عدم النظافه والاكل سيء مفيش هايچين اطلاقاً

مفيش خدامات خالص و برن عليهم اطلب حاجات محدش يرد اصلا و الآكل استغفرالله يقرف و الاستف قليل الذوق جدا و ماديين اوي يعني ادفع عشان تعدي حاجة الحمام مش موجوده مفيش ليفه مفيش فرشه سنان المياه قطعت كتير 4 ايام ملنت شكاوي و انزعاج مكنش انبساط ليا خالص و مدير الفندق و انا ماشي بقوله علي ال حصل بيقلي انت مش ماشي خلاص اعملك ايه انا يعني اتفضل من هنا

الفندق موقعه حلو جدا وصرح كبير

الفندق مهمل جدا لا يوجد اهتمام بنظافة الفندق ولا المطعم ولا اهتمام بالزرع والأكل سئ جدا جدا وموظفين الاستقبال منتهى قلة الذوق والمياه بتقطع إدارة الفندق لابد أن تتغير لأنها لا تعرف شئ عن الفنادق وخسارة صرح كبير زي ده يد الإهمال تدمره

Juste l'espace de la chambre

Pas d'eau pour se doucher ni utiliser les toilettes. Nourriture infecte !!!! Plage à 25 minutes en voiture. Après plusieurs plaintes à réception et les hommes de chambre nous ont dit """On sait """. Beaucoup de locaux dans l'établissement et ils avaient payé beaucoup moins que nous.

Sporco. Cibo pessimo. Ho trovato aghi nella moquette in camera. Stamattina ci siamo svegliati senza acqua in camera, la reception non rispondeva, allora siamo andati di persona in reception dove ci è stato detto che sarebbe stato sistemato tutto subito, e invece non è successo niente per tutta la mattina. Albergo ad 1 stella pagato come un resort di lusso in Italia. Zero attenzione al cliente, zero interesse, disponibilità e professionalità. È tutto improvvisato.

مكان شي جدا ومياه بتقطع من اول يوم لحد ساعه 2 ظهر وعن النظافه ما في نظافه خالص وبواقي الأكل في كل مكان والحمامات رحتها سيئ جدا

كل شي نظافه وموظفين الاستقبال وتعامل سيئ جدا ونظافه ما في حد بينظف شي

Special thanks to the housekeeping team, especially Mr. Bassem Bekhit.

DJ was on from 10 am to 11 pm, too much noise and disturbance.

Many activities available for families.

Room was not cleaned properly (food crumbs on floor, sticky tables). Bathroom had unpleasant smell and sink/shower were clogged. The hotel has good potential but it was crowded because of the long weekend and they didn’t seem to have a lot of staff.

التجربة كانت سيئة لأقصي درجة، لدرجة اني غادرت قبل موعدي بيوم كامل حمامات السباحة غير نظيفة و المطعم غير منظم بالمرة واحيانا كثيرة كميات الاكل لا تكفي عدد الزوار و الكثير من الاصناف وخصوصا المشويات لايوجد منها اي كميات بعد بداية البوفيه بساعة علي الأكثر، وفي اليوم قبل الاخير كانت المياة مقطوعة في الفندق بالكامل من الصباح الباكر مما اضطرني للمغادرة قبل موعدي بيوم كامل ، ايضا الباصات المخصصة للشاطئ غير كافية لعدد الزوار والشاطئ بعيد عن الفندق حوالي نصف ساعة، في المجمل هي أسوأ تجربة لي مع فندق ولن تتكرر مرة اخري

Additionally, I felt that the staff interaction lacked the level of professionalism and respect expected of guests. 2. *Pool Maintenance*: The swimming pool water appeared green and was not clean, which raised health and safety concerns. 3. *Food & Beverage*: Both the quality and variety of food provided were below standard. 4. *Room Cleanliness*: The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Based on these points, I would not recommend the hotel at this time. I hope you will address these issues to improve the guest experience.

مكان زحمه و مش مستوعب كميه الناس الي موحوده و مفيش تنظيف للغرف و لو طلبت 1000 مره هيقولك حاضر و محدش هيجي و طبعا من الزحمه المكان مش نضيف و حمامات السباحه مش نضيفه تجربه سيئه جدااااااااااااا

الاطلاله والمنتجع بشكل عام كتصميم والتليفريك كانوا رائعين لقد حظينا بتجربة تليفريك مجانيه نظرا لأننا كنا في المنتجع وكانت ختام رائع للرحله

الزحمه وقلة الترتيب الطعام والمشروبات يحتاج المشغل للنظر في تحسين آلية تشغيل الفندق حيث ان حمامات السباحه والبحر لا يوجد بها اي خدمه للمشروبات والسناك مع العلم أننا كنا بحجز هاف بورد هناك مشكله كبيره في عملية تشغيل المنتجع يلزم تداركها حرام هالجمال يخرب بسبب التشغيل

الطاقم مقبول ومتعاون الي حد ما

عدم نظافة حمام السباحة وتركه دون تنظيف وترك النزلاء بنزول حمام السباحة دون نظافة وعندما سألت عن لون المياه ارجعوا السبب للون الأرضية وبناء عليه قمت بالنزول حتي اشتكي نزلاء آخرين فبدأوا بتنظيفه أحدهم اليوم التالي الساعه التاسعه والنصف واكتشفت أنني استخدمت حمام سباحة غير نظيف بمعني أدق قذر مع ترك حمام السباحة الآخر بجواره الخاص بالأطفال دون تنظيف حتى ميعاد مغادرتي بعد 3 ايام.

The non proffisional reply of the reception when we asked about time of getting the second room after 2 hours,; he said already you got one room, then we asked so what ?!! we are asking about the time of getting the second one, then he said we are sorry our cleaning staff are busy but we will send them now, hw was supposed to say this from beggining. Mr. Karam in the reception is the one who has very smily face in hotel while the rest looked annoyed, may be because of croud

الطعام خصوصا في العشاء مقبول المذاق. العاملين ودودين ولكن يبدو ان من كثرة شكوى العملاء أصبح عندهم لامبالاة.

الشاليه سيء جدا جدا ولم يتم تنظيف الغرفة أو ظهور الroom service خلال يومين فترة الاقامه ولم يتم تغير الفوط. فوط المسبح مش انظف حاجه، المرافق متهالكه الفندق حلو بس تم اهماله بشكل ملحوظ، الشور مسدود وبيتملي ماء، السرير بيصدر اصوات تزيق مزعج، الاساس متهالك. خساره الاهمال المتزايد

الشباب في الريسبشن كانو محترمين جدا ومتعاونين خصوصا كان في واحد هناك اسمه احمد في الريسبشن ساعدنا أثناء الحجز والمكان نظيف جدا والطقم كله كان علي اكمل وجه

حمام الغرفه كان محتاج صيانه واهتمام اكتر

نعم استمتعت و موظفى الاستقبال فى غاية الاحترام و اخص بالاسم الاستاذ / ممدوح عامر مقاباة كويسة جدا جدا تخليص الاجراءات باسرع وقت و التسكين ابتسامة على طول فى وجهى من الموظفين اللذين يجب الاشادة بيهم فى نهاية تعليقى موظفين محترمين

بصراحة المجموعة ممتازة و الاقامة كانت ممتارة و احنا كنا 12 فرد كلنا كنا مبسوطين و مفيش اى حد مننا اشنكى من شى ناس كويسين بيحاولوا يلبوا طلبات الجميع بصراحة

Friendly staff trying to help despite very poor facilities

Worst experience ever! I booked one night and paid through booking. Once at the hotel, the reception staff told me that they closed payments through booking and that my payment will not be processed and asked me to pay again. At check-out, I checked my credit card history by chance to find that the first payment was posted so I paid twice. I informed the reception staff and was surprised that they were asking me to contact booking and that basically it was “my problem”. Very poor communication and customer care. Not recommended if you can afford a hotel with better service

How the GM tried to support

Very unclean room.. dirt everywhere.. chips poeces on comodes.. hair on toilet seat.. dirt in bathroom sink.. unwashed cup of coffee from the previous stay.. bathroom towel with stain.. dust everywhere.. flies on the food in the dinner.. chef cutting meat without wearing gloves.. etc.. I was booking for this stay 2 family suites and 1 double room

Place is clean and nice

You need to have cash to pay immediately when asking for beverage, they don’t add the receipt to the room so you can pay at the end of your stay

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is excellent and super clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Mamdouh & mr . Ahmed at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Will definitely come back.

كل العاملين في الفندق كانوا قمه في الإحترام و الذوق و بالتحديد استاذ احمد عاطف .. لما الريسيبشن عرف إن عيد جوازنا كان بالصدفه وقت السفر الفندق عمل هديه لذيذه و جابولنا تورته نحتفل باليوم المميز ده .. البحر لذيذ أوي و البسين نضيف و كمان في أكوا بارك جديده هتشتغل في الفندق و الأكل كمان فيه اختيارات مختلفه بصراحه

حمام السباحه بس محتاج يكون بعمق أكبر شويه و الباصات اللى بتروح البحر يكون مواعيدها اكتر

Location was the best thing there.

The stay was not good at all as it’s not our first time there, the food was not good as there’s no variety, the rooms weren’t clean at all as well barhroom was the most awful thing there.

Honestly, everything, the staff was amazing, Ahmed the club car guy was extremely helpful and an amazing human being.

The food at the beach wasn’t good at all, it was literally commercial food not something that would stand out.

وصلت بعد الساعة 3 وانتظرت ساعتين عشان أستلم غرفة وماستلمتش واضطررت أمشي وأرجع تاني بعد أسبوع!!!! مستوى النظافة سيئ جدا كواليتي الأكل سيئة جدا

The only good this was the front desk team they were helpful mamdouh and salam and the other from office team were amazing The resort it self in super good I mean the buildings and the exterior

The room was not ready and not maintained well the water pump in the toilet were not fixed the light lamps were mot working I asked to fix everything no one came and fixed the room The chief of the meet in the restaurant was very rude I couldn’t imagine how rude could be a person in the field of hospitality and the food was really disgusting and very poor quality The swimming pool supervisor of the towels didn’t want to provide me with towels while I was in the pool and my kids were so cold why? Because he need the towel cards I told him I didn’t receive any towel cards in the check in he ignored and told me this is the rule and the police. The whole experience is horrible and I don’t ever recommend this hotel and the experience because of the staff
