comprenne pas de frigo...

Él hotel es bonito comodo tranquilo lo más bonito es qué tiene enfrente la Laguna dé los 7 coloreslo único malo es qué no hay nada para comer cerca

El hotel está muy lindo y tranquilo. El desayuno muy bueno y aunque no tienen restaurante como tal, el área del comedor puedes utilizarla para tomar o comer algo que tú traigas con una vistas inmejorables a la laguna.

Mi Kasa Tu Kasa was a lovely boutique hotel on the lagoon. Love how the accommodation buildings are all separate and not one big building. The grounds were lovely and being able to access the lagoon for a swim and free use of the kayaks was great value. Breakfast was fast and substantial, staff were lovely, perfect setting close to the water; fruit, yoghurt and granola, then choice of eggs/omelette etc was great value. We did get the bigger room and it was huge! Huge bed, living area, kitchen, massive bathroom, shower and wardrobe/dressing area, very luxurious. Great little balcony with water views. Julian was phenomenal, he offered to call us taxis as needed and gave us his WhatsApp. Taxis to centro were Mex$70 for a 10 minute ride, all the drivers were friendly and professional and the wait was never long. Mex$300 taxi to Los Rapidos and get the staff there to call you a taxi to return. Highly recommend, we spent two hours there and regret not eating there, also doesn't matter too much what time you go. Another regret was not realising could have had lunch and.or drinks there, someone wasn;t listening fully at check in :( we did walk to Rancho Encantado next door for a lovely water side lunch, easy walk. We travelled in May which is the low season and was perfect, not busy, we had nice cloudy days, rain at night so not too hot and bonus, I didn't see a mosquito! I only got 2 bites in 3 days and that was getting off the ADO bus when arriving.

Leaving the property and our room each day, its all so peaceful and relaxing. The pool didn't look too clean. I understand the luxury of having lots of trees around will mean leaves etc in the pool constantly and do not mind that, but the floor of the pool, I could not tell if it needed cleaning or that's how it is. I still swam in it, and relaxed by it, nothing bad happened :D

The Staff are amazing people. If it hadn't been for them, the stay would have been most disappointing. When we arrived for our 3-day stay, that was meant to be a final respite from the past month of intense travelling throughout Mexico (over 2000kms), we were told that their was no restaurant service (!). This meant we would have to leave the hotel for meals (besides breakfast) and we simply did not have it in us. We were frankly very disappointed, complained that this was not mentioned on the booking page. In the end, thanks to the staff's efforts in pulling double shifts, particularly Marcos, the cook, they accommodated our need. Marcos is a fantastic person, cook and extremely efficient. He's literally a one-man band—from taking orders, to cooking, to preparing drinks! Incredible person that merits all our respect. If it weren't for people like him, the world would be a much less happy place. Special thanks to Lupita for the good vibes in the restaurant during meals and Julian for doing his best to accomodate our needs from the front desk.

There's barely any furniture in the bedrooms, so some personal belongings end up resting on the floor. No table or chair to speak of. The lighting is a bare minimum (indeed, you're at the balneary so you won't spend much time in the room), but still, a simple table would be nice. The toilets do not have a door for privacy. This can be very uncomfortable for some, including some individuals of our party of 5.

Most beautiful and peaceful atmosphere.gorgeous water front on the lake with swings and kayaks included Very friendly staff. Breakfast included was delicious and well served portions with great coffee. Fruit, yogurt with granola, eggs served to order, toast with butter and strawberry preserve. This is paradise and will return again. 5 min ride to train Maya Station. 8 min ride to the town parks center, lots of restaurants and the taxi drivers all seemed very honest and did not over charge.

Fue una experiencia muy placentera; si mejoraran la limpieza (en todos los espacios, no sólo en el piso y baño) de la habitación hubiera estado inmejorable. Por otro lado, la ubicación y acceso a la lagunason estupendas. La atención en el restaurante fue excelente.
