The towel rail in the bathroom broke off, The flash in the toilet in my kids room not working. Poor customer service. Game area is very outdated, still had a PS4 and all games like pool and table tennis had dust all over them. Dinner buffet was shocking really poor selection of food, no options for kids. Hotel does not feel like a 5star hotel interior was very old and looks like its been poorly maintained. No WiFi in the room, only works when on the balcony. Curtain in the room dont close fully, lots of light in the morning. No storage for us to leave our luggages at the hotel. They left our luggage at the front of reception and said there is no storage room.

Property clean and great room location near to restaurant and swimming pool were clean and lifeguard friendly and always there , a lot of activity for kids

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026ما لفت انتباهنا وعجبني هو بشاشة جميع العاملين بدءًا من موظفي الاستقبال وحتى باقي الطاقم حيث كان الجميع متعاونًا ودودًا ويستقبل الضيوف بابتسامة وترحيب كما أن مستوى الطعام كان جبد جدا سواء في وجبة الإفطار أو العشاء وكانت الجودة والتنوع رائعين
ما أزعجني هو سوء النظافة فالغرفة كانت قديمة جدًا وتحتاج إلى تجديد كما أن العاملين بالنظافة لم يكونوا جيدين في أداء عملهم داخل الغرفة مما جعل مستوى النظافة منخفضًا جدًا. كذلك كان الحمام في حالة سيئة وغير مريح مع وجود رائحة كريهة فيه لا يرقى هذا المستوى إلى فندق يُفترض أن يوفر الراحة للنزلاء

Room #2013 had a very bad smell, like H2S gas, coming from the washroom. Also, 4 of my kids have diarrhea after breakfast on July 14. The Wi-Fi was very bad connection

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026توجد ااسطاف من الطاقم لتقييم اراء النزلاء كانت في منتهى الاحترام والاخلاق قد تكون هي سبب لبقائنا تدعى الاستاذه اسماء والالعاب المائيه كانت في منتهى الترفيه الجميل ولاكن عدا ذالك غير مناسب فقد خرجت من المنتجع بسبب مرض طفلي من اكل بعض البطيخ والفواكه
جوده الغرف والاسره والمكان لا تناسب وغير ذالك المبلغ مكلف عكس الاقامه

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026كادت الرحله ان تفشل لولا تدخل الاستاذ احمد يونس بالاستقبال والاداره المحترمه. لم ابلغ بأن مع ضيف بكرسي متحرك وعند وصولي الغرف فوجئت بعدم وجود مصعد للدور الأول بعد الأرضى للكرسي المتحرك وعلى الفور تدخلوا الطاقم وتم تبديل الغرف للدور الأرضي وقريبه أيضا من المطعم لتسهيل حركه الكرسي. اشكرهم جميعآ. جميع الغرف أمامها مسابح واكوا للتسهيل علينا الاستمتاع. جميع الطاقم جيدين. المطعم أيضا كان جيد وبه خيرات كثيره تناسب جميع الأذواق.

The aqua park was overcrowded due to the high number of day-use visitors. I would recommend extending the residents-only access beyond the current one-hour slot from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026بجد الإقامة كانت فوق الممتازة وتجربة تتكرر تاني وتالت! المكان نظيف جداً والخدمة سريعة. بس أكتر حاجة بجد فرحتنا وبسطت الأولاد هي حفلة الأطفال بالليل (الـ Mini Disco والأنشطة)، الأجواء كانت كلها بهجة وطاقة إيجابية والأولاد مكنوش عايزين الحفلة تخلص. كمان الاستقبال من أول دقيقة في الريسبشن كان في منتهى الذوق والاحترافية، وبجد لازم أختص بالشكر الأستاذ أحمد يونس في الريسبشن، شخص محترم جداً، بشوش، وساعدنا بكل ذوق وسهّل علينا كل حاجة بابتسامة جميلة. بجد شكراً ليه ولإدارة الفندق."

Everything under estimation as it must be a 5 stars hotel and I paid almost 900 USD for nothing it didn't exceed 2 or 3 stars hotel. Too poor facilities too old decorating and furniture. For the food experience its nothing to say I took my family and have our dinner outside as the food is too bad and almost no variety at all with very bad ingredients for both the breakfast and dinner as well. I felt like I got stolen 😔 and for sure I hope I never booked this.

The Aqua Park is not quite safe and no guide for instructions. Traveling to the beach is not comfortable and every hour which is a long time. The beach is away from the road. No commercial area or shops.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026The room was better than expected, however the Seaview is not more of pool view and water park view with partial Seaview. The food was not bad in terms or quality and variety. The staff are very friendly with some minor exceptions. Some of the staff were overly friendly I a nice way.
Cleanliness need some serious improvement. Starting from the walkways, slides, pools etc. etc. except the rooms need a serious cleaning job. Fridays are too crowded due to people booking a day use. There was no place to sit. Some Toilets and shower rooms undergoing maintenance, it was very long walk to go to the toilet. Staff need to be more professional when dealing with each other and with guests.

Die Musikbeschallung von morgens um 8 bis ~23 Uhr kann nerven. Es gibt an allen Stellen, insbesondere den Treppen zu den Rutschen Reparaturbedarf. Die Fugen an der schnellen roten Rutsche wurden mit Gummi, oder Silikon ausgebessert, was absolut unangenehm ist! Die Pausen bei den Attraktionen sorgen für negative Bewertungen. Immerhin bezahlt man viel Geld, dafür man im Aquapark alles nutzen kann. Einen Zeitplan findet man aber nicht, wann welche Rutsche aktiv ist.
